The polymetallic ore from Shizhuyuan of Hunan Province was taken for research. Based on the characteristics of uneven coarse-fine dissemination of minerals and insufficient deliberation of Mo-Bi sulfide ore for flotation, an enhanced recovery technology by stepwise separation was developed for the low-grade Mo-Bi sulfide ore. The results show that an experiment by adopting such stepwise separation technique produced a bulk flotation concentrate grading 1.31% Mo and 2.83% Bi at corresponding recoveries of 88.43% and 85.99%, presenting 5.34 and 4.80 percentage points up, respectively, compared to on-site conventional bulk flotation process. This creates favorable conditions for the following tungsten flotation from the bulk flotation tailings. It is shown that a closed-circuit tungsten flotation can produce a tungsten concentrate grading 44.64% WO3 at 84.12% recovery.

以湖南柿竹园多金属矿为研究对象,基于矿石中钼铋硫化矿物粗细嵌布不均、浮选给矿钼铋硫化矿物解离不充分的特点,开发了低品位钼铋硫化矿梯级分选强化回收工艺技术。结果表明,流程试验获得了Mo、Bi品位分别为1.31%、2.83%,Mo、Bi回收率分别为88.43%、85.99%的混合精矿,较现场常规浮选工艺Mo、Bi回收率分别提高了5.34、4.80百分点;该流程为混合浮选尾矿浮钨创造了良好的入浮条件,钨闭路浮选取得了WO3品位44.64%、WO3作业回收率84.12%的钨精矿。

The polymetallic ore from Shizhuyuan of Hunan Province was taken for research. Based on the characteristics of uneven coarse-fine dissemination of minerals and insufficient deliberation of Mo-Bi sulfide ore for flotation, an enhanced recovery technology by stepwise separation was developed for the low-grade Mo-Bi sulfide ore. The results show that an experiment by adopting such stepwise separation technique produced a bulk flotation concentrate grading 1.31% Mo and 2.83% Bi at corresponding recoveries of 88.43% and 85.99%, presenting 5.34 and 4.80 percentage points up, respectively, compared to on-site conventional bulk flotation process. This creates favorable conditions for the following tungsten flotation from the bulk flotation tailings. It is shown that a closed-circuit tungsten flotation can produce a tungsten concentrate grading 44.64% WO3 at 84.12% recovery.

