An experimental study was carried out on fluoride removal from the wastewater after acid leaching process in one enterprise. In the experiment, zirconia was used in the 1st-stage reaction and amorphous aluminum hydroxide was adopted in the 2nd-stage reaction for fluoride removal, and effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and adding amount of zirconia-based reagent on the fluoride removal effect were explored. It is found that both higher temperature and longer reaction time can promote fluoride reduction effect of fluoride removing reagent.1st-stage reaction ran for 50 min at 75 ℃ with an addition of 50 g/L zirconia-based reagent, the fluoride reduction rate was up to 96% and fluoride mass concentration in the wastewater was reduced from 600 mg/L to 25 mg/L. After that, 2nd-stage reaction at 70 ℃ ran for 60 min, by adding 5 g/L amorphous aluminum hydroxide, the fluoride mass concentration in the wastewater was down from 25 mg/L to 6.5 mg/L. It is shown that the residue left after fluoride removal process has a good crystal structure and obvious diffraction peak. XRD analysis shows that Na3AlF6 is the main component in the residue.

对某企业酸性浸出废水进行了一段氧化锆除氟、二段无定形氢氧化铝除氟实验研究。一段氧化锆除氟实验考察了反应温度、反应时间和氧化锆除氟剂加入量对废水除氟效果的影响,结果表明,升高温度、延长反应时间都能促进除氟剂除氟率提高;反应温度75 ℃、除氟剂加入量50 g/L、反应时间50 min时,除氟率达到96%,废水中氟质量浓度由600 mg/L降至25 mg/L。一段除氟后废水进行二段无定形氢氧化铝除氟,反应温度70 ℃、反应时间60 min、氢氧化铝加入量5 g/L时,废水氟质量浓度由25 mg/L降至6.5 mg/L;除氟渣晶型良好、衍射峰明显,XRD检测结果显示Na3AlF6是除氟渣中主要成分。

对某企业酸性浸出废水进行了一段氧化锆除氟、二段无定形氢氧化铝除氟实验研究。一段氧化锆除氟实验考察了反应温度、反应时间和氧化锆除氟剂加入量对废水除氟效果的影响,结果表明,升高温度、延长反应时间都能促进除氟剂除氟率提高;反应温度75 ℃、除氟剂加入量50 g/L、反应时间50 min时,除氟率达到96%,废水中氟质量浓度由600 mg/L降至25 mg/L。一段除氟后废水进行二段无定形氢氧化铝除氟,反应温度70 ℃、反应时间60 min、氢氧化铝加入量5 g/L时,废水氟质量浓度由25 mg/L降至6.5 mg/L;除氟渣晶型良好、衍射峰明显,XRD检测结果显示Na3AlF6是除氟渣中主要成分。

An experimental study was carried out on fluoride removal from the wastewater after acid leaching process in one enterprise. In the experiment, zirconia was used in the 1st-stage reaction and amorphous aluminum hydroxide was adopted in the 2nd-stage reaction for fluoride removal, and effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and adding amount of zirconia-based reagent on the fluoride removal effect were explored. It is found that both higher temperature and longer reaction time can promote fluoride reduction effect of fluoride removing reagent.1st-stage reaction ran for 50 min at 75 ℃ with an addition of 50 g/L zirconia-based reagent, the fluoride reduction rate was up to 96% and fluoride mass concentration in the wastewater was reduced from 600 mg/L to 25 mg/L. After that, 2nd-stage reaction at 70 ℃ ran for 60 min, by adding 5 g/L amorphous aluminum hydroxide, the fluoride mass concentration in the wastewater was down from 25 mg/L to 6.5 mg/L. It is shown that the residue left after fluoride removal process has a good crystal structure and obvious diffraction peak. XRD analysis shows that Na3AlF6 is the main component in the residue.

