Experimental study was carried out to realize comprehensive recovery of non-metallic mineral resources from granite tailings in Henan Province, and explore the feasibility of preparing high-purity quartz. The results show that the granite tailings, mainly containing minerals of plagioclase feldspar, quartz, potassium feldspar and mica, have potential to be comprehensively utilized. With a flowsheet consisting sequentially of scrubbing-magnetic separation, pre-treatment of desliming, and mica-feldspar-quartz preferential flotation, a mica concentrate with Al2O3, K2O, Na2O, SiO2 and Fe2O3 contents of 33.84%, 8.13%, 0.32%, 56.78% and 0.121%, a feldspar concentrate with Al2O3, K2O, Na2O, SiO2 and Fe2O3 contents of 15.89%, 2.16%, 10.68%, 71.06% and 0.124%, and a quartz concentrate with Al2O3, K2O, Na2O, SiO2 and Fe2O3 contents of 1.05%, 0.17%, 0.56%, 97.76% and 0.106%, respectively, can be collected. The quartz concentrate can be further purified to obtain a high-purity quartz sand with SiO2 content of 99.994%.

为实现河南某花岗岩尾矿中非金属矿物资源综合回收,并探讨其制备高纯石英的可行性,对其进行了详细试验研究。结果表明,该花岗岩尾矿主要矿物为斜长石、石英、钾长石和云母,具有综合利用潜力,采用擦洗磁选-脱泥预处理-云母长石石英依次优先浮选的工艺流程,可获得Al2O3、K2O、Na2O、SiO2、Fe2O3含量分别为33.84%、8.13%、0.32%、56.78%、0.121%的云母精矿,Al2O3、K2O、Na2O、SiO2、Fe2O3含量分别为15.89%、2.16%、10.68%、71.06%、0.124%的长石精矿,Al2O3、K2O、Na2O、SiO2、Fe2O3含量分别为1.05%、0.17%、0.56%、97.76%、0.106%的石英精矿;石英精矿经进一步深度提纯后,可获得SiO2含量99.994%的高纯石英砂。

为实现河南某花岗岩尾矿中非金属矿物资源综合回收,并探讨其制备高纯石英的可行性,对其进行了详细试验研究。结果表明,该花岗岩尾矿主要矿物为斜长石、石英、钾长石和云母,具有综合利用潜力,采用擦洗磁选-脱泥预处理-云母长石石英依次优先浮选的工艺流程,可获得Al2O3、K2O、Na2O、SiO2、Fe2O3含量分别为33.84%、8.13%、0.32%、56.78%、0.121%的云母精矿,Al2O3、K2O、Na2O、SiO2、Fe2O3含量分别为15.89%、2.16%、10.68%、71.06%、0.124%的长石精矿,Al2O3、K2O、Na2O、SiO2、Fe2O3含量分别为1.05%、0.17%、0.56%、97.76%、0.106%的石英精矿;石英精矿经进一步深度提纯后,可获得SiO2含量99.994%的高纯石英砂。

Experimental study was carried out to realize comprehensive recovery of non-metallic mineral resources from granite tailings in Henan Province, and explore the feasibility of preparing high-purity quartz. The results show that the granite tailings, mainly containing minerals of plagioclase feldspar, quartz, potassium feldspar and mica, have potential to be comprehensively utilized. With a flowsheet consisting sequentially of scrubbing-magnetic separation, pre-treatment of desliming, and mica-feldspar-quartz preferential flotation, a mica concentrate with Al2O3, K2O, Na2O, SiO2 and Fe2O3 contents of 33.84%, 8.13%, 0.32%, 56.78% and 0.121%, a feldspar concentrate with Al2O3, K2O, Na2O, SiO2 and Fe2O3 contents of 15.89%, 2.16%, 10.68%, 71.06% and 0.124%, and a quartz concentrate with Al2O3, K2O, Na2O, SiO2 and Fe2O3 contents of 1.05%, 0.17%, 0.56%, 97.76% and 0.106%, respectively, can be collected. The quartz concentrate can be further purified to obtain a high-purity quartz sand with SiO2 content of 99.994%.

