An experiment was carried out for extraction of zinc from the tailings of lead flotation by adopting sulfuric acid leaching, and effects of grinding fineness, addition of sulfuric acid, leaching temperature, leach time, stirring speed and liquid-solid ratio on zinc leaching rate were investigated. The results show that the lead flotation tailings with the grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 75% are subjected to 1.5 h leaching at 60 ℃ by adding 15% sulfuric acid with stirring speed at 200 r/min, liquid-solid ratio of 3.0 mL/g, resulting in zinc leaching rate of 90.71%. The obtained leachate has Zn at the concentration of 18.94 g/L, and high content of Cd, Fe, Mn, Ca and Mg, which needs attention in the subsequent purification and enrichment operation.

An experiment was carried out for extraction of zinc from the tailings of lead flotation by adopting sulfuric acid leaching, and effects of grinding fineness, addition of sulfuric acid, leaching temperature, leach time, stirring speed and liquid-solid ratio on zinc leaching rate were investigated. The results show that the lead flotation tailings with the grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 75% are subjected to 1.5 h leaching at 60 ℃ by adding 15% sulfuric acid with stirring speed at 200 r/min, liquid-solid ratio of 3.0 mL/g, resulting in zinc leaching rate of 90.71%. The obtained leachate has Zn at the concentration of 18.94 g/L, and high content of Cd, Fe, Mn, Ca and Mg, which needs attention in the subsequent purification and enrichment operation.

锌作为一种重要的有色金属资源,广泛应用于核工业、冶金、化工、医药、食品等行业[1-2]。在铅锌资源开发利用过程中,会产生大量浮选铅尾矿,目前该部分尾矿综合利用率低,尾矿堆存不仅占用土地,而且其中残留的浮选药剂和重金属会对生态环境造成严重影响,浮选铅尾矿的合理处理与资源化利用备受重视[3-4]。目前浮选铅尾矿综合利用主要集中于建材化利用、尾矿井下充填和物理选矿回收其中有价组分。根据铅锌尾矿的特性,采用单一物理选矿工艺和磁选、浮选、重选等方法的组合工艺,可以回收铅锌混合精矿[5]、铁精矿[6]、重晶石[7]、硫砷[8]和氧化锌[9]等。与传统的铅锌尾矿回收方法相比,采用湿法冶金工艺提取尾矿中的有价金属,可以有效提升铅锌尾矿回收价值,同时实现固废资源二次利用,对生态环境更加友好。目前采用湿法冶金方法回收浮选铅尾矿中锌的工艺方法鲜有报道。本文针对某氧化铅锌矿经浮选所得铅尾矿,研究了采用硫酸酸浸法从浮选铅尾矿中提锌,考察物料粒度、硫酸用量、浸出温度、浸出时间、搅拌速度和浸出液固比等因素对锌浸出率的影响。
试验原料浮选铅尾矿为某氧化铅锌矿经浮选铅粗精矿后所得,其粒度为-0.074 mm粒级占75%,其化学成分见表1。由表1可知,原料中Zn品位7.93%,为可回收的主要元素。原料中Zn元素主要分布在氧化相中,占比为97.55%,硫化相和结合相中的Zn元素占比分别为1.21%和1.24%。
