In order to explore the formation mechanism of landslides and reveal the development process of landslides, Mayang Miao Autonomous County in Hunan Province was taken as an example, and landslide analysis was conducted for red beds area in Hunan Province based on susceptibility to the selected factors causing disasters, including elevation, slope, terrain ruggedness index (TRI), stratum lithology and distance away from faults, among others. It is found that landslide occurrence is well correlated with several factors, with susceptibility to each factors in the following descending order: type of land use>elevation > TRI > normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) > distance away from roads > slope > stratum lithology > distance away from rivers > average rainfall during recent several years > distance away from fault, and the corresponding factors with high sensitivity are listed as follows: land used for buildings, elevation [101 m, 1 394 m), TRI[47 m, 74 m) and NDVI[0.30, 0.43).

为了探究滑坡成因机制、揭示滑坡发育规律,以湖南省麻阳苗族自治县为例,选取高程、坡度、地形起伏度、地层岩性、距断层距离等10个因子为致灾因子,基于确定性因数模型开展致灾因子敏感性分析,探究湖南省红层地区滑坡发育特征和成因机制。结果表明:滑坡与土地利用类型、高程和地形起伏度等因子呈现较大的相关性,各因子间的敏感性大小为:土地利用类型>高程>地形起伏度>归一化植被指数>距道路距离>坡度>地层岩性>距河流距离>多年平均降雨>距断层距离;相应因子高敏感区间分别为:土地利用类型为建筑用地、高程[101 m,1 394 m)、地形起伏度[47 m,74 m)、归一化植被指数[0.30,0.43)。

为了探究滑坡成因机制、揭示滑坡发育规律,以湖南省麻阳苗族自治县为例,选取高程、坡度、地形起伏度、地层岩性、距断层距离等10个因子为致灾因子,基于确定性因数模型开展致灾因子敏感性分析,探究湖南省红层地区滑坡发育特征和成因机制。结果表明:滑坡与土地利用类型、高程和地形起伏度等因子呈现较大的相关性,各因子间的敏感性大小为:土地利用类型>高程>地形起伏度>归一化植被指数>距道路距离>坡度>地层岩性>距河流距离>多年平均降雨>距断层距离;相应因子高敏感区间分别为:土地利用类型为建筑用地、高程[101 m,1 394 m)、地形起伏度[47 m,74 m)、归一化植被指数[0.30,0.43)。

In order to explore the formation mechanism of landslides and reveal the development process of landslides, Mayang Miao Autonomous County in Hunan Province was taken as an example, and landslide analysis was conducted for red beds area in Hunan Province based on susceptibility to the selected factors causing disasters, including elevation, slope, terrain ruggedness index (TRI), stratum lithology and distance away from faults, among others. It is found that landslide occurrence is well correlated with several factors, with susceptibility to each factors in the following descending order: type of land use>elevation > TRI > normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) > distance away from roads > slope > stratum lithology > distance away from rivers > average rainfall during recent several years > distance away from fault, and the corresponding factors with high sensitivity are listed as follows: land used for buildings, elevation [101 m, 1 394 m), TRI[47 m, 74 m) and NDVI[0.30, 0.43).

