An experimental study was carried out to address problems of higher grade of iron in the tailings from 1st-stage high intensity magnetic separation (HIMS) and higher metal losses in the production of Lilou Iron Mine in Anhui Province. In the study, the low-intensity magnetic separator (LIMS) used before 1st-stage HIMS was replaced with a CCT-A high-gradient permanent magnetic drum separator, and the HIMS process consisting of one roughing and one scavenging was optimized to a HIMS process consisting of one roughing and two scavenging. With these measures, both strongly and weakly magnetic minerals can be effectively recovered. The 1st-stage scavenging tailings have the iron grade decreased by around 1 percentage point, and nearly 40 000 tons of iron concentrate can be recovered annually, which can bring remarkable economic benefits to the mine.

针对安徽李楼铁矿生产现场存在的一段强磁选尾矿铁品位偏高、金属量流失严重的问题,开展CCT-A永磁筒式高梯度磁选机试验研究,现场采用CCT-A永磁筒式高梯度磁选机代替原一段强磁选前的弱磁选机,将一粗一扫强磁选流程优化为一粗两扫强磁选流程,项目实施后,强磁性矿物和弱磁性矿物均得到有效回收,一段扫选尾矿铁品位降低约1百分点,年多回收铁精矿近4万t,经济效益显著。

An experimental study was carried out to address problems of higher grade of iron in the tailings from 1st-stage high intensity magnetic separation (HIMS) and higher metal losses in the production of Lilou Iron Mine in Anhui Province. In the study, the low-intensity magnetic separator (LIMS) used before 1st-stage HIMS was replaced with a CCT-A high-gradient permanent magnetic drum separator, and the HIMS process consisting of one roughing and one scavenging was optimized to a HIMS process consisting of one roughing and two scavenging. With these measures, both strongly and weakly magnetic minerals can be effectively recovered. The 1st-stage scavenging tailings have the iron grade decreased by around 1 percentage point, and nearly 40 000 tons of iron concentrate can be recovered annually, which can bring remarkable economic benefits to the mine.

李楼铁矿位于安徽省西部霍邱县冯井镇,隶属中国五矿旗下五矿矿业控股有限公司。矿山设计规模500万t/a,于2012年12月通过国家相关部门组织的安全设施竣工验收,正式投入生产。2022年度期末保有地质资源储量26 432万t,平均地质品位(TFe)35.31%,矿物主要成分为镜铁矿。
