As for the open-pit slope with fault structure, studies on its deformation and failure characteristics were carried out by means of remote sensing images, field investigation and numerical simulation, and its safety factor was also calculated, so as to explore the influence of fault structure on slope stability. Then, based on the analysis of deformation and failure process of slope, the failure rule for open-pit slope with fault structure was discussed. It is found that the landslide hazard occurring on the north slope of the open-pit mine is attributed to an internal factor of fault structure combined with an external factor of unloading by underground mining. Under the combined action of disturbance by underground mining and cutting by F15 fault, a landslide is prone to occur along the fault structure, and then the failure zone will be gradually expanded. The deformation and displacement of upper slope above the F15 fault structure becomes relatively larger, and proceeds towards the eastern bottom along the F15 fault structure. The F15 fault structure changes the deformation and failure trend of the upper part of the northern slope. It is shown that when the safety factor of open-pit slope is 1.45, F15 fault zone is the potential sliding plane, and no larger deformation has occurred along the fault zone of the northern slope.

为了探究断层构造对露天边坡变形破坏特征及稳定性的影响,采用遥感影像、现场调查与数值模拟研究手段开展了含断层构造的露天边坡变形破坏特征及安全系数计算研究,并进行了边坡变形破坏发展分析,揭示了含断层构造露天边坡变形破坏特征规律。结果表明:露天采场北部边坡产生滑塌灾害是断层构造(内因)、井下矿体开采卸荷(外因)共同作用的结果。在地下矿体开采扰动与F15断层切割的作用下,边坡易形成沿断层构造滑坡垮塌并不断扩大滑塌区域。F15断层构造以上坡体的变形位移相对较大,且沿F15断层构造向东部沟谷发展,F15断层构造改变了北部边坡上部坡体的变形破坏趋势。露天采场边坡安全系数为1.45时,潜在滑动面为F15断层构造;北部边坡沿断层构造尚未出现大变形。

为了探究断层构造对露天边坡变形破坏特征及稳定性的影响,采用遥感影像、现场调查与数值模拟研究手段开展了含断层构造的露天边坡变形破坏特征及安全系数计算研究,并进行了边坡变形破坏发展分析,揭示了含断层构造露天边坡变形破坏特征规律。结果表明:露天采场北部边坡产生滑塌灾害是断层构造(内因)、井下矿体开采卸荷(外因)共同作用的结果。在地下矿体开采扰动与F15断层切割的作用下,边坡易形成沿断层构造滑坡垮塌并不断扩大滑塌区域。F15断层构造以上坡体的变形位移相对较大,且沿F15断层构造向东部沟谷发展,F15断层构造改变了北部边坡上部坡体的变形破坏趋势。露天采场边坡安全系数为1.45时,潜在滑动面为F15断层构造;北部边坡沿断层构造尚未出现大变形。

As for the open-pit slope with fault structure, studies on its deformation and failure characteristics were carried out by means of remote sensing images, field investigation and numerical simulation, and its safety factor was also calculated, so as to explore the influence of fault structure on slope stability. Then, based on the analysis of deformation and failure process of slope, the failure rule for open-pit slope with fault structure was discussed. It is found that the landslide hazard occurring on the north slope of the open-pit mine is attributed to an internal factor of fault structure combined with an external factor of unloading by underground mining. Under the combined action of disturbance by underground mining and cutting by F15 fault, a landslide is prone to occur along the fault structure, and then the failure zone will be gradually expanded. The deformation and displacement of upper slope above the F15 fault structure becomes relatively larger, and proceeds towards the eastern bottom along the F15 fault structure. The F15 fault structure changes the deformation and failure trend of the upper part of the northern slope. It is shown that when the safety factor of open-pit slope is 1.45, F15 fault zone is the potential sliding plane, and no larger deformation has occurred along the fault zone of the northern slope.

