Based on the detailed process mineralogy study of a kind of refractory gold ore, an experimental research was carried out for gold extraction. It is found that the gold mineral in such ore are fine-grained and dispersed in gold-carrying minerals. It is proposed that such refractory gold ore be processed with the technique of enhanced flotation, and an addition of regulator XPT511 can effectively improve the index of gold flotation. It is shown that a close-circuit flotation test results in a gold concentrate grading 22.91 g/t Au at 62.85% recovery.

对某难选金矿石进行了详细工艺矿物学研究,并在此基础上开展提金试验研究。结果表明,矿石中金矿物粒度细且分散分布于载金矿物中。采用强化浮选工艺回收该难选金矿石,浮选时添加调整剂XPT511能有效提高金的浮选指标,闭路浮选试验获得了金品位22.91 g/t、回收率62.85%的金精矿。

Based on the detailed process mineralogy study of a kind of refractory gold ore, an experimental research was carried out for gold extraction. It is found that the gold mineral in such ore are fine-grained and dispersed in gold-carrying minerals. It is proposed that such refractory gold ore be processed with the technique of enhanced flotation, and an addition of regulator XPT511 can effectively improve the index of gold flotation. It is shown that a close-circuit flotation test results in a gold concentrate grading 22.91 g/t Au at 62.85% recovery.