花岗岩多含有稀有稀散元素,从其中回收稀有稀散元素后的尾矿中多含有长石、石英、云母等非金属矿物,这些尾矿多被泵送至尾矿库,不仅占用了尾矿库库容,而且造成了资源浪费,也给企业带来了严重经济负担[1-3]。对花岗岩尾矿进行综合利用的方法主要包括两种:一是综合回收非金属矿物[4-8],二是制备建筑材料[9-11],其中对花岗岩尾矿中长石、石英、云母等非金属矿物进行综合回收是实现花岗岩尾矿高值化的有效方法[12-14]。近年来,有花岗岩尤其是花岗伟晶岩可作为制备高纯石英原料的相关报道,这进一步提升了花岗岩的综合利用潜在价值[15]。河南某花岗岩尾矿主要成分为钠长石、石英、钾长石和白云母,且石英颗粒晶型较好,镜下鉴定较为纯净。为实现花岗岩尾矿中非金属矿产资源的综合回收,并探讨其制备高纯石英的潜力,本文对其进行了详细的实验室研究。
试样取自河南某花岗岩尾矿,其化学成分分析结果见表1。试样中主要化学成分为SiO2、Al2O3、Na2O、K2O,其他化学成分含量相对较少。
镜下鉴定结果显示,试样主要组成矿物为斜长石、石英、钾长石和白云母,含量分别为45%、37%、8%和8%,还含有少量磁铁矿、绿泥石、方解石等,可进行综合回收利用的矿物主要为长石和石英,其次为云母。本文将云母、长石和石英作为综合回收的研究重点,并探讨利用此样品制备高纯石英的潜力。
对试样进行湿式筛分,筛析数据见表2
表2可知,试样中-0.074 mm粒级占69.34%,其中-0.038 mm粒级占23.83%,需要考虑脱泥工艺。对试样进行镜下分析,发现长石、石英、云母大部分已单体解离,偶见少量连生体,无需考虑再磨工艺。
试验过程所用试验仪器及试剂见表3
由于试样目的矿物单体解离较好,无需磨矿处理,但为使洁净的矿物表面裸露,需进行擦洗处理;试样中-0.038 mm粒级占23.83%,且含有少量绿泥石等泥质矿物,需要进一步脱泥处理;为进一步获得品质较好的长石、石英产品,需磁选除铁。具体试验方法为:准确称取试验500 g,于自制擦洗机中进行擦洗,然后用SL-100型高梯度磁选机进行磁选除铁,非磁性产品进行沉降虹吸脱泥,最后将脱泥后的产品进行云母、长石依次优先浮选(酸法),浮选尾矿即为石英产品。试验原则流程见图1
磁选介质为细钢网,固定转环速度300 r/min、给矿量500 g/次、磁选次数2次,进行了磁场强度条件试验,结果见图2
图2可知,磁场强度由0.4 T增至0.8 T时,非磁性产品中Fe2O3含量降幅较大,由0.22%降至0.13%;磁场强度由0.8 T增至1.0 T时,非磁性产品中Fe2O3含量降幅变缓,由0.13%降至0.12%;再增加磁场强度,Fe2O3含量基本不再变化,稳定在0.12%,说明磁性物已基本去除。为有效控制产品中Fe2O3含量,优选磁选强度1.0 T进行后续试验。
试样粒度较细,并含有绿泥石、次生矿泥等泥质矿物,导致浮选泡沫发黏,进而对产品指标产生不利影响,需进行脱泥试验。以高梯度磁选的非磁性产品为给矿,采用虹吸法进行脱泥试验,结果见表4
表4可知,泥质中K2O+Na2O含量略低于给矿,Fe2O3在泥质中略有富集,随着脱泥细度降低,泥质产率增加,K2O+Na2O损失率也增加。从浮选试验现象判断,脱泥细度-0.038 mm粒级占13.83%时,浮选泡沫无发黏现象,暂定脱泥细度为-0.038 mm粒级含量13.83%。
为获得品质较好的长石精矿和石英精矿,需采用优先浮选法将云母浮出。云母浮选方法分为酸法和碱法两种,本文采用酸法工艺并选用常规阳离子捕收剂十二胺进行云母优先浮选。固定矿浆pH值为3,浮选流程为一粗一扫,粗选捕收剂用量试验结果见表5
表5可知,随着十二胺用量增加,云母精矿Al2O3品位呈逐渐降低趋势,Al2O3回收率逐渐增加,十二胺用量超过125 g/t后,再增加十二胺用量,回收率变化不大;K2O和Na2O品位和回收率均变化不大。综合考虑Al2O3、K2O和Na2O品位和回收率,确定云母粗选十二胺用量为125 g/t。