氟是人体必需的微量元素之一,正常饮用水中的氟质量浓度0.5~1.0 mg/L。但水中氟质量浓度超过1.0 mg/L会引起氟中毒,严重患者有可能丧失劳动能力或造成其他不可逆伤害。随着人们生活水平的提高和环境保护要求日趋严格,水体中氟污染治理是当前工业企业及环保部门关注的重点[1-3]
废水除氟方法主要有石灰石法[4-5]、电渗析法、混凝法[6]、吸附法等[7-8]。其中吸附法除氟具有出水稳定、工艺流程简单、经济实惠等优点,特别适合于较低浓度含氟废水的处理[9]。吸附法除氟的重点工作是制备性能优异的吸附材料,近年研究的除氟吸附材料包括廉价天然矿物、工农业废弃物和含稀土材料等[10-12]
经过几十年的研究,科研工作者采用稀土化合物进行吸附法除氟,结果表明,稀土材料及其化合物对氟的吸附容量大、解离吸附能力强,是目前化工、冶炼行业处理含氟废水的重要材料[13]。本文基于稀土材料的特点,对氧化锆基吸附剂除氟性能及铝基络合物除氟效果进行研究。
实验所用含氟废水取自湖南长沙某废旧锂离子电池回收公司,该废水中氟质量浓度600 mg/L。
实验所用氧化锆基除氟剂主要化学成分见表1,X射线衍射图谱(XRD)见图1,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)照片见图2。该除氟剂主要成分为Zr、P、S、Hf、Si,其中Zr质量分数达到了78.8%。XRD图中无明显衍射峰,2θ约30°附近出现1个馒头峰,说明该稀土粉料呈无定形状态。SEM图显示,ZrO2颗粒尺寸20~30 μm,晶体形状不规则,大多为3~5 μm块状或椭球状聚合物聚集而成的不规则多面体,具有较大的比表面积,有利于吸附反应的进行。
采用氧化锆协同铝基络合物进行分步脱氟,主要化学反应如下:
首先将数字显示电子恒温水浴锅固定在实验平台上,用量筒量取实验预定用量的含氟溶液,置于烧杯中,将烧杯固定在恒温水浴锅内。然后设定恒温水浴锅温度,开启具有转速显示功能的无级调速电动搅拌机对液体进行搅拌和加热;加热到预定实验温度后,将预备好的实验用量的除氟材料一次性加入烧杯中,开始反应并计时;观察并记录反应过程中的实验现象。达到预定反应时间后,停止搅拌和加热,并对冷却后的反应终点液体进行固液分离,将所得液体送检测分析。
氧化锆基除氟剂加入量是废水处理成本控制的关键参数,也影响水质处理效果。吸附剂的有效成分ZrO2与水溶液中氟离子生成络合物H2ZrF6沉淀,达到除氟的目的[13]
设定反应温度75 ℃、反应时间40 min,除氟剂加入量对除氟率的影响如图3所示。随着除氟剂加入量增加,除氟率逐渐上升。除氟剂加入量30 g/L时,除氟率仅40%;除氟剂加入量50 g/L时,除氟率达到92%,对应的废水中氟质量浓度由600 mg/L降至36 mg/L。适宜的除氟剂加入量为50 g/L。
反应时间40 min、除氟剂加入量50 g/L,反应温度对除氟率的影响如图4所示。反应温度对除氟率的影响不显著,反应温度45 ℃时,除氟率70%;提高反应温度促进了氟离子与除氟剂的接触概率,除氟率进一步提高;反应温度75 ℃时,除氟率达到93%以上。工业生产中一般采用的是水蒸气加热或保温,虽然反应温度由75 ℃提高到80 ℃除氟率有一定提高,但升高温度意味着水蒸气消耗量增加,所以反应温度控制在75 ℃比较符合实际生产要求。
反应温度75 ℃、除氟剂加入量50 g/L,反应时间对除氟率的影响如图5所示。反应时间20 min时,除氟率不到50%;反应时间延长,除氟率缓慢上升,反应时间50 min时除氟率达到94%以上;继续延长时间,除氟率没有明显上升趋势,可能是除氟剂的吸附性能已趋于饱和。
在单因素实验基础上,确定适宜的反应条件为:反应温度75 ℃,除氟剂加入量50 g/L,反应时间50 min。在该条件下进行了验证实验,结果表明,废水除氟率达到96%,废水中氟质量浓度由600 mg/L降至25 mg/L。
二次除氟实验所用铝基除氟剂主要成分为无定形氢氧化铝,其SEM检测结果如图6所示。该材料具有较多的孔洞结构,结构疏松,比表面积大。无定形氢氧化铝除氟过程中,设定反应温度70 ℃、反应时间60 min、氢氧化铝加入量5 g/L,该条件下废水中氟质量浓度由25 mg/L降至6.5 mg/L,满足GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一类水质要求。氢氧化铝除氟剂及除氟渣XRD检测结果如图7所示。氢氧化铝除氟剂无明显衍射峰,说明该氢氧化铝呈无定形状态。无定形氢氧化铝对工业废水中氟离子的吸附属于优惠性吸附,最大吸附容量较大,具有良好的吸附动力学性能。除氟渣晶型良好、衍射峰明显,XRD检测结果显示除氟渣中主要成分为Na3AlF6
1)一段氧化锆除氟实验中,增加除氟剂加入量、升高温度、延长反应时间都能提高除氟率;反应温度75 ℃、除氟剂加入量50 g/L、反应时间50 min条件下,废水除氟率达到96%,废水中氟质量浓度由600 mg/L降至25 mg/L。
2)针对一段氧化锆除氟后废水进行二段无定型氢氧化铝除氟,无定形氢氧化铝加入量5 g/L、反应温度70 ℃、反应时间60 min条件下,废水中氟质量浓度由25 mg/L降至6.5 mg/L,满足GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一类水质要求。采用无定形氢氧化铝材料进行废水除氟,所得除氟渣晶型稳定、过滤性能良好;XRD分析衍射峰明显,除氟渣中主要成分为Na3AlF6
