In order to determine a new type of gold leaching system, which can not only bring good leaching effect with low consumption of thiosulfate, but also make the gold in the lixivium to be efficiently recovered, the leaching effects of gold with thiosulfate catalyzed by different combination of metal ions and organic ligands were compared, and then the gold in the lixivium was recovered by resin adsorption. The results indicate that the Ni2+-glycine-thiosulfate system can bring good Au leaching effect, showing Au leaching rate up to 89.72% with thiosulfate consumption of 15.28 kg/t. During the gold leaching process in this system, glycine catalyzes the coordination of Au+ with S2O32- and also stabilizes Ni2+ under alkaline conditions, and Ni (C2H4NO2)20 catalyzes the reduction of O2. When Au is recovered by resin adsorption, Ni ions in the lixivium are hardly adsorbed on the resin, and do not compete with Au ions for adsorption, resulting in Au adsorption rate up to 98.13%. Then, only one-step process is required for desorption of gold-loaded resin, that is, Au can be directly desorbed.

为构建浸金效果好、硫代硫酸盐消耗低且浸出液中的金能被高效回收的新型浸金体系,比较了不同金属离子与有机配体组合催化硫代硫酸盐浸金的效果,并采用树脂吸附法回收浸出液中的金。结果表明,Ni2+-甘氨酸-硫代硫酸盐体系的Au浸出效果好,Au浸出率和硫代硫酸盐消耗分别为89.72%和15.28 kg/t。该体系浸金过程中,甘氨酸催化Au+与S2O32-配位以及在碱性条件下稳定Ni2+,Ni(C2H4NO220催化O2的还原。采用树脂吸附法回收金时,浸出液中Ni离子几乎不会在树脂上吸附,不与Au离子产生竞争吸附,Au吸附率达98.13%;载金树脂解吸时只需采用简单的一段工艺,即可直接解吸Au。

为构建浸金效果好、硫代硫酸盐消耗低且浸出液中的金能被高效回收的新型浸金体系,比较了不同金属离子与有机配体组合催化硫代硫酸盐浸金的效果,并采用树脂吸附法回收浸出液中的金。结果表明,Ni2+-甘氨酸-硫代硫酸盐体系的Au浸出效果好,Au浸出率和硫代硫酸盐消耗分别为89.72%和15.28 kg/t。该体系浸金过程中,甘氨酸催化Au+与S2O32-配位以及在碱性条件下稳定Ni2+,Ni(C2H4NO220催化O2的还原。采用树脂吸附法回收金时,浸出液中Ni离子几乎不会在树脂上吸附,不与Au离子产生竞争吸附,Au吸附率达98.13%;载金树脂解吸时只需采用简单的一段工艺,即可直接解吸Au。

In order to determine a new type of gold leaching system, which can not only bring good leaching effect with low consumption of thiosulfate, but also make the gold in the lixivium to be efficiently recovered, the leaching effects of gold with thiosulfate catalyzed by different combination of metal ions and organic ligands were compared, and then the gold in the lixivium was recovered by resin adsorption. The results indicate that the Ni2+-glycine-thiosulfate system can bring good Au leaching effect, showing Au leaching rate up to 89.72% with thiosulfate consumption of 15.28 kg/t. During the gold leaching process in this system, glycine catalyzes the coordination of Au+ with S2O32- and also stabilizes Ni2+ under alkaline conditions, and Ni (C2H4NO2)20 catalyzes the reduction of O2. When Au is recovered by resin adsorption, Ni ions in the lixivium are hardly adsorbed on the resin, and do not compete with Au ions for adsorption, resulting in Au adsorption rate up to 98.13%. Then, only one-step process is required for desorption of gold-loaded resin, that is, Au can be directly desorbed.

