A kind of silver concentrate in Henan Province has the associated lead therein with an average grade around 7%, lower than the grade for pricing. A classification test was conducted with a hydrocyclone for the silver concentrate, and effects of parameters, including cone angle, underflow orifice diameter, and angle-cone ratio, on the classification and concentration of silver concentrate were explored. It is found that by adopting a 100 model hydrocyclone with cone angle of 60°, feed in a mass fraction of 13.89% to be fed at the pressure of 0.2 MPa, overflow pipe of 22 mm in diameter, and the underflow orifice of 12 mm in diameter, a high-lead silver concentrate grading 6316.29 g/t Ag and 12.39% Pb can be obtained at corresponding recoveries of 79.06% Ag and 79.45% Pb, with a yield of 49.25%; meanwhile, a low-lead silver concentrate with silver grade of 1 623.36 g/t can be obtained. This processing technique can obtain both high-and low-lead silver concentrate at the same time, leading to the economic value of the silver concentrate improved by 687.96 Yuan per ton.

河南某银精矿的伴生金属铅品位平均约7%,未达到计价标准。为提高银精矿综合价值,对银精矿产品开展了水力旋流器分级试验,考察了水力旋流器锥角、沉砂口直径、角锥比等参数对银精矿分级富集的影响。结果表明:采用100型水力旋流器,在锥角60°、给矿压力0.2 MPa、给矿浓度(质量分数)13.89%、溢流管直径22 mm、沉砂口直径12 mm条件下,可从银精矿中分离出产率49.25%、银品位6 316.29 g/t、银金属回收率79.06%、铅品位12.39%、铅金属回收率79.45%的高铅银精矿和银品位1 623.36 g/t的低铅银精矿。高、低铅银精矿双产品方案优于单一银精矿方案,银精矿产品经济价值可提升687.96元/t。

Processing Scheme of Separating a Silver Concentrate into Two Products by Hydrocyclone

河南某银精矿的伴生金属铅品位平均约7%,未达到计价标准。为提高银精矿综合价值,对银精矿产品开展了水力旋流器分级试验,考察了水力旋流器锥角、沉砂口直径、角锥比等参数对银精矿分级富集的影响。结果表明:采用100型水力旋流器,在锥角60°、给矿压力0.2 MPa、给矿浓度(质量分数)13.89%、溢流管直径22 mm、沉砂口直径12 mm条件下,可从银精矿中分离出产率49.25%、银品位6 316.29 g/t、银金属回收率79.06%、铅品位12.39%、铅金属回收率79.45%的高铅银精矿和银品位1 623.36 g/t的低铅银精矿。高、低铅银精矿双产品方案优于单一银精矿方案,银精矿产品经济价值可提升687.96元/t。

A kind of silver concentrate in Henan Province has the associated lead therein with an average grade around 7%, lower than the grade for pricing. A classification test was conducted with a hydrocyclone for the silver concentrate, and effects of parameters, including cone angle, underflow orifice diameter, and angle-cone ratio, on the classification and concentration of silver concentrate were explored. It is found that by adopting a 100 model hydrocyclone with cone angle of 60°, feed in a mass fraction of 13.89% to be fed at the pressure of 0.2 MPa, overflow pipe of 22 mm in diameter, and the underflow orifice of 12 mm in diameter, a high-lead silver concentrate grading 6316.29 g/t Ag and 12.39% Pb can be obtained at corresponding recoveries of 79.06% Ag and 79.45% Pb, with a yield of 49.25%; meanwhile, a low-lead silver concentrate with silver grade of 1 623.36 g/t can be obtained. This processing technique can obtain both high-and low-lead silver concentrate at the same time, leading to the economic value of the silver concentrate improved by 687.96 Yuan per ton.

