Extraction of rhenium from low-grade molybdenum concentrate by adopting a process of oxidative volatilization followed by ion exchange was explored in experiments. Firstly, a two-stage high-temperature oxidative roasting was adopted to oxidize rhenium into Re2O7. Rhenium and molybdenum were effectively separated due to rhenium volatilizing into the flue gas. The volatilization rate of rhenium reached 85.42% after roasting process at 675 ℃. Then, the rhenium-containing flue gas was eluted to get rhenium-containing solution, in which rhenium was selectively extracted with D201×7 ion exchange resin. With the solution pH of 9, liquid/solid ratio of 50 mL/g, a 20 min adsorption at temperature of 35 ℃ brought the adsorption rate of Re up to 97.52% and the adsorption rate of Mo less than 20%. Finally, a product of ammonium rhenate was prepared by stepwise desorption followed by concentration and crystallization. By this process, the total recovery of Re can reach 70.68%.

研究了氧化挥发-离子交换法从低品位钼精矿中提取铼的工艺。通过两段高温氧化焙烧将铼氧化为Re2O7,挥发进入烟气,实现钼和铼的有效分离,焙烧温度675 ℃时铼挥发率达到了85.42%。对含铼烟气进行淋洗,获得含铼溶液,再利用D201×7离子交换树脂实现溶液中铼的选择性分离提取,在溶液pH值为9、液固比50 mL/g、吸附温度35 ℃、吸附时间20 min时,铼吸附率达97.52%,钼吸附率低于20%。最后采用分步解吸浓缩结晶法制备了铼酸铵产品,铼总回收率达70.68%。

研究了氧化挥发-离子交换法从低品位钼精矿中提取铼的工艺。通过两段高温氧化焙烧将铼氧化为Re2O7,挥发进入烟气,实现钼和铼的有效分离,焙烧温度675 ℃时铼挥发率达到了85.42%。对含铼烟气进行淋洗,获得含铼溶液,再利用D201×7离子交换树脂实现溶液中铼的选择性分离提取,在溶液pH值为9、液固比50 mL/g、吸附温度35 ℃、吸附时间20 min时,铼吸附率达97.52%,钼吸附率低于20%。最后采用分步解吸浓缩结晶法制备了铼酸铵产品,铼总回收率达70.68%。

Extraction of rhenium from low-grade molybdenum concentrate by adopting a process of oxidative volatilization followed by ion exchange was explored in experiments. Firstly, a two-stage high-temperature oxidative roasting was adopted to oxidize rhenium into Re2O7. Rhenium and molybdenum were effectively separated due to rhenium volatilizing into the flue gas. The volatilization rate of rhenium reached 85.42% after roasting process at 675 ℃. Then, the rhenium-containing flue gas was eluted to get rhenium-containing solution, in which rhenium was selectively extracted with D201×7 ion exchange resin. With the solution pH of 9, liquid/solid ratio of 50 mL/g, a 20 min adsorption at temperature of 35 ℃ brought the adsorption rate of Re up to 97.52% and the adsorption rate of Mo less than 20%. Finally, a product of ammonium rhenate was prepared by stepwise desorption followed by concentration and crystallization. By this process, the total recovery of Re can reach 70.68%.