一直以来,氰化法因工艺简单、金回收率高在浸金工艺中占据着主导地位,但氰化物毒性极强,容易造成严重的环境和健康问题[1-2]。近年来,非氰浸金工艺,如卤素法、硫脲法、硫氰酸盐法和硫代硫酸盐法等,受到广泛关注[3]。卤素法[4]和硫氰酸盐法[5]在酸性条件下浸金,会严重腐蚀设备,且试剂消耗量大、成本较高。硫脲法浸出周期短、选择性高,但硫脲自身不稳定且被视为一种可能的致癌物质,目前已不再提倡使用[6]。硫代硫酸盐法在碱性介质中浸金,对设备腐蚀小、浸出剂无毒且价格便宜、浸出速率快、时间短,被认为是极有希望取代氰化法的无毒提金方法[7]。然而,该方法目前在工业上并未广泛应用,其中一个原因是浸出过程中会加入氨水和铜离子催化硫代硫酸盐对金的浸出,但[Cu(NH34]2+也会加速硫代硫酸盐的分解,造成硫代硫酸盐消耗量大[8-11];另一个原因是浸出液中的[Cu(S2O33]5-与[Au(S2O32]3-有相似的电子构型,都会被树脂吸附,解吸金之前需要先解吸铜,导致金回收工艺较为复杂[12]
本文对传统Cu2+-氨水-硫代硫酸盐体系进行了优化,筛选了不同金属离子和有机配体的组合,旨在构建一种浸金效果好、硫代硫酸盐消耗低的新型浸金体系,并提出高效的金回收技术。研究结果有助于解决硫代硫酸盐法提金工业化应用所面临的“两大问题”,推动硫代硫酸盐法提金的工业化应用进程。
实验用金矿的化学成分和矿物组成分别见表1图1。该金矿中Au品位为48.0 g/t,其余化学成分主要为Fe、S、O和Si。金矿中主要矿物为黄铁矿和石英。
表2为金矿中金物相分布结果。该原矿中金主要以单体金和连生金形式存在,占75.1%,这部分金容易与浸出剂接触而被浸出。剩余的金主要被包裹在氧化物和硫化物中,难与浸出剂接触从而难被浸出。因此,需要将其磨至一定细度,使得该部分包裹的金充分暴露出来,才能达到良好的浸金效果。
采用普通球磨机对200 g金矿进行研磨,得到磨矿曲线如图2所示。磨矿15 min时,-0.038 mm粒级占比就能达到98.33%,此时被包裹的金基本解离。随着磨矿时间延长,-0.038 mm颗粒占比增幅较小。实验所用浸出矿均为磨矿15 min后的金矿。
浸出实验在250 mL烧杯中进行,添加原矿25 g,液固比为4∶1,使用电动异步搅拌器,转速300 r/min,浸出温度50 ℃,浸出时间8 h,浸出液初始pH值为10,每隔1 h调整一次溶液pH值。浸出结束后对矿浆进行抽滤,测量所得滤液中硫代硫酸盐和金属离子浓度。
采用树脂吸附法回收浸出液中的金。实验在250 mL烧杯中进行,取浸出液100 mL,强碱性阴离子IRA-400型树脂7 g,采用磁力搅拌器搅拌,搅拌速度300 r/min。在0 min、2 min、5 min、10 min、20 min、30 min、60 min时从吸附液中取出1 mL样品,分析溶液中金属离子浓度。
采用磁力搅拌静态解吸的方法解吸铜,搅拌速度为300 r/min,解吸剂为100 mL的0.5 mol/L氨水+0.75 mol/L硫酸铵混合溶液,解吸时间为2 h。采用树脂柱动态解吸的方法解吸金,流速为0.5 mL/min,解吸剂为100 mL的1 mol/L氯化钾+0.3 mol/L亚硫酸钠混合溶液。解吸过程中,间隔适当时间取样分析溶液中金属离子浓度。
采用碘滴定法测定溶液中硫代硫酸盐浓度,采用电感耦合等离子体分析方法测定溶液中的金属离子浓度。
探究了有机配体种类对Fe3+催化硫代硫酸盐浸金的影响,Fe3+浓度为0.02 mol/L,有机配体浓度为0.2 mol/L,硫代硫酸钠浓度为0.3 mol/L,所得试验结果如图3所示。由图3可知,以甘氨酸为配体时,金浸出率最高,为33.75%;柠檬酸的金浸出率次之,为16.41%;焦磷酸的金浸出率第三,为14.31%。总体而言,Fe3+催化硫代硫酸盐浸金的效果较差,这可能是Fe3+与有机配体的络合能力差,导致大部分Fe3+在碱性条件下生成沉淀物。