多年来,经过不断优化选矿工艺流程和技术指标[1],综合尾矿铁品位仍在10.8%左右,高于设计指标10.37%。在实际生产中,一段强磁选扫选尾矿占总尾矿产率的70%以上,该部分尾矿铁品位偏高,尾矿中金属量流失大,导致综合尾矿品位偏高。为降低一段强磁选尾矿铁品位、提高铁金属回收率,开展新型高效磁选设备研究与应用十分必要。
李楼铁矿矿石的矿物种类较简单,以镜铁矿为主[2],次为假象赤铁矿,此外还可见少量磁铁矿及褐铁矿,其中镜铁矿常呈板片状或针状以中等稠密、稀疏~星散浸染条带状嵌布在石英和铁白云石的边缘、粒间,且普遍以铁矿物的贫连生体形式产出,粒度0.05~0.6 mm,少数细小者粒度小于0.02 mm。脉石矿物以石英为主,次为白云石、绿泥石和云母等。
对生产现场一段磨矿溢流样品进行铁物相分析和粒度分析,结果如表1表2所示。
表12可以看出:样品中铁矿物大部分为弱磁性的赤(褐)铁矿,分布率为96.82%,磁性铁分布率为0.37%,碳酸盐、硅酸盐中铁含量均较低,需要通过强磁选回收弱磁性铁矿物;样品粒度分布不均,0.045~0.18 mm粒级产率为48.86%,适合强磁选回收;而-0.025 mm粒级产率高达23.77%,分布率为24.79%,这部分铁矿物很难通过强磁选工艺完全回收。
目前,选矿厂入选矿石量为540万t/a,入选原矿品位32.8%,铁精矿品位64.50%,尾矿品位10.8%,铁回收率80%~81%。
选矿厂原选矿工艺包括以下几个部分。
破碎:三段一闭路破碎流程,其中粗碎布置在井下。
磨矿分级:两段阶段磨矿-闭路分级流程。
选矿:弱磁选-强磁选、重选、反浮选流程。其中磁选设置在磨矿分级之后,每段均为弱磁选+强磁选粗选+强磁选扫选;重选作业包括一段强磁选粗选精矿重选和二段磨矿排矿产品分级沉砂重选;中矿给入二段磨矿分级系统后进入反浮选作业,反浮选包括一粗一精三扫作业。
选矿厂原选矿工艺流程见图1,综合尾矿指标见表3
一段磨矿分级溢流矿浆泵送至选别工序,生产现场采用弱磁选-强磁选-重选提精-强磁选扫选工艺流程,主要工艺设备配置共12个系列,其中弱磁选作业采用CTB1230永磁筒式弱磁选机,强磁选均采用Φ2 m电磁立环脉动高梯度磁选机。弱磁选的目的是提前分出强磁性矿物、减少强磁性矿物对后续强磁选的影响。
自生产以来,弱磁选作业选别效果差,同时镜铁矿原矿中磁性铁含量不足0.5%,弱磁选作业精矿产率极低,弱磁选精矿卸矿困难,跟随滚筒重复选别,造成弱磁选机槽体及卸矿挡板处强磁性矿物淤积板结,进一步恶化选别效果。因强磁性矿物得不到有效分选,进入后续强磁选作业,造成强磁选机磁团聚现象加剧,强磁选机精矿斗、精矿斜斗、给矿轭铁淤堵频繁,介质盒堵塞严重,影响选矿指标。另一方面,随着选矿厂入选矿石总量增加,强磁选机长期处于高负荷运行状态,在磁性矿物的不利影响下,设备选别效率难以保持良好状态。目前,一段强磁选粗选及一段强磁选扫选使用的Φ2 m电磁立环脉动高梯度磁选机实际磁场强度均为最高值1.0 T,但一段强磁选扫选尾矿品位仍高达9%左右,金属量流失严重,造成综合尾矿品位居高不下。
李楼铁矿入选原矿中主要含铁矿物为镜铁矿,强磁性矿物磁铁矿含量很低,想要提高现场强磁选的选别效率,需提前分选出强磁性的磁铁矿和部分弱磁性的镜铁矿,降低进入一段立环强磁选的给矿量,同时减少强磁性矿物对强磁选作业的影响。拟采用永磁高梯度磁选机[3-5]来实现这一目标。
CCT-A永磁筒式高梯度磁选机结构示意图见图2。它采用导磁不锈钢棒为聚磁介质,扇形磁系,设备工作磁场强度0.8~1.2 T。
CCT-A永磁筒式高梯度磁选机选别原理为:矿浆进入给矿箱后流进均匀布料器,经布料器均匀三段给矿后进入分选滚筒表面介质中,弱磁性矿物及强磁性矿物被强磁性介质收集箱吸附,非磁性矿物和磁性很弱的矿物及贫连生体尾矿自然下落进入尾矿斗;被介质收集箱吸附的磁性矿物随着筒体的转动移至无磁区,在卸矿冲洗水及矿物重力的双重作用下,将粘在筒体表面介质上的精矿冲刷下来进入精矿斗,实现目的矿物的有效回收。
2020年12月,李楼铁矿委托相关设备研究单位开展了永磁高梯度磁选机实验室试验研究,给矿浓度30%,不同磁场强度条件下的试验结果见表4。实验室试验结果表明,在试验的磁场强度范围内,永磁高梯度磁选可获得TFe品位48.15%~60.88%、产率23.50%~52.93%,回收率45.16%~80.45%的精矿指标,分选效果较好。
在实验室试验基础上,进行了现场工业试验。结合现场工艺设备布置情况,一段弱磁选采用CCT-A-1230永磁筒式高梯度磁选机(以下简称CCT-A-1230),设备滚筒直径1 200 mm、长3 000 mm,并在给矿处增加振动筛除杂设施,聚磁介质采用直径3 mm的不锈钢棒,呈网格状分布,介质网厚度约50 mm,介质网格间隙约10 mm,设备工作场强可达1.2 T。
原选别流程为一段弱磁选-一段立环强磁选粗选-重选螺旋溜槽提精+一段立环强磁选扫选,工业试验流程为高梯度磁选机粗选-一段立环强磁选-重选螺旋溜槽提精+一段立环强磁选扫选。改造前后的工艺流程见图3