铼(Re)是一种稀散金属。含铼合金具有优异的性能(硬度、韧性等),被广泛用于航空航天[1-2]、核能和化工等领域[3-4]。自然界中,铼多以辉铼矿(ReS2)形式赋存于辉钼矿中。因此,实现铼的回收关键在于进行铼与钼的分离和提取。
通过火法处理分离钼和铼是我国的主流工艺。火法处理通过氧化焙烧将辉钼矿、辉铼矿氧化,利用它们最高价氧化物挥发温度的差异实现两者的分离[5-8]。氧化焙烧过程中辉铼矿(ReS2)被氧化成Re2O7,挥发进入烟气,通过淋洗捕集,实现铼在淋洗液中的富集,再进行铼的提取。由于低品位钼精矿中杂质含量较高,回收过程中化学反应较为复杂,铼回收率通常较低。目前,溶剂萃取法是提取烟气淋洗液中铼的主要方式,但普遍存在成本高、废液污染等不足[9-11],尤其对于低品位钼精矿焙烧所得淋洗液,其分离效果较差。相比而言,离子交换法具有高吸附能力、快吸附速率、好的分离效果及可循环使用的优势[12-13]。本文开展了低品位钼精矿焙烧过程中强化铼挥发以及离子交换法高选择性分离提取含铼烟气淋洗液中铼的研究,得出了适宜的处理参数,可为低品位钼精矿中铼的回收提供有益的技术支撑。
试验所用钼精矿由中国大冶有色金属矿业有限公司提供,其主要化学成分如表1所示。该钼精矿钼品位39.27%,是典型低品位钼精矿(钼品位低于45%);该钼精矿中铼品位达0.034%,具有回收利用价值。
对该低品位钼精矿进行了物相分析,结果如图1所示。该钼精矿中主要物相为辉钼矿(MoS2),同时还含有少量镁铝硅酸盐以及黄铁矿等。
离子交换法具有稳定性好、工艺简单、环保高效及可重复使用等特点,在催化和稀有金属回收等方面应用广泛。目前主要采用离子交换树脂从焙烧钼精矿烟气中提取铼,或从工业冶炼废液中回收铼以及从废催化剂中回收铼等。铼在溶液中基本上以ReO4-阴离子形式存在,用离子交换法回收铼,应选择阴离子交换树脂。用于吸附Re的相关树脂性能如表2所示,D201×7树脂对铼Re的吸附和解吸效果均较好,因此选取D201×7离子交换树脂作为吸附载体。
在钼精矿中加入质量分数1%的膨润土作为黏结剂,制备成3~5 mm的球团,在竖式管炉中进行氧化焙烧。将装有25 g钼精矿球团的料杯放入Φ38 mm×550 mm石英玻璃管,再将玻璃管放入竖式管炉中加热至设定温度,同时以气体流速5 L/min通入空气。氧化焙烧结束后计算钼和铼的挥发率。
铼的最高价氧化物Re2O7易溶于水,可采用淋洗的方式对烟气中的铼进行回收。在6 L淋洗液中加入曝气石,以气体流速0.75 m3/h通入含铼烟气,淋洗后的烟气继续通入NaOH溶液中吸收SO2。淋洗完成后,检测淋洗液中铼含量。
利用离子交换法对淋洗液中的钼和铼进行分离。取100 mL淋洗液,用超纯水稀释至200 mL以降低pH值调节过程中的氨水消耗。加入氨水调节溶液pH值,然后加入D201×7离子交换树脂,开始吸附试验。吸附完成后,将树脂滤出,测定滤液体积,采用ICP-AES法分析滤液中Re、Mo含量,计算吸附率。
焙烧时间2 h,焙烧温度对钼和铼挥发率的影响如图2所示。随着焙烧温度升高,铼挥发率呈先升高后降低的趋势,675 ℃铼挥发率达到峰值73.94%;随着焙烧温度升高,钼挥发率呈上升趋势,但675 ℃时钼挥发率仅2.09%,此时可实现钼和铼的初步分离;继续升高焙烧温度,钼挥发率升高,不利于钼和铼的分离。
焙烧过程中,料层具有一定高度,因此上中下层钼和铼的挥发率具有差异性。为此,焙烧过程分两段进行,即在675 ℃条件下,先从下至上通入空气焙烧1 h,再改变气流方向焙烧1 h,分段焙烧结果如表3所示。通过分段焙烧,铼挥发率可提升至85.42%,虽然钼挥发率提升至2.25%,但相比一段焙烧,分段焙烧更利于钼和铼的分离。