探究了有机配体种类对Cu2+催化硫代硫酸盐浸金的影响,Cu2+浓度为0.02 mol/L,有机配体浓度为0.2 mol/L,硫代硫酸钠浓度为0.3 mol/L,所得试验结果如图4所示。由图4可知,Cu2+-甘氨酸-硫代硫酸盐体系的金浸出率最高,为78.63%,说明Cu2+离子与甘氨酸配位效果较好。以焦磷酸和柠檬酸为配体时,Cu2+离子对硫代硫酸盐浸出有一定的催化效果,体系的金浸出率较低,分别为15.24%和16.01%。配体为草酸钠和EDTA时,体系金浸出率极低,均小于10%。
探究了有机配体种类对Ni2+催化硫代硫酸盐浸金的影响,Ni2+浓度为0.02 mol/L,有机配体浓度为0.2 mol/L,硫代硫酸钠浓度为0.3 mol/L,所得试验结果如图5所示。由图5可知,以甘氨酸为配体时金浸出率最高,达89.72%,说明甘氨酸能与Ni2+形成较稳定的络合物,进而较好地催化硫代硫酸盐浸金。以焦磷酸为配体时,金浸出效果次之,浸出率为31.94%。当配体为草酸钠、柠檬酸和EDTA时,也有一定的浸出效果,但金浸出率均低于30%。
上述研究结果表明,不同金属离子均与甘氨酸作用时的浸出效果最佳,各最优催化体系的金浸出率和硫代硫酸盐消耗量如图6所示。作为比较,还进行了传统Cu2+-氨水-硫代硫酸盐浸出试验,Cu2+浓度0.02 mol/L,氨水浓度2 mol/L,硫代硫酸钠浓度0.3 mol/L,浸出温度25 ℃,其他浸出条件与新催化体系一致。由图6可知,甘氨酸-硫代硫酸盐新催化体系中,金属离子为Ni2+时,金浸出率最高,为89.72%,硫代硫酸盐消耗最低,为15.28 kg/t。传统Cu2+-氨水-硫代硫酸盐体系的金浸出率为88.01%,硫代硫酸盐消耗高达102.41 kg/t。与传统浸出体系相比,Ni2+-甘氨酸-硫代硫酸盐体系的金浸出率更高、硫代硫酸盐消耗更低。这可能是镍的高价化合物对硫代硫酸盐的氧化作用较弱,硫代硫酸盐的消耗较低,有利于Au的浸出。
在Cu2+-氨催化硫代硫酸盐浸金机理的基础上,提出了Ni2+-甘氨酸催化机理,如图7所示。在阳极区,Au失去电子,首先与C2H4NO2-配位生成Au(C2H4NO22-,接着Au(C2H4NO22-与S2O32-反应生成Au(S2O323-。因此,甘氨酸在阳极的主要作用是催化Au+与S2O32-配位。在阴极区,Ni(C2H4NO220被O2氧化生成Ni3O4,Ni3O4得到Au失去的电子又被还原成Ni(C2H4NO220。因此,甘氨酸在阴极的主要作用是在碱性条件下稳定Ni2+,Ni(C2H4NO220催化O2的还原。
传统Cu2+-氨水-硫代硫酸盐体系浸出液中Au、Cu浓度及树脂对Au、Cu的吸附率随时间的变化如图8所示。由图8(a)可以看出,随着吸附时间延长,体系中Au浓度总体呈下降趋势,其中0~2 min,Au浓度从9.67 mg/L迅速下降到4.60 mg/L;吸附30 min时,Au浓度降至1.75 mg/L;30 min后,Au浓度维持稳定。0~30 min,Au吸附率呈上升趋势,此后上升速率逐渐变缓,30 min后,Au吸附率稳定在81.90%左右。由图8(b)可以得出,0~60 min范围内,Cu浓度和Cu吸附率随着时间的延长分别持续下降和上升。0~30 min,体系Cu浓度由1106.65 mg/L急剧下降至921.77 mg/L,Cu吸附率迅速增加至16.71%;吸附60 min时,Cu浓度下降至888.00 mg/L,Cu吸附率达19.76%。在传统Cu2+-氨水-硫代硫酸盐体系中,Cu离子会与Au离子产生竞争吸附,树脂上绝大多数吸附位点被Cu离子占据,这也是Au不能完全被树脂吸附的重要原因。
