In order to address the problem of slope stability for a valley dumpsite in one mountain area, numerical simulation was conducted with FLAC3D for the stability of slope under three working conditions, including natural state, rainstorm case and earthquake occurrence. The stability and reliability of the dump under conditions of rainstorm plus seismic was evaluated with introduced Monte Carlo algorithm. Results show that the overall and part of dumpsite slope, under all three working conditions of natural state, rainstorm and earthquake, can be in a stable state, and the overall safety factors present a normal distribution and are mainly within the range of 2.0-2.1, consistent with the numerical simulation results (2.08); under conditions of rainstorm plus seismic, the probability for the overall dumpsite to be unstable is 0, while some parts of dumpsite have a 35.99% probability to be unstable. It is shown that the numerical simulation value and on-site monitoring result present a deviation from 9.8% to 15.4% based on the comparison.

针对某高山峡谷地区的沟谷型弃渣场边坡稳定性问题,借助FLAC3D数值模拟软件对边坡在天然、暴雨、地震3种工况下的稳定性进行了数值模拟;引入蒙特卡罗法对弃渣场暴雨+地震工况下的稳定性可靠度进行评价。结果表明:天然、暴雨、地震3种工况下弃渣场边坡整体和局部均处于稳定状态;弃渣场整体安全系数呈正态分布,整体安全系数集中在2.0~2.1,与数值模拟结果(2.08)一致;在暴雨+地震工况下,弃渣场整体处于不稳定状态的概率为0,局部处于不稳定状态的概率为35.99%。数值模拟与现场监测对比分析结果表明,两者的偏差为9.8%~15.4%。

针对某高山峡谷地区的沟谷型弃渣场边坡稳定性问题,借助FLAC3D数值模拟软件对边坡在天然、暴雨、地震3种工况下的稳定性进行了数值模拟;引入蒙特卡罗法对弃渣场暴雨+地震工况下的稳定性可靠度进行评价。结果表明:天然、暴雨、地震3种工况下弃渣场边坡整体和局部均处于稳定状态;弃渣场整体安全系数呈正态分布,整体安全系数集中在2.0~2.1,与数值模拟结果(2.08)一致;在暴雨+地震工况下,弃渣场整体处于不稳定状态的概率为0,局部处于不稳定状态的概率为35.99%。数值模拟与现场监测对比分析结果表明,两者的偏差为9.8%~15.4%。

In order to address the problem of slope stability for a valley dumpsite in one mountain area, numerical simulation was conducted with FLAC3D for the stability of slope under three working conditions, including natural state, rainstorm case and earthquake occurrence. The stability and reliability of the dump under conditions of rainstorm plus seismic was evaluated with introduced Monte Carlo algorithm. Results show that the overall and part of dumpsite slope, under all three working conditions of natural state, rainstorm and earthquake, can be in a stable state, and the overall safety factors present a normal distribution and are mainly within the range of 2.0-2.1, consistent with the numerical simulation results (2.08); under conditions of rainstorm plus seismic, the probability for the overall dumpsite to be unstable is 0, while some parts of dumpsite have a 35.99% probability to be unstable. It is shown that the numerical simulation value and on-site monitoring result present a deviation from 9.8% to 15.4% based on the comparison.