工业试验主要收集CCT-A-1230设备本体的运行数据、强磁选扫选尾矿运行数据和重选选别数据。
CCT-A-1230稳定运行后,该作业工序选矿技术指标详见表5。CCT-A-1230精矿品位达56.29%,尾矿品位22.32%,精矿作业产率30.29%,金属回收率52.13%。
CCT-A-1230稳定运行后的强磁选扫选尾矿品位与未进行改造的弱磁选机对应强磁选扫选尾矿品位对比结果见表6。CCT-A-1230对应的强磁选扫选尾矿品位较其他未进行改造的弱磁选机扫选尾矿品位降低约1百分点,降幅约11.8%,实现了降低一段强磁选扫选尾矿品位的目的。
CCT-A-1230稳定运行后,对应的强磁选、螺旋溜槽重选等选矿指标详见表7。以高梯度磁选原矿品位32.50%为例,CCT-A-1230精矿与立环强磁选机精矿混合进入螺旋溜槽重选,此部分混合矿量对原矿的产率达47.06%,螺旋溜槽重选精矿品位达到了63.99%,满足提前提精的要求。螺旋溜槽重选作业稳定,一段重选精矿产率高达19%,较原流程重选精矿产率(16%)提升3百分点,获得了较为理想的试验结果。
由于高梯度磁选机精矿需给入后续一段螺旋溜槽重选作业,重选作业对给矿矿浆浓度要求严格。实验过程中对CCT-A-1230精矿浓度和螺旋溜槽混合给矿浓度进行监测,结果见表8。CCT-A-1230精矿浓度32.75%,螺旋溜槽综合给矿浓度31.91%,此浓度符合现场重选需求。
使用CCT-A-1230后,一段扫选尾矿品位降低了约1百分点,一段扫选尾矿对原矿产率降低约2百分点,而一段重选精矿产率提高约3百分点,高于一段扫选尾矿降低量,故进入后续二段磨矿分级系统的矿量有所下降,对后续磨矿选别作业无负面影响。
1)CCT-A-1230整体上运行稳定、操作简单、能耗较低,用于替代一段弱磁选,可稳定获得产率30.29%、品位56.29%、金属回收率52.13%的粗选精矿,有效降低后续一段立环强磁选作业负荷,同时避免强磁性矿物进入后续选别,缓解立环强磁机介质盒堵塞现象,提高分选效率。高梯度磁选精矿与一段强磁选精矿混合进入螺旋溜槽重选,可提高一段重选精矿产率,对后续磨选流程更有利。一段扫选尾矿品位可以降低1百分点,估算镜铁矿总尾矿品位可降低0.7百分点,年可多回收铁精矿4万t,经济效益可观。
2)CCT-A-1230使用后,中矿产率降低约1百分点,对后续二段磨矿选别作业有益。
3)CCT-A-1230整体运行平稳可靠,设备整体密封性能好,作业区域附近干净整洁环保。
4)CCT-A-1230替代原CTB弱磁选机后,整个选矿系统适应性良好,未产生负面影响。
结合现场工艺配置情况,以CCT-A-1230替换原一段弱磁选机的方式进行改造,将CCT-A-1230安装在原28.5 m高频振动筛平台,高频振动筛移至原31.5 m一段弱磁选机平台。改造后一段旋流器溢流泵送至36.0 m平台原一段弱磁选分矿箱,经缓冲后给至上移后的高频振动筛除渣(31.5 m平台),筛上粗粒废渣进入现有废渣处理系统进行后续处理;筛下矿浆自流至新增的CCT-A-1230(28.5 m平台),高梯度磁选尾矿自流到下方一段强磁选机,高梯度磁选精矿与一段强磁选精矿一并给至螺旋溜槽,一段强磁选粗选尾矿给至一段强磁选扫选,强磁选扫选精矿与重选尾矿一起作为中矿进入二段选别,强磁选扫选尾矿作为总尾矿的一部分进入最终尾矿系统,重选精矿作为最终精矿的一部分进入精矿系统。图4为现场实体工程改造立面图。
CCT-A-1230改造工程在2024年8月底完成,系统设备运转正常后,在2024年9月中下旬对各产品取样检测,改造后的选矿主要技术指标见表9,尾矿指标见表10。CCT-A-1230替代原CTB弱磁选机后,一段强磁选扫选尾矿品位由改造前的9.00%降低到了7.95%,降低了1.05百分点;同时综合尾矿品位由改造前的10.80%降低到10.36%,实现了预期目标。
1)CCT-A-1230替代现场镜铁矿一段弱磁选机,有效解决了现场一段弱磁选分选效率低、选别设备堵塞等问题。
2)应用CCT-A-1230后,获得了粗选精矿品位57.41%、尾矿品位21.79%、精矿产率28.21%、金属回收率50.87%的指标,能够有效降低后续强磁选机的负荷,同时避免强磁性矿物进入后续选别流程,提高现场立环脉动高梯度磁选机选别效率,还可以适当降低后续强磁选机激磁电流,有利于强磁选机稳定运行。
3)将目前一段弱磁选-一段强磁选粗选-一段强磁选扫选工艺优化为一段强磁选粗选-两段强磁选扫选工艺,可以有效降低一段强磁选尾矿品位,从而降低镜铁矿综合尾矿品位,提高金属回收率,增加精矿产量,提高企业的经济效益。
4)采用永磁高梯度磁选机粗选+立环强磁选机扫选工艺处理李楼铁矿镜铁矿石是适宜的,生产实践中选矿技术指标较好,对同类矿石选别具有参考借鉴作用。
