The numerical simulation was used to establish a single-hole blasting model, which was then used to simulate the blasting effect with different stemming length. Otsu thresholding technique was adopted for image segmentation, and the data, such as percentage of cracked rock area, fractal dimension of pore structure, and fragmentation of rock mass, were extracted for comparative analysis, so as to explore the influence of stemming length on damage effect under deep-hole blasting. The results show that fractal dimension and percentage of cracked rock area are in an uptrend before falling down as stemming length increases. The fractal dimension reaches the maximum value with stemming length of 3.0 m, and the percentage of cracked rock area reaches the maximum value with stemming length of 1.7 m. Stemming length of 2.2 m can bring the highest number of fragments, and stemming length of 2.0 m can result in the smallest average area of fragments. It is found that the blasting with the stemming length of 2.0-2.2 m can lead to better rock fragmentation effect. As the stemming length increases, the flyrock becomes bigger, and the displacement distance decreases. The research results can be taken as reference in selection of stemming parameters for blasting operation.

采用数值模拟方法建立单孔装药的爆破模型,采取不同填塞长度模拟并利用Otsu算法进行阈值分割后,提取岩体的破裂面积比、孔隙分形维数、块度数据等进行对比分析,研究填塞长度对深孔爆破损伤效果的影响。结果表明,分形维数和破裂面积比随填塞长度增加呈现先增后降的变化趋势,填塞长度3.0 m时分形维数达到最大值,填塞长度1.7 m时破裂面积比达到极大值。填塞长度2.2 m左右时碎块数量取得最大值,填塞长度2.0 m时碎块平均面积为最小,填塞长度2.0~2.2 m时可达到较优的岩石破碎效果。随着填塞长度增加,抛出的岩石从小块为主转向大块,位移距离降低。研究成果对爆破作业填塞参数选取具有一定参考价值。

采用数值模拟方法建立单孔装药的爆破模型,采取不同填塞长度模拟并利用Otsu算法进行阈值分割后,提取岩体的破裂面积比、孔隙分形维数、块度数据等进行对比分析,研究填塞长度对深孔爆破损伤效果的影响。结果表明,分形维数和破裂面积比随填塞长度增加呈现先增后降的变化趋势,填塞长度3.0 m时分形维数达到最大值,填塞长度1.7 m时破裂面积比达到极大值。填塞长度2.2 m左右时碎块数量取得最大值,填塞长度2.0 m时碎块平均面积为最小,填塞长度2.0~2.2 m时可达到较优的岩石破碎效果。随着填塞长度增加,抛出的岩石从小块为主转向大块,位移距离降低。研究成果对爆破作业填塞参数选取具有一定参考价值。

The numerical simulation was used to establish a single-hole blasting model, which was then used to simulate the blasting effect with different stemming length. Otsu thresholding technique was adopted for image segmentation, and the data, such as percentage of cracked rock area, fractal dimension of pore structure, and fragmentation of rock mass, were extracted for comparative analysis, so as to explore the influence of stemming length on damage effect under deep-hole blasting. The results show that fractal dimension and percentage of cracked rock area are in an uptrend before falling down as stemming length increases. The fractal dimension reaches the maximum value with stemming length of 3.0 m, and the percentage of cracked rock area reaches the maximum value with stemming length of 1.7 m. Stemming length of 2.2 m can bring the highest number of fragments, and stemming length of 2.0 m can result in the smallest average area of fragments. It is found that the blasting with the stemming length of 2.0-2.2 m can lead to better rock fragmentation effect. As the stemming length increases, the flyrock becomes bigger, and the displacement distance decreases. The research results can be taken as reference in selection of stemming parameters for blasting operation.

