With a copper sulfide ore from Jiangxi Province taken in the research, an experimental study was carried out for enhancing the recovery of associated Au by flash flotation. In a laboratory test, the underflow of secondary-stage classification was subjected to an open-circuit flash flotation consisting of two-stage roughing and two-stage scavenging, leading to the Au grade up from 16.60 g/t to 140.60 g/t, presenting good floatability. Additionally, the Cu grade in the concentrate from flash flotation cell is higher than that in the main process, which proves that flash flotation of classification underflow will not affect the Cu recovery from the main process. Industrial practice demonstrates that with the ores of different Au grade, the Au recovery rate has increased after technical transformation. A size analysis by sieving reveals that those fully liberated minerals within conventional size fraction in classification underflow can be mainly recovered by flash flotation, thus being prevented from overgrinding due to returning to the grinding mill.

以江西某硫化铜矿为研究对象,开展了闪速浮选技术强化伴生金回收的研究。实验室试验结果表明,二段分级沉砂经两粗两扫开路闪速浮选,金品位由16.60 g/t提高到140.60 g/t,具有较好的可选性,且闪速浮选精矿中铜品位高于主流程中铜品位,说明沉砂经闪速浮选不会影响主流程铜的回收。工业实践结果表明,对于不同性质给矿,工艺流程改造后金回收率均有所提高。筛分粒度分析结果表明,闪速浮选主要回收沉砂中常规粒级解离较充分的矿物,防止该部分矿物返回磨机造成过磨。

以江西某硫化铜矿为研究对象,开展了闪速浮选技术强化伴生金回收的研究。实验室试验结果表明,二段分级沉砂经两粗两扫开路闪速浮选,金品位由16.60 g/t提高到140.60 g/t,具有较好的可选性,且闪速浮选精矿中铜品位高于主流程中铜品位,说明沉砂经闪速浮选不会影响主流程铜的回收。工业实践结果表明,对于不同性质给矿,工艺流程改造后金回收率均有所提高。筛分粒度分析结果表明,闪速浮选主要回收沉砂中常规粒级解离较充分的矿物,防止该部分矿物返回磨机造成过磨。

With a copper sulfide ore from Jiangxi Province taken in the research, an experimental study was carried out for enhancing the recovery of associated Au by flash flotation. In a laboratory test, the underflow of secondary-stage classification was subjected to an open-circuit flash flotation consisting of two-stage roughing and two-stage scavenging, leading to the Au grade up from 16.60 g/t to 140.60 g/t, presenting good floatability. Additionally, the Cu grade in the concentrate from flash flotation cell is higher than that in the main process, which proves that flash flotation of classification underflow will not affect the Cu recovery from the main process. Industrial practice demonstrates that with the ores of different Au grade, the Au recovery rate has increased after technical transformation. A size analysis by sieving reveals that those fully liberated minerals within conventional size fraction in classification underflow can be mainly recovered by flash flotation, thus being prevented from overgrinding due to returning to the grinding mill.

