In order to balance productivity against safety in the mining of high-level stope with gently-dipping and extrathick orebody, an iron mine adopting sublevel open stoping with backfill was taken as an example to optimize the mining sequence. Firstly, pillars was determined to at a reasonable spacing from 14.2 m to 47.2 m based on the theory of bearing capacity of pillars. Secondly, according to stope structure parameters, the pillars were designed to be 15 m, 30 m and 45 m in thickness, respectively. An orebody model was also established with FLAC3D and then was used to analyze the roof subsidence and pillar stability based on comparison of each mining scheme. Finally, a judgment matrix of mining sequence was constructed based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, with both factors of safety and productivity taken into consideration in the numerical simulation. The comprehensive membership degrees of those three schemes were calculated to be 0.86, 0.79 and 0.80, respectively, and pillars in the best scheme were determined to be in the thickness of 15 m. The results of an industrial experiment have proven that this scheme can ensure stope with relative stability while achieving the maximum production capacity.

为了平衡缓倾斜极厚矿体高阶段采场的产能与安全,以某铁矿阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法为背景,进行开采顺序优化研究。首先,基于间柱承压理论,得出间柱宽度合理值为14.2~47.2 m。根据采场结构参数,设计间柱宽度分别为15 m、30 m、45 m,即隔一采一、隔二采一、隔三采一,并采用FLAC3D建立矿体模型,对比分析各方案顶板沉降以及间柱稳定性。最后,在数值模拟基础上,综合考虑安全与产能的影响因素,构建基于层次分析与模糊综合评判法的开采顺序判断矩阵,计算得出3种方案的综合隶属度分别为0.86、0.79、0.80,确定间柱宽度15 m(隔一采一)为最优方案。工业试验结果表明,该方案在实现最大化生产能力的同时,可保持采场相对稳定。

为了平衡缓倾斜极厚矿体高阶段采场的产能与安全,以某铁矿阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法为背景,进行开采顺序优化研究。首先,基于间柱承压理论,得出间柱宽度合理值为14.2~47.2 m。根据采场结构参数,设计间柱宽度分别为15 m、30 m、45 m,即隔一采一、隔二采一、隔三采一,并采用FLAC3D建立矿体模型,对比分析各方案顶板沉降以及间柱稳定性。最后,在数值模拟基础上,综合考虑安全与产能的影响因素,构建基于层次分析与模糊综合评判法的开采顺序判断矩阵,计算得出3种方案的综合隶属度分别为0.86、0.79、0.80,确定间柱宽度15 m(隔一采一)为最优方案。工业试验结果表明,该方案在实现最大化生产能力的同时,可保持采场相对稳定。

In order to balance productivity against safety in the mining of high-level stope with gently-dipping and extrathick orebody, an iron mine adopting sublevel open stoping with backfill was taken as an example to optimize the mining sequence. Firstly, pillars was determined to at a reasonable spacing from 14.2 m to 47.2 m based on the theory of bearing capacity of pillars. Secondly, according to stope structure parameters, the pillars were designed to be 15 m, 30 m and 45 m in thickness, respectively. An orebody model was also established with FLAC3D and then was used to analyze the roof subsidence and pillar stability based on comparison of each mining scheme. Finally, a judgment matrix of mining sequence was constructed based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, with both factors of safety and productivity taken into consideration in the numerical simulation. The comprehensive membership degrees of those three schemes were calculated to be 0.86, 0.79 and 0.80, respectively, and pillars in the best scheme were determined to be in the thickness of 15 m. The results of an industrial experiment have proven that this scheme can ensure stope with relative stability while achieving the maximum production capacity.