断层构造是地质工程中影响工程稳定的关键因素。露天矿开采过程中,开采卸荷、爆破振动、雨水侵蚀风化与坡体内部存在的断层构造产生耦合作用,易造成边坡滑坡垮塌等灾害。对于一些露天转地下矿山,在地下采空区、断层构造及侵蚀风化等多因素耦合作用下,极易发生滑坡灾害,断层构造加剧了露天采场边坡的变形破坏[1-2]。因此,非常有必要开展含断层构造露天边坡变形破坏特征及稳定性研究。
露天采场边坡中断层构造会切割坡体、降低坡体完整程度,对边坡稳定性产生重要影响。前人研究了地下开采卸荷引发露天边坡滑塌、地表塌陷[3-6]以及断层构造对工程稳定性的影响[7-10],本文在此基础上,以具体露天转地下开采形成的露天采场边坡滑塌灾害为研究对象,采用遥感影像、现场调查与数值模拟等研究手段,开展含断层构造露天边坡变形破坏特征及稳定性研究,研究成果可为类似矿山地质灾害防控提供参考。
矿区位于向斜东翼的南段,地层出露简单,断裂、节理、裂隙发育,区内未见岩浆岩和变质岩,围岩蚀变较弱。在矿区的东、南、北与中部出露地层中震旦系上统灯影组(Zbd),被划分为8层,其中Zbd5、Zbd6、Zbd7、Zbd8层为含矿层。
矿体赋存于横切大桥向斜东翼南东段的地堑式断块构造中,以F1和F15为边界。该断块构造走向约315°,长15~20 km,宽150~600 m,以一定倾角延展至深部变质岩系中。地堑中的断层裂隙发育,是矿区内主要的导、容矿构造。
F15断层位于矿区北部,由北西-南东横贯整个矿区,构成矿区地堑式构造北面边界,断裂南侧发育“黑色破碎带”,矿区富厚工业矿体产于其中。长15~20 km,宽0.7~6.3 m,控制延深240 m,总断距408 m,倾向南西或北东,倾角56°~89°,北西西向断裂,成矿前为平移逆断层,成矿后为平移正断层。出露于地表位置如图1所示。
目前,该矿山露天开采已全部结束,开采对象为露天采场境界以下、1 884 m水平以上的多个矿段,以11线为界划分为东、西两个采区。中段高度为60 m,具体划分为2 124 m、2 064 m、2 004 m、1 944 m、1 884 m共5个中段,目前。矿山具有以下特点:①矿山构造发育较强,存在几个大的断层构造,尤其F15断层较为明显,对矿山影响较大;②矿山井下矿体周围赋存较为破碎的岩层,会影响采矿与上覆岩层稳定性;③露天转地下开采,井下部分区域采用分段崩落法开采矿体。
为了获得矿体与岩石的物理力学参数,开展了室内岩石力学试验,获得了岩石力学参数。采用RQD分级法、节理岩体的CSIR分级法、Q系统分级法、GSI分类法、岩土规范法对矿山岩石物理力学试验参数进行工程处理,综合得到岩体力学参数见表1
为了得到含断层构造边坡变形发展过程,采用谷歌地球软件获得了2012—2022年的露天采场北部边坡的变形过程,其中典型的遥感影像如图2所示。
图2可知,从2012年开始在北部边坡坑底处开始出现局部垮塌现象。主要是因为在露天采场开采卸荷作用下,断层构造发生变形位移,造成断层上部坡体底部支撑作用减弱,坡体开始变形破坏。2015年的遥感影像与2012年基本一致,说明2012—2015年矿山开采对边坡扰动影响较小,尚未出现边坡滑塌灾害进一步发展的条件。到2017年,北部边坡中上位置出现局部台阶坡面岩体碎裂滑塌现象(图2(c)中白斑),在底部原先滑塌的区域尚未进一步扩大,在该时间段井下开采对露天采场边坡的影响逐渐向地表发展,开始出现地下开采影响边坡的迹象。到2020年,露天采场北部边坡出现了多处垮塌的现象,边坡中上部的局部台阶坡面碎裂区已经与底部滑塌区域连通,形成了以F15为中心的滑塌区。由井下矿体开采形成的采空区不断扩大,影响到北部边坡稳定性,坡体下部产生了卸荷作用,坡体出现下滑与陷落现象,即出现了滑坡与孔洞现象。因北部边坡区域发育了F15断层,在下部矿体开采卸荷作用下,坡体会沿着断层产生错动变形,进一步加剧北部边坡破坏,产生滑坡。随着时间推移,北部边坡可能会发展成规模较大的滑坡灾害。
采用现场调查分析方法得到了露天采场北部边坡典型的破坏特征,如图3所示。在北部边坡产生了断层构造滑坡垮塌现象,断层构造中的岩石破碎、风化程度高,在雨水侵蚀后加速了出露地表的断层构造变形破坏。由于井下开采形成的采空区垮塌崩落至地表,在露天采场坑底形成了地表陷落洞坑。出露在坡面的断层构造在雨水侵蚀作用下形成了多个裂缝,缝宽达到1 m左右,如图4所示。北部边坡在出现断层张拉缝处的平台出现2.1 m的下沉错台,主要是地下采空区垮塌导致断层与采空区之间的大岩体出现倾倒与下沉,表现出平台下沉错台,出现拉裂缝,如图5所示。
