As for the thickener designed for the new concentrator of a multi-metal mine in Hunan, aiming at the problems of covering a large area, high cost and long period of time for construction, efforts were made to increase the concentration of products from classification for reducing thickener area or even cancelling thickening operation, so as to actualize a simple, efficient and low energy-consuming pre-treatment of feed ore. For this purpose, experiments were carried out to determine parameters, such as hydrocyclone replenishment water, cone angle, cylinder height and apex diameter. It is found that by using a hydrocyclone consisting of a long cylinder and a short cone with cone angle of 90°, cylinder height of 800 mm and apex diameter of 50 mm, the overflow concentration can be increased from 34% to more than 44%, with the classification efficiency up by 0.77 percentage points, and the content of -74 μm size range is stabilized at more than 70%. Therewith, the content of easy-to-separate range increases by 2.19 percentage points and the WO3 distribution increases by 9.87 percentage points. Furthermore, the grade and recovery of tungsten, molybdenum and bismuth all become stabilized in the follow-up flotation operations.

针对湖南某多金属矿新建选矿厂所需浓密机占地面积大、建设成本高、施工周期长等问题,尝试提高分级产品浓度来减小浓密机面积甚至取消浓密机,实现精简、高效、低能耗的矿石预处理,开展了水力旋流器补加水、锥角、柱体高度试验以及沉砂嘴直径试验。结果表明,选用锥角90°、柱体高度800 mm及沉砂嘴直径50 mm的“长柱短锥”型水力旋流器,溢流浓度由34%提高至44%以上,分级效率提高了0.77个百分点,-74 μm粒级含量稳定在70%以上,易选级别含量增加了2.19个百分点,WO3金属分布率增加了9.87个百分点,且后续浮选作业钨、钼、铋产品品位、回收率稳定。

As for the thickener designed for the new concentrator of a multi-metal mine in Hunan, aiming at the problems of covering a large area, high cost and long period of time for construction, efforts were made to increase the concentration of products from classification for reducing thickener area or even cancelling thickening operation, so as to actualize a simple, efficient and low energy-consuming pre-treatment of feed ore. For this purpose, experiments were carried out to determine parameters, such as hydrocyclone replenishment water, cone angle, cylinder height and apex diameter. It is found that by using a hydrocyclone consisting of a long cylinder and a short cone with cone angle of 90°, cylinder height of 800 mm and apex diameter of 50 mm, the overflow concentration can be increased from 34% to more than 44%, with the classification efficiency up by 0.77 percentage points, and the content of -74 μm size range is stabilized at more than 70%. Therewith, the content of easy-to-separate range increases by 2.19 percentage points and the WO3 distribution increases by 9.87 percentage points. Furthermore, the grade and recovery of tungsten, molybdenum and bismuth all become stabilized in the follow-up flotation operations.