河南某银矿选厂生产规模为450 t/d,产品为单一银精矿,产率约8%,Ag品位控制在3 000 g/t以上。银精矿中还含有部分Pb、Au、Cu、Zn等,但因品位较低,未达到计价水平,产品综合经济价值尚未充分体现。特别是银精矿中的Pb平均品位7%左右,接近计价水平(10%)。按银精矿产量35 t/d计算,每年铅金属量损失约800 t,损失价值约1 250万元(以铅金属1.55万元/t计)。因此,有必要进一步提高该银精矿中伴生金属品位,以提高该银精矿的经济价值。
针对精矿中伴生金属铅品位低而无法计价的问题,主要有两种解决方案:一是优化现有工艺流程,采用常压有氧酸浸[1]或抑硫浮铅[2]等工艺将伴生铅富集在单一精矿中,实现金属铅的高效回收;二是在原工艺流程基础上增加尾矿脱泥[3]或重介质浓缩[4]等工艺,将单一产品方案改为多产品方案,回收达到计价标准的各有价金属精矿。本文采用水力旋流器将银精矿分选为高铅银精矿和低铅银精矿双产品,研究不同工艺参数条件下的产品数量、质量指标,进而预测方案的经济可行性。
银精矿化学多元素分析结果见表1。由表1可知,银精矿样品中Pb品位为7.04%,主要杂质为SiO2
采用筛分法测定银精矿粒度组成,并考察Pb在各粒级的分布率,结果见表2表2结果表明,银精矿0.018~0.074 mm粒级Pb品位相对较高,计算正累计Pb品位可以发现,若该银精矿按0.018 mm分级,理论上可获得产率20.62%、Pb品位11.14%、Pb回收率29.13%的高铅银精矿以及产率79.38%、Pb品位7.04%、Pb回收率70.87%的低铅银精矿。
进一步利用七产品离心水析仪[5](见图1),采用离心沉降法测定银精矿粒度组成,并考察Pb在各粒级的金属分布率,结果见表3。从表3可以看出,由于水力旋流器内离心强度逐渐增加,C1~C7产品粒度逐级变细(或密度变小),铅品位大体上逐渐降低。理论上,采用离心沉降法可获得铅正累计品位13.15%、铅回收率83.79%的高品位含铅产品。
综合以上分析,几何粒度的筛分分级方法难以获得高铅银精矿和低铅银精矿,但由此可知,各粒级铅品位不同;通过旋流场离心分级的方法分离出高质量含铅银精矿更具可行性,且指标良好。因此,本文拟利用水力旋流器考察对银精矿进行分级处理后产出高铅银精矿和低铅银精矿的可行性。
试验设备主要由100型水力旋流器、泵箱、离心泵等组成。100型水力旋流器筒体直径100 mm,锥段高度280 mm,进料口直径18~22 mm。试验过程中,通过变频器控制离心泵转速以调节旋流器给矿压力。依次考察旋流器锥角、沉砂口直径、角锥比、给矿浓度(质量分数)、给矿压力等参数对分级效率的影响,确定适宜的旋流器工作参数。最后根据银、铅计价系数,对符合生产要求的试验组结果进行经济价值计算。
旋流器具有按密度分选和粒度分选的双重作用,其中锥段是旋流器分离的主要区域,不同锥角对分离效果影响较大[6-7]。研究结果表明,大锥角旋流器内锥壁附近区域存在悬浮的高浓度区,能辅助矿石颗粒按密度分层,进而提升沉砂品位[8]。在给矿压力0.2 MPa、溢流管直径22 mm、沉砂口直径10 mm条件下,考察了旋流器锥角对分级效果的影响,结果见表4。由表4可知,锥角大于60°后,旋流器沉砂中铅品位均在12%以上,此时铅回收率45.70%~78.48%。其他条件不变的情况下,较大锥角有利于铅品位的稳定,但同时会降低沉砂产率及回收率。适宜的旋流器锥角为60°,此时沉砂中铅品位达到计价标准且产率、回收率高,分离效果好。
锥角60°、给矿压力0.2 MPa、溢流管直径22 mm条件下,考察了旋流器沉砂口直径对分级效果的影响,结果见表5。由表5可知,随着沉砂口直径由8 mm增至16 mm,旋流器沉砂产率由38.33%上升至60.64%;沉砂中Pb、Ag品位降低,溢流中Pb品位变化不大、Ag品位提高。分离试验结果表明,旋流器沉砂中铅、银均被明显富集,给矿压力0.2 MPa、溢流管直径22 mm条件下,沉砂口直径8~16 mm,沉砂中Pb品位均能达到计价标准。
