According to the mineral properties of a kind of flake graphite ore in Heilongjiang Province, a new efficient flotation reagent was developed and then adopted in a flotation experiment. Results show that with the new reagent of CYM-11 as a collector, CYQ-01 as a foaming agent, an experiment with a closed-circuit flowsheet consisting of eight-stage regrinding and nine-stage cleaning can yield an graphite concentrate with fixed carbon content of 96.63% at 95.69% recovery, among which the graphite concentrate at a size of +0.15 mm can be produced with a yield of 11.38% and fixed carbon content of 96.04% in mass fraction. It is shown that the large flake graphite can be well protected during the course of mineral processing.

针对黑龙江某鳞片石墨矿特点,开发了新型高效浮选药剂并进行了浮选试验研究。结果表明,以新型药剂CYM-11为捕收剂、CYQ-01为起泡剂,经8次再磨、9次精选闭路浮选,可获得固定碳含量(质量分数)96.63%、回收率95.69%的石墨精矿产品,其中+0.15 mm粒级产率11.38%、固定碳含量(质量分数)96.04%,大鳞片石墨在选矿过程中得到较好保护。

According to the mineral properties of a kind of flake graphite ore in Heilongjiang Province, a new efficient flotation reagent was developed and then adopted in a flotation experiment. Results show that with the new reagent of CYM-11 as a collector, CYQ-01 as a foaming agent, an experiment with a closed-circuit flowsheet consisting of eight-stage regrinding and nine-stage cleaning can yield an graphite concentrate with fixed carbon content of 96.63% at 95.69% recovery, among which the graphite concentrate at a size of +0.15 mm can be produced with a yield of 11.38% and fixed carbon content of 96.04% in mass fraction. It is shown that the large flake graphite can be well protected during the course of mineral processing.