矿山采用无底柱分段崩落法开采井下矿体,矿体开采后,在爆破扰动下,部分顶板岩体垮塌崩落至采空区中,采空区逐渐向地表扩大。当采空区上覆岩层多处垮塌冒落至地表后,前期不断发展形成的压力拱被破坏,上覆岩层很难自稳。在井下不断开采扰动与强降雨渗流作用下,上覆大块岩体逐渐垮塌冒落,最终地表出现塌陷。西边坡与北边坡的F15断层,倾向北东,距离矿体100 m左右,矿体逐渐被开采后,形成的采空区逐渐扩大,上覆岩层垮塌,对断层的稳定性造成了影响,导致采空区与断层之间的大岩体逐渐向采空区倾倒,产生倾倒式破坏。依据现场调查情况,断层处已经出现较大的张拉缝。
通过遥感影像与现场调查分析,北部边坡的滑塌灾害是断层构造(内因)、井下矿体开采卸荷(外因)共同作用的结果。在地下矿体开采扰动影响下,北部边坡在F15断层切割的作用下,边坡易形成沿着断层构造滑坡垮塌并不断扩大滑塌区域。
基于矿山开采技术资料,利用Rhino、3DMine、AUTOCAD联合建立包含矿山原始地形、井下矿体及各种围岩体的三维模型。利用kubrix和griddle插件对包含多种岩性和地质结构的三维模型进行网格划分,得到可在有限差分法软件中运行计算的FLAC3D力学分析模型,见图6
计算前需对模型边界进行处理。已有研究[11-12]表明,模型长度、宽度大于3~5倍所研究结构体(矿体)时,边界对数值模拟结果的影响可忽略。本文建立的三维模型长1 152.43 m、宽886.88 m、高395.65~1 065.10 m。矿体长度300~450 m,满足边界条件要求。在模型周围边界平面上限制节点在XY方向,即实现滑动铰支座。在模型底部平面上限制节点在XYZ三个方向,即实现固定铰支座;地表为自由面,不添加限制。三维数值模拟采用莫尔-库仑本构模型。数值模拟过程主要包括地应力平衡分析、地下矿体开采过程计算与强度折减法边坡安全系数计算。
采用三维数值模拟计算边坡在井下开采过程中的变形位移,典型的位移云图如图7所示。
图7可知,本次研究关注的重点——北部边坡坡顶发生了相对较大的变形位移,底部方向变形位移逐渐减小,最大位移为5.4 cm。在F15断层构造带以下发生的变形位移相对较小,主要是井下矿体开采后形成的采空区,给断层构造以下的岩体向深部变形提供了空间条件,因此向东部变形破坏的可能性较小。潜在滑动面以上岩体变形位移沿F15断层构造向东部沟谷发展,说明F15断层构造改变了北部边坡上部坡体的变形破坏趋势。
由GB 51016—2014《非煤露天矿边坡工程技术规范》[13]可知,边坡在常规条件下的许用安全系数为1.25~1.20,采用安全系数评价露天采场北部边坡在井下开采后的稳定性,剪应变及安全系数如图8所示。
图8可知,北部边坡上部岩体的变形破坏主要向东部发展。剪应变增量最大区域为F15断层构造,坡体主要呈现平直剪切型破坏模式。由现场调查结果可知,现场在北部边坡沿F15断层构造出现了滑塌灾害,与数值模拟结果吻合,证实了数值模拟结果的可靠性。采用强度折减法计算得到的露天采场边坡安全系数为1.45,潜在滑动面为F15断层构造,说明目前北部边坡尚未沿着断层构造出现大的变形破坏,现场调查结果为采场内的断层构造出现局部滑塌灾害,与数值模拟结果一致。边坡的安全系数满足规范要求,但安全系数冗余较小,随着断层构造持续性风化、滑塌及被井下开采扰动破坏,在后期可能会发生严重的大型滑坡灾害,可采用露天采场边坡变形位移计、坡体应力计等监测仪来预防滑坡灾害。
基于露天采场遥感影像与现场调查进行了边坡变形破坏发展分析,采用数值模拟方法计算了含断层构造的边坡变形位移及安全系数,揭示了含断层构造露天边坡变形破坏特征规律,得出了以下主要结论。
1)北部边坡产生滑塌灾害是断层构造(内因)、井下矿体开采卸荷(外因)共同作用的结果。在地下矿体开采扰动影响下,北部边坡在F15断层切割的作用下,边坡易沿着断层构造形成滑坡垮塌并不断扩大滑塌区域。
2)F15断层构造以上的坡体发生的变形位移相对较大,且沿F15断层构造向东部沟谷发展,F15断层构造改变了北部边坡上部坡体的变形破坏趋势。
3)露天采场边坡安全系数为1.45时,潜在滑动面为F15断层构造,目前北部边坡尚未沿着断层构造出现大的变形破坏,现场调查结果为采场内的断层构造出现局部的滑塌灾害,与数值模拟结果一致。
