The stability of goafs in a mine was analyzed. Firstly, the current situation of the goafs was investigated in detail to clarify the distribution and volume of goafs. Secondly, the stability variation of goafs before and after backfill was evaluated based on the FLAC3D simulation results. It is found that there are five main goafs in the mine, which are distributed in the middle section of 700-860 m, with total volume of around 404 500 m3. Currently, the roof of goaf is unstable, posing a greater potential risk of collapse. The rock mass that is not connected together from 1# to 4# goaf has concentrated force on it and a plastic zone penetrates through, possibly causing large-scale instability. After the goafs in the middle section of 700-820 m are gradually backfilled, the risk of goaf instability can be gradually eliminated, and production activities in the middle section below 700 m won't be affected. It is recommended that 1#-4# goafs should be preferably backfilled to reduce the risk of roof collapse and penetration.

对某矿山采空区稳定性进行了分析。首先对采空区现状进行了详细调查,明确其分布状态及体积;其次,基于FLAC3D模拟结果评价采空区现状及充填后的稳定性变化规律。结果表明,矿山主要存在5个采空区,分布在700~860 m中段,采空区总体积约40.45×104 m3;当前采空区顶板不稳定,存在较大垮落风险,1#~4#采空区之间未贯通的岩体受力集中,塑性区贯通,有可能产生大规模失稳破坏;对700~820 m中段之间采空区逐步充填后,采空区失稳风险逐渐消除,不会影响700 m以下中段生产活动。建议优先对1#~4#采空区进行充填处理,降低采空区垮塌和贯通的风险。

The stability of goafs in a mine was analyzed. Firstly, the current situation of the goafs was investigated in detail to clarify the distribution and volume of goafs. Secondly, the stability variation of goafs before and after backfill was evaluated based on the FLAC3D simulation results. It is found that there are five main goafs in the mine, which are distributed in the middle section of 700-860 m, with total volume of around 404 500 m3. Currently, the roof of goaf is unstable, posing a greater potential risk of collapse. The rock mass that is not connected together from 1# to 4# goaf has concentrated force on it and a plastic zone penetrates through, possibly causing large-scale instability. After the goafs in the middle section of 700-820 m are gradually backfilled, the risk of goaf instability can be gradually eliminated, and production activities in the middle section below 700 m won't be affected. It is recommended that 1#-4# goafs should be preferably backfilled to reduce the risk of roof collapse and penetration.