目前,我国大部分矿山采用充填采矿法开采[1-2],其中阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法因其生产能力大,在极厚矿体中得到了广泛应用。该采矿方法一般采用高阶段矿块深孔或中深孔落矿[3],因此,采场稳定性偏低,尤其是在复杂采场中,需要严格控制采场结构参数和开采顺序,在保证采场稳定性的同时,使盘区生产能力最大化。
目前,许多学者开展了开采顺序对采场稳定性影响的相关研究,甘德清等[4]对某厚大矿体开采顺序进行了模拟研究,综合考虑安全、产能及各方案特点确定了不同生产时期的开采顺序。邹平等[5]对某缓倾斜厚大矿体进行了采场结构参数和开采顺序优化研究,确定了矿房、矿柱“棋盘”式布置和从中间向两边开采的顺序。刘小平等[6]利用FLAC3D基于模糊物元模型对3种不同开采方案进行了综合评价,得出倒“V”形开采为最优方案。李炎峰等[7]采用数值模拟,建立综合评判模型,得出了采场最佳结构参数。由此可以看出,合理的开采顺序对保障采场稳定性具有至关重要的作用。本文以某铁矿北部矿区某盘区为研究背景,从间柱稳定性和顶板沉降两个角度对采场开采顺序进行优化。首先基于间柱承压机理对间柱宽度进行理论分析,得出宽度区间;然后利用数值模拟对顶板及间柱稳定性进行模拟分析,综合评判得出最优开采顺序后,进行工业试验验证。
河北某铁矿为缓倾斜极厚矿体,矿体顶板主要为厚层灰岩,局部出露带黄泥的风化灰岩;矿体底板主要为矽卡岩,节理裂隙发育,多呈碎块状,稳定性较差;局部出露蚀变闪长岩,硬度较小、遇水泥化,不稳定;矿体节理裂隙发育,属于不稳定至中等稳定级别。现场工程揭露表明,以-230 m水平6#穿脉为界,北部区域矿体稳固性较差,南部区域矿体稳固性相对较好;矿体上盘围岩稳固性比下盘围岩稳固性好。某盘区开采标高-230~-170 m,盘区尺寸105 m×50 m×60 m,总体走向北偏东14°,倾向南东,倾角10°~15°,采用阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法,阶段高度60 m。
采用从属面积理论[8]计算矿柱载荷:
式中:Q为矿柱所承受载荷,MPa;γ为上覆岩层容重,kN/m3H为开采深度,m;S空区为单个矿柱所分担采空区面积,m2S矿柱为矿柱面积,m2
该理论认为矿柱承载其自身以及相邻开挖矿房的上覆岩层自重[9],如图1所示。
然而,正在开采的采场其间柱仅为双侧揭露,如图2所示。采场顶板部分应力会向未揭露侧转移[10],即间柱实际承载的上覆围岩载荷小于基于矿柱从属面积理论计算的载荷值。
因此,引入载荷分布系数k对传统的从属面积理论进行修正,使其适用于间柱的载荷计算,则有:
式中:k为矿柱载荷分布系数;w为矿房宽度,m;w为间柱宽度,m;l为矿房长度,m。
Bieniawski理论同从属面积理论一样分配顶部荷载,但与其他理论不同的是,Bieniawski理论考虑了矿柱宽度与高度对其实际极限承载能力的影响。在实际中,岩体往往存在节理裂隙使其抗压强度小于岩块抗压强度,依据传统的Bieniawski理论(见式(4))计算得到的间柱强度往往大于其实际强度。为了更加准确地计算出贴合实际的间柱极限承载强度,引入岩体完整性系数KV(见式(5)),KV由岩体结构面体密度JV计算得出,计算公式见式(6)。
式中:为间柱实际抗压强度,MPa;Sp为传统的间柱抗压强度,MPa;σc为间柱单轴抗压强度参数,MPa;α为常数,间柱宽高比大于5时,α=1.4,间柱宽高比小于5时,α=1.0;JV为岩体结构面密度,条/m3
间柱安全系数用于评价间柱的稳定性,其值一般为间柱本身强度与间柱所受实际荷载的比值:
式中f为间柱安全系数。
联立上述各式可得间柱安全系数计算公式为:
对该盘区结构面进行扫描并将结果导入ShapeMetrix 3D软件分析系统,对三维模型进行合成以及方位、距离的真实化分析并计算单位体积节理数,即体密度,考虑篇幅,仅展示体密度最大的三维模型及投影图,见图3。经计算,该盘区内体密度为5.12~8.82条/m3,计算时取最大值。