湖南柿竹园复杂多金属矿以钨、铋为主,伴生钼、锡石、萤石、石榴石等多种矿物。自2020年7月以来,柿竹园多金属矿选矿厂处理的原矿性质发生较大变化,矿石中有价组分进一步贫化、细化,且磁黄铁矿含量大幅增加、大部分黄铁矿易浮,硫化矿浮选段采用钼铋等可浮工艺时等可浮精矿中硫的回收率由原来的20%~30%上升至70%以上,等可浮精矿钼、铋品位大幅下降,导致原有的钼铋硫分离工艺流程及药剂制度不再适用于该多金属矿。2021年,选矿厂的硫化矿系统改造为混合浮选工艺以来,虽然生产技术指标有所提高,但由于大量贫连生体硫化矿物可浮性差,该部分连生体在中矿循环累积中跑尾,不仅影响了钼铋回收率,也严重影响了混合浮选尾矿黑白钨混合浮选作业的稳定性[1-2]。本文针对柿竹园多金属矿的性质和特点,开发了低品位钼铋硫化矿梯级分选强化回收工艺技术,有效提高了钼铋硫化矿与钨回收率指标。
硫化矿浮选给矿为弱磁选尾矿,矿样中WO3、Mo、Bi、S品位分别为0.31%、0.047%、0.10%、1.01%。MLA检测研究查明,样品的组成矿物种类极为复杂。钨矿物主要为白钨矿,次为黑钨矿;铋矿物主要为辉铋矿;钼矿物主要为辉钼矿;锡矿物主要为锡石;金属硫化物以黄铁矿和磁黄铁矿为主,另有少量赤铁矿、褐铁矿和菱铁矿;非金属矿物主要为石榴石(钙铁榴石及少量钙铝榴石和铁铝榴石)和萤石,其次为石英、长石、方解石,少量云母、辉石、闪石等。矿样中主要矿物组成见表1
目前柿竹园多金属矿选矿厂硫化矿生产采用钼铋硫混合浮选流程,以乙硫氮+丁基黄药组合为捕收剂。随着矿山开采年限增加,矿石性质进一步“贫、细、杂”化,导致生产钼铋回收率下降(多次流程考查结果表明,钼铋硫混合精矿中钼回收率仅75%左右,铋回收率仅72%左右),且尾矿中硫含量偏高(多在0.2%以上),较多的硫铁矿进入浮钨系统严重影响了黑白钨混合浮选作业的稳定性。
为进一步查明制约硫化矿混合浮选生产技术指标提高的主要影响因素,重点针对柿竹园多金属矿选矿厂钼铋硫化矿混合浮选关键样品进行了解离度与嵌连关系测定,测定结果可为钼铋硫化矿强化回收工艺技术开发提供依据。
浮选给矿中主要硫化矿物的解离度测试结果见表2。浮选给矿样品-0.075 mm粒级产率72%,硫化矿物解离程度为:硫铁矿>钼矿物>铋矿物,其中辉铋矿解离度仅57.03%,贫连生体含量高达30.18%,可见辉铋矿嵌布粒度微细。
硫化矿混合浮选精选1中矿主要硫化矿物的解离度测试结果见表3。精选1中矿硫化矿物解离程度及分布规律与浮选给矿基本一致,但各矿物贫连生体含量有所减少。
硫化矿混合浮选扫选精矿中Mo、Bi、S品位分别为0.13%、0.40%、4.22%,主要硫化矿物解离度测定结果见表4。扫选精矿中钼矿物、铋矿物解离度分别为45.20%、30.03%,贫连生体含量分别达到25.83%、41.65%。镜下观察结果表明,样品中辉钼矿一般为细小的叶片状或板片状,少量鳞片状,除部分呈单体形态产出外,还可见其沿脉石裂隙或边缘充填交代并构成连生体,与辉铋矿嵌连关系较为紧密,单体解离度为45.20%。辉铋矿出现的频率较辉钼矿更高,多为细小针状、柱状或板片状,呈单体产出者仅占30.03%,其余部分主要与硫铁矿、石英、长石、云母、石榴石和萤石等紧密镶嵌,粒度较为细小,一般0.005~0.04 mm。由于大量贫连生体硫化矿物可浮性差,不仅影响了钼铋回收率,也严重影响了浮选尾矿再进行黑白钨混合浮选时的稳定性。
基于柿竹园多金属矿性质特点及解离特性,充分利用钼铋硫化矿物浮游性及解离度差异特性,在硫化矿浮选粗选段对解离较充分且易浮的硫化矿物实行优先回收,对未解离的连生体及难浮硫化矿实行选择性磨矿解离与强化回收,从而达到提高钼、铋、硫回收率的目的,并为后续黑白钨混合浮选创造良好条件。硫化矿梯级分选强化回收技术路线见图1
为考察不同类型硫化矿捕收剂对钼铋硫混合浮选指标的影响,在矿浆浓度(质量分数)50%、浮选时间5 min、磨矿细度-0.075 mm粒级占75%条件下,采用一次混合浮选流程,在Na2CO3用量800 g/t、硅酸钠用量800 g/t、BK205用量30 g/t、捕收剂用量140 g/t条件下,进行了硫化矿浮选捕收剂种类对比试验,结果见图2。采用新型捕收剂CYB-06获得的混合粗精矿中钼、铋、硫回收率与乙硫氮、JX(丁基黄药)、乙硫氮+JX等相比都更高,适宜的硫化矿浮选捕收剂为CYB-06。
相同条件下,进行了CYB-06用量试验,结果见图3。随着捕收剂CYB-06用量增加,粗精矿钼、铋、硫回收率均增大,CYB-06用量由100 g/t增至140 g/t,粗精矿钼、铋、硫回收率分别由84.63%、78.88%、88.14%提高至87.48%、82.10%、91.87%;继续增加捕收剂CYB-06用量,钼、铋、硫回收率上升趋势已不明显。综合考虑,CYB-06用量140 g/t为宜。
