A mineral processing test was conducted to treat a lithium-tantalum-niobium-beryllium polymetallic ore with a lithium grade of 0.68% from Xinjiang. According to the process mineralogy study, this ore has spodumene as the dominant lithium minerals, and has low content of tantalum-niobium minerals. A flowsheet including a magnetic separation and gravity separation to recover tantalum-niobium minerals, and a flotation to collect lithium minerals can produce a tantalum-niobium concentrate with Ta2O5 grade and recovery of 17.110% and 41.69%, Nb2O5 grade and recovery of 19.670% and 42.63%, respectively, and a lithium concentrate with Li2O grade and recovery of 5.12% and 75.21%, respectively.

对新疆某锂品位0.68%的锂钽铌铍多金属矿进行了选矿试验研究。工艺矿物学研究结果表明,该矿石中锂矿物以锂辉石为主,钽铌矿物含量较低。采用磁选-重选回收钽铌、浮选回收锂的工艺流程,可得到Ta2O5品位17.110%、Nb2O5品位19.670%,回收率分别为41.69%、42.63%的钽铌精矿和Li2O品位5.12%、Li2O回收率75.21%的锂精矿。

A mineral processing test was conducted to treat a lithium-tantalum-niobium-beryllium polymetallic ore with a lithium grade of 0.68% from Xinjiang. According to the process mineralogy study, this ore has spodumene as the dominant lithium minerals, and has low content of tantalum-niobium minerals. A flowsheet including a magnetic separation and gravity separation to recover tantalum-niobium minerals, and a flotation to collect lithium minerals can produce a tantalum-niobium concentrate with Ta2O5 grade and recovery of 17.110% and 41.69%, Nb2O5 grade and recovery of 19.670% and 42.63%, respectively, and a lithium concentrate with Li2O grade and recovery of 5.12% and 75.21%, respectively.