将该盘区岩体相关参数值代入式(8)可得不同高度间柱的安全系数与间柱宽度的变化曲线,如图4所示。由图4可知,随着间柱宽度增加,间柱安全系数逐渐增大,但增幅逐渐减小,说明间柱宽度较小时,增加宽度可有效提高采场稳定性;间柱宽度相对较大时,若间柱面临失稳,增加宽度对提高采场稳定性的作用较小,此时,可结合实际考虑对不稳定区进行适当支护管理;间柱宽度较小时,随着间柱高度增加,间柱安全系数略有降低,但整体变化不大。随着间柱宽度增加,间柱安全系数对间柱高度逐渐敏感,增加单位高度,安全系数减少量逐渐减小,说明间柱宽度达到一定值时,降低开采高度可有效提高采场稳定程度。
考虑盘区实际情况及岩体质量分级结果[11],结合图4,本次间柱安全系数取间柱破坏至基本保持稳定的临界值1.2,基本保持稳定至稳定的临界值2.4;依据矿山前期采场参数优化结果,采场长度50 m、宽度15 m、高度60 m。将上述值代入式(8)可得,间柱宽度为14.2~47.2 m。基于此,考虑采场结构参数,设计间柱宽度分别为15 m、30 m、45 m,即“隔一采一”(方案a)、“隔二采一”(方案b)、“隔三采一”(方案c)。采用数值模拟对以上3个采场开采方案间柱稳定性进行验证,并分析不同间柱宽度对采场顶板沉降的影响。
该矿体为缓倾斜极厚矿体且该盘区整体位于矿体中,近盘区围岩均为矿体。因此,模型整体按矿体参数赋值。基于前期力学试验,根据修正后的Hoek-Brown强度准则计算得到的矿岩力学参数见表1
矿体模型总长200 m,宽75 m,取xyz轴分别为矿体走向、倾向、高度,在x方向建立5个矿房,外扩围岩范围为3~5倍矿房尺寸。采用FLAC3D建模,使用标准正方形网格,网格渐变稀疏,模型施加底面和侧面法向位移约束,顶部施加均布荷载模拟采深。采用莫尔-库仑模型,结合室内试验数据分别对矿体和围岩进行赋值,模型如图5所示。
矿房开挖后,采场内应力重新分布,产生应力集中区和释放区,如图6所示。随着间柱宽度增加,间柱内最大主应力呈增加趋势,承载顶板压力的能力逐渐增强,有利于顶板保持稳定;间柱内应力释放区域逐渐减小,有利于间柱保持其自身稳定性。随间柱宽度减小,应力集中转移至侧帮,不利于两帮稳定。
在间柱顶部布置测线,提取3种方案的间柱最大主应力进行分析,如图7所示。随着间柱宽度增加,最大主应力的最小值逐渐增大,方案c压应力明显大于其余方案,但仍在间柱抗压强度范围内。此外,间柱宽度增加至45 m时,最大主应力波动趋于平缓,对顶板具有良好的承载效果。
图8为3种不同开采顺序开挖2个矿房时的z向竖直位移分布云图。对比图8可知,采场顶板z向竖直位移量随着间柱宽度增加而逐渐减小,3个开采方案顶板竖直位移量分别为51.174 mm、44.304 mm、38.726 mm,顶板沉降逐渐减弱。
图9为3种不同开采顺序开挖2个矿房时的采场剖面y向水平位移分布云图。对比图9可知,间柱水平位移量大于矿房两侧水平位移量,随着间柱宽度增加,y向水平位移先增大后减小,最大位移量分别为29.030 mm、36.128 mm、32.036 mm。间柱宽度15 m时,间柱水平位移有4个分布区域,与应力分布特征相符。
图10为3种不同开采顺序开挖2个矿房时的采场剖面塑性区分布云图。由图10可知,塑性区主要分布在采场两帮和间柱,顶板基本不发生破坏。两帮主要发生剪切滑移破坏,剪切破坏随着间柱宽度增加而减少,且剪切区域也有一定程度的减少。间柱呈“X”形剪切破坏,随着间柱宽度增加,间柱破坏由双“X”形剪切破坏转变为单“X”形剪切破坏,最后基本不发生破坏,表明增大间柱宽度有利于采场稳定。
结合位移和塑性区对比分析可知:间柱宽度为15 m时,顶板位移贴近安全临界值,侧帮位移集中在顶底板附近;顶板基本不发生破坏,间柱靠近顶板位置塑性区分布较为集中,可能发生轻微超挖现象,故其虽具有一定的稳定性,但接近“破坏至基本保持稳定”边界,这与理论计算结果一致。模拟结果表明,间柱安全系数临界值取1.2合理。
为了直观显示各方案与岩体位移判据(50 mm)的关系,将各方案集中显示在颜色标尺上,如图11所示,其中“z-a”表示方案a在z方向上的最大位移。由图11可知,z向顶板最大位移量排序为:方案a>方案b>方案c,且方案a顶板最大位移量略大于50 mm,个别岩体质量较差区域可能发生破坏,但对顶板整体稳定性影响较小。y向最大位移量排序为:方案b>方案c>方案a,方案a间柱变形量虽小,但存在2个变形区,间柱可能发生轻微超挖,但对间柱整体稳定性影响不大。从安全的角度考虑,方案a<方案b<方案c。
