Aiming at potential emergency discharge required during at-sea testing of deep-sea polymetallic nodules lifting system consisting of pipeline and lifting pump, a theoretical calculation was conducted for the hydraulic system of emergency discharge mechanism for at-sea testing, and also a simulation analysis was conducted with AMEsim. It is found that the reliability coefficient of AMEsim for the system is 0.86. An AMEsim-based hydraulic system model was established for the actuator in an at-sea test at 500 m depth. The simulation results show that the oil pipeline in the hydraulic system is 16 mm in diameter, with the set pressure not less than 10.47 MPa, and the action time of actuator is 6 s. This research results can provide a reference for the design of emergency discharge mechanism.

针对深海多金属结核扬矿泵管系统海上试验时可能存在的紧急排料需求,开展了海上试验系统紧急排料机构液压系统理论计算,并在AMEsim中进行了仿真试验,结果表明,AMEsim仿真软件对于该系统的可信度系数为0.86。基于AMEsim构建了500 m海上试验执行机构液压系统模型,仿真分析结果表明,液压系统中油管管径为16 mm,设定压力应不低于10.47 MPa,执行机构动作时间为6 s。研究结果可为紧急排料机构的设计提供依据。

针对深海多金属结核扬矿泵管系统海上试验时可能存在的紧急排料需求,开展了海上试验系统紧急排料机构液压系统理论计算,并在AMEsim中进行了仿真试验,结果表明,AMEsim仿真软件对于该系统的可信度系数为0.86。基于AMEsim构建了500 m海上试验执行机构液压系统模型,仿真分析结果表明,液压系统中油管管径为16 mm,设定压力应不低于10.47 MPa,执行机构动作时间为6 s。研究结果可为紧急排料机构的设计提供依据。

Aiming at potential emergency discharge required during at-sea testing of deep-sea polymetallic nodules lifting system consisting of pipeline and lifting pump, a theoretical calculation was conducted for the hydraulic system of emergency discharge mechanism for at-sea testing, and also a simulation analysis was conducted with AMEsim. It is found that the reliability coefficient of AMEsim for the system is 0.86. An AMEsim-based hydraulic system model was established for the actuator in an at-sea test at 500 m depth. The simulation results show that the oil pipeline in the hydraulic system is 16 mm in diameter, with the set pressure not less than 10.47 MPa, and the action time of actuator is 6 s. This research results can provide a reference for the design of emergency discharge mechanism.

