A mineral processing test was conducted to treat a low-grade rubidium-bearing lepidolite ore from Hunan Province with the grade of Li2O and Rb2O respectively at 0.27% and 0.17%. A flowsheet including a desulphurization and a lithium flotation was adopted, and an efficient collector CK was used in combination with dodecylamine to collect lithium minerals under weak alkaline conditions. In a closed-circuit test, a lithium concentrate was produced with Li2O grade and recovery of 2.71% and 86.34%, Rb2O grade and recovery of 1.02% and 51.24%, respectively. It is concluded that efficient utilization of low-grade lepidolite ore can be actualized.

对湖南某Li2O和Rb2O品位分别为0.27%和0.17%的低品位含铷锂云母矿进行了选矿试验研究。采用脱硫-选锂浮选流程,使用高效捕收剂CK与十二胺组合作为锂捕收剂,在弱碱性条件下,闭路试验获得了Li2O品位2.71%、Rb2O品位1.02%,回收率分别为86.34%、51.24%的锂精矿指标,达到了低品位锂云母矿高效利用的目的。

A mineral processing test was conducted to treat a low-grade rubidium-bearing lepidolite ore from Hunan Province with the grade of Li2O and Rb2O respectively at 0.27% and 0.17%. A flowsheet including a desulphurization and a lithium flotation was adopted, and an efficient collector CK was used in combination with dodecylamine to collect lithium minerals under weak alkaline conditions. In a closed-circuit test, a lithium concentrate was produced with Li2O grade and recovery of 2.71% and 86.34%, Rb2O grade and recovery of 1.02% and 51.24%, respectively. It is concluded that efficient utilization of low-grade lepidolite ore can be actualized.