公路隧道开挖形成的松散碎石和土体集中堆砌而成的弃渣场人工边坡,易发生失稳下滑等地质灾害[1-2]。近年来,众多学者[3-11]深入探讨了人工边坡稳定性问题,对强降雨、外界荷载加载、地震、地下水等不同条件下的不同性质边坡进行了稳定性研究,取得了丰富成果。尽管现有研究为人工边坡的稳定性分析提供了宝贵的参考,但仍存在一些局限性。首先,多数研究仅对单一因素进行分析,未充分考虑多种因素的耦合作用。其次,部分研究在边坡失稳的定量预测方面仍存在较大不确定性,尤其在考虑复杂地质条件和动态环境因素时[12]。本文在借鉴现有研究成果的基础上,以汶马高速平桥沟弃渣场为研究对象,借助FLAC3D数值模拟软件对弃渣场边坡稳定性展开分析,引入蒙特卡罗法,对沟谷型弃渣场边坡稳定性的可靠度进行定量评价,旨在为复杂环境中的边坡设计与防护提供理论依据。
弃渣场位于高山、高原过渡的侵蚀构造深切高山峡谷,距离平桥沟沟口约2.6 km,于沟谷内沿平桥沟布置,沟谷底部宽度40~75 m,平均坡降3%~4%。沟谷内岸坡陡峻,一般坡度35°~45°,拦渣坝处边坡坡度达55°以上。弃渣场范围内出露的岩性主要有三叠系侏倭组(T3zh)变质砂岩以及(Q4sef)碎石土、卵石土。弃渣场区内主要不良地质为积雪、泥石流及特殊性岩土季节性冻土。区域地震基本烈度Ⅶ。该区域属大陆性高原季风气候,年平均气温6.3 ℃,年平均降雨量753 mm。地下水主要为松散堆积层孔隙水、基岩裂隙孔隙水,地表水主要为平桥沟沟水。该弃渣场占地约0.23 km2,弃渣方量350万m3,前端采用重力式拦渣坝锁口,弃渣场顶部设排水明渠,底部设过水暗涵,于2015年开始堆积弃渣,2018年堆积完成,形成了高约20 m的人工边坡。弃渣场整体平面图见图1
对弃渣场渣体、沟道覆盖层及基岩的物理力学参数进行测试,结果见表1
本次计算采用Mohr-Coulomb模型,该模型通常用来描述土体和岩石的剪切破坏,模型的破坏包络线和Mohr-Coulomb强度准则以及拉破坏准则相对应。计算模型中,弃渣场顺沟道水流方向为X轴,垂直沟道方向为Y轴,弃渣场竖向为Z轴。计算模型为弃渣场最不利剖面,模型尺寸长(X)×宽(Y)×高(Z)分别为1 868 m×4 m×197 m,计算模型如图2所示,共2 823个单元,6 034个节点。
静力计算时,模型底部为固定约束边界,模型四周为单向约束边界,坡体表面为自由边界,并仅考虑自重产生的初始应力场;动力计算中,边界条件的设置采用自由场边界,地震加速度从计算模型底部边界输入,包括X向和Z向的地震加速度,其中Z向地震波幅值取X向峰值的0.75倍。
本次计算考虑天然工况、暴雨工况、地震工况。X向位移表征渣体沿顺水流方向的变形,Z向位移正值表示渣体向上位移,Z向位移负值表示渣体产生的沉降位移。
图3是弃渣场天然工况下数值模拟云图。由图3(a)可知,弃渣场在陡缓坡变坡渣体与沟道覆盖层交界位置处剪应变增量较大,其他部位的剪应变增量相对较小。计算结果显示天然工况下弃渣场整体安全系数为3.20,大于规范要求的1.35。因此,弃渣场在天然工况下边坡整体是稳定的。由图3(b)和图3(c)可知,在渣体边坡陡缓交界处的变形较大,X向最大位移值为22.50 cm,Z向最大位移值为70.00 cm。由图3(d)可知,总位移最大值为71.06 cm,其他区域的变形主要发生在渣体表面及以下一定深度,但相对陡缓坡变坡处的变形量较小,这表明天然工况下弃渣场渣体要经过一定时间的沉降变形才逐渐趋于稳定。
图4是弃渣场暴雨工况下数值模拟云图。由图4(a)计算弃渣场安全系数,结果显示,暴雨工况下,弃渣场整体安全系数为3.02,大于规范要求的1.35。因此,弃渣场边坡在暴雨工况下整体是稳定的。由图4(b)和图4(c)可知,X向最大位移值为25.00 cm,Z向最大位移值为70.00 cm,说明弃渣场在暴雨工况下的位移比天然工况下的位移有所增加,但增加量较小。由图4(d)可知,总位移最大值为73.59 cm,其他区域的变形主要发生在渣体表面及以下一定深度,相对天然工况下的变形量有所增加,但增加量较小,表明在暴雨工况下弃渣场也是呈向临空面变形的趋势,但整体稳定。
图5是弃渣场地震工况下数值模拟云图。由图5(a)可知,与天然工况和暴雨工况相比,地震工况下弃渣场剪应变有所增加、变形有所加大,弃渣场整体安全系数为2.27,大于规范要求的1.15,弃渣场边坡在地震工况下整体稳定,但安全系数比天然工况和暴雨工况下的安全系数有所降低。由图5(b)和图5(c)可知,X向最大位移值为45.00 cm,Z向最大位移值为60.00 cm,说明在地震工况下弃渣场渣体边坡沿水流方向变形比天然工况下的变形有所增加,且主要表现在X向,增长率达80%。由图5(d)可知,总位移最大值为80.12 cm,比天然工况下的变形量有所增加,但增加量较小,弃渣场整体稳定。