深海矿产资源是人类一项宝贵的不可再生资源,其中多金属结核是位于深海稀软底质上的一种类球型固体矿产资源,富含锰、镍、铜、钴等多种金属[1-2]。在多金属结核开采系统中,通过扬矿泵管将采集到的多金属结核输送到海面船舶上[3-6]。海上试验过程中可能出现意外情况(如断电)导致系统停止工作。系统停止工作时,竖直管路中的物料会下沉将整个管路堵死,导致海上试验终止甚至失败。为预防该风险,需在水下管路底部安装紧急排料机构。紧急排料机构的执行部件采用直线运动机构,使用液压控制方式控制。海上试验系统中的液压部分管路长约500 m,为确保液压控制系统在海上试验中稳定可靠,需通过理论分析和实验室试验对执行机构液压系统的管路尺寸、设定压力、执行机构动作时间等进行分析。为验证海上试验扬矿输送系统的可靠性,本文开展了扬矿泵管输送试验,其液压系统管路为封闭系统,整个系统处于海面以下500 m处。
扬矿泵管系统海上试验布置如图1所示,紧急排料机构如图2所示。
液压油在管路中流动时会由于黏性摩擦力而引起能量损失。整个流程上单位重力流体的总损失Δpw分为沿程阻力损失Δpt和局部阻力损失Δpr两部分[7],即:
沿程阻力损失Δpt计算公式[7]为:
式中λ为沿程阻力系数,它是雷诺数Re和相对粗糙度的函数,ε为管壁粗糙度,ελ值可通过查询《机械设计手册》[8]获得;l为圆管长度,m;d为圆管内径,m;ρ为流体密度,kg/m3v为管内平均流速,m/s,Q=14.5 L/min);雷诺数Re一般通过式(3)[7]计算获得:
式中γ为流体运动黏度,m2/s。
试验中采用L-HV46#抗磨液压油(运动黏度γ为46 mm2/s)作为液压油,管路管径16 mm,管路实际长度550 m。将参数代入式(3),验算可得:Re=417。
本系统中管路长度较长,没有复杂的管路,故不考虑局部阻力损失,即Δpr=0。故整个流程上单位重力流体的总损失为:
将参数代入式(4),计算可得:Δpw=3.4 MPa。
通过理论计算可知,在液压控制系统中,工作压力超过3.4 MPa时,执行机构便可正常工作,但实际海上作业中存在大深程、机械摩擦、局部阻力损失等因素,需通过试验进一步验证。
为确保海上试验过程中应急机构正常工作,在实验室搭建试验系统。因试验条件限制无法直接采用500 m管路开展试验,通过模拟试验与仿真分析相结合的方式进行分析计算。仿真系统中进行了诸多理想化假设,故此需对仿真系统的可信度进行评估。
首先在实验室搭建物理原型获得试验数据,然后在AMEsim中构建相同的试验模型,进行仿真模拟分析,最后将两种分析所得数据进行对比,从而得到AMEsim仿真软件对于分析该系统的可信度系数。可信度系数计算公式为:
式中ε为仿真数据可信度系数;u实验值为模型试验所得流量数据;u仿真值为仿真模拟所得流量数据。
试验中选用管径8 mm、长度100 m的二层钢丝缠绕胶管开展液压动作特性试验。根据海上试验系统特征,简化后的试验系统如图3所示。
试验过程中开启油泵电机,通过控制电磁阀给油路供油,调节溢流阀使液压系统在不同压力下工作,读取压力表1的数值,通过量杯盛放管路所通过的液压油,记录达到一定体积时的时间及压力。模拟试验结果见表1。其中调定压力为电磁阀尚未开启时通过溢流阀调定的压力。开启电磁阀后,管路中的压力有所降低,故实测压力均小于调定压力。时间为试验中通过烧杯测量的设定体积液压油的时间;流量为体积与时间的比值。压力6.5 MPa时,因流量加大,试验过程中烧杯容积有限,测量时间只有压力4.6 MPa时的1/2左右,测量精度下降,导致之后的流量出现了较大变化。
根据表1试验数据绘制了压力-流量曲线,如图4所示。由图4可看出,随着压力逐渐上升,流量呈线性增长。不同压力所对应的流量不一样,代表随着压力上升,执行机构的响应时间更短。
为更准确地设定长距离管路系统中的液压参数,简化液压管路,在AMEsim软件中建立了100 m管路模型,通过设定相应的实际压力值,开展油液通流能力试验,获得直径8 mm、泵排量10 mL/r管路中不同压力情况下系统的流量。AMEsim中构建了仿真模型如图5所示。根据模拟试验中所测得的实际压力值,对应设定不同的溢流压力,并检测管路末端的流量。
仿真分析得到压力3.0 MPa及10.0 MPa时的流量曲线如图6所示。可以看出,不同压力下系统流量均达到了稳定状态。
根据仿真试验数据绘制了压力-流量曲线,如图7所示。可知仿真试验所得数据符合压力-流量理论,同一管路下,流量随着压力增加呈线性增加。
将模拟试验和仿真试验所得试验数据进行了对比,并计算了每次试验对应的可信度系数,结果如表2所示。
表2可见,压力1.4 MPa和2.2 MPa时出现了模型试验流量大于仿真试验流量的情况,可能是在该压力时更换了压力表(量程变化)所致。进行可信度系数处理时,剔除压力1.4 MPa、2.2 MPa及6.5 MPa时的数据,其余数据进行算术平均计算,可得可信度均值为:ε=0.86。
后续的500 m海上试验系统仿真试验中可认为仿真试验所得数据加入可信度系统ε后,即为实际系统性能参数。
在仿真软件中构建500 m海试系统仿真模型,设置相关参数。实际海上试验时,因油管存在弯曲现象,实际油管长度会大于500 m。拟使用的油管长度为600 m,多余部分放置在船舶甲板上。仿真试验中取油管长度600 m,分别对直径8 mm和16 mm胶管进行仿真试验,拟通过仿真试验获得执行机构的动作时间,仿真参数如表3所示。
在AMEsim中构建500 m海上试验系统仿真模型,如图8所示。系统中由电机驱动油泵,电磁阀控制油路动作。海上试验系统为单作用油缸,油缸的反向行程通过弹簧复位,即在实际海上试验中,油缸的动作不仅要克服自身的摩擦阻力,还需要克服弹簧阻力。系统中油缸缸径63 mm,活塞杆直径35 mm,油缸行程200 mm;每根弹簧刚度16.13 N/mm,4根弹簧并列安装。
在仿真软件中分别开展了管径8~25 mm、压力10~16 MPa下的性能试验,测试执行机构的动作时间,将试验数据绘制成管径-动作时间曲线,如图9所示。
图9可见,执行机构动作时间随着压力增加逐渐降低,但差距不大;执行机构动作时间随着管径增加逐渐降低,管径15 mm时,出现最小动作时间,且随着管径增加,执行机构动作时间基本不再变化。工程中通用的管径为16 mm,后续分析中管径选定为16 mm。
在仿真软件中,针对管径16 mm胶管开展了不同压力下的执行机构动作时间仿真试验,所得压力-动作时间曲线如图10所示。
图10可知,在16 mm管径系统中,执行机构动作时间随着压力增大逐渐变小,压力9 MPa时,动作时间为6 s,且基本不再减小。考虑仿真系统可信度系数ε=0.86,500 m海上试验系统的设定压力计算式为:
式中Ps为海上试验系统压力设定值,MPa;Pf为仿真所得压力设定值,MPa。
将数据代入式(6),计算可得:Ps=10.47 MPa,故500 m海上试验系统中液压系统的设定压力应不低于10.47 MPa,达到设定压力后,执行机构的动作时间为6 s。
针对扬矿泵管海上试验中的应急系统进行分析,理论计算结果表明,压力大于3.4 MPa时液压油管便可以正常动作。通过在实验室搭建模拟试验系统,并将所得试验数据与AMEsim仿真所得数据进行对比分析,可得仿真软件的可信度系数为0.86。根据500 m海上试验系统实际情况,在AMEsim中构建仿真模型,开展仿真分析,并引入可信度系数,结果表明,500 m海上试验系统中应急系统液压系统中油管管径为16 mm,压力设定值应不低于10.47 MPa,执行机构的动作时间为6 s。