随着电动汽车、可再生能源和移动设备的快速发展,锂需求量呈现爆发式增长,导致锂资源供不应求,加强锂矿的开发利用尤为重要[1-2]。锂矿石种类较多,主要包括硬岩锂矿、软岩锂矿和盐湖锂矿等[3-4]。不同种类锂矿石需要不同选矿方案[5]。可供开采的锂矿石主要为低品位锂矿石[6-7]。为了提高湖南某含铷锂矿的选矿效率、有效利用矿石,本文针对该含铷锂矿开展了选矿试验研究。试验过程中,针对具体矿石的性质和成分特点,通过磨矿细度试验、浮选试验等优化选矿流程,获得可靠的选矿工艺指标,可为实际生产提供重要参考。
矿石化学成分分析结果见表1,锂物相分析结果见表2。由表12可知,矿石属含铷的云母型锂矿,主要有用成分是锂和铷,Li2O品位为0.27%,Rb2O品位为0.17%。矿样中锂主要赋存于云母中,少量赋存于铁铝氧化物中。矿石中主要有用矿物为锂云母,脉石矿物有石英、正长石、方解石、钠长石、水钠锰矿等。含铁铝氧化物在磨矿过程中易泥化,应关注其对浮选过程的影响。岩矿鉴定结果表明,云母矿物包括白云母、绢云母、黑云母,锂替代云母中的钾而赋存在该矿物中。样品中云母连生体主要与石英和长石等脉石矿物紧密镶嵌,少量包裹在长石、石英晶粒中,集合体呈混杂交生分布状态。云母片径或粒度相对细小,片径一般为0.019~0.425 mm。另外,少量云母聚合成粒度较粗的不规则团块状集合体,集合体粒度一般为0.035~0.420 mm,内部常夹杂不等量的微细粒石英、长石等其他矿物。总体看,云母不但粒度微细,且与其他矿物紧密镶嵌,选别富集具有一定难度。
原矿中存在的铁铝氧化物容易泥化,对锂云母浮选产生不利影响,原矿中部分硫化矿物在氧化矿捕收剂作用下也会被捕收,随着泡沫进入精矿产品,使精矿品位下降。
矿泥的影响包括多个方面:一是矿泥中的细小目的矿物质量小、矿泥比表面积大、表面未饱和键力大、电荷多,形成的表面水化膜厚,导致细粒目的矿物亲水性强,可浮性下降;二是矿泥罩盖于粗粒矿物表面,阻碍粗粒目的矿物与捕收剂的附着及粗粒矿物表面捕收剂与气泡发生作用,影响浮选指标;三是细颗粒表面自由能高,降低了捕收剂的选择性吸附,消耗了大量药剂。
开展了原则工艺流程试验,针对脱泥、脱硫与否进行了对比试验,考察硫化矿物和矿泥对浮选的影响,其中脱泥采用物理沉降的方式。结果表明,相比于直接选锂,脱硫-选锂、脱泥-选锂、脱泥-脱硫-选锂工艺浮选泡沫更扎实,从Li2O品位、回收率以及工艺流程的复杂程度考虑,确定使用脱硫-选锂工艺进行试验。试验流程如图1所示。
根据矿石性质,锂云母是选矿回收的主要有用矿物,目前锂云母的选矿方法以浮选为主,常用捕收剂有阴离子型、阳离子型和两性捕收剂[6-10],其中阴离子型捕收剂主要在弱碱性至碱性介质中使用,阳离子型捕收剂主要在酸性介质中使用,两性捕收剂可以在自然pH值条件下使用。根据矿浆pH值环境,首先开展了捕收剂种类试验,试验流程如图2所示,结果见图3。其中捕收剂CK为一种改性脂肪酸,由长沙矿山研究院有限责任公司提供。结果表明,单独使用阳离子型捕收剂或阴离子型捕收剂都很难达到良好的锂浮选效果,CK对锂云母的浮选具有较好的选择性兼具合适的捕收能力,有利于锂云母精矿品位的提高。组合使用CK+十二胺时,锂云母浮选泡沫扎实,浮选效果较好,Li2O品位和回收率均较高,确定采用该组合捕收剂进行浮选试验。
脱硫后锂云母浮选效果更好。在此基础上考虑增加脱硫扫选作业,进一步提高锂云母的浮选效果。采用两段脱硫后选锂的浮选流程进行磨矿细度试验,试验流程见图4,结果见图5。结果表明,磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占50%后,随着磨矿细度增加,锂精矿品位及回收率逐渐降低,较粗的磨矿细度有利于锂云母浮选,选择磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占50%。
在锂云母浮选过程中,调整剂对锂云母的浮选影响较为显著。按图4所示流程,考察了碳酸钠用量对锂云母浮选的影响,结果见图6。由图6可知,随着碳酸钠用量由1 000 g/t增加至3 000 g/t,锂精矿品位及回收率均增加,但碳酸钠用量增加至4 000 g/t时,锂精矿品位及回收率略有下降,说明此时碳酸钠过量,对锂云母产生了抑制作用。确定碳酸钠用量3 000 g/t。
按照图4所示流程进行了水玻璃用量试验,结果见图7。由图7可知,水玻璃用量500 g/t较为合适,水玻璃用量过大后,对锂云母有一定抑制作用。
按照图4所示流程进行了锂粗选捕收剂CK用量试验,其中十二胺用量固定为90 g/t,结果见图8。由图8可知,锂精矿回收率随着CK用量增加而增加,CK用量1 100 g/t时,锂精矿回收率达到最大值;CK用量继续增加到1 300 g/t,锂精矿回收率不再增加,但锂精矿品位下降。捕收剂过量,部分脉石也被捕收进入泡沫,对锂精矿的精矿品位产生影响。确定适宜的CK用量为1 100 g/t。
采用脱硫-选锂浮选工艺,脱硫以丁基黄药为捕收剂、2#油为起泡剂;选锂以碳酸钠为调整剂、水玻璃为脉石抑制剂、CK+十二胺为锂云母捕收剂,闭路浮选流程及药剂制度见图9,结果见表3
原矿Li2O品位0.27%、Rb2O品位0.17%时,脱硫-选锂闭路浮选获得了Li2O品位2.71%、Rb2O品位1.02%,回收率分别为86.34%、51.24%的锂精矿,达到了低品位锂云母矿高效利用的目的,实现了对云母中铷的综合回收。
1)工艺矿物学研究结果表明,该锂矿属含铷的云母型锂矿。Li2O和Rb2O品位分别为0.27%和0.17%;锂主要赋存于云母中,锂矿物为锂云母;脉石矿物主要为石英和长石。
2)使用高效锂云母捕收剂CK与十二胺组合,在弱碱性条件下可以获得较高品位和回收率的锂云母精矿产品。
3)采用脱硫-选锂浮选工艺,脱硫作业以丁基黄药为捕收剂、2#油为起泡剂,选锂作业以碳酸钠为调整剂、水玻璃为脉石抑制剂、CK+十二胺为锂云母捕收剂,获得了Li2O品位2.71%、Rb2O品位1.02%,回收率分别为86.34%、51.24%的锂精矿,达到了低品位锂云母矿高效利用的目的,实现了对云母中铷的综合回收。