不同工况下弃渣场边坡的变形特征及安全系数统计见表2。弃渣场在天然、暴雨、地震工况下的最大变形量分别为71.06 cm、73.59 cm、80.12 cm,安全系数分别为3.20、3.02、2.27,表明随着边界条件越来越不利,弃渣场变形越来越大,安全系数也越来越小,但均大于规范要求的安全系数。因此,弃渣场在这3种工况下整体稳定,并均有较高的安全储备。
弃渣场渣体稳定性差,若发生失稳下滑会造成严重后果。因此,借助可靠度理论对弃渣场边坡暴雨+地震工况下的稳定性进行评价,并采用数值模拟计算边坡在暴雨+地震工况下的安全系数,并将两者进行对比分析,以验证该边坡稳定性可靠度的合理性。
蒙特卡罗法[13-14]是以数理统计为基础的抽样理论。边坡可靠度的计算公式为:
式中:R为抗滑力;S为下滑力;xk为与边坡有关的各种变量(重度、内摩擦角、黏聚力、弹性模型、泊松比)。
随机抽取一组数据(x1x2,…,xk),代入式(1)求取安全系数Fs,重复计算K次,直到达到预计计算精度,此时获得K个互相独立的安全系数(F1F2,…,Fk)。在K次计算中,若Fs<Fcr的情况出现S次(Fcr为临界安全系数),则该边坡的破坏概率为pi
求得K个安全系数的平均值ai、标准差bi,边坡可靠度α为:
根据以上叙述的计算原理可知,计算次数越多,其所获得结果的精度越高。根据以往学者的计算结果得知,符合计算精度的计算次数区间为5 000~10 000。
以下是确定计算次数的具体步骤:①首先求一次20 000计算次数的可靠度(2倍建议上限次数);②然后设置1 000、2 000、3 000、…、10 000计算次数,将每次计算的可靠度与20 000次的可靠度进行对比,以获取绝对误差。③观察两组对比数据的可靠度绝对误差变化情况,将绝对误差变化趋于直线的拐点所对应的计算次数记为模拟次数K
图6所示,模拟次数达到6 000次时,可靠度绝对误差为0.05%,往后曲线变化趋势趋于直线,所以本文模拟次数K取6 000次。
图7(a)是暴雨+地震工况下弃渣场剪应变增量图。经过计算,弃渣场整体安全系数为2.08,大于规范要求的1.15,说明弃渣场边坡在暴雨+地震工况下整体是稳定的,但与其他3种工况相比,安全系数下降幅度较大。图7(b)和图7(c)X向位移以及Z向位移变形特征图。X向最大位移值为50.00 cm,Z向最大位移值为60.00 cm,在暴雨+地震工况下弃渣场渣体边坡比其他3种工况下的变形有所增加,但增加量较小。图7(d)为总位移云图。总位移最大值为82.69 cm,比天然工况下的变形量增大了11.63 cm。
由数值模拟计算结果分析可知,弃渣场边坡在暴雨+地震工况下的整体安全系数大于规范规定的临界安全系数,但局部有失稳的可能。因此,将边坡安全系数分为整体安全系数和局部安全系数。
表3是6000次安全系数计算结果统计表,图8是安全系数与出现频率分布情况。由图8可以看出,边坡局部和整体安全系数分布状态均呈正态分布,边坡整体安全系数数值集中在2.0~2.1,与数值模拟计算的安全系数2.08相近。
根据GB 50021—2009《岩土工程勘察规范》规定,暴雨+地震工况下安全系数限定值Fst取1.15,当边坡安全系数Fs小于Fst时,定义边坡处于非稳定状态。根据图8(c)所示,弃渣场边坡在暴雨+地震工况下局部出现失稳的概率是35.99%,整体出现失稳的概率为0。
弃渣场一共布置9个监测点,如图9所示,弃渣场边坡陡缓交界面布置3个位移变形监测点,分别为1#监测点、2#监测点、3#监测点。监测点数据每月采集3次,监测时长2年,一共采集获得72组数据,各监测点位移变化如图10所示。由图10(a)可知,0~30次是曲线上升段,该时间段内,弃渣场水平位移不断增大;30~50次曲线上升速率变缓,说明弃渣场水平方向变形减弱;50次后曲线趋于水平,弃渣场水平方向变形趋于稳定。1#~3#监测点曲线变化范围大,1#监测点测得最大位移为295.5 mm。由图10(b)可知,1#~3#监测点数据变化大,1#监测点最大位移为776.4 mm,变形主要发生在0~30次(弃渣场堆砌完成后的前10个月)。由图10(c)可知,1#监测点曲线变化幅度较大,变形量最大值为844.9 mm。
根据图10可知,弃渣场变形主要集中在前沿斜坡的陡缓交界处,变形量累计时间主要为弃渣场堆砌完成后的前10个月。4#~9#监测点的曲线变化幅度相对较小,前10个月的变化幅度仅为1#监测点的1/3左右。
表4为弃渣场实际变形和数值模拟计算变形对比。由表4可知,实际变化量略高于理论计算值,水平位移偏差45.5 mm,偏差率15.4%;竖向位移偏差76.4 mm,偏差率9.8%;总位移偏差109.0 mm,偏差率12.9%。各类位移偏差率较小,理论计算与实际变形吻合度较高,由此可以推断,地震工况和暴雨+地震工况下的位移变形值符合实际情况。
1)沟谷型弃渣场边坡在暴雨+地震工况下的安全系数为2.08,边坡局部安全系数和整体安全系数均大于规范规定的限定值。
2)在边坡稳定性可靠度分析中,局部和整体安全系数均呈正态分布,整体安全系数集中在2.0~2.1,与数值模拟结果(2.08)相吻合。暴雨+地震工况下,边坡出现整体失稳的概率为0,出现局部失稳的概率为35.99%。
3)弃渣场实际水平位移295.5 mm,实际竖向位移776.4 mm,实际总位移844.9 mm,与理论计算值偏差为9.8%~15.4%。