Ni2+-甘氨酸-硫代硫酸盐体系浸出液中Au、Ni浓度及树脂对Au、Ni的吸附率随时间的变化如图9所示。图9(a)表明,前2 min内Au在树脂表面快速吸附,吸附率达75.13%,2 min以后吸附速率变缓,10 min以后吸附速率趋于平衡,Au吸附率达到了93.38%,浸出液中Au浓度降至0.65 mg/L;10~60 min,Au离子继续在树脂上吸附,60 min时吸附率可达98.13%。从图9(b)中可以看出,0~10 min内,Ni吸附率逐渐降低;10 min后,Ni浓度和Ni吸附率几乎不随时间变化,最终Ni吸附率为1.5%。Ni离子在树脂上的吸附率极低,不会和Au离子产生竞争吸附,其根本原因是Ni离子的主要存在形式(Ni(C2H4NO220和Ni3O4)与Au离子的主要存在形式(Au(S2O323-)在结构和价态上存在较大差异,阴离子强碱性树脂可以实现选择性吸附Au(S2O323-
采用树脂吸附法回收传统Cu2+-氨水-硫代硫酸盐体系浸出液中Au的同时,Cu也会被树脂吸附。因此,为了分离Au和Cu,载金树脂需进行两段解吸,即先解吸Cu再解吸Au。Cu解吸率曲线如图10所示。10~40 min,Cu的解吸速率非常快,铜解吸率从32.05%迅速上升至68.98%;随着时间延长,Cu的解吸速率逐渐减慢,100 min后,Cu解吸率稳定在91.13%左右。
Cu2+-氨水-硫代硫酸盐体系解吸液中Au浓度变化如图11所示。40~60 min,Au解吸率迅速增长,解吸液中Au浓度由4.57 mg/L快速增加至47.31 mg/L;60 min后解吸液中Au浓度开始下降,下降速率逐渐减慢,解吸曲线出现了拖尾现象,即Au的解吸速率缓慢降低。在200 min时,金浓度降低到0.62 mg/L,此时Au解吸率为97.88%。
采用树脂吸附法回收Ni2+-甘氨酸-硫代硫酸盐体系浸出液中Au时,Ni离子几乎不会吸附在树脂上。因此,载金树脂的解吸只需采用简单的一段工艺。Ni2+-甘氨酸-硫代硫酸盐体系解吸液中Au浓度变化如图12所示。刚开始时,Au的解吸速率非常快,解吸液中Au浓度急剧增加,最大Au浓度出现在40 min,达到了56.34 mg/L。40~80 min,Au浓度急剧下降至1.48 mg/L,没有出现拖尾现象,说明Au解吸速率快;80~200 min,Au浓度缓慢降低到0.66 mg/L,Au解吸率为99.08%。
为解决传统Cu2+-氨水-硫代硫酸盐体系浸金过程中存在的硫代硫酸盐消耗量大、氨污染严重及金回收工艺复杂等问题,本文将金属离子与有机配体进行组合,筛选出浸金效果好、硫代硫酸盐消耗量低的新型浸金体系,并与传统的Cu2+-氨水-硫代硫酸盐体系进行比较。提出新催化体系浸金机理,构建新型、高效的硫代硫酸盐提金技术。主要的创新点和结论如下:
1)金属离子和有机配体筛选结果表明:Ni2+-甘氨酸-硫代硫酸盐体系Au浸出率、硫代硫酸盐消耗分别为89.72%、15.28 kg/t,与传统Cu2+-氨水-硫代硫酸盐体系相比,Ni2+-甘氨酸-硫代硫酸盐体系的Au浸出率更高、硫代硫酸盐消耗更低。
2)Ni2+-甘氨酸-硫代硫酸盐体系浸金过程中,甘氨酸的主要作用为催化Au+与S2O32-配位以及在碱性条件下稳定Ni2+。Ni(C2H4NO220被O2氧化生成Ni3O4,Ni3O4得到Au失去的电子又被还原成Ni(C2H4NO220,Ni(C2H4NO220的主要作用是催化O2的还原。
3)采用树脂吸附法回收金时,传统Cu2+-氨水-硫代硫酸盐体系浸出液中Cu离子会与Au离子产生强烈的竞争吸附,导致Au吸附率较低,仅为81.90%,载金树脂需先解吸Cu再解吸Au。而Ni2+-甘氨酸-硫代硫酸盐体系浸出液中Ni离子的主要存在形式(Ni(C2H4NO220和Ni3O4)与Au离子的主要存在形式(Au(S2O323-)在结构和价态上存在较大差异,不会与Au离子产生竞争吸附,Au吸附率可以达到98.13%,载金树脂可以直接解吸Au。
