An experimental study with a novel flotation reagent was carried out for some refractory low-grade polymetallic ore from Henan Province, and a process of Cu-Mo bulk flotation, followed by Cu/Mo separation was adopted in the experiment. With a processing flow consisting of a Cu-Mo bulk flotation (including two stages of roughing, one stage of cleaning, and two stages of scavenging) with L43 as a collector and L56 as a frother, followed by regrinding of the obtained Cu-Mo bulk concentrate, and Cu/Mo separation (including one stage of roughing, three stages of cleaning and three stages of scavenging) with L789 as a depressant, the experiment produced a molybdenum concentrate grading 50.780% Mo, 0.602% Cu with 65.30% Mo recovery and 4.72% Cu recovery, and a copper concentrate grading 0.165% Cu and 0.362% Mo with recoveries of 4.49% Cu and 1.61% Mo. It is shown 90.79% Cu is recovered into the mixed tailings.

采用新型浮选药剂对河南某低品位难选钼多金属矿开展了铜钼混合浮选-铜钼分离试验研究。结果表明,铜钼混合浮选以L43为捕收剂、L56为起泡剂,铜钼分离以L789为铜硫抑制剂,采用二粗一精二扫铜钼混合浮选-铜钼混合精矿再磨-一粗三精三扫铜钼分离试验流程,获得了Mo品位50.780%、Mo回收率65.30%、Cu品位0.602%、Cu回收率4.72%的钼精矿和Cu品位0.165%、Cu回收率4.49%、Mo品位0.362%、Mo回收率1.61%的铜精矿,混合尾矿中铜回收率达到了90.79%。

An experimental study with a novel flotation reagent was carried out for some refractory low-grade polymetallic ore from Henan Province, and a process of Cu-Mo bulk flotation, followed by Cu/Mo separation was adopted in the experiment. With a processing flow consisting of a Cu-Mo bulk flotation (including two stages of roughing, one stage of cleaning, and two stages of scavenging) with L43 as a collector and L56 as a frother, followed by regrinding of the obtained Cu-Mo bulk concentrate, and Cu/Mo separation (including one stage of roughing, three stages of cleaning and three stages of scavenging) with L789 as a depressant, the experiment produced a molybdenum concentrate grading 50.780% Mo, 0.602% Cu with 65.30% Mo recovery and 4.72% Cu recovery, and a copper concentrate grading 0.165% Cu and 0.362% Mo with recoveries of 4.49% Cu and 1.61% Mo. It is shown 90.79% Cu is recovered into the mixed tailings.