锂是一种重要的矿产资源,近年来已被列为新兴战略性矿产资源。锂及其化合物具有较低的密度、高的电化学活性和良好的导热性,被广泛用于电池、陶瓷、玻璃、润滑剂等领域[1];在新能源汽车、消费电子等行业的快速发展推动下,锂的需求不断增长,锂被誉为“白色石油”[2-3]。锂矿主要分为硬岩型锂矿和卤水盐湖型锂矿。硬岩型锂矿主要包括锂辉石、锂云母、透锂长石、锂霞石等,其中开发较多的为锂辉石[4]。中国硬岩型锂矿主要分布于四川、江西、新疆等地,其中四川锂辉石矿资源储量达76×104 t[5]。硬岩型锂矿具有品位高、规模大、提锂工艺简单等特点[6]
锂常伴生钽铌铍等多金属元素,目前选矿厂对锂辉石主要采用浮选或重选-浮选联合工艺[7-10]进行回收。钽铌矿是含钽和含铌矿物的总称。钽铌矿中含有一些磁性矿物,通常采用磁选优先分选出部分磁性钽铌矿物,非磁性矿物进入重选分选钽铌重矿物[11-15]。铍矿主要包括绿柱石、硅铍石、金绿宝石等,一般采用浮选或反浮选进行分选[16]
本文以新疆某锂钽铌铍多金属矿为研究对象,进行了工艺流程和工艺参数试验,开发了磁选-重选回收钽铌、浮选回收锂的工艺流程,采用新型捕收剂实现了锂矿物的高效回收,最终综合回收了钽铌和锂多金属,实现了锂钽铌矿资源的综合利用。
原矿化学成分分析结果如表1所示。原矿中主要有价金属为锂、钽和铌,钽铌矿品位已达到最低工业开采品位,可综合回收锂、钽、铌;含有少量铍、铯、铷,其他元素钾、钠、铝、硅含量较高。
采用MLA矿物自动定量检测系统测定原矿矿物组成及含量,结果如表2所示。矿石中锂矿物以锂辉石为主,白云母(含锂)次之,少量锂绿泥石。脉石矿物主要由石英、钠长石和钾长石组成,少量高岭石、石膏等。其他矿物主要包括钽铌铁矿、绿柱石(铍矿)等。
在显微镜下测定了原矿中主要矿物的嵌布粒度,结果见表3。矿石中锂辉石、绿柱石、云母、长石与石英嵌布粒度均较粗,锂辉石主要分布在0.16~5.12 mm粒级,绿柱石主要分布在0.16~1.28 mm粒级,钽铌铁矿嵌布粒度较细,主要分布在-0.16 mm粒级,其中-0.02 mm粒级占比超过30%。
采用显微镜测定了磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占51.35%、61.22%、70.59%时主要矿物锂辉石、云母和长石的解离度,结果见表4。锂辉石、云母和长石解离性均较好,各粒级解离度均很高,-0.074 mm粒级占51.35%时,+0.074 mm粒级中各矿物已经达到95%以上的解离度。磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占51.35%、61.22%、70.59%时,锂辉石总解离度分别为95.75%、96.77%、98.06%。
钽铌矿物细粒嵌布,直接重选回收钽铌回收率较低,采用磁选-重选联合工艺回收钽铌,再通过浮选回收锂,可以获得较好的效果。确定采用磁选-重选回收钽铌、浮选回收锂的工艺流程作为新疆某锂钽铌铍多金属矿的选矿原则流程,见图1
先采用弱磁选除去磁性物,再采用强磁选回收钽铌,试验流程见图2。在弱磁选磁场强度0.35 T、强磁选磁场强度1.0 T条件下,考察了磨矿细度对强磁选精矿钽铌回收指标的影响,结果见图3。结果表明,磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占比超过55%后,钽、铌回收率相差不大,随着磨矿细度增加,钽、铌回收率增加。综合考虑后续精矿钽铌重选回收钽铌以及锂辉石浮选细度要求,选取磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占61.22%。
按照图2所示流程,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占61.22%、弱磁选磁场强度0.35 T条件下,进行了强磁选磁场强度条件试验,结果见图4。结果表明,随着磁选强度增加,强磁选精矿产率和回收率增加;磁场强度1.0 T时,钽、铌回收率达到峰值。综合考虑,强磁选磁场强度选取1.0 T。
为更好地制定后续强磁选精矿回收钽铌精矿重选工艺,针对磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占61.22%、弱磁选磁场强度0.35 T、强磁选磁场强度1.0 T条件下获得的强磁选精矿进行了粒度筛析,结果见表5。结果表明,强磁选精矿粒级越细,钽、铌品位越高,钽、铌金属向细粒级富集,其中+0.045 mm粒级产品产率达到了76.03%,钽、铌金属回收率分别为52.67%、54.04%;-0.045 mm粒级产品产率23.97%,钽、铌品位较高。
根据强磁选精矿粒度筛析结果,对强磁选精矿进行分级重选,分别采用摇床和悬振锥面选矿机回收粗粒和细粒钽铌矿物,试验流程见图5,结果见表6。结果表明,+0.045 mm粒级经摇床重选可得到Ta2O5品位16.15%、Nb2O5品位19.82%,作业回收率分别为30.92%、33.18%的钽铌精矿1,-0.045 mm粒级经圆盘悬振重选粗扫选和细泥摇床精选可得到Ta2O5品位18.64%、Nb2O5品位19.43%,作业回收率分别为22.44%、20.45%的钽铌精矿2。强磁选精矿分级重选可得到综合钽铌精矿(钽铌精矿1+钽铌精矿2)Ta2O5品位17.11%、Nb2O5品位19.67%,回收率分别为53.36%、53.63%。
矿石中含有0.5%的石膏,磨矿过程中石膏溶解释放大量钙离子,而钙离子对锂辉石浮选影响较大,磨矿后初始pH值为7.86。采用碳酸钠沉淀这部分钙离子;同时,调整剂碳酸钠还起到分散和抑制作用。按照图6所示浮选流程,在油酸钠用量1 000 g/t、氧化石蜡皂用量1 000 g/t条件下,进行了碳酸钠用量条件试验,结果见图7。由图7可知,碳酸钠用量低于3 500 g/t时,pH值仅8.52,锂辉石分选效果差,其中大部分碳酸钠用于消除矿浆中的钙离子;碳酸钠用量超过4 500 g/t后,其对锂辉石的抑制作用明显。确定粗选碳酸钠用量为4 500 g/t。
氢氧化钠一方面可以调节矿浆pH值,另一方面可以擦洗矿物表面,起活化作用。按照图6所示流程,在碳酸钠用量4 500 g/t、油酸钠用量1 000 g/t、氧化石蜡皂用量1 000 g/t条件下,进行了氢氧化钠用量条件试验,结果见图8。加入氢氧化钠后,锂辉石活化效果较为明显,pH值11.40(氢氧化钠用量1 000 g/t)时,锂粗精矿Li2O回收率达到77.53%。确定粗选氢氧化钠用量为1 000 g/t。
在碳酸钠用量4 500 g/t、氢氧化钠用量1 000 g/t时,选取锂辉石常规捕收剂油酸钠、氧化石蜡皂、环烷酸以及混合用药进行捕收剂种类试验,结果见表7。结果表明,在该矿浆体系下,环烷酸分选效果差,氧化石蜡皂泡沫量较大导致锂粗精矿品位较低,油酸钠选择性较好;混合用药均比单一用药分选效果好。综合考虑,选择油酸钠和氧化石蜡皂(3∶1)混合用药作为锂辉石的组合捕收剂。
在碳酸钠用量4 500 g/t、氢氧化钠用量1 000 g/t、油酸钠用量1 500 g/t、氧化石蜡皂用量500 g/t条件下,进行了氯化钙用量条件试验,结果见图9。结果表明,在该矿浆体系下,少量添加氯化钙可以提高锂辉石回收率,当氯化钙用量超过40 g/t后,氯化钙同时会活化脉石矿物,导致药剂选择性变差。确定氯化钙用量20 g/t为宜。
在浮选条件试验和开路试验基础上进行了闭路试验,试验流程见图10,结果见表8。浮选闭路试验可获得作业产率10.24%、Li2O品位5.06%、作业回收率76.23%的锂精矿。
在磁选-重选联合回收钽铌试验和锂辉石浮选试验基础上,进行了磁选-重选回收钽铌、浮选回收锂全流程试验,试验流程见图11,结果见表9。原矿经磁选-重选回收钽铌,可得到Ta2O5品位17.110%、Nb2O5品位19.670%,回收率分别为41.69%、42.63%的钽铌精矿;磁选-重选尾矿浮选回收锂辉石,可得到Li2O品位5.12%、回收率75.21%的锂精矿。
1)工艺矿物学研究结果表明,该矿钽、铌品位均已达到最低工业开采品位;锂主要以锂辉石形式存在,铍主要以绿柱石形式存在,钽铌主要以钽铌铁(锰)矿形式存在。脉石矿物主要由石英、钠长石和钾长石组成,少量高岭石、石膏等。锂辉石嵌布粒度较粗,主要分布在0.16~5.12 mm粒级;钽铌铁矿嵌布粒度较细,主要分布在-0.16 mm粒级。
2)采用磁选-重选回收钽铌、浮选回收锂的工艺流程,最终得到Ta2O5品位17.11%、Nb2O5品位19.67%,回收率分别为41.69%、42.63%的钽铌精矿和Li2O品位5.12%、回收率75.21%的锂精矿。
