The ore in the concentrator of Anhui Taiping Mining Company cannot reach the expected flotation effect. In order to address the problem, the properties and particle size composition of raw ore were analyzed, and condition tests were conducted to rule out the influence of reagent system and flotation conditions on the flotation performance. Based on a test on pre-desliming of the raw ore sample before grinding and the concentrate from pretreatment, it is found that the secondary slime has a significantly superior floatability than the primary slime, and too much primary slime is a contributing factor in the finally poor flotation performance. And based on a test on comparison of desliming, it is found that after pre-desliming process, the flotation effect of ore can be obviously improved, and the concentrate can have its final recovery improved by around 10 percentage points compared to that without pre-desliming process, due to significantly decreased slime content in concentrate and middlings. It is concluded that pre-desliming process is an effective approach for improving flotation performance of such kind of copper-bearing ore with serious sliming.

针对安徽太平矿业选矿厂矿石无法达到预期浮选指标的问题,分析了原矿矿石性质和粒度组成,通过条件试验排除了药剂制度和浮选条件对浮选指标的影响;磨矿前对原矿样和预选精矿进行预先脱泥试验,发现次生矿泥可浮性明显优于原生矿泥,矿石浮选指标差的主要因素是原生矿泥过多;脱泥对比试验结果表明,预先脱泥后的矿石浮选指标明显提高,脱泥后精矿回收率较未脱泥精矿回收率增加约10百分点,脱泥后精矿和中矿产品中的含泥量明显降低。预先脱泥是提高此类泥化程度高的铜矿石浮选指标的有效方法。

针对安徽太平矿业选矿厂矿石无法达到预期浮选指标的问题,分析了原矿矿石性质和粒度组成,通过条件试验排除了药剂制度和浮选条件对浮选指标的影响;磨矿前对原矿样和预选精矿进行预先脱泥试验,发现次生矿泥可浮性明显优于原生矿泥,矿石浮选指标差的主要因素是原生矿泥过多;脱泥对比试验结果表明,预先脱泥后的矿石浮选指标明显提高,脱泥后精矿回收率较未脱泥精矿回收率增加约10百分点,脱泥后精矿和中矿产品中的含泥量明显降低。预先脱泥是提高此类泥化程度高的铜矿石浮选指标的有效方法。

The ore in the concentrator of Anhui Taiping Mining Company cannot reach the expected flotation effect. In order to address the problem, the properties and particle size composition of raw ore were analyzed, and condition tests were conducted to rule out the influence of reagent system and flotation conditions on the flotation performance. Based on a test on pre-desliming of the raw ore sample before grinding and the concentrate from pretreatment, it is found that the secondary slime has a significantly superior floatability than the primary slime, and too much primary slime is a contributing factor in the finally poor flotation performance. And based on a test on comparison of desliming, it is found that after pre-desliming process, the flotation effect of ore can be obviously improved, and the concentrate can have its final recovery improved by around 10 percentage points compared to that without pre-desliming process, due to significantly decreased slime content in concentrate and middlings. It is concluded that pre-desliming process is an effective approach for improving flotation performance of such kind of copper-bearing ore with serious sliming.