钼精矿焙烧过程中,铼被逐级氧化成Re2O7,挥发进入烟气。为了强化淋洗过程铼的吸收,淋洗液中加入1%双氧水30 mL。通过兑入冷空气来调节淋洗烟气温度,研究了烟气温度对铼回收率的影响,结果如图3所示。铼回收率随着烟气温度降低而降低,主要原因如下:①烟气温度降低,气态Re2O7冷凝[见式(1)];②少量Re2O7被SO2还原为低价含铼氧化物[见式(2)~(3)]。保持含铼烟气温度高于300 ℃,淋洗液中配加双氧水,铼回收率超过96%。
淋洗液主要化学成分如表4所示。淋洗液中钼、铼质量浓度分别为3 193.58 mg/L和28.13 mg/L,说明低品位钼精矿中部分钼在高焙烧温度下挥发并进入淋洗液中,主要杂质离子为Fe3+、Mg2+、Cu2+、Na+、Al3+等。
在液固比36 mL/g、温度35 ℃、搅拌时间60 min条件下,研究了溶液pH值对钼和铼吸附率的影响,结果如图4所示。随着淋洗液pH值提升,钼吸附率先降低后升高,pH=8时,钼吸附率最低,为24.67%;随着pH值升高,铼吸附率先上升后下降,pH值8~9时,铼吸附率超过了95%。因此,溶液pH值8~9为宜。
pH值为9、温度35 ℃、吸附时间60 min条件下,研究了液固比对钼和铼吸附率的影响,结果如图5所示。吸附率随着液固比增大而减小。液固比小于50 mL/g时,铼吸附率在98%以上,表明铼基本能被吸附;液固比31 mL/g时,钼吸附率约35%。试验的核心是在控制树脂用量的情况下获取高的铼吸附率,同时抑制钼的吸附。适宜的液固比为50 mL/g。
pH值为9、温度35 ℃、液固比50 mL/g时,吸附时间对钼和铼吸附率的影响如图6所示。随着吸附时间延长,铼吸附率持续上升,钼吸附率呈下降趋势。适宜的吸附时间为20 min。
pH值为9、液固比50 mL/g、吸附时间20 min条件下,吸附温度对钼和铼吸附率的影响如图7所示。随着吸附温度升高,铼吸附率呈下降趋势,35 ℃时钼吸附率相对较低。适宜的吸附温度为35 ℃,此时铼吸附率为97.52%、钼吸附率为19.50%。
解吸试验分两步进行:第一步通过不同浓度NH4Cl与不同浓度氨水的混合溶液实现钼的洗脱;第二步通过10% NH4SCN溶液实现铼的解吸。
为减少解吸过程中铼的损失,第一步解吸时间应较短。第一步解吸时间10 min、解吸温度65 ℃条件下,不同解吸溶液对钼和铼解吸率的影响如表5所示。利用5% NH4Cl溶液进行解吸时,钼解吸率达91.71%,此时铼解吸率仅4.22%,可实现钼和铼的有效分离。
在第一步解吸时间10 min、解吸温度65 ℃、解吸溶液为5% NH4Cl溶液,第二步解吸时间20 min、解吸温度65 ℃条件下,不同解吸溶液对钼和铼解吸率的影响如图8所示。利用10% NH4SCN溶液进行解吸,铼解吸率达88.76%,此时钼解吸率仅4.75%,可实现钼和铼的有效分离。
将离子交换解吸得到的富铼溶液在35 ℃下加热浓缩至结晶生成,结晶沉淀出高铼酸铵晶体,然后离心,用去离子水洗涤两次,得到高铼酸铵。对高铼酸铵产品进行了XRD分析和化学成分分析,结果分别如图9表6所示。产品主要成分为高铼酸铵,其中铼质量分数达到了68.80%。此过程中铼回收率可达97.01%。
图10给出了铼的提取流程图。焙烧过程中,85.42%的铼挥发到烟气中,经洗脱、离子交换、结晶后,铼总回收率为70.68%。
1)采用两段焙烧的方式,强化了上、下料层焙烧的均匀性,铼挥发率由73.94%显著提升至85.42%,实现了低品位钼精矿中铼的有效分离。
2)保持含铼烟气温度高于300 ℃,淋洗液中配加双氧水,可以强化含铼烟气淋洗时铼的回收效果,回收率超过96%。
3)通过离子交换法实现了含铼淋洗液中钼和铼的有效分离,铼吸附率可达97.52%;采用分段解吸方式,铼的有效解吸率达到了88.76%;通过蒸发结晶的方式,获得了高纯高铼酸铵;铼综合回收率可达70.68%。