爆破技术广泛应用于露天矿开采、地下空间建设和隧道开挖等作业中,改善爆破效果、提高爆破效率和控制有害影响是目前爆破作业的重要关注点[1-2]。合理的炮孔填塞不仅可以防止爆轰气体过早溢出,使爆炸产生的能量更好地作用于岩体,并且可以有效防止爆炸产生的乱石飞溅[3-5]
合理的填塞长度可有效改善爆破效果和岩石破碎程度[6]。LS-DYNA被广泛应用于研究爆破过程中填塞长度、起爆位置[7]、微差时间[8]等因素对爆破效果的影响。现有深孔爆破研究多集中在现场测试,针对不同填塞长度对岩石内部产生损伤效果的研究较少。本文利用LS-DYNA软件进行数值模拟,分析不同填塞长度下岩体的裂纹扩展、破碎程度和岩石抛出状况,并结合图像处理进行定性和定量分析。
以露天矿深孔爆破为对象建立模型。为避免临近炮孔影响,物理模型采用单孔爆破,如图1(a)所示。为观察裂纹扩展和避免计算量的骤升,选取包含炸药、填塞等组成的二维切片,如图1(b)所示。模型由四部分组成:岩石、填塞材料、空气和炸药,空气作为耦合介质。岩石尺寸设置为长10 m、高15 m;炮孔直径150 mm、深13 m;选用底部起爆方式,炸药直径100 mm、深9 m。岩石上边界设置为自由边界,左侧、右侧和下侧设置为非反射边界条件,如图1(c)所示。在现场深孔爆破过程中,装药后炮孔剩余长度一般在4 m以内。最佳填塞长度一般为炮孔长度的10%~50%[9]。最佳填塞长度随填塞材料不同而不同,为确定合理的填塞长度,选取填塞长度分别为炮孔剩余长度的四等分值(1 m、2 m、3 m、4 m),探究0.5 s内岩石爆破损伤效果。
炸药材料模型选用2号岩石乳化炸药,采用底部起爆方式。在软件中使用内置高能爆轰模型(*MAT_HIGH_EXPLOSIVE_BURN)和JWL状态方程(*EOS_JWL)来描述,具体参数设置见表1。空气作为耦合介质被广泛应用于爆破模拟中,在LS-DYNA软件的材料库中选择的空材料模型(*MAT NULL)作为空气材料模型,具体参数设置见表2,结合状态方程(*ESO_LINEAR_POLYNOMIAL)进行应用。岩石和炮泥选用塑形随动硬化模型[10-12],具体参数设置分别见表3表4。该材料模型可以有效体现爆破过程中岩石在极大冲击下的应变率效应[11]。塑形随动硬化模型表示岩体屈服应力和应变率关系可表示为:
式中E0Etan分别为岩石的杨氏模量、切线模量;σy0分别为加载应变率、初始屈服应力、有效塑性应变;SRCSRPβ分别为Cowper-Symonds应变率参数和硬化参数。
结合现场实际参数,选取填塞长度4 m模拟岩石在爆破时裂纹扩展情况,同时对比现场实际爆破产生的断面情况,如图2所示。Ⅰ区域在爆破时产生的较强冲击波作用下产生较大变形,发生压缩损伤,在爆破时产生较小碎块,形成的压缩破碎区为粉碎区域。应力波的拉伸分量造成的拉伸损伤表现为径向损伤裂纹的进一步扩展。Ⅱ区域在现场和模拟结果中都以较大块的形式出现,Ⅲ和Ⅳ区域裂纹形成贯通,围绕大块形成损伤区域。应力波在上方自由边界发生反射,应力波的叠加在Ⅳ区域产生环向裂纹。数值模拟结果可较好地反映现场爆破时的岩石损伤情况。
为分析岩石的破碎效果,将LS-DYNA模拟结果导出,利用Otsu算法[13]进行阈值分割再次划分为岩体和裂隙两部分,分别得到两部分的定量数据。提取裂隙数据计算破裂面积比并利用盒计数法可对分形维数[14]进行计算。对爆破后岩石进行块度分析并进行着色,提取并分析不同体积的岩块数量和体积占比等。
