A polymetallic sulfide ore in Qinghai assays 1.45% lead and 2.64% zinc, and is associated with copper, sulfur, iron, plus rare and precious metals (gold and silver). Process mineralogy of the ore was studied by multi-elemental analysis, phase analysis, and MLA (Mineral Liberation Analyzer) analysis. A closed-circuit test was performed after condition tests on this basis. In the general mineral processing of lead-zinc sulfide ores, lime is added through the whole flow, which is not conducive to comprehensive utilization and recovery of copper, gold and silver. Aiming at this problem, a processing concept was proposed for comprehensive utilization of the valuable elements therein, which consists of preferential flotation of lead under natural pH value, zinc flotation by inhibiting sulfur from the obtained lead flotation tailings, and finally iron recovery after sulfur removal of the tailings from the previous step. Results show that with the polymetallic sulfide ore ground to a fineness of -0.074 mm 70%, the valuable elements therein can be recovered for comprehensive utilization by adopting a combined flotation and magnetic separation process, consisting of copper-lead flotation, zinc recovery from the obtained copper-lead flotation tailings, sulfur recovery from the obtained zinc flotation tailings, and finally iron separation from the obtained tailings. It is shown that the lead concentrate grading 60.12% at recovery of 94.72%, zinc concentrate grading 46.99% Zn at recovery of 88.26% and iron concentrate grading 67.22% Fe at recovery of 9.33% are produced.

青海某多金属硫化矿铅品位1.45%,锌品位2.64%,伴生有铜、硫、铁及稀贵金属金和银。采用化学多元素分析、物相分析、MLA分析等手段对该矿进行细致的工艺矿物学分析,并在此基础上开展系统的条件试验后进行闭路试验。针对一般硫化铅锌矿选矿需要全流程添加石灰、不利于铜金银综合利用回收的问题,开发了自然pH值下优先选铅、选铅尾矿抑硫浮锌、选锌尾矿脱硫后再选铁的工艺流程,综合利用矿石中的有价元素。结果表明,将矿石细磨至-0.074 mm粒级占70%,通过铜铅浮选-铅铜尾矿选锌-锌尾矿选硫-硫尾矿选铁的浮选磁选联合流程,能综合回收矿石中的有价元素,其中铅精矿铅品位60.12%、铅回收率94.72%,锌精矿锌品位46.99%、锌回收率88.26%,铁精矿铁品位67.22%、铁回收率9.33%。

青海某多金属硫化矿铅品位1.45%,锌品位2.64%,伴生有铜、硫、铁及稀贵金属金和银。采用化学多元素分析、物相分析、MLA分析等手段对该矿进行细致的工艺矿物学分析,并在此基础上开展系统的条件试验后进行闭路试验。针对一般硫化铅锌矿选矿需要全流程添加石灰、不利于铜金银综合利用回收的问题,开发了自然pH值下优先选铅、选铅尾矿抑硫浮锌、选锌尾矿脱硫后再选铁的工艺流程,综合利用矿石中的有价元素。结果表明,将矿石细磨至-0.074 mm粒级占70%,通过铜铅浮选-铅铜尾矿选锌-锌尾矿选硫-硫尾矿选铁的浮选磁选联合流程,能综合回收矿石中的有价元素,其中铅精矿铅品位60.12%、铅回收率94.72%,锌精矿锌品位46.99%、锌回收率88.26%,铁精矿铁品位67.22%、铁回收率9.33%。

A polymetallic sulfide ore in Qinghai assays 1.45% lead and 2.64% zinc, and is associated with copper, sulfur, iron, plus rare and precious metals (gold and silver). Process mineralogy of the ore was studied by multi-elemental analysis, phase analysis, and MLA (Mineral Liberation Analyzer) analysis. A closed-circuit test was performed after condition tests on this basis. In the general mineral processing of lead-zinc sulfide ores, lime is added through the whole flow, which is not conducive to comprehensive utilization and recovery of copper, gold and silver. Aiming at this problem, a processing concept was proposed for comprehensive utilization of the valuable elements therein, which consists of preferential flotation of lead under natural pH value, zinc flotation by inhibiting sulfur from the obtained lead flotation tailings, and finally iron recovery after sulfur removal of the tailings from the previous step. Results show that with the polymetallic sulfide ore ground to a fineness of -0.074 mm 70%, the valuable elements therein can be recovered for comprehensive utilization by adopting a combined flotation and magnetic separation process, consisting of copper-lead flotation, zinc recovery from the obtained copper-lead flotation tailings, sulfur recovery from the obtained zinc flotation tailings, and finally iron separation from the obtained tailings. It is shown that the lead concentrate grading 60.12% at recovery of 94.72%, zinc concentrate grading 46.99% Zn at recovery of 88.26% and iron concentrate grading 67.22% Fe at recovery of 9.33% are produced.