黄金矿产是重要的战略资源[1]。我国金资源储量巨大,中国黄金协会数据显示,我国黄金储量位居世界第5位,已探明黄金储量位居世界第2位[2],黄金生产量和消费量均居世界前列[3],其中,伴生金矿床是我国金资源重要来源之一,占已查明资源储量的20%以上,伴生金所占比例超过全球平均水平,是我国金矿行业的一大特色[4]。然而,大部分金资源均属于低品位伴生金,未能得到有效回收和利用。提高伴生金资源的回收率具有重要的经济价值和战略意义[5]
伴生金一般采用浮选法回收。伴生金的回收过程必须兼顾其他目的矿物的回收才能体现其经济性[6]。伴生金矿物密度往往比主矿物密度大,因此在分级过程中,已单体解离的颗粒金具有很强的重力反富集作用[7],常沉积于旋流器底流,既不能由常规浮选流程回收,也不能从整个磨浮流程中排出,往复循环于磨矿分级回路中,影响磨矿效率,导致金矿物解离程度低与过磨严重现象并存[8]
为了解决金矿物在磨矿分级回路中的反富集问题,在单一金矿的浮选中,往往会引入闪速浮选技术,将沉砂矿进行闪速浮选提前回收矿石中的解离金。有研究表明,采用矿冶科技集团开发的闪速浮选机开展了铅锌矿中伴生金回收的工业试验,闪速浮选机应用于磨矿分级回路,可实现高品位闪速浮选金精矿的稳定产出,铅精矿中金平均回收率由工业改造前的33.14%提升至53.16%[9]
江西德兴某硫化铜矿选矿厂目前的生产指标中金回收率仅50%左右,金属量损失严重。本文以该铜金矿石为研究对象,首次开展了硫化铜矿闪速浮选回收伴生金的研究,对伴生金矿资源的强化回收具有显著的经济和社会效益。
矿石来自江西德兴地区某铜矿选矿厂,矿物主要由黄铁矿、黄铜矿、硫砷铜矿、砷黝铜矿、少数黝铜矿和闪锌矿组成,脉石主要为石英和绢云母。黄铜矿是原矿中主要的铜矿物。原矿含铜0.426%、金0.52 g/t、银13.8 g/t,原矿化学成分分析结果见表1
矿石中铜硫嵌布粒度较细,结合紧密,伴生金呈超细粒级分布于黄铜矿和黄铁矿之间,而有用矿物和脉石嵌布粒度较粗。某铜矿选矿厂原工艺流程见图1
粗精矿经旋流器分级后,底流直接进入立磨机再磨。再磨分级旋流器的给料、溢流和底流的浓度(质量分数)及粒度分布结果见表2,金属量分析结果见表3。从表3可知,再磨分级沉砂金品位13.35 g/t,分级溢流金品位6.62 g/t,沉砂中金品位明显高于溢流中金品位。主要原因是金密度较大,尤其是部分单体金,经过旋流器分级,在同等颗粒直径条件下,密度大的矿物离心力大,易进入旋流器沉砂中,随沉砂一起进入立磨机再磨,造成微细颗粒的单体金和含金的富连生体矿物颗粒过磨,从而影响金的整体回收率。该部分金解离度高,有可能通过闪速浮选法回收。
控制闪速浮选时间为2 min,以黄药和Z200为捕收剂,开展了分级沉砂闪速粗选探索试验,试验流程如图2所示,试验结果见表4。由表4可知,经闪速浮选,金品位从16.60 g/t富集到52.08 g/t,富集比为3.14,金作业回收率为44.36%。证明该选矿厂二段分级沉砂中有部分金具有一定易浮性,该部分金不宜进入磨矿流程再磨,但选别后的精矿产率大,铜品位低于8%。主流程铜精矿中的铜品位要求不低于18%,因此闪速浮选粗精矿不能作为最终精矿产品,还需进行精选作业,以提升铜精矿的品位。
在闪速浮选粗选试验基础上,对闪速浮选粗精矿进行了闪速浮选精选试验,试验流程如图3所示,试验结果见表5。从表5可以看出,闪速浮选粗精矿进行2次精选后,精矿中铜品位能够富集到18%以上,满足铜精矿中铜品位的要求,部分易浮金也会伴随铜一同被捕收上来。
试验结果证实,该选矿厂二段分级沉砂中的铜和金具有较好的可浮性。经闪速浮选,精矿进入主流程的精选作业,在不影响最终精矿铜品位和铜回收率的前提下,能够实现伴生金的提前回收,避免了磨矿分级回路中已经单体解离的金矿物过磨。
根据沉砂闪速浮选小型试验结果,对该选矿厂流程进行了工业改造,将二段分级的沉砂给入闪速浮选机中,闪速浮选的底流返回至二段再磨的立磨机,闪速浮选的精矿进入主流程的精选作业进行富集,闪速浮选机尾矿进入立磨机进行磨矿。根据现场实际矿石处理量计算,二段磨矿分级的返砂量约为50 t/d,入磨质量浓度(质量分数)为60%。闪速浮选的浮选时间一般较短[10],因此本次改造工业闪速浮选时间设定为3 min。闪速浮选机的选型计算如表6所示。
根据表6数据计算,改造所需的闪速浮选机有效容积为4 m3,设备选用矿冶科技集团开发的YX-4闪速浮选机。改造后的工艺流程见图4
由于给矿品位波动较大,对比了不同给矿品位条件下的指标情况,结果见图5。由图5可以看出,原矿金品位在0.52~0.74 g/t范围内波动,应用闪速浮选后,金回收率均有提升。
为了进一步研究闪速浮选机对伴生金的浮选回收特性,对闪速浮选精矿进行了筛分分析,结果见表7。由表7可知,闪速浮选精矿主要分布在0.045~0.18 mm粒级,说明闪速浮选的给矿粒级虽然较粗,但闪速浮选主要以回收常规浮选粒级中有用矿物为主,对于粒度较粗、解离较差的矿物,闪速浮选并没有回收,这部分粗粒矿物通过闪速浮选机的底流返回至磨机进行再磨。0.038~0.074 mm粒级物料金品位较高,说明在该粒级范围内金矿物的解离程度较高,而闪速浮选实现了高解离度矿物的有效回收。0.038~0.074 mm粒级金属分布率达到了64.25%,有效避免了该粒级高品位高解离度矿物的过磨。
1)某铜选矿厂现有工艺流程中,二段分级沉砂中金品位为13.35 g/t,而分级溢流中金品位为6.62 g/t,说明伴生金在分级过程中存在明显的重力反富集现象,沉砂直接返回磨机再磨容易造成金矿物的过磨。
2)二段分级沉砂进行两次闪速浮选粗选,金品位从16.60 g/t富集到52.08 g/t,说明沉砂具有一定可浮性;闪速浮选粗精矿经过两次精选后,精矿中铜品位达到24.71%,满足主流程精选铜精矿的品位要求,说明通过沉砂闪速浮选强化金回收的同时不会对主流程铜的回收造成影响。
3)对工业流程进行闪速浮选改造后,对于不同性质给矿,改造后的伴生金回收率均高于改造前。闪速浮选精矿筛分分析结果表明,闪速浮选主要回收常规粒级中的高品位矿物,防止该部分高解离度矿物再次返回磨机中造成过磨。