根据盘区尺寸计算各方案生产能力(一步可开采矿块数)分别为:方案a 4个矿块,方案b 3个矿块,方案c 2个矿块。因此,从生产能力的角度考虑,方案a>方案b>方案c。
综上,方案a虽能基本保持稳定,且生产能力大,但需加强对采场的监测与管理。方案b稳定性与生产能力均位于中等水平。方案c稳定性较好,但产能较小。以上无法直接判断各方案的综合优越性。
为合理平衡安全与产能,得到最佳方案,综合考虑采场稳定性、间柱稳定性以及生产能力,建立开采顺序备选集,即评价集VV={Va(方案a),Vb(方案b),Vc(方案c)}。综合考虑回采方案的安全性和生产能力,选取以下5个影响因素作为评价指标:安全指标包括顶板最大竖向位移、顶板最大竖向拉应力、间柱最大竖向压应力、间柱最大水平拉应力),生产能力指标包括盘区生产能力,从而建立因素集U={U1U2U3U4U5}。通过层次分析法及9级标度法进行判断矩阵构建,并通过式(9)和式(10)进行一致性检验,得到一致性指标值为0.010 3,平均随机值RI为0.52,检验结果值为0.011 6。安全指标评判矩阵见表2,最终各因素层次排序见表3
式中:CI为一致性指标;RI为平均随机一致性指标;λmax为矩阵最大特征根;n为判断矩阵阶数。
根据各方案生产能,结合数值模拟结果,利用fish语言调取间柱最大应力。赋值后综合评价指标如表4所示。
基于定量指标的隶属函数法,对各方案的5个定量指标进行分析。其中,产能按最大为优计算,安全指标以最小为优进行规格化计算,可得隶属度矩阵R
综合评价向量B的计算方法为:
式中W为权重向量,由表3中的权重值组成。基于式(12)得出不同开采顺序下的综合评价向量B=(0.860.790.80)。
根据以上计算结果可知:综合考虑采场安全与产能,方案a优越性为86%,为最优开采顺序,即矿房间采用“隔一采一”。结合方案a应力、位移、塑性区分布云图可知,选择方案a时,需对顶板加强支护措施,且相邻间柱承载的压力较大,在一步开采结束后要充分保证一步采场充填体的强度,为矿体二步采场开采提供较为安全稳定的环境。
为验证优化的合理性,开展生产工业试验。于-230~-170 m水平中段之间选取2个试验采场,采场编号为1和2。矿体平均厚度为105 m,采用大直径深孔凿岩阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法,采场高度60 m,长度50 m,宽度15 m,矿房垂直矿体走向布置,可布置2个矿房,沿穿脉方向“隔一采一”,先对1号采场进行开采,回采完毕后,对2号采场进行开采,采场布置情况如图12所示。
为明确采场稳定性,在2号采场回采完毕后、采空区充填前,利用三维激光扫描设备对各采空区边界轮廓进行三维扫描,观测采空区实际变形情况,如图13(a)所示,其中左侧模型为1号采场、右侧模型为2号采场,采空区轮廓完整,未见垮塌,各采场整体稳定性良好。1号采场顶板如图13(b)所示,顶板较为平整,两帮均无超挖现象,稳定性较好。2号采场侧帮如图13(c)所示,采场近围岩侧帮稳定性较好,较为平整;间柱侧虽略有超挖,但对采场整体稳定性影响不大,能够保持相对稳定。结果表明,该盘区的开采顺序优化较为合理。
1)基于从属面积理论以及Bieniawski理论,引入载荷分布系数k和岩体完整性系数KV进行了修正,使间柱稳定性计算更加准确。通过分析安全系数发现:增加间柱宽度,采场稳定性逐渐降低;增加间柱高度(即采场高度),间柱稳定性逐渐降低。
2)由数值模拟应力云图可知,随着间柱宽度减小,间柱应力集中程度逐渐减弱,应力释放区逐渐扩大,间柱稳定性逐渐降低。间柱宽度15 m时,间柱水平位移量虽然减小,但间柱在顶底板区域出现应力集中。
3)对3种开采顺序进行模拟计算可得,顶板位移量在可控范围内,单从采场安全角度考虑,采场稳定性排序为:方案c>方案b>方案a,间柱宽度15 m时进行开采,顶板最大位移量为51.174 mm。从盘区产能角度考虑,生产能力排序为:方案a>方案b>方案c。
4)基于数值模拟安全指标及盘区内一步可生产矿块数,建立基于层次分析与模糊综合评判法的开采顺序优选模型,计算得出3种方案的综合隶属度分别为0.86、0.79、0.80,确定开采顺序“隔一采一”为最优方案。
5)依据开采顺序优化结果,选取2个试验采场进行工业试验,由采空区轮廓三维激光扫描结果可知,采场顶板和间柱能保持相对稳定,开采顺序优化结果合理。