黑龙江鹤岗萝北石墨矿区资源储量达到10.26亿吨[1],矿体中固定碳含量(质量分数)接近10%,具有资源集中、储量大、品位高、埋藏浅、适合大规模露天开采的特点,具备建设世界一流矿山的资源条件。矿区的矿石主要由原生矿和风化矿组成,原生矿占比极大,主要分布在地表。石墨矿物以细鳞片为主,鳞片石墨主要以片状或片状集合体形式嵌布。采用萝北天然鳞片石墨制备的球形石墨在成球率、振实密度等指标上具有竞争优势,有利于负极材料的性能控制和成本控制[2]。鳞片石墨下游产业提高了对鳞片石墨精矿产品要求,而国内现有鳞片石墨选矿存在选别流程长、过度磨矿等问题,导致回收率和大鳞片率偏低。缩短选别流程和保护大鳞片是鳞片石墨矿选矿面临的重要问题[3-7]
萝北石墨矿区采用常规石墨药剂进行石墨浮选,虽然可以满足生产需求,但药剂用量较大,浮选过程中泡沫流动性不佳,泡沫发黏且难消,脉石夹带现象比较严重。研发流动性好和选择性强的新型石墨浮选药剂至关重要[8]。本文针对萝北石墨开发了新型高效浮选药剂并进行了浮选试验研究。
萝北石墨原矿中主要包含石英、长石、石墨、白云母、绿泥石、透闪石以及方解石等矿物,其中大部分碳以鳞片石墨形式存在,少量碳以碳酸盐矿物及其他形式存在,固定碳含量(质量分数,下同)11.29%。其主要化学成分分析结果见表1
石墨浮选试验流程如图1所示。所用CYM系列捕收剂和CYQ系列起泡剂均为长沙矿冶研究院有限责任公司自主研发的新型药剂,其中CYM系列石墨捕收剂通过改变烃类组成和引入增效剂,能改善石墨矿物表面的疏水性、提高石墨浮选效率,与传统捕收剂煤油或柴油相比,具有单耗小、选择性及适应性强、闪点高等特点,有利于现场安全清洁生产,CYQ系列石墨起泡剂比传统起泡剂2号油具有更好的稳定性和更强的选择性,泡沫流动性好,有利于长距离输送。
捕收剂煤油用量250 g/t、2号油用量50 g/t,按图1所示流程进行了磨矿细度条件试验,结果见表2。由表2可知,随着磨矿细度增加,粗精矿固定碳回收率逐步提高,当磨矿细度达到-0.15 mm粒级占80%时,粗精矿固定碳含量41.34%、回收率94.41%。进一步增加磨矿细度,粗精矿产率和回收率增加不明显。综合考虑粗精矿回收率、鳞片保护及磨矿成本等多因素,磨矿细度-0.15 mm粒级占80%为宜。
磨矿细度-0.15 mm粒级占80%,2号油用量70 g/t,按照图1所示流程进行了捕收剂种类试验,结果见表3。由表3可知:煤油的选择性优于柴油、捕收能力弱于柴油;柴油和煤油1∶1混合使用时,粗精矿固定碳含量40.29%、回收率95.41%;新型石墨捕收剂CYM-11选择性优于煤油,CYM-11用量200 g/t时,粗精矿固定碳含量40.72%、回收率96.38%;新型石墨捕收剂CYM-14捕收能力与柴油相当,CYM-14用量200 g/t时,粗精矿固定碳含量39.11%、回收率97.02%。优选新型石墨捕收剂CYM-11为该石墨矿的捕收剂。
在相同试验条件下,进行了捕收剂CYM-11用量试验,结果见表4。由表4可知:随着CYM-11用量增加,粗精矿产率和固定碳回收率逐步增加;CYM-11用量200 g/t时,粗精矿固定碳含量40.72%、回收率96.38%;进一步增加CYM-11用量,固定碳回收率增加不明显。综合考虑,粗选CYM-11用量200 g/t为宜。
磨矿细度-0.15 mm粒级占80%、捕收剂CYM-11用量200 g/t,按图1所示流程进行了起泡剂种类试验,结果见表5。由表5可知:起泡剂MIBC选择性较好,可以获得较高的固定碳含量;2号油粗精矿固定碳回收率较好,而新型石墨起泡剂CYQ-01选矿效率较高,且泡沫稳定性和流动性好,能避免泡沫夹杂,有利于精选作业。选择新型石墨起泡剂CYQ-01进行后续试验。
在相同试验条件下,进行了起泡剂CYQ-01用量试验,结果见表6。由表6可知:CYQ-01用量对粗精矿固定碳含量影响较大;随着粗选CYQ-01用量增加,粗精矿固定碳含量逐渐降低,固定碳回收率逐渐升高,CYQ-01用量70 g/t时,粗精矿固定碳含量42.87%、回收率95.60%;进一步增加CYQ-01用量,固定碳回收率增加不明显,粗精矿固定碳含量大幅降低。综合考虑,粗选CYQ-01用量70 g/t为宜。
在条件试验和开路试验基础上,进行了8次再磨、9次精选的闭路试验,其中中矿5~10返回粗选,中矿1~4和中矿11依次顺序返回,试验结果见表7,闭路试验流程见图2。由表7可知,经过8次再磨、9次精选闭路试验,捕收剂煤油+起泡剂2号油的常规药剂获得了固定碳含量95.27%、回收率95.33%的石墨精矿,捕收剂CYM-11+起泡剂CYQ-01的新型药剂获得了固定碳含量96.63%、回收率95.69%的石墨精矿。
对闭路浮选精矿进行了粒度筛析,结果见表8。由表8可知,经过8次再磨、9次精选闭路试验,2种精矿产品+0.15 mm粒级产率均在11%以上,固定碳含量均在95%以上,说明大鳞片石墨在选矿过程中得到了较好的保护。
使用新型药剂时,闭路浮选精矿固定碳含量超过96%,且中矿1固定碳含量较高,可通过减少磨矿次数和精选次数来保护大鳞片石墨。
1)新型石墨捕收剂CYM-11选择性优于煤油,在磨矿细度-0.15 mm粒级占80%、CYM-11用量200 g/t、起泡剂2号油用量70 g/t条件下,获得了粗精矿固定碳含量40.72%、回收率96.38%。
2)新型石墨起泡剂CYQ-01和CYQ-02选矿指标优势不明显,但起泡剂CYQ-01泡沫具有更好的稳定性和选择性,泡沫流动性好,可避免泡沫夹杂,有利于精选作业。
3)经过8次再磨、9次精选闭路试验,捕收剂煤油+起泡剂2号油的常规药剂获得了固定碳含量95.27%、回收率95.33%的石墨精矿,捕收剂CYM-11+起泡剂CYQ-01的新型药剂获得了固定碳含量96.63%、回收率95.69%的石墨精矿;2种精矿产品中+0.15 mm粒级产率均在11%以上,固定碳含量均在95%以上,说明大鳞片石墨在选矿过程中得到了较好的保护;使用新型药剂,可通过减少磨矿次数和精选次数来保护大鳞片石墨。