旋流器的角锥比(沉砂口直径与溢流管直径的比值)对沉砂和溢流的产率分配及旋流器的分级效果有重要影响[9]。为了进一步稳定高铅银精矿中的铅品位,在锥角60°、给矿压力0.2 MPa基础上进一步优化角锥比,结果见表6。由表6可知,随着角锥比由0.417(10/24)增加到0.500(12/24),沉砂产率由37.33%提高至41.15%,但沉砂中Pb、Ag品位均降低,其中,角锥比0.455(溢流管直径22 mm、沉砂口直径10 mm)条件下,Pb品位超过12%,且铅、银回收率接近峰值。
结合生产过程中银精矿浮选产品的浓度波动,在锥角60°、给矿压力0.2 MPa、溢流管直径22 mm、沉砂口直径10 mm条件下,考察了旋流器给矿浓度对分级效果的影响,结果见表7。由表7可知,旋流器给矿浓度降低(由15.69%降至3.81%),沉砂产率波动且有所下降,但下降幅度小于其浓度的变化;沉砂浓度下降较明显;沉砂中铅品位有小幅波动且在11%以上,回收率有所下降;沉砂中银品位波动幅度超过300 g/t,回收率相对稳定。综上可知,给矿浓度降低对溢流、沉砂浓度影响较大,对产率、品位、回收率影响较小。
考虑到试验时给矿泵功率的配置及生产过程中压力的波动,进行旋流器给矿压力条件试验,结果见表8。随着给矿压力从0.30 MPa降至0.10 MPa,沉砂产率下降,沉砂浓度也有所降低;沉砂中铅品位呈现小幅波动但皆在10%以上,其回收率也有所下降;沉砂中银品位随着沉砂产率变化较明显,但回收率相对稳定。结果表明,随着给矿压力增加,沉砂产率上升但相对稳定,沉砂中银品位有所降低。其中,给矿压力0.20 MPa时,沉砂中铅、银品位高,回收率接近峰值,分离效果好。
根据银、铅的计价系数,从铅、银品位及金属量两个方面对前述试验所得旋流器溢流、沉砂进行经济价值计算[10],银和铅计价系数分别见表9表10。其中银的价格参照上海证券交易所2#银价行情。
以100型旋流器在给矿压力0.2 MPa、锥角60°、沉砂口直径12 mm、溢流管直径22 mm条件下所得产品为例,按100 t原银精矿计,即给矿100 t,可分别获得低铅银精矿(溢流)50.75 t、高铅银精矿(沉砂)49.25 t,当日(2023年4月13日)银价5.663元/g,产品价值估算结果见表11。可见,利用旋流器从目前的银精矿中分离出铅品位大于12%的高铅银精矿是可行的。
围绕试验要求,高铅银精矿铅品位应大于12%,根据旋流器条件试验结果,结合生产实际,银精矿浮选泡沫浓度(质量分数)10%~15%,再对比吨精矿价格变化,确定100型水力旋流器的结构参数和操作参数为:锥角60°、给矿压力0.2 MPa、给矿浓度(质量分数)13.89%、溢流管直径22 mm、沉砂口直径12 mm、角锥比0.455。在该条件下,可从银精矿中分离出产率49.25%、铅品位12.39%、铅回收率79.45%、银品位6 316.29 g/t、银回收率79.06%的高铅银精矿和银品位1 623.36 g/t的低铅银精矿。相较于单一银精矿方案,高、低铅银精矿双产品方案产品经济价值可提升687.96元/t。
1)银精矿中Pb品位为7.04%,主要杂质为SiO2;样品粒度细,其中-18 μm粒级占比79.38%;理论上采用离心沉降法可获得铅正累计品位13.15%、铅回收率83.79%的高品位含铅产品。
2)采用100型水力旋流器,在锥角60°、给矿压力0.2 MPa、给矿浓度(质量分数)13.89%、溢流管直径22 mm、沉砂口直径12 mm、角锥比0.455条件下,可从银精矿中分离出产率49.25%、铅品位12.39%、铅回收率79.45%、银品位6 316.29 g/t、银回收率79.06%的高铅银精矿和银品位1 623.36 g/t的低铅银精矿。高、低铅银精矿双产品方案的价值比原银精矿价值提升了687.96元/t。