铅、锌矿物在自然界中通常共生在一起[1-2]。铅、锌矿物物理化学性质相似,且与石英、长石等脉石矿物致密共生,选矿过程中需要开发高效的分离工艺,对铅、锌矿物进行提质降杂[3-4]。近年来,随着经济不断发展,工业上对铅锌的需求大幅增长,导致国内易选矿石日渐减少。工业上通常将铅锌品位低于3%的铅锌矿石视为低品位矿石,该类矿石通常含有银、铜、铁等,这些元素的含量和分布对后续的金属冶炼工艺影响巨大,为此需要对伴生金属进行不同方式的分离并加以回收。
工业上铅锌矿石的综合利用主要采用优先浮选、混合浮选、等可浮选和异步浮选等工艺流程[5-7]。传统铅锌选矿普遍采用“强压强拉”浮选工艺进行优先浮选分离,该工艺虽具有适应性强、生产管理简便等优点,但存在药剂种类繁多、降解周期长、药剂用量大等问题,导致生产回水中重金属离子和化学药剂残留严重,处理难度大,对环境造成多重负面影响[8-10]。本文立足于复杂铅锌矿资源特点,致力于研发绿色高效回收关键技术,对青海某多金属矿进行了综合利用回收工艺研究。
青海某多金属矿主要化学多元素分析结果见表1,铅、锌、铜、铁化学物相分析结果见表2
矿样为铅锌多金属硫化矿,主要有价元素为铅、锌、铁,伴生有金、银、铜、铟等。经偏光显微镜下观察、X射线衍射分析、MLA分析,查明矿石中存在硫化物、氧化物、硅酸盐、硫酸盐、磷酸盐等5类共23种矿物,主要有方铅矿、铁闪锌矿、磁铁矿、黄铁矿/白铁矿、磁黄铁矿、黑柱石、钙铁辉石、铁滑石、石英、方解石等。
方铅矿嵌布粒度0.001~1.37 mm,集合体呈粒状、致密块状,多与铁闪锌矿、磁铁矿、黄铁矿共生关系密切,多为连生或相互包裹,其中,部分方铅矿与磁铁矿共生关系尤为复杂,这部分方铅矿呈细粒状包裹于磁铁矿中,不易单体解离。方铅矿的自由表面积比例为86.50%。
铁闪锌矿嵌布粒度0.005~4.75 mm,呈它形粒状,多分布于黑柱石、钙铁辉石等透明矿物之间,部分包裹于黑柱石、钙铁辉石中,与方铅矿、磁铁矿、黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿均有部分连生或包裹,其中,部分方铅矿、磁铁矿、黄铜矿呈细粒状或乳浊状包裹于铁闪锌矿中,可能会部分进入锌精矿中,影响锌精矿品级。铁闪锌矿的自由表面积比例为93.89%。
黄铜矿嵌布粒度0.001~1.00 mm,呈它形粒状,多与铁闪锌矿、方铅矿、黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿连生,部分呈细粒状、乳浊状包裹于铁闪锌矿中;少数呈星点状分布于透明矿物之间。
磁黄铁矿嵌布粒度0.005~0.55 mm,呈它形粒状,多与黄铁矿、白铁矿、磁铁矿、铁闪锌矿、方铅矿镶嵌连生;部分被白铁矿、磁铁矿交代,与其相间分布或混杂分布。磁黄铁矿的自由表面积比例为92.54%。
黄铁矿/白铁矿嵌布粒度0.005~6.00 mm,多呈自形-半自形-它形粒状,多星散浸染状分布于黑柱石、钙铁辉石等透明矿物之间;多与铁闪锌矿、磁黄铁矿、方铅矿等连生;黄铁矿部分被白铁矿、磁铁矿交代,与其混杂分别。黄铁矿的自由表面积比例为91.18%。