虽然国内外对无氟无酸长石石英分离工艺研究较多,但该工艺工业应用相对较少。本文采用传统的有氟有酸法进行试验研究,固定矿浆pH值为2,捕收剂十二胺+KL-3用量(120+30)g/t,浮选流程为一粗一扫(扫选药剂用量减半),活化剂氟化钠用量试验结果见表6
表6可知,随着氟化钠用量增加,长石精矿Al2O3、K2O和Na2O品位逐渐降低,回收率逐渐提高,氟化钠用量超过1 500 g/t后,再增加氟化钠用量,回收率增幅较小。为获得纯度较高的石英砂产品,选择氟化钠用量1 500 g/t为宜,此时,Al2O3、K2O和Na2O品位分别为13.11%、1.69%和8.72%,回收率分别为83.56%、79.86%和84.93%。
固定长石浮选矿浆pH值为2,活化剂氟化钠用量1 500 g/t、捕收剂十二胺与KL-3比例为4∶1,浮选流程为一粗一扫(扫选药剂用量减半),长石捕收剂用量试验结果见表7
表7可知,随着捕收剂用量增加,长石精矿Al2O3、K2O和Na2O品位逐渐降低,而回收率逐渐提高,即夹杂率逐渐提高;捕收剂用量超过(160+40)g/t后,再增加捕收剂用量,回收率增加幅度较小。本研究期望获得纯度较高的石英砂产品,长石浮选时需尽量提高Al2O3、K2O和Na2O回收率,故十二胺+KL-3用量(160+40)g/t为宜。为进一步提高石英砂品质,需增加长石扫选次数。
在条件试验基础上进行了开路试验,最终确定闭路试验流程为:擦洗磁选-脱泥预处理-云母长石石英依次优先浮选,云母浮选流程为一粗一扫一精,长石浮选流程为一粗三扫二精,闭路试验流程见图3,试验结果见表8。闭路试验可获得产率12.58%,Al2O3、K2O、Na2O、SiO2、Fe2O3含量分别为33.84%、8.13%、0.32%、56.78%、0.121%的云母精矿;产率42.31%,Al2O3、K2O、Na2O、SiO2、Fe2O3含量分别为15.89%、2.16%、10.68%、71.06%、0.124%的长石精矿;产率25.35%,Al2O3、K2O、Na2O、SiO2、Fe2O3含量分别为1.05%、0.17%、0.56%、97.76%、0.106%的石英精矿。
浮选所得石英精矿颗粒较为纯净,气液包裹体较少,可尝试制备高纯石英砂。但闭路试验所获得的石英精矿依旧含有少量长石等矿物,因此对其进行了深度选矿提纯试验,原则流程为:擦洗脱泥-筛分分级-强磁选除铁-石英长石浮选分离强化-煅烧水淬-酸洗溶蚀-纯水清洗,可获得SiO2含量99.994%的高纯石英砂,其他杂质含量分析结果详见表9
1)河南某花岗岩尾矿主要矿物为斜长石、石英、钾长石和云母,含量分别为45%、37%、8%和8%,SiO2、Al2O3、Na2O、K2O含量分别为76.43%、13.87%、5.28%、2.48%,具有综合利用潜力。
2)采用擦洗磁选-脱泥预处理-云母长石石英依次优先浮选的工艺流程,云母浮选流程为一粗一扫一精,长石浮选流程为一粗三扫二精,可获得产率12.58%,Al2O3、K2O、Na2O、SiO2、Fe2O3含量分别为33.84%、8.13%、0.32%、56.78%、0.121%的云母精矿;产率42.31%,Al2O3、K2O、Na2O、SiO2、Fe2O3含量分别为15.89%、2.16%、10.68%、71.06%、0.124%的长石精矿;产率25.35%,Al2O3、K2O、Na2O、SiO2、Fe2O3含量分别为1.05%、0.17%、0.56%、97.76%、0.106%的石英精矿。
3)闭路试验所得石英产品经擦洗脱泥-筛分分级-强磁选除铁-石英长石浮选分离强化-煅烧水淬-溶蚀酸洗-纯水清洗深度提纯后,可获得SiO2含量99.994%的高纯石英砂。
4)本研究不仅为花岗岩尾矿的综合利用提供了借鉴,而且提出了花岗岩尾矿制备高附加值高纯石英砂的技术思路。