捕收剂CYB-06用量140 g/t,其他条件不变,进行了碳酸钠用量试验,结果见图4。不添加碳酸钠时,粗精矿钼、铋品位较低;碳酸钠用量由400 g/t逐步增加至800 g/t时,粗精矿钼、铋回收率分别由84.85%、80.31%逐步提高至87.44%、80.73%,硫回收率略有降低;继续增加碳酸钠用量,粗精矿中钼、铋、硫回收率呈下降趋势。综合考虑浮选指标及为后续浮钨创造合适的pH值条件,碳酸钠用量选择800 g/t进行后续试验。
碳酸钠用量800 g/t,其他条件不变,进行了硅酸钠用量试验,结果见图5。随着硅酸钠用量增加,粗精矿钼、铋、硫回收率均呈现先升高后趋于稳定的趋势。综合考虑,硅酸钠用量800 g/t为宜。
硅酸钠用量800 g/t,其他条件不变,进行了起泡剂BK205用量试验,结果见图6。起泡剂BK205用量增加,粗精矿钼、铋、硫回收率先大幅提升后趋于平稳。综合考虑,起泡剂BK205用量30 g/t为宜。
浮选矿浆浓度是影响浮选技术指标的重要工艺因素。为考察浮选矿浆浓度对硫化矿全浮技术指标的影响情况,针对弱磁选尾矿进行了不同浮选矿浆浓度(质量分数,下同)试验,试验流程为硫化矿混合浮选一次粗选,药剂制度为:Na2CO3用量800 g/t、硅酸钠用量800 g/t、CYB-06用量140 g/t、BK205用量30 g/t,浮选时间5 min,试验结果见图7。硫化矿浮选矿浆浓度由35%提高至50%,混合浮选粗精矿钼、铋、硫品位均有不同程度降低,但钼、铋、硫回收率分别由86.05%、76.84%、88.84%提高至88.92%、82.13%、91.27%;再进一步提高浮选矿浆浓度,钼、铋、硫回收率变化不明显。综合考虑,矿浆浓度选择50%左右为宜。
考虑到硫化矿扫选精矿解离度低,为查明扫选精矿再磨后钼矿物、铋矿物的单体解离情况,为确定扫精再磨矿细度提供依据,采用MLA对再磨后的钼铋扫选精矿样品(-0.038 mm粒级占93%)中钼矿物和铋矿物的解离度进行了测定,结果见表5。样品中钼矿物的解离度由磨前的45.20%提高至再磨后的80.20%,解离情况较好;而铋矿物的解离程度较低,呈单体产出者为58.60%(磨前为30.03%),加上富连生体(颗粒中铋矿物的体积含量大于75%),合计所占比例为68.17%。钼矿物、铋矿物连生体与其他矿物的嵌连关系测定结果显示,钼矿物、铋矿物与黄铁矿/磁黄铁矿嵌连关系紧密,这也为硫化矿浮选降低尾矿硫含量创造了较好的条件。可见,扫选精矿再磨至-0.038 mm粒级占93%左右,大幅度提高了钼、铋矿物的解离度,有利于提高钼铋硫化矿物的强化回收效果。
考虑到柿竹园多金属矿钼、铋含量低,强化浮选区产率低,中矿的循环累积对选矿技术指标的影响依靠单一条件试验难以较好体现与判断,故在流程试验中矿充分循环累积及金属量平衡后再对比考察选择性磨矿解离-强化浮选的选别效果。
在条件试验与浮选开路试验基础上,对弱磁选尾矿分别采用常规浮选工艺与梯级强化浮选工艺进行了闭路浮选对比试验,浮选流程如图8所示,试验结果如表6所示。
结果表明,采用梯级强化浮选工艺对钼铋硫化矿进行浮选闭路流程试验,获得了Mo品位1.31%、Bi品位2.83%、S品位29.10%,对应回收率分别为88.43%、85.99%、90.45%的混合精矿,与常规浮选试验结果相比,钼、铋回收率分别提高了5.34、4.80百分点。对梯级强化浮选的尾矿进行一粗四精两扫、中矿顺序返回的黑白钨混合浮选闭路试验,获得了WO3品位44.64%(含S 1.49%)、WO3作业回收率84.12%的钨精矿。
1)试验样品中钨矿物主要为白钨矿,次为黑钨矿;铋矿物主要为辉铋矿;钼矿物主要为辉钼矿;其他金属硫化物以黄铁矿和磁黄铁矿为主;硫化矿浮选关键样品解离度测定结果表明,扫选精矿中钼、铋解离度较低,钼矿物仅为45.20%、铋矿物仅为30.03%,硫铁矿的单体解离度仅67%左右。
2)基于柿竹园多金属矿性质特点及解离特性,在硫化矿浮选粗选段对解离较充分且易浮的硫化矿物实行优先回收,对未解离的连生体及难浮硫化矿实行选择性磨矿解离与强化回收。流程对比试验结果表明,采用梯级强化浮选工艺,获得了钼、铋、硫回收率分别为88.43%、85.99%、90.45%的技术指标,钼、铋回收率较常规混合浮选工艺分别提高了5.34、4.80百分点。
3)针对梯级强化浮选尾矿采用一粗四精两扫黑白钨混合浮选工艺进行了浮选闭路流程试验,获得了WO3品位44.64%(含S 1.49%)、WO3作业回收率84.12%的钨精矿。