磁铁矿嵌布粒度0.005~1.25 mm,呈它形粒状,多与赤铁矿、方铅矿、铁闪锌矿、黄铁矿共生关系密切,部分充填于针状、板状赤铁矿晶粒之间,部分与方铅矿镶嵌连生或相互包裹、部分与铁闪锌矿和黄铁矿简单连生;少量磁铁矿被赤铁矿交代、少量磁铁矿交代黄铁矿。磁铁矿的自由表面积比例为85.34%。
矿石中铅的载体矿物仅方铅矿、锌的载体矿物仅铁闪锌矿,均为独立硫化矿物,有利于浮选独立回收。铁闪锌矿中Fe仅通过物理选矿方法无法去除,因此,锌精矿的品级上限属Ⅵ级品。矿石中大部分铁闪锌矿中包裹细粒状、乳浊状黄铜矿,磨矿难以将其解离,可能会进入锌精矿中,影响锌精矿品级。部分方铅矿与铁闪锌矿共生关系紧密,可能导致铁闪锌矿随方铅矿一起进入铅精矿中,影响铅精矿品级。矿石中铁的载体矿物种类较多,其中仅磁铁矿为铁的有用矿物。结合各矿物的表面特性和磁性,采用先浮选后磁选的联合工艺流程。细粒级方铅矿多包裹于磁铁矿中,可采用选择性强的捕收剂将其预先富集到粗精矿后再磨,既可防止原矿细磨成本过高,也可降低目的矿物过磨。由于矿石中可回收的矿物种类多样,试验的难点在于如何充分高效回收各种矿物及获得高品质的精矿。由于原矿铜含量极低,直接优先浮选经济性不高,初步拟定铜铅混合浮选-锌浮选-硫浮选-铁磁选的原则流程,如图1所示。
浮选机搅拌速度2 000 r/min、浮选机充气量0.4 m3/h,给矿磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占60%、浮选矿浆浓度(质量分数)30%、自然pH值条件下,进行了铜铅捕收剂种类对比试验,试验流程见图2,结果见表3。其中Pa为改性黑药(由青海鸿鑫矿业有限公司提供),Pb-1、F5B、GTB-1均为昆明冶金研究院有限公司合成的药剂。5种捕收剂在自然pH值下基本不捕收硫铁矿。单独采用Pa为铜铅捕收剂时,粗精矿铅品位高、铅铜回收率低;Pb-1与F5B组合,尾矿铅损失率低,但铜损失率高达52.54%;25#黑药与GTB-1组合,粗精矿铅和铜回收率高。为了综合回收铜铅矿物,选择25#黑药与GTB-1组合作为铜铅捕收剂。25#黑药与GTB-1均具有较好的选择性,以它们为捕收剂,既强化了铜铅矿物的回收、提升了铜铅回收率,也能有效降低磁黄铁矿、黄铁矿和铁闪锌矿的捕收,降低后续精选抑制剂的用量,提升精矿品质。
经X射线能谱分析,铁闪锌矿中含Zn 53.54%、Fe 12.69%。随着铁闪锌矿含铁量升高,铁离子表面性质发生改变,可浮性逐步下降。为了获得高品质的锌精矿,需要采用硫铁矿抑制剂对白铁矿/黄铁矿和磁黄铁矿进行抑制。对比了抑制剂石灰(用量3 000 g/t)、无机抑制剂LY1(用量2 000 g/t)和有机抑制剂LY2(用量600 g/t)的锌硫分离效果,试验流程见图3,结果见图4。其中LY1为弱还原性无机盐,LY2为分子量小于1 000的有机物,均为昆明冶金研究院有限公司研发的硫铁矿抑制剂。采用石灰为白铁矿/黄铁矿和磁黄铁矿的抑制剂,效果较好,通过一段锌粗选一段锌扫选,获得的泡沫产品(锌粗精矿和锌中矿合并)锌品位达29.64%,锌回收率为85.39%。