金属非金属矿山长期开采后会形成大规模采空区,采空区坍塌引起的安全事故时有发生。采空区坍塌是金属非金属矿山安全生产和公共安全的主要危险源之一。准确判断采空区稳定性具有重要意义。已有众多学者[1-9]采用理论分析和数值模拟等手段评价采空区整体稳定性。本文以某矿山开采后遗留的大面积采空区为研究对象,对采空区赋存现状进行详细调查,并建立采空区三维模型,明确采空区分布位置及采空区体积;基于有限元数值模拟的方法评价当前采空区的稳定性,同时进一步模拟充填过程中采空区稳定性的变化规律,以期保障矿山安全生产。
湖南某金矿开采历史悠久,目前已形成700 m中段、740 m中段、780 m中段、820 m中段、860 m中段等多个开采中段,采空区主要分布在700 m以上中段。初步估算,采空区体积约40.45万立方米。采空区基本信息如表1所示。由采空区测量数据生成采空区三维模型,形成采空区位置图,如图1所示。
根据开采初步设计,矿山主要采用分段凿岩阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法和浅孔留矿法开采,采场沿走向布置,采场长度50 m,宽度为矿体厚度,中段高度40 m。根据采场结构参数,对矿体进行划分,对采空区与矿体进行布尔运算,得到矿体-采空区模型,总体模型范围大小为X=0~1 000 m,Y=0~1 200 m,Z方向0至地表,模型共139.6万个单元,如图2所示。
建好模型后通过相关插件导入FLAC3D软件中完成后续计算任务。首先开挖形成采空区,然后按中段高度对采空区从下至上逐步充填,具体步骤如表2所示。
本次计算采用莫尔-库仑本构模型[10-13]。根据矿山工程地质条件及模拟内容,模拟考虑3种力学介质:绢云母砂质板岩、矿体和充填体。板岩、矿体力学参数根据现场调查和室内试验获得,充填体力学参数参考相关资料[14-15],详细参数见表3
图3为采空区拉应力分布云图。由图3可知,采空区未充填时,顶板岩层所受最大拉应力0.31 MPa左右,超过上覆岩层绢云母砂质板岩的最大抗拉强度。700~820 m中段采空区之间未贯通区域岩体受力超过其自身最大抗拉强度,采空区之间有贯通失稳的风险。对700~740 m中段之间的采空区进行充填后,1#采空区完全充填,2#采空区中部以下充填完成。已完全充填的采空区失稳风险消除,但未充填和未完全充填的采空区顶板暴露面积未改变,顶板及采空区之间的岩体所受最大拉应力0.31 MPa左右,采空区顶板依然存在垮塌风险,采空区之间岩体有破坏的倾向,有可能在采空区之间形成贯通。对700~780 m中段之间的采空区进行充填后,700~820 m中段之间仅有3#采空区和4#采空区上部未被充填,采空区暴露面积较小,顶板失稳的可能性降低,采空区之间贯通的风险消除。对700~820 m中段之间的采空区进行充填后,700~820 m中段之间的采空区被完全处理,采空区失稳风险消除。不同充填方案中,5#采空区顶板受拉0.31 MPa左右,超过绢云母砂质板岩最大抗拉强度,存在失稳破坏的风险;5#采空区与下部采空区之间的岩体受拉0.23 MPa左右,未超过绢云母砂质板岩和矿体最大抗拉强度,且距离其他采空区距离较远,失稳风险较小。
图4为采空区压应力分布云图。由图4可知,压应力主要集中在采空区之间还未贯通的岩体,顶板局部也有应力集中现象。采空区未充填时,1#采空区和2#采空区之间未完全贯通的岩体所受最大压应力8 MPa左右,2#采空区和4#采空区之间的岩体所受最大压应力7.5 MPa左右,存在贯通的风险。各采空区顶板局部所受最大压应力4.3~4.5 MPa,存在一定垮塌失稳的风险。对700~740 m中段之间的采空区进行充填后,1#采空区和2#采空区中间未完全贯通的岩体两边被充填体包围,不会发生失稳破坏,2#采空区和3#采空区、4#采空区未贯通的岩体两侧处于暴露状态,所受最大压应力7.5 MPa左右,有较大失稳贯通风险;未充填的采空区顶板仍然有较大范围处于暴露状态,采空区顶板局部所受最大压应力4.3~4.5 MPa,存在一定垮塌失稳的风险。对700~780 m中段之间的采空区进行充填后,现阶段700~780 m中段采空区之间暴露的岩体被充填体完全包围,没有失稳破坏的风险,采空区之间不会发生相互贯通,3#采空区和4#采空区上部仍有局部未充填,但采空区暴露面积大幅减小,采空区失稳风险降低。对700~820 m中段之间的采空区进行充填后,700~820 m中段之间采空区失稳的风险完全消失。与拉应力分布规律相似,5#采空区顶板所受压应力较大,但与下部采空区之间的岩体所受压应力较小,存在顶板垮塌风险,和下部采空区贯通的可能性较小。
图5为采空区位移分布整体云图。采空区未充填时,1#采空区的顶板位移1.5 cm左右,1#采空区和2#采空区之间未完全贯通的岩体位移1 cm左右,2#采空区和3#采空区、4#采空区之间未贯通的岩体最大位移1.86 cm左右,4#采空区顶板最大位移1.6 cm左右,5#采空区位移0.9 cm左右。700~740 m中段之间的采空区充填结束后,1#采空区被完全充填,其他未充填采空区顶板位移较大,2#采空区和3#采空区、4#采空区之间未贯通的岩体位移1.6 cm左右,5#采空区位移0.9 cm左右。700~780 m中段之间的采空区充填后,未充填的采空区位移变化较小,其中,3#采空区顶板有0.35 cm左右的位移,4#采空区顶板有0.8 cm左右的位移,5#采空区有0.9 cm左右的位移。700~820 m中段之间的采空区充填后,5#采空区顶板有0.9 cm左右的位移。
采空区塑性区分布如图6所示。由图6可知,1#采空区顶板发生了大范围的塑性破坏,1#采空区和2#采空区之间未完全贯通的岩体产生了塑性破坏且局部贯通,2#采空区和4#采空区顶板发生较大的塑性破坏,2#采空区和3#采空区、4#采空区之间的岩体产生塑性破坏完全贯通,4#采空区和5#采空区之间的岩体基本没有塑性单元,5#采空区则有大范围塑性破坏。由此可知,700~820 m中段采空区之间岩体易发生失稳导致采空区贯通,进而诱发大面积的采空区失稳。
700~740 m中段之间的采空区充填后,2#采空区和3#采空区、4#采空区之间的贯通风险未消除;采空区顶板暴露面积未减小,顶板产生了较大范围的塑性破坏。700~780 m中段之间的采空区充填后,采空区之间相互贯通的风险消失,但4#采空区和5#采空区顶板仍有塑性破坏,顶板有可能发生垮塌;700~820 m中段的采空区充填后,1#采空区、2#采空区、3#采空区、4#采空区塑性破坏的风险消除,但5#采空区有大范围的塑性破坏。
1)采空区主要分布在700 m以上中段,其中2#、4#和5#采空区体积较大,初步估算,采空区总体积约40.45×104 m3
2)基于数值模拟计算结果,当前采空区顶板不稳定,存在较大垮落风险;1#~4#采空区之间未贯通的岩体受力集中,塑性区贯通,有可能产生大规模失稳破坏。
3)对700~820 m中段采空区逐步充填后,采空区失稳风险逐渐消除,不会影响700 m以下中段生产活动,建议优先对1#~4#采空区进行充填处理,可有效降低采空区大规模垮塌的风险。