随着金矿资源不断开发利用,禀赋较好的金矿资源已被开采殆尽,“贫、细、杂”成为我国金矿资源的基本特征[1-2]。我国已探明的黄金储量中约30%为难处理金矿[3]。难处理金矿主要包括微细粒嵌布金矿、高硫金矿、高砷金矿、含碳金矿以及含金多金属硫化矿[4-6]等。为解决黄金矿山资源保障程度不足的问题,从充分利用资源、提高资源开发效益的角度考虑,亟须开展低品位难处理金矿资源开发利用研究[7-9]
某难选金矿石中金品位2.19 g/t,金矿物主要为自然金,个别以银金矿形式存在,金矿物粒度普遍微细,被包裹的金占总金的91.86%。现场生产采用细磨-全泥氰化浸出工艺,金浸出率仅20%左右,属于典型的微细粒难选金矿石。为最大化提高该金矿石的选矿技术指标,本文在工艺矿物学研究基础上,从回收工艺流程和整体药剂制度协同优化着手,采用强化浮选有效解决了该微细粒金的回收问题,实现了该金矿资源的高效回收,可为微细粒难选金矿资源的开发利用提供基础数据及技术依据。
采用X射线荧光光谱仪对金矿石进行了化学多元素分析,结果见表1。由表1可知:矿石中主要贵金属元素为Au和Ag;SiO2质量分数较高,可考虑综合回收;矿石中含有少量的Fe和S;对金回收不利的C和As含量相对较低。
采用化学物相分析法测定了金的物相分布情况,结果见表2。由表2可知,矿石中裸露-半裸露金占比相对较低;59.28%和21.72%的金分别被硫化物和硅酸盐包裹,而碳酸盐、赤褐铁矿中金分布率较低。结合矿物组成和化学组成分析结果可知,该矿石中超过90%的金被包裹,主要载金矿物为黄铁矿,其次为石英。
针对金矿石原矿及浮选精矿所制大量光片,经高倍显微镜详细观察,未发现独立金矿物,说明该矿石中独立金矿物量少、粒度细、嵌布特征复杂。为进一步研究该矿石中独立金矿物的存在形式,对原矿经尼尔森选矿机选出金品位约20 g/t的金精矿,并将其制成砂光片,使用高倍显微镜并结合MLA的SPL模式查金,仅发现38粒金矿物。针对金矿物,依次进行了化学成分及成色、结晶形态、嵌布特征等分析。
自然金能谱分析结果如图1所示,金矿物X射线能谱分析结果见表3。由表3可知,根据《岩金矿地质勘查规范》,该矿石中金矿物主要为自然金,个别为银金矿。自然金中Au原子分数82.77%~99.80%,成色827.7‰~999.4‰、平均898.3‰。银金矿中Au原子分数79.52%,成色795.2‰。
为进一步了解金矿石中自然金的粒度特征,采用面积法对矿石中所见38粒金矿物进行粒度和分布分析,金矿物粒度统计结果如图2所示,金矿物分布统计结果见表4。由图2可知,矿石中金以微粒金(0.001~0.010 mm)为主,占总颗粒数的68.42%,其次为细粒明金(0.010~0.030 mm)和显微-超显微金(0.1~0.9 μm),分别占13.16%和18.42%。微粒金及显微-超显微金在实际选矿生产中选矿难度较大[10-12],即使细磨也难以呈单体或毗连型连生体状态,在选别过程中主要跟随脉石矿物进入尾矿,难以回收[13-14]。由表4可知,金矿物与硫化物关系密切。
由金的赋存状态可知,黄铁矿和石英是主要的载金矿物。
黄铁矿多呈它形粒状,少见半自形粒状,以星散状-稀疏浸染状存在,部分呈它形-半自形粒状,以浸染状分布,局部破碎裂隙发育。黄铁矿粒度较细,76.61%分布于-0.08 mm粒级,29.24%分布于0.04~0.08 mm粒级,21.26%分布于0.02~0.04 mm粒级。其中-0.04 mm粒级的黄铁矿占47.37%,这部分黄铁矿磨矿解离难度较大,易出现细粒黄铁矿未充分解离的情况[15]
石英是矿石中主要的非金属矿物,与金矿物关系密切,金矿物位于黄铁矿与石英粒间,这部分金粒度较细,因此完全单体解离和回收是极其困难的[16]。石英呈石英砂屑,硅质岩、石英岩角砾及岩屑,以及以填隙物形式存在,粒径0.01~0.30 mm不等。
该金矿石选矿的难点首先是“细”,金的载体矿物黄铁矿粒度细,金的粒度更细;其次是金的分布不集中。针对这两点,经过大量流程探索试验,最终确定采用“强化浮选工艺”回收该矿石中金。
以XPT511(一种含硫酸根离子的酸性无机物)为调整剂、硫酸铜为活化剂、丁基黄药为捕收剂、2#油为起泡剂,按图3所示流程,进行了磨矿细度条件试验,结果见图4。由图4可知,随着磨矿细度增加,粗精矿金品位和回收率均先增加后减少,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占90%时达到峰值。说明一定范围内提高磨矿细度可提高Au回收率,但同时泥化的脉石矿物量也增加,恶化浮选环境。综合考虑,磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占90%为宜。
磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占90%,按图3所示流程进行了调整剂种类条件试验,结果见图5。由图5可知,不添加调整剂时,粗精矿中金品位5.55 g/t、金回收率28.15%;添加常规选金调整剂硫酸或碳酸钠,粗精矿中金品位和回收率略有提高;以XPT511为调整剂时,粗精矿中金品位和回收率均明显提高。确定XPT511为该金矿石适宜的调整剂。
相同条件下进行了粗选1时XPT511用量条件试验,结果见图6。由图6可见:随着XPT511用量增加,粗精矿金品位和回收率逐渐增加;XPT511用量大于2 000 g/t后,粗精矿金品位和回收率趋于平稳。确定粗选1适宜的XPT511用量为2 000 g/t。
磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占90%,XPT511用量2 000 g/t,按照图3所示流程进行了活化剂种类条件试验,结果见图7。由图7可知,以硫酸铜为活化剂能获得较高的粗精矿金品位和回收率。确定硫酸铜为适宜的活化剂。
相同条件下,进行了粗选1硫酸铜用量条件试验,结果见图8。由图8可见,随着硫酸铜用量增加,粗精矿金品位下降,金回收率先增加后趋于平稳。粗选1硫酸铜用量100 g/t为宜。
磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占90%,XPT511用量2 000 g/t,按图3所示流程,进行了粗选1丁基黄药用量条件试验,结果见图9。由图9可知,随着丁基黄药用量增加,粗精矿金品位逐渐下降,金回收率持续上升。综合考虑,确定粗选1适宜的丁基黄药用量为100 g/t。
在条件试验基础上,进行了强化浮选闭路试验,试验流程见图10,结果见表5
闭路浮选试验获得了产率6.49%、金品位22.91 g/t、金回收率62.85%的金精矿。
1)某金矿石中主要回收元素为Au,品位2.19 g/t。金矿物为自然金、银金矿,其中金主要为粒径小于0.01 mm的微粒金,其次为粒径0.01~0.03 mm的细粒明金及粒径0.1~0.9 μm的显微-超显微金。金矿物主要被黄铁矿和石英包裹,矿石中黄铁矿粒度较细,76.61%分布于-0.08 mm粒级中;碳酸盐和硅酸盐包裹金占26.74%,这部分金难以回收,可能是影响金回收率的主要原因。
2)根据该金矿石粒度“细”和分散分布的特点,采用“强化浮选”工艺,浮选时添加调整剂XPT511能有效提高该矿石浮选指标,闭路浮选试验可获得产率6.49%、金品位22.91 g/t、回收率62.85%的金精矿。