矿石中的有价矿物硫铁矿和铁滑石等脉石矿物容易与捕收剂发生反应,干扰浮选过程。合适的锌捕收剂既可显著提高锌矿物的浮选效率,又能减少药剂消耗,是实现锌高效、低耗浮选的重要前提。分别采用适应性广及捕收能力强的丁基黄药及乙硫氮与选择性好的硫代氨基甲酸酯类捕收剂A2(由青海鸿鑫矿业有限公司提供)及GZ-1(由昆明冶金研究院有限公司提供,主要为异丁基硫氨酯和黄原酸丙烯酯的组合物)进行对比,开展锌捕收剂种类试验,试验流程见图3,结果见图5。由图5可知,采用GZ-1和丁基黄药为捕收剂时,尾矿锌损失率都在3%左右,但GZ-1获得的尾矿硫回收率高于丁基黄药,表明丁基黄药捕收能力强,将较多的硫铁矿捕收进入锌粗精矿及锌中矿中,但GZ-1兼具较强的捕收能力和较好的选择性,能为后续的精选提质提供更好的原料;A2和乙硫氮捕收性能基本相近,尾矿中锌损失率和硫回收率较为相近。为了获得更高的锌回收率且尽量减少硫铁矿进入锌粗精矿及锌中矿中,捕收剂选择GZ-1较为适合。
对锌粗精矿进行精选发现,分别添加石灰进行3次精选,精选1精矿锌品位从29.76%提高至36.26%,提升了6.50百分点,精选2精矿锌品位从36.26%提高至39.12%,提升了2.86百分点,提升幅度较小,精选3精矿(即锌次精矿)锌品位从39.12%提高至41.36%,提升了2.24百分点,提升幅度较小,继续进行第4次精选,锌精矿锌品位提升仅1.50百分点,但锌损失率大幅增长,且锌精矿锌品位难以提升至45%以上。对精选3精矿进行镜下检查发现,铁闪锌矿呈它形粒状,多数为单体解离颗粒,部分闪锌矿中包裹有细粒黄铜矿,部分闪锌矿与透明矿物、磁黄铁矿、黄铁矿等连生;磁黄铁矿呈它形粒状,多数为单体解离颗粒,部分与闪锌矿等连生;黄铁矿呈它形粒状,多与闪锌矿连生;黄铜矿呈它形粒状,多包裹于闪锌矿中。结果表明,影响锌精矿锌品位的矿物主要为磁黄铁矿及黄铁矿。该部分磁黄铁矿及黄铁矿可浮性较好,添加石灰难以抑制,且过量添加石灰将对铁闪锌矿造成明显抑制。因此对锌次精矿开展添加分散剂辅助石灰的浮选提质降杂试验,以及锌次精矿磁选脱杂试验,结果见表4。考虑到磁黄铁矿容易磁团聚包裹铁闪锌矿,添加六偏磷酸钠和硅酸钠作为分散剂。结果表明,采用磁选进行锌精矿的提质降杂,锌作业回收率在99%以上;采用磁场强度0.25 T对锌次精矿进行磁选,可获得锌品位45.77%、锌作业回收率99.04%的锌精矿。添加分散剂浮选提升锌精矿锌品位,锌损失率较大。综合考虑,采用磁场强度0.25 T磁选对锌次精矿进行脱杂较为适宜。
在条件试验基础上进行了全流程闭路试验,考察铜铅精矿、锌精矿、硫精矿、铁精矿和尾矿中各目的矿物的分选回收情况、各作业中矿的金属分布情况。铜铅混合浮选采用一次粗选两次扫选三次精选获得铜铅混合精矿;选锌作业采用两次粗选三次精选两次扫选后得到锌次精矿,锌次精矿采用0.25 T磁选获得锌精矿;选锌尾矿采用一次粗选两次精选一次扫选获得硫精矿1;选硫尾矿采用磁选获得铁粗精矿及尾矿1,铁粗精矿再磨后一次脱硫粗选一次脱硫精选一次脱硫扫选获得硫精矿2及脱硫铁精矿,脱硫铁精矿采用0.15 T磁选获得最终铁精矿。试验流程见图6,结果见表5