钼具有良好的物理化学性质,是一种具有重要战略意义的稀有金属[1-2]。据统计,斑岩型钼矿床资源储量占我国钼矿总资源储量的85%以上,其中绝大部分钼资源又以铜、钼伴生矿床为主[3-5],铜、钼通常伴生紧密,嵌布关系复杂,浮选是铜钼分离的常用方法,但铜、钼可浮性近似,铜、钼矿物分离困难[6-7]。随着国内外环保意识日益提高,传统选矿药剂的应用存在一定环境风险,开发绿色、高效、经济的选矿药剂,实现铜、钼高效富集和分离具有重要意义[8-12]
河南某低品位难选钼多金属矿选矿厂采用“铜钼混合浮选-铜钼分离”工艺流程实现铜、钼有用矿物的分离,因选矿回水性质复杂,混合浮选铜、钼金属回收率偏低,铜钼分离阶段钼精矿杂质含量较高,不利于后端冶炼作业。为有效降低钼精矿中铜品位并加强钼金属的回收利用,本文使用新型高效环保药剂对该多金属矿进行试验研究。
原矿化学多元素分析结果见表1。原矿有价元素主要为Mo(0.06%)、Cu(0.016%)、TFe(13.20%)、S(1.53%),Mo、Cu含量均达到钼矿床的最低工业品位,因铜、钼可浮性相近,混合浮选后铜、钼分离难度较大。
原矿中钼和铜物相分析结果见表2。由表2可知,该矿石中硫化钼占比为83.82%,氧化钼占比为16.18%。其中硫化钼的载体矿物主要为辉钼矿,而铜主要赋存于原生硫化铜和次生硫化铜及结合氧化铜中,硫化铜占比为90.59%。
原矿中主要有用矿物为黄铜矿、辉钼矿、白钨矿,主要脉石矿物为石榴石、石英,其次为绿泥石、长石、透辉石、方解石等,硫化物占2.65%,钨酸盐占0.13%,硅酸盐占65%,碳酸盐占6%,氧化物占24.5%,卤化物占1%。
在河南某低品位难选钼多金属矿选矿厂生产稳定期间直接取其旋流器溢流样品进行条件试验,不再进行磨矿细度与浓度探索研究。浮选试验流程见图1
溢流细度-0.074 mm粒级占62%,铜钼捕收剂用量95 g/t,2#油用量25 g/t,捕收剂种类对浮选指标的影响见表3。其中L4、L41和L43捕收剂均为改性烃类捕收剂,其中含有羟基、烷基和芳香基等。结果表明,新型捕收剂L4、L41、L43对铜、钼矿物具有良好的捕收作用,其中L43作为铜钼混选捕收剂可获得较好的浮选指标。综合考虑,选取L43作为铜、钼混合浮选的捕收剂。
相同条件下,考察了捕收剂L43用量对浮选指标的影响,结果见图2。由图2可见,随着L43用量增加,铜钼粗精矿铜、钼品位小幅波动,铜、钼回收率先上升后下降,L43用量95 g/t时铜、钼回收率达到峰值。综合考虑,L43用量以95 g/t为宜。
溢流细度-0.074 mm粒级占62%,捕收剂L43用量95 g/t,考察了起泡剂种类及用量对浮选指标的影响,结果见表4。其中起泡剂L5和L6均为杂醇类、醚醇类和酯类复合起泡剂,L56为L5和L6按一定比例组合的起泡剂。由表4可知:2#油浮选指标差;在同等用量条件下,L5、L6所得铜、钼回收率明显提高,但粗精矿中铜、钼品位大幅度下降,富集比较低;L56较2#油粗精矿钼品位略有下降,但粗精矿回收率显著提高,硫铁夹带较低,有助于分离作业。以L56为起泡剂获得了粗精矿钼品位2.360%、铜品位0.468%、钼回收率57.166%、铜回收率45.345%的良好指标。综合考虑,选用L56为铜钼混合浮选起泡剂,药剂用量16 g/t为宜。
溢流细度-0.074 mm粒级占62%,铜钼混合浮选捕收剂L43用量95 g/t、起泡剂L56用量16 g/t,铜钼分离粗选铜硫抑制剂用量50 g/条件下,考察了铜钼分离铜硫抑制剂种类对浮选指标的影响,结果见表5。其中L78是一种大分子有机抑制剂,含有羟基、羧基、巯基等官能团;L789是一种复合抑制剂,是L78与小分子抑制剂的复合产物,引入了二硫代羧酸基。由表5可知:现场铜硫抑制剂、L78、L789对铜硫矿物均有一定抑制作用;L789较现场铜硫抑制剂铜品位下降1.354百分点,钼回收率下降1.02百分点,铜回收率下降15.29百分点,在钼金属损失较低的情况下有效降低了钼粗精矿中铜品位。综合考虑,选用L789作为铜钼分离的铜硫抑制剂。
相同条件下,考察了L789用量对浮选指标的影响,结果见图3。随着L789用量增加,分离粗精矿铜品位逐渐下降,L789用量50 g/t时,获得了钼品位14.510%、铜品位2.213%、钼回收率94.62%、铜回收率71.08%的分离粗精矿。继续增加L789用量,钼、铜金属回收率均呈现下降趋势,为进一步加强钼金属的回收效果,粗选作业铜硫抑制剂用量不宜过大。综合考虑,粗选铜硫抑制剂L789用量50 g/t为宜。
溢流细度-0.074 mm占62%,铜钼混合浮选捕收剂L43用量95 g/t、起泡剂L56用量16 g/t,铜钼分离粗选抑制剂L789用量50 g/t,考察了铜钼分离精选抑制剂L789用量对浮选指标的影响,结果见图4。由图4可知,在铜钼分离精选作业中,随着L789用量增加,钼精矿钼品位逐渐上升,铜品位逐渐下降。L789用量50 g/t时,获得了钼品位47.870%、铜品位2.524%、钼回收率22.39%、铜回收率2.85%的分离精矿;继续增加L789用量,虽然钼精矿铜品位仍在降低,但钼回收率直线下降,不利于钼矿物的回收利用。综合考虑,铜钼分离精选作业抑制剂L789用量50 g/t为宜。
在条件试验基础上进行了闭路试验,闭路试验流程如图5所示,试验结果见表6
采用图5所示闭路试验流程处理该矿石,最终可获得钼品位50.780%、铜品位0.602%、钼回收率65.30%的钼精矿(优于现场指标:Mo品位47.85%、Cu品位0.82%、Mo回收率62.50%)以及铜品位0.165%、钼品位0.362%、铜回收率4.49%的铜精矿(铜精矿与混合尾矿混合后再进行选铜作业)。采用现场相同的工艺流程,使用新型药剂能实现铜、钼金属的有效回收利用。
1)河南某钼多金属矿铜、钼矿石品位偏低,主要金属矿物为辉钼矿、黄铜矿,铜矿物与辉钼矿关系密切,铜、钼可浮性相近,矿石中含有一定量易泥化矿物透辉石、绿泥石等,分离难度较大。
2)采用铜钼混合浮选高效环保捕收剂L43、起泡剂L56以及铜钼分离铜硫抑制剂L789,闭路试验可获得钼品位50.780%、铜品位0.602%、钼回收率65.30%的钼精矿和铜品位0.165%、钼品位0.362%、铜回收率4.49%的铜精矿,分选效果良好。