滑坡是山地丘陵地区常见的地质灾害[1]。据中国统计数据[2],2015—2022年全国共发生36 304处滑坡灾害,占地质灾害总数的66.9%,造成巨大的经济损失和人员伤亡。在工程应用中,基于地形地貌和基础地质等环境条件的滑坡易发性评价、危险性评价和风险评价体系逐渐得到发展[3-5]。然而在不同地质背景下,滑坡的成因机制存在差异,致灾条件也不尽相同[6-7]。因此,研究滑坡致灾因子的敏感性对于滑坡易发性、危险性和风险评价具有一定的指导意义。
近年来,许多学者对于不同地质背景区下致灾因子的敏感性[8-10]进行了分析,但受地域环境、地质背景影响,不同地区引发滑坡的主导因素不尽相同。目前,红层地区滑坡灾害致灾机理尚不明晰,开展该地区滑坡致灾因子敏感性分析对滑坡灾害的防灾减灾工作具有重要意义。
本文以湖南省麻阳苗族自治县为例,采用确定性因数模型探究红层地区滑坡致灾因子重要性和敏感性,并结合红层地质环境背景,分析滑坡发育规律、揭示滑坡成因机制,为红层地区防灾减灾规划提供科学依据和理论基础。
湖南省的红层地貌主要分布在沅麻盆地、长平盆地等地区,占全省面积的20.5%[11]。本文以麻阳苗族自治县为例,探究红层地区滑坡致灾机理。麻阳苗族自治县位于湖南省西部,隶属怀化市,地形总体呈西、南、北三面较高,中部较低,朝东倾斜开口呈筲箕状。境内属亚热带季风气候区,雨热同期,四季分明。同时小气候及垂直气候差异明显,局部中低山区偶有冰冻灾害发生。根据麻阳苗族自治县地质灾害数据统计,本次共调查滑坡地质灾害点206处,以小型为主(204处),极少数为中型(2处)。滑坡地质灾害调查点如图1所示。
滑坡发育通常受地形地貌、植被覆盖、基础地质条件、区域水文环境以及人类活动的影响。根据麻阳苗族自治县地质灾害特征及各类数据的可获取性和精度,在以往研究基础上,本文选取高程、坡度、地形起伏度、地层岩性、距断层距离、距河流距离、距道路距离、土地利用、年降雨和归一化植被指数(normalized difference vegetation index,NDVI)共10个因子作为滑坡致灾因子,各致灾因子分布如图2所示。
基于概率统计理论,采用确定性因数建立已发生灾害与影响因子之间的关系,其计算公式[12-13]为:
式中:Rij为第i个致灾因子下第j个属性值的确定性因数值,用以表征其对滑坡灾害的敏感性[14],该值值域为[-1,1],正值代表滑坡的敏感性高,表示该评价单元为滑坡易发单元;负值代表滑坡的敏感性低,表示评价单元不易发生滑坡;Pij为第i个致灾因子下第j个属性值区域内滑坡的概率;Ps为整个研究区滑坡的空间概率。
求取滑坡致灾因子各分级确定性因数值的标准差,用以表征灾害影响因子间的敏感性大小,其计算公式[15]为:
式中:Ri为第i个致灾因子的确定性因数值,以Rij的标准差表示,用以表征该致灾因子对滑坡灾害的敏感性,该值可以衡量致灾因子内部确定性因数值的波动大小,值越大表明该因子敏感性越高;n为第i个致灾因子属性值数量;为第i个致灾因子所有属性值确定性因数的平均值。
基于GIS平台,利用确定性因数模型对致灾因子进行敏感性分析,得到每个致灾因子和各属性值的Rij值,如表1所示。由表1可知,在10个致灾因子中,土地利用类型、高程、地形起伏度的敏感性较高。
斜坡岩土体的岩性对斜坡稳定性有明显的控制作用,下伏岩层岩性是决定斜坡稳定性的重要因素之一。参考麻阳苗族自治县工程地质岩组分类,将相似的岩性归为一类,最终划分为岩浆岩、浅变质砂岩、板岩等9类,对应的确定性因数值见表2。结果表明,不同地层岩性与滑坡有一定的关联,滑坡在岩浆岩、砂岩等岩组具有较强的敏感性。
一般来说,断层是引发大量滑坡的潜在原因。断层发育导致上下盘岩土体破坏,降低了围岩强度。按照500 m间距分级距断层距离,将该因子划分为5个等级,对应的确定性因数值见表3。结果显示,随着距离增加,Rij值呈整体降低趋势,在距断层[0 m,500 m)范围内,Rij值最大(0.129);但其余属性值的Rij值均为负值,表明该地区断层对滑坡的影响有限。