试验获得的铜铅混合精矿铅品位60.12%、铅回收率94.72%,铜品位0.73%、铜回收率33.36%,影响铜铅混合精矿品质的因素主要是黄铁矿和铁闪锌矿。由于铜伴生品位极低,且黄铜矿多与铁闪锌矿、方铅矿、黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿连生,铜铅混合精矿中铜回收率偏低。鉴于铜铅混合精矿中铜品位较低,后续进行铜铅分离的经济性不足,因此不建议进行铜铅分离作业。值得注意的是,铜铅混合精矿中锌品位高达6.89%,这主要与方铅矿和铁闪锌矿的致密共生有关,这一现象值得进一步深入研究以提高铅锌分离效率。锌精矿锌品位46.99%、锌回收率88.26%,部分黄铜矿呈细粒状、乳浊状包裹于铁闪锌矿中,导致铜金属损失在锌精矿中多达30.34%。硫精矿1和硫精矿2合并为硫精矿,硫品位37.41%、铁品位47.69%,硫回收率34.57%、铁回收率6.23%。矿石中黄铁矿/白铁矿与磁黄铁矿质量比为1∶1.76,该矿石可获得的硫精矿极限理论硫品位48.38%、铁品位51.62%。结果表明,部分黄铁矿/白铁矿损失在铜铅混合精矿和锌精矿中,造成硫精矿硫品位较低。硫扫选1尾矿经磁选后,获得的铁粗精矿铁品位61.00%、硫品位0.97%、铁回收率10.79%,为了获得铁品位大于65%、硫品位少于0.5%的优质铁精矿,需要对铁粗精矿再磨后再浮选脱硫、磁选脱杂。最终铁精矿铁回收率为9.33%,结合物相分析及MLA分析结果可知,磁铁矿中铁占总铁的13.15%,表明铁精矿中磁铁矿回收率为70.95%,对尾矿进行铁单体解离度分析可知,损失在尾矿中的磁铁矿大部分未解离,该部分磁铁矿难以经济回收。
1)青海某多金属矿主要有价元素为Pb、Zn、Fe,其他伴生有价元素Au、Ag、Cu、In和S。矿石共由5大类共23种矿物组成,铜铅锌独立矿物分别为黄铜矿、方铅矿和铁闪锌矿,铁主要以独立矿物形式赋存于黑柱石、钙铁辉石、磁铁矿中,仅磁铁矿中的铁具有回收价值。
2)在确保铅回收率不低于94%的前提下,采用GTB-1强化铜的回收,能提升铜回收率10百分点以上;由于白铁矿/黄铁矿和磁黄铁矿等硫化物可浮性优于铁闪锌矿,采用兼具较强捕收能力和较好选择性的锌捕收剂GZ-1,高效回收铁闪锌矿;为了获得高品质的锌精矿,对锌粗精矿采用浮选-磁选联合流程,提升锌精矿品质。最终采用铜铅混合浮选-锌浮选-硫浮选-铁磁选,获得铜铅混合精矿铅品位60.12%、铜品位0.73%,铜回收率33.36%、铅回收率94.72%,锌精矿锌品位46.99%、锌回收率88.26%,铁精矿铁品位67.22%、铁回收率为9.33%。铜铅混合精矿锌含量偏高与黄铜矿、铁闪锌矿、方铅矿三者间的嵌布关系密切相关。铜铅浮选阶段采用选择性较好的捕收剂,减少石灰使用量,为银矿物的伴生回收提供了条件,最终铜铅混合精矿银回收率达73.92%,实现了银矿物的综合回收。金主要赋存在硅酸盐脉石中,综合回收情况较差。