根据MLA检测分析计算的Zn元素分布情况见表2。由表2可知,Zn元素主要分布在菱锌矿中,其次在高锌褐铁矿中。扫描电镜分析结果表明,原料颗粒感明显,最大尺寸约74 μm。
主要试剂为分析纯浓硫酸。主要设备包括JJ-1型精密增力电动搅拌器、XMTD-7000型电热恒温水浴锅、DHG-9240B型电热恒温鼓风干燥箱、XTLZΦ260型真空过滤机等。
浮选铅尾矿氧化相中大部分锌易与硫酸反应,另外还有铁、锰、钙、镁、镉等杂质,硫酸浸出锌的同时会将这些杂质溶出,浸出过程发生如下主要化学反应:
充分反应后,大部分锌进入浸出液,可为后续净化富集、进一步制备锌产品提供原料。
条件试验:取一定质量浮选铅尾矿于烧杯中,在一定硫酸用量、液固比、温度和搅拌速度条件下浸出,浸出结束后对料浆进行固液分离,对浸出渣洗涤、烘干、称重,分析其中Zn质量浓度并计算锌浸出率。
优化条件试验:在条件试验确定的适宜条件下进行“三洗四循环”逆流浸出闭路试验,试验结束后分析第4次试验浸出液和尾渣中Zn质量浓度,分析浸出液化学成分,并计算锌浸出率。
硫酸用量(相对浮选铅尾矿的质量分数)15%、浸出温度60 ℃、浸出时间2 h、搅拌速度200 r/min、液固比3.0 mL/g条件下,考察了物料粒度对锌浸出率的影响。浮选铅尾矿粒度为-0.074 mm粒级占75%,故这里仅考察物料粒度-0.074 mm粒级占75%、85%和95%的情况,对应的锌浸出率分别为90.67%、91.01%、91.23%,说明浮选铅尾矿锌浸出率随着物料粒度变小逐渐升高,但增幅不明显。考虑到物料粒度过小会导致料浆黏度增大,严重影响固液分离效率,选择物料粒度-0.074 mm粒级占75%,即浮选铅尾矿不需磨矿处理。
物料粒度-0.074 mm粒级占75%,其他条件不变,硫酸用量对锌浸出率的影响如图1所示。由图1可知,锌浸出率随着硫酸用量增加逐渐升高,硫酸用量超过15%后,锌浸出率趋于稳定。这是因为溶液中氢离子浓度并非与硫酸用量成正比,硫酸在浸出过程中先后发生一级和二级氢离子电离,硫酸用量越大,二级电离越不彻底[10]。同时硫酸用量越大,料浆黏度越大,恶化反应动力学条件,进而影响锌的浸出。适宜的硫酸用量为15%。
硫酸用量15%,其他条件不变,浸出温度对锌浸出率的影响如图2所示。由图2可知,随着浸出温度升高,锌浸出率逐渐升高,浸出温度高于60 ℃时,锌浸出率趋于稳定。这是因为升高温度能加快分子运动速度,进而提高反应效率,促进锌的浸出;但温度越高,耗能越大。适宜的浸出温度为60 ℃。
浸出温度60 ℃,其他条件不变,浸出时间对锌浸出率的影响如图3所示。由图3可知,随着浸出时间延长,锌浸出率逐渐升高,浸出时间超过1.5 h后,浸出率趋于稳定。这是因为浸出时硫酸会与浮选铅尾矿中多种元素发生复杂的化学反应,充分反应完全需要一定时间,延长浸出时间有利于锌的浸出,浸出时间1.5 h时锌与硫酸基本反应完全,继续延长浸出时间对锌的浸出无明显效果。综合考虑,适宜的浸出时间为1.5 h。
浸出时间1.5 h,其他条件不变,搅拌速度对锌浸出率的影响如图4所示。增大搅拌速度,可以加快硫酸与物料间的扩散速率及分子运动速度,改善反应动力学条件,从而促进锌的浸出,但搅拌速度过快,不仅增加耗能,还容易导致料液飞溅。由图4可知,搅拌速度100~200 r/min时,随着搅拌速度增大,锌浸出率明显增加,搅拌速度超过200 r/min后,锌浸出率基本不再增加。适宜的搅拌速度为200 r/min。
搅拌速度200 r/min,其他条件不变,浸出液固比对锌浸出率的影响如图5所示。由图5可知,液固比1.5~3.0 mL/g区间内,随着液固比增加,锌浸出率明显升高,液固比超过3.0 mL/g后,锌浸出率增幅很小。增大液固比,硫酸在溶液中分散性更强,且改善了料浆流动性,有利于锌的浸出;但液固比过大会降低浸出液中硫酸的浓度。适宜的浸出液固比为3.0 mL/g。
在物料粒度-0.074 mm粒级占75%、硫酸用量15%、浸出温度60 ℃、浸出时间1.5 h、搅拌速度200 r/min、浸出液固比3.0 mL/g的优化条件下进行了3次试验,锌浸出率分别为90.53%、90.86%、90.73%,平均值为90.71%,所得浸出液化学成分分析结果见表3。由表3可知,浸出液中Zn质量浓度18.94 g/L,Cd、Fe、Mn、Ca、Mg等杂质含量较高,后续净化富集作业需予以关注。另外浮选铅尾矿中的锰绝大部分进入浸出液,可在后续氧化除锰时以二氧化锰形式回收。
浮选铅尾矿硫酸浸出锌适宜的工艺参数为:物料粒度-0.074 mm粒级占75%、硫酸用量15%、浸出温度60 ℃、浸出时间1.5 h、搅拌速度200 r/min、浸出液固比3.0 mL/g,该条件下平均锌浸出率达90.71%;浸出液中Zn质量浓度18.94 g/L,Cd、Fe、Mn、Ca、Mg等杂质含量较高,后续净化富集作业时需予以关注。