研究区内高程为101~1 394 m,按照自然间断点法将其划分为8个等级,对应的确定性因数值见表4。结果表明,高程与滑坡呈显著的负相关关系,随着高程增大,Rij值显著降低。在高程[101 m,206 m)时滑坡敏感性最高,该高程范围为人类主要工程活动聚集区,工程活动频繁,对地质环境的改造作用强烈,易诱发滑坡。
植被覆盖率反映了植被在地表的发育程度,它主要影响坡面的地表径流与水土流失情况。将NDVI划分为8个等级,对应的确定性因数值见表5。结果表明,随着NDVI增加,滑坡敏感性呈先增加后减小的趋势,在NDVI为[0.30,0.43)时获得最大值(0.650)。NDVI多数属性值的Rij值为正值,表明NDVI对滑坡具有重要影响。
坡度是表示地表单元陡缓程度的参数,它对坡体内应力分布、坡面地表径流、坡体物质稳定性和植被覆盖率等都有重要影响。将坡度划分为8个等级,对应的确定性因数值见表6。结果表明,坡度增大,Rij值先增大后减小,在坡度小于15°的区域滑坡敏感性较高。
地形起伏度是描述一个区域地形特征的宏观性指标,指在特定区域内最高点与最低点之间海拔的差值。将地形起伏度划分为8个等级,对应的确定性因数值见表7。结果表明,地形起伏度与滑坡呈较强的负相关关系,地形起伏度越大,Rij值越低,在地形起伏度[47 m,74 m)区域具有较高的滑坡敏感性。
河流侵蚀冲刷坡岸,造成坡脚的物质流失,形成临空面,为地质灾害的发生提供条件,距河流距离是滑坡地质灾害的一个重要诱因。研究区按不同河流等级将距河流距离划分为5类,对应的确定性因数值见表8。结果表明,距河流距离与滑坡呈较强的负相关关系,距河流距离的缓冲等级增加,Rij值显著降低。在1级缓冲范围内,滑坡敏感性最高(0.426)。
降雨会使坡体表面形成径流,且坡体内部地下水位会发生变化。径流会对斜坡表面进行冲刷侵蚀,地下水会影响坡体岩土体的物理力学性能。多年平均降雨一定程度上反映了斜坡表面植被的发育情况与滑坡的孕育条件。将多年平均降雨量分为8个等级,对应的确定性因数值见表9。结果表明,多年平均降雨量对滑坡有一定影响。多年平均降雨量[1 718 mm,1 765 mm)和[1 879 mm,1 938 mm)区域Rij值较高,该区域滑坡敏感性较高。
道路建设涉及开挖坡脚或增重坡体,导致坡体上方的整体稳定性降低,严重改变山区的边坡稳定性,极易诱发滑坡灾害。将距道路距离划分为6类,对应的确定性因数值见表10。结果表明,距道路距离与滑坡呈较强的负相关关系。距道路距离的缓冲等级增加,Rij值显著降低。在距道路距离的1级缓冲区域内,滑坡敏感性最高(0.640)。
土地利用类型不同,表示人类对岩土层的扰动程度和破坏程度不同。因此,不同类型土地发生地质灾害的概率也不相同。将研究区土地利用类型分为6类,对应的确定性因数值见表11。结果表明,不同类型土地滑坡敏感性不同,建筑用地、耕地和水域3个土地利用类型的Rij值较高,表明随着人类工程活动强度增加,滑坡敏感性上升。
以湖南省麻阳苗族自治县典型红层地貌为研究区域,基于确定性因数模型对致灾因子敏感性进行分析,并结合地质环境背景,深入揭示红层地区滑坡的致灾机理和发育规律,为滑坡灾害防治提供理论基础。主要研究结论如下。
1)基于确定性因数模型的因子敏感性排序为:土地利用类型>高程>地形起伏度>归一化植被指数>距道路距离>坡度>地层岩性>距河流距离>多年平均降雨>距断层距离。
2)地形地貌条件对麻阳苗族自治县滑坡具有较强控制作用。高程、地形起伏度、归一化植被指数等致灾因子对滑坡均具有重要影响,在高程[101,1 394)m、地形起伏度[47 m,74 m)和归一化植被指数[0.30,0.43)区域内滑坡敏感性较高。
3)人类工程活动强度与滑坡敏感性呈正相关关系,在工程建设强烈的建筑用地和切坡作用明显的距道路距离1级缓冲区域内滑坡敏感性较高。
4)受泥质粉砂岩和页(泥)岩水敏性强、强度低特征的影响,区内这些岩组的滑坡敏感性较高。
5)研究结果与实际情况吻合良好,可为红层地区滑坡灾害的综合治理和防灾减灾提供依据。