为了研究不同时间和不同填塞长度下裂纹的扩展演化情况,分别对填塞长度1 m、2 m、3 m、4 m在0~0.5 s进行岩石爆破模拟。为了直观观察等效应力变化,将等效应力上限约束为50 MPa,提取了填塞长度1 m时在1 ms、2 ms、3 ms、4 ms、10 ms、20 ms时刻的等效应力云图和裂纹扩展情况,如图3所示。
图3可以看出,炸药在底部起爆后,临近岩石在高压应力作用下破裂粉碎,应力波在岩石中开始传播;2 ms时,炸药产生的能量继续传入岩石,沿炸药引燃方向能量进行叠加,岩石在冲击波的作用下产生的变形超过压缩破坏准则,压缩损伤产生,粉碎区形成;3 ms时高应力区基本消失,应力波的拉伸分量导致裂纹进一步向岩体扩展,并且在上自由面反射形成的叠加波作用下形成环向裂纹;4 ms时裂纹布局基本形成,高应力区基本消失;10 ms时裂纹扩展基本停止,与20 ms时扩展情况相一致。
10 ms时,填塞长度SL分别为1 m、2 m、3 m、4 m的Otsu算法处理后的裂纹分布、分形维数、破裂面积比分别如图4图5所示。由图4可见,炸药起爆后瞬间产生的高压应力作用于炸药炮孔附近,粉碎区的破碎程度基本一致。填塞长度2~4 m时岩体中下部裂纹扩展情况基本相同,均优于填塞长度1 m时。从岩体上部的裂纹可以看出,岩体损伤情况和裂纹扩展的连通性在填塞长度2~3 m时优于1 m和4 m时。分形维数是描述随机分布的不规则形状缺陷的方法,可以间接表征损伤的情况[15],由图5(a)可见,分形维数随着填塞长度增加呈现先增加后降低的趋势,填塞长度3 m时分形维数达到最大值。填塞长度3 m时,裂纹的覆盖范围和裂纹的连通程度优于其他填塞长度(图4(c)),即过短或过长的填塞长度都会影响爆破效果。由图5(b)可发现,破裂面积比随着填塞长度增加呈现先增加后降低再增加的趋势。使用较长的填塞长度可达到较好的破裂面积比,但使用过长的填塞长度对裂纹的连通性和复杂程度产生影响。从图5可以看出,破裂面积比在填塞长度1.7 m时达到极大值、在填塞长度3.6 m左右时达到极小值。研究结果印证了文献[6]的分析结果。
为了更好地观察岩石爆破后形成的碎块,通过对块随机施加不同颜色来增强区分,结果如图6所示。由于爆破模拟采用二维模拟,块度大小采用面积来区分。
图7为以面积A>1 m2A>0.5 m2A>0.1 m2A>0 m2划分的填塞长度分别为1 m、2 m、3 m、4 m的岩石爆破产生的碎块数量对比。从碎块数量上,A>1 m2的碎块呈现凹字形,较大的岩石破碎块度会影响岩石爆破爆堆质量。填塞长度2 m和3 m时,爆破产生的较大块数量小于填塞长度1 m和4 m时,即过短或过长的填塞长度都会产生较大的碎块。A>0.5 m2的碎块在填塞长度4 m与3 m时大致相同,相较于填塞长度1 m时有较大区别。而在中小块上,即A>0.1 m2A>0 m2,填塞长度2 m和3 m时都有较好的爆破效果,在所有碎块上,填塞长度2.2 m左右时可取得最大值,爆破效果较优。