传统钨矿选矿过程中,为保证磨矿分级效率并降低过粉碎,常采用低浓度分级[1-2];但为满足浮选要求,磨矿分级产品需经过浓密机浓缩后才能进入浮选作业[3-4]。浓密机不仅占地面积大、建设周期长、建造费用高,而且能耗高,探索其他途径提高磨矿分级产品浓度,降低浓密机尺寸甚至取消浓密机,对选矿厂降本增效具有重要意义。
相关研究表明,提高水力旋流器的给料浓度可以直接提高其溢流浓度,但旋流器分级效率及溢流产品细度会随之变化[5]。水力旋流器锥角、柱体高度及沉砂嘴直径对溢流产品浓度及旋流器分级效率有较大影响[6-9]。为实现高浓度分级,本文对湖南某多金属矿1 500 t/d选矿厂开展旋流器工业试验,在保证旋流器溢流产品细度的前提下提高溢流浓度,并考察高浓度分级对磨矿效率、粒度分布及分选指标的影响。
湖南某多金属矿选矿厂二段旋流器使用2台CZ400旋流器,结构参数为:直径400 mm、锥角20°、柱体高度300 mm、溢流管直径110 mm、沉砂嘴直径45 mm。试验前对该选矿厂磨矿分级工艺流程进行了考察,其工艺流程如图1所示,水力旋流器分级指标见表1,二段旋流器溢流粒度组成及金属分布情况见表2。由表1表2可知,磨矿分级系统最终产品(即旋流器溢流)-74 μm粒级含量71.28%,矿浆浓度34.18%,-10 μm粒级含量31.94%,WO3金属分布率52.42%。
在该选矿厂开展了旋流器给料泵池补加水试验、结构优化试验,探索提高旋流器溢流浓度并稳定粒度与分级效率的措施。参数调整时,每30 min快速检测一次旋流器溢流浓度、细度,若旋流器溢流细度-74 μm粒级含量小于65%则停止参数调整试验。参数调整2 h后,使用开口直径15 mm的扁口取样勺取样,每次取3勺样品,每20 min取样一次,连续取3次,将所取样品混匀后分析测定浓度、细度,并计算旋流器分离效率。
试验过程中,选矿厂保持处理量67 t/h,旋流器给矿压力0.06~0.08 MPa,通过调节水力旋流器给料泵池补加水量设计不同浓度的旋流器溢流,探究系统补加水对旋流器分级效果的影响,结果见表3。由表3可知,随着系统补加水减少,旋流器溢流产品浓度提高,但受现场工艺装备限制,旋流器溢流浓度最高为48.72%。旋流器溢流浓度48.72%时,旋流器分级效率显著降低。结合溢流产品浓度、细度,旋流器溢流浓度44.51%时有较好的分级效果,此时旋流器分级效率41.09%,循环负荷87.59%,但-74 μm粒级含量仅68.54%,不能满足选矿厂生产要求。
控制旋流器给料泵池补加水量,将水力旋流器溢流浓度稳定在44.51%左右(补加水量28.85 t/h),其他条件不变,开展了锥角试验。为保证矿浆在旋流器内的分离时间从而提高旋流器分级效率,不同锥角选配适当的柱段长度。水力旋流器锥角试验结果见表4。由表4可知,随着水力旋流器锥角增大及柱体高度增加,溢流产品细度及旋流器分级效率有所提高,沉砂产品浓度及产率略有提高。结合不同锥角旋流器溢流浓度及细度,锥角90°与柱段高度800 mm的旋流器在保证分离效率的同时可以实现溢流细度与分级效率的提高。
旋流器锥角90°、柱段高度800 mm,其他条件不变,进行了旋流器沉砂嘴直径试验,结果见表5。由表5可知,锥角90°、柱体高度800 mm条件下,旋流器沉砂嘴直径由40 mm增大至50 mm,溢流产品细度与分级效率不断提高;继续增大沉砂嘴直径,旋流器分级效率出现明显下降。结合旋流器溢流产品的浓度、细度与旋流器分级效率,沉砂嘴直径50 mm时有较好的分级效果,此时旋流器溢流浓度44.82%,-74 μm粒级含量70.86%,分级效率45.48%,-10 μm粒级含量29.16%。
根据旋流器条件试验结果,选用锥角90°、柱体高度800 mm、沉砂嘴直径50 mm进行稳定试验,结果如表67所示。使用90°锥角、柱体高度800 mm及沉砂嘴直径50 mm的水力旋流器,可保持溢流矿浆浓度大于44%、细度-74 μm粒级含量大于70%,达到了选矿厂磨矿分级阶段的作业指标。考察旋流器溢流粒度组成时发现,旋流器溢流易选级别含量基本不变。
工业试验稳定后,对比分析了调试前后磨矿分级、浮选回收率等指标以及选矿厂生产数据,验证优化旋流器以提高磨矿分级产品浓度的可行性。
对调试前后流程考察数据进行对比,结果见表89。由表89可知,调试前后,旋流器溢流浓度从34.18%提高到44.50%,分级效率提高了0.77个百分点;+150 μm粒级含量增加了1.07个百分点,WO3金属分布率减少了0.13个百分点;-10 μm粒级含量减少了3.26个百分点,但WO3金属分布率减少了9.74个百分点;易选级别含量增加了2.19个百分点,WO3金属分布率增加了9.87个百分点。
为明确提高磨矿分级产品浓度对浮选作业的影响,分别统计调试前15 d、稳定试验期间15 d的浮选指标,取平均值进行对比,结果如图2所示。由图2可知,与调试前相比,调试后钨回收率降低了0.23个百分点,钼回收率降低了0.31个百分点,铋回收率提高了0.38个百分点,各金属回收率基本稳定,高浓度分级未对浮选作业产生明显影响。
为了更客观地反映提高磨矿分级产品浓度对生产指标的影响,统计了1 500 t/d选矿厂稳定试验期间全月生产数据,并与往年同期生产数据进行了对比,详见表10。由表10可知,钨精矿回收率降低了0.12个百分点,钼精矿回收率降低了0.24个百分点,铋精矿回收率提高了0.58个百分点。稳定试验期间1 500 t/d选矿厂全月生产数据良好,钨精矿、钼精矿、铋精矿回收率稳定,高浓度分级并未对实际生产产生明显影响。
1)对湖南某金属矿1500 t/d选矿厂水力旋流器分级系统开展了优化结构参数试验,优化后的旋流器结构参数为:直径400 mm、锥角90°、柱体高度800 mm、溢流管直径110 mm、沉砂嘴直径50 mm。采用该“长柱短锥”型水力旋流器实现了高浓度分级,在原矿处理量基本一致的情况下,优化结构参数后旋流器溢流浓度由34%提高到44%以上,分级效率提高了0.77个百分点,旋流器溢流细度稳定在-74 μm粒级含量70%以上。旋流器溢流粒度组成及金属分布变化如下:+150 μm粒级含量增加了1.07个百分点,WO3金属分布率减少了0.13个百分点;-10 μm粒级含量减少了3.26个百分点,WO3金属分布率减少了9.74个百分点;易选级别含量增加了2.19个百分点,WO3金属分布率增加了9.87个百分点。
2)与调试前相比,调试后浮选钨回收率降低了0.23个百分点、钼回收率降低了0.31个百分点、铋回收率提高了0.38个百分点,各金属回收率基本稳定;对比往年同期生产数据可知,稳定试验期间钨精矿回收率降低了0.12个百分点、钼精矿回收率降低了0.24个百分点、铋精矿回收率提高了0.58个百分点,生产较为稳定。由此可认为高浓度分级未对浮选作业产生明显影响。
