In order to utilize low-grade associated cassiterite resource from Huangshaping polymetallic ores, a new beneficiation process consisting of high-gradient magnetic separation (HGMS) for tailings discarding and tungsten-tin flotation for enhanced enrichment was developed based on the performed HGMS and flotation tests. After HGMS to pre-discard tailings, the loss rates of molybdenum, tungsten and fluorite were all less than 10%, while cassiterite was greatly enriched in the HGMS rough concentrates. Then, a flotation of reground HGMS rough concentrate was conducted by using Pb-BHA-SPA multiple ligand metal-based collector, producing a mixed tungsten-tin concentrate grading 0.627% WO3 and 0.78% SnO2, at corresponding recovery of 26.56% and 18.03%, respectively. This process provides a new idea and method for enhanced enrichment and effective utilization of low-grade associated cassiterite.

为了实现黄沙坪多金属矿中低品位伴生锡石的资源化利用,开展了高梯度磁选抛废试验和浮选试验,开发了高梯度强磁选抛废-强化钨锡浮选富集的选矿新工艺。通过高梯度磁选预先抛废,钼、钨、萤石抛废损失率均低于10%,锡石显著富集于强磁选粗精矿中;使用Pb-BHA-SPA多配体金属基捕收剂对强磁选粗精矿进行再磨后精选,可得到WO3和SnO2品位分别为0.627%和0.78%、对应回收率分别为26.56%和18.03%的钨锡混合精矿。该工艺为低品位伴生锡石的强化富集和高效利用提供了新思路和新方法。

为了实现黄沙坪多金属矿中低品位伴生锡石的资源化利用,开展了高梯度磁选抛废试验和浮选试验,开发了高梯度强磁选抛废-强化钨锡浮选富集的选矿新工艺。通过高梯度磁选预先抛废,钼、钨、萤石抛废损失率均低于10%,锡石显著富集于强磁选粗精矿中;使用Pb-BHA-SPA多配体金属基捕收剂对强磁选粗精矿进行再磨后精选,可得到WO3和SnO2品位分别为0.627%和0.78%、对应回收率分别为26.56%和18.03%的钨锡混合精矿。该工艺为低品位伴生锡石的强化富集和高效利用提供了新思路和新方法。

In order to utilize low-grade associated cassiterite resource from Huangshaping polymetallic ores, a new beneficiation process consisting of high-gradient magnetic separation (HGMS) for tailings discarding and tungsten-tin flotation for enhanced enrichment was developed based on the performed HGMS and flotation tests. After HGMS to pre-discard tailings, the loss rates of molybdenum, tungsten and fluorite were all less than 10%, while cassiterite was greatly enriched in the HGMS rough concentrates. Then, a flotation of reground HGMS rough concentrate was conducted by using Pb-BHA-SPA multiple ligand metal-based collector, producing a mixed tungsten-tin concentrate grading 0.627% WO3 and 0.78% SnO2, at corresponding recovery of 26.56% and 18.03%, respectively. This process provides a new idea and method for enhanced enrichment and effective utilization of low-grade associated cassiterite.