图8为不同填塞长度下岩石爆破碎块以A>1 m2、0.5 m2<A<1 m2、0.1 m2<A<0.5 m2、0 m2<A<0.1 m2的面积占比。大块占比在4种填塞长度下都保持在80%左右,0.5 m2<A<1 m2的碎块面积占比与A>0.5 m2的面积占比变化趋势大致相同,面积占比随填塞长度增加先降低后微小波动上升。对于中小块,即0.1 m2<A<0.5 m2和0 m2<A<0.1 m2,填塞长度2~3 m时明显大于填塞长度1 m和4 m时的面积占比。不同填塞长度下岩石爆破碎块面积统计分析结果如表5所示。从表5可见,填塞长度2 m时碎块平均面积最小。填塞长度2~4 m时碎块面积的最小值更小,岩石块的最大值发生在填塞长度3 m时。
合理控制岩块抛掷能量有助于形成生产所需的抛掷距离与爆堆形态。为了研究岩石爆破时岩石的抛出情况,对不同填塞长度进行数值模拟,模拟时间选取0.5 s,为了便于观察岩石的抛出程度,选用位移云图并约束上限值为4 m,模拟结果如图9所示。随着填塞长度增加,岩石向外抛出程度减弱。从图9可以看出,岩石的位移距离随填塞长度增加逐渐变小。
由于填塞长度1 m和2 m与填塞长度3 m和4 m时岩块炸出的主要岩块位置有偏差,填塞长度1 m和2 m时沿中轴线向右分别每间隔1 m取一个监测点,填塞长度3 m和4 m时沿中轴线向左分别每间隔1 m取一个监测点,分别标记为A、B、C,其位移变化情况如图10所示,速度变化情况如图11所示。靠近中轴线的A点,位移随着填塞长度增加而减小,填塞长度2 m和3 m时的差异较小,与填塞长度1 m和4 m时有明显差值,差值也随着填塞长度增加而增大。速度表现出相同的变化趋势。在B点处,岩石碎块在填塞长度较短时沿着中线向两侧抛出,填塞长度较长时,填塞和岩石伴随以较大整块向上抛出,位移和速度变化趋势相同。距离中轴线较远的C点处,填塞长度1 m与3 m时变化相似。除填塞长度1 m外,仍保持随填塞长度增加位移和速度均减小的趋势。
从模拟结果可以看出,随着填塞长度增加,炸药引爆后产生的岩石中大块数量减少,岩块体积明显增大,岩石的抛出程度显著降低。从岩石碎块抛出程度和监测点位移和速度数据可以看出,增加填塞长度可抑制岩块的抛掷。
采用数值模拟方法建立单孔装药的爆破模型,采取不同的填塞长度进行模拟并利用Otsu算法进行阈值分割后,分析了岩体的裂纹扩展、破碎程度和岩石抛出状况等情况,得出以下结论:
1)与现场岩石爆破断面损伤情况进行对比发现,岩石不同区域的损伤程度一致,验证了爆破模拟的有效性。对4种填塞长度进行模拟,利用Otsu算法对模拟结果进行阈值分割,并对数据进行分析,结果表明,岩石在粉碎区的破碎程度基本一致,填塞长度2~4 m时岩体中下部的裂纹扩展优于填塞长度1 m时,上部的裂纹在填塞长度2~3 m时优于填塞长度1 m和4 m时。提取裂隙数据并利用盒计数法对分形维数进行计算,可以得出,填塞长度3 m时分形维数达到最大值,填塞长度1.7 m时破裂面积比达到极大值,分形维数和破裂面积比随填塞长度增加呈现先增后降的变化趋势,即过短或过长的填塞长度都会影响爆破效果。
2)提取爆破后岩石的块度数据并进行着色处理,发现在4种填塞长度下大于1 m2的碎块数量均呈现凹字形分布规律,在中小块数量上,填塞长度2 m和3 m都有较好的爆破效果。填塞长度2.2 m左右时爆破碎块数量取得最大值。填塞长度2.0 m时的碎块平均面积最小。填塞长度2.0~2.2 m时可达到较优的岩石破碎效果,即过短或过长的填塞长度都会产生较大的碎块。模拟时间0.5 s时的爆破飞石抛掷效果可以看出,随着填塞长度增加,抛出的岩石从小块为主转向大块,中大块数量减少,岩块体积明显增大,抛出的岩石位移距离逐渐变小,抛出程度显著降低。