安徽太平矿业有限公司选矿厂于2009年5月建成投产,处理的矿石为铜铁多金属矿。选矿工艺流程为:原矿经一段闭路磨矿、混合浮选金铜硫矿后,对浮选尾矿进行磁选选铁。其中,原矿中的铜主要为硫化铜和少量氧化铜。近年来,随着开采不断进行,浅部资源逐年减少,残采矿石占比逐渐增加,金铜选矿回收率波动较大且逐步走低,改进难处理金铜矿石选别工艺迫在眉睫[1-2]。针对以上问题,本文分析了原矿矿石性质以及粒度组成,通过一系列条件试验进行排查,最终确定浮选指标下降是矿泥所致。实践表明,脱泥后矿石的浮选指标明显提高,浮选效果良好。在浮选工艺前进行预先脱泥是提高此类泥化程度高的铜矿石浮选指标的有效方法。
原矿化学多元素分析结果见表1,矿石主要矿物组成见表2。该矿石金品位0.81 g/t、铜品位0.35%、硫品位0.87%、铁品位28.83%。矿石中金属矿物主要为磁铁矿,还有少量赤铁矿、黄铜矿、黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿等;脉石矿物主要为长石、石英、云母、蛇纹石、橄榄石、方解石、白云石等。
铜物相分析结果见表3。矿石中铜主要以硫化铜形式存在。
以矿石破碎至-3 mm综合样为准,压制成砂光片,以压线法逐粒实测矿物粒度,结果见表4。磁铁矿粒径范围宽,+0.074 mm粒级产率达到了72.21%;黄铁矿在各个粒级均有分布,+0.074 mm粒级产率为49.84%,-0.037 mm粒级产率为26.39%;黄铜矿粒度粗细分布极不均匀,+0.074 mm粒级产率为42.14%,-0.037 mm粒级产率为32.90%。
矿样采自粉矿仓,对矿样烘干、破碎、筛分、混匀缩分后进行点取,每次取试样500 g进行试验。采用一粗二扫浮选流程进行浮选试验,试验流程如图1所示。
矿石含有大量泥化矿物,对浮选影响较大。在浮选机充气量0.3 m3/h、丁基黄药粗选+扫选用量为(100+20)g/t(简称黄药100+20,下同)条件下,按照图1所示流程进行了磨矿细度试验,结果如图2所示。随着磨矿细度增加,尾矿中Cu品位先升高后降低,尾矿产率逐渐降低。适宜的磨矿细度为-0.074 mm粒级占75%。
针对矿石在磨矿细度试验中出现的泡沫细、黏且明显未选干净的情况,初步判断为泥化影响。矿泥比表面积大,易于吸附药剂,影响捕收剂与目的矿物的正常黏附[3-8]。按照图1所示流程,在浮选机充气量0.3 m3/h、磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占75%时,考察了药剂制度对浮选指标的影响,结果见表5。结果表明:在起泡剂与捕收剂适量的前提下,增加捕收剂用量对提升指标没有明显效果;浮选过程中添加硅酸钠和硫酸铵等可以消除矿泥影响的调整剂,未见明显成效。
磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占75%、黄药100+20条件下,改变浮选机充气量以及适量混入粗颗粒,考察了其他条件对浮选指标的影响,结果如表6所示。结果表明,浮选条件小幅变化对太平粉矿精矿产率有一定影响,对回收率没有明显影响。
通过以上条件试验,排除了浮选条件对浮选指标可能产生的负面影响。结合粒度筛析结果,初步认定矿泥是影响浮选指标的主要因素。
矿泥主要包括原生矿泥和次生矿泥[6]。为探究原生矿泥和次生矿泥对浮选的影响,并对比脱泥后的浮选效果,选择原矿矿样和预选精矿进行试验。其中原矿矿样代表主要含原生矿泥的矿样,预选精矿为预选抛废(预先抛除原矿中的脉石)的磁选精矿样,代表主要含次生矿泥的矿样。
对原矿矿样和预选精矿进行0.074和0.047 mm的手动筛分,筛下产品沉淀析水后按照图1所示流程进行矿泥浮选试验,结果如表7所示。由表7可以看出:-0.074 mm原矿矿样磨矿2 min后的浮选指标优于-0.074 mm原矿矿样和-0.047 mm原矿矿样的浮选指标,即再磨后浮选指标远优于矿泥浮选指标;添加调整剂(硅酸钠和硫酸铵)对矿泥浮选指标有一定改善;-0.047 mm预选精矿可浮性显著优于-0.047 mm原矿矿样,表明次生矿泥可浮性优于原生矿泥,但其浮选指标较正常矿样仍差很多。
将原矿矿样和预选精矿破碎、筛分得到的+0.047 mm粒级样品作为预先脱泥样品,与原矿矿样和预选精矿等未预先脱泥样品进行脱泥对比试验,试验流程见图3,结果见表8。结果表明:预先脱泥与未脱泥预选精矿的精矿回收率差异不大,表明次生矿泥对回收率影响不大;预先脱泥和未脱泥原矿矿样的浮选指标差异明显,表明原生矿泥对回收率影响较大。预先脱泥原矿矿样的精矿回收率较未脱泥样高约10百分点,脱泥后精矿与中矿产率显著降低,这归因于产品含泥量的降低。
对7#皮带矿石进行取样筛析和浮选试验,探索不同粒级的浮选效果差异。7#皮带矿石粒度分布结果如图4所示。7#皮带矿样-0.074 mm粒级占18.26%。随着残采加剧,原矿中微细粒含量明显增多(以往7#皮带矿样-0.074 mm粒级占比约10%)。
图3所示流程对各粒级产品进行浮选试验,结果见表9。结果表明:-0.025 mm粒级矿样浮选效果极差,该类矿物完全没有回收价值;+0.025 mm粒级矿样的精矿回收率较正常矿样的精矿回收率低,原因是矿样没有再磨,在原样、筛分后烘干、储存过程中可能存在部分表面氧化,从而导致回收率偏低。
在浮选工艺前增加预先脱泥系统对磨矿产品的原生矿泥和次生矿泥进行抛除,经过一个月的优化调试,预先脱泥系统达到正常状态。经计算,其分级质效率(-0.025 mm粒度占比)达70%以上。预先脱泥系统运行后,铜精矿回收率提升了约10百分点。
为查明脱泥溢流是否具有可选价值,按图5所示工艺流程开展验证试验,结果见表10。结果表明,脱泥溢流的精矿回收率约20%,精矿铜品位仅5%左右,且调整浮选条件未能显著优化指标。脱泥溢流不具备可选性。
对比各粒级浮选结果,脱泥溢流浮选的精矿回收率20%左右,主要是溢流中的+0.025 mm粒级可回收性较强所致。因此改善分级效果将会降低脱泥溢流中+0.025 mm粒级含量,这是降低脱泥溢流金属流失率的主要途径。同时,在浮选工艺前增设脱泥系统,控制浮选入选的粒度(+0.025 mm粒级)可以提高浮选指标。
1)药剂制度优化、充气量调控及粗颗粒混入等多因素条件试验结果表明,矿泥是导致浮选指标劣化的主要原因。
2)通过矿泥浮选试验和脱泥对比试验,发现原生矿泥过多是影响浮选指标的主要因素,次生矿泥对浮选指标影响较小。
3)预先脱泥与未脱泥矿样的浮选指标差异显著,前者的浮选精矿回收率较后者高约10百分点,精矿和中矿含泥量明显降低。可见,泥砂分选或预先脱泥是提升泥化严重矿石浮选指标的有效方法。
4)在浮选工艺前增设预先脱泥系统,控制浮选入选的粒度(+0.025 mm粒级)可以提高浮选指标。