黄沙坪多金属矿是南岭成矿带典型的矽卡岩型多金属复杂伴生矿,含有铁、钼、铋、钨、锡等多种有价金属以及非金属矿萤石。其中钨锡金属储量丰富,具有较高的回收价值,但因为品位较低,且组成复杂,嵌布粒度细,依靠传统浮选难以实现高效利用[1-3]。预选抛废可以在磨矿和浮选前预先抛弃部分脉石或低品位矿石,提高入选品位,提高选矿效率与经济效益,近年来广泛应用于低品位和复杂难选矿产资源的开发[4-6]。磁选抛废工艺简单,且能进行干式或湿式选别,环境污染小,在含磁性矿物的预选抛废中具有独特的优势[7-8],如大冶有色金属集团针对枣阳原生金红石资源开展强磁预选抛尾实验,金红石精矿回收率由过去的30%~40%提升到68.28%,实现了选矿工艺、技术指标的重大突破[9]。云南某钛砂矿采用高梯度磁选机抛废脱泥,抛废率高达48.46%,TiO2回收率仅损失7.12%,大幅减少了入磨矿量,显著降低了后续重选、精选的生产成本[10]
本文对黄沙坪多金属矿进行了强磁选抛废-强化锡石富集试验。采用高梯度磁选机,通过磁选抛废抛去大量辉石、石榴石磁性脉石矿物,提高后续入选品位、降低浮选处理量、提高选矿效率和经济效率;使用新型多配体金属基捕收剂Pb-BHA-SPA开展钨锡浮选试验,实现了强磁选抛废精矿中钨锡矿物的浮选富集。
黄沙坪多金属矿原矿化学成分和矿物组成分析结果分别如表1表2所示。由表12可以看出,原矿中主要元素为O、Ca、Si、F、Fe。矿石中可回收的有价矿物有白钨矿、萤石、磁铁矿和辉钼矿,主要脉石矿物为钙铁榴石,其次为透辉石、方解石、石英等。
强磁选抛废试验所用设备为Φ1 250 mm高梯度磁选机。锡石浮选试验所用设备为XRD型挂槽浮选机和球磨机。试验所用主要药剂包括黄药、硫酸铜、硝酸铅、苯甲羟肟酸(BHA)、BK205、碳酸钠、硫酸铝和水玻璃(SBL),均取自选矿厂配药车间。新型捕收剂CSC、SHA、SPA均为中南大学自主研发的药剂。Al-SBL抑制剂使用硫酸铝与水玻璃按照质量比1∶2配制而成。Pb-BHA-SPA多配体捕收剂由硝酸铅、BHA和SPA配制而成。
强磁选抛废工业试验在现选矿厂以在线分流的方式进行。原矿浓密机底流矿浆细度为-0.074 mm粒级占80%,控制分流矿量为5 t/h,水流量3 t/h,调整不同的粗选和精选磁场强度,开展一粗一精强磁选抛废试验,试验流程和设备配置简图如图1所示。
以强磁选抛废所得压滤精矿为原矿,在实验室开展钨锡强化浮选试验,试验流程如图2所示。强磁选精矿先经一粗一扫脱硫,脱硫尾矿再经一粗一扫钨锡浮选,得到钨锡混合精矿、扫选精矿和尾矿。
精选磁场强度0.60 T时,不同粗选磁场强度条件下精矿产品指标如表3所示。随着粗选磁场强度逐渐升高,精矿产率升高,精矿中钼、钨、萤石品位和回收率逐渐升高,锡石品位略有下降。粗选磁场强度0.70 T时,钼、钨、萤石损失率分别为4.910%、8.68%、12.17%,锡石在精矿中明显富集,回收率达到55.90%。这说明在较低的粗选磁场强度下抛废,可以在钼、钨、萤石损失较少的情况下实现锡石在精矿中的富集。
粗选磁场强度0.70 T,不同精选磁场强度条件下精矿产品指标如表4所示。随着精选磁场强度逐渐升高,精矿产率先升高后降低,精矿中钼品位和回收率基本不变,钨品位和回收率在高磁场强度下明显降低。精矿中锡石品位和萤石品位随磁场强度增大而逐渐降低,回收率则先升后降。这说明增大精选磁场强度可以显著降低钼、钨和萤石的损失,但锡石品位和回收率降低。精选场强0.50 T时,精矿中钼、钨、萤石损失率均低于10%,精矿锡石回收率高于41%。
固定强磁选抛废工艺参数为粗选磁场强度0.70 T、精选磁场强度0.50 T,进行连续选别试验,结果如图3所示。连续作业21个班次,精矿产率保持在26%左右,精矿中钼、钨、萤石平均品位分别为0.017%、0.13%、7.00%,平均回收率分别为6.69%、9.97%、9.69%。锡石在强磁选抛废精矿中富集,平均回收率达46.22%。
以强磁选抛废试验所得精矿为原矿,按照图2所示流程进行一粗一扫钨锡浮选试验。捕收剂用量均为1 000 g/t,不同捕收剂的浮选结果如图4所示。同等药剂用量下,单一配体铅离子配合物捕收剂Pb-SPA浮选所得钨锡粗精矿WO3和SnO2回收率最高,其次是Pb-BHA捕收剂。这说明Pb-BHA和Pb-SPA配合物捕收剂对钨锡矿物的捕收能力较强。使用Pb-BHA-SPA多配体捕收剂浮选钨锡回收率明显高于单一配体捕收剂Pb-BHA和Pb-SPA。
以Pb-BHA-SPA为捕收剂,用量600 g/t,不同粗选pH值下的钨锡浮选结果如图5所示。粗选矿浆pH值升高,精矿WO3和SnO2品位均明显下降,WO3和SnO2回收率均先升后降,在pH=10时达到峰值。说明碱性条件有利于强磁选抛废精矿回收钨锡,适宜的粗选矿浆pH值为10。
粗选矿浆pH=10.0,以Al-SBL为抑制剂、Pb-BHA-SPA为捕收剂,按照图6所示流程进行了浮选开路试验,结果如表5所示。钨锡粗选后使用球磨机对粗精矿进行磨矿,进一步促进锡石解离;粗精矿再磨后进行4次精选,可得到WO3和SnO2品位分别为0.627%和0.78%、对应的回收率分别为26.56%和18.03%的钨锡混合精矿。
对黄沙坪多金属矿进行高梯度磁选抛废-强化钨锡富集试验。连续作业下,高梯度磁选机预先抛废精矿产率约26%,精矿中钼、钨、萤石平均品位分别为0.017%、0.13%和7.00%,钼、钨、萤石抛废损失率均低于10%,锡石在精矿中富集,回收率达40%以上。强磁选精矿使用Pb-BHA-SPA高效多配体钨锡捕收剂,采用“粗选-再磨-精选”工艺,可得到WO3和SnO2品位分别为0.627%和0.780%、对应回收率分别为26.56%和18.03%的钨锡混合精矿。
