Under the current production conditions, the fluorite concentrate obtained from the associated fluorite resources in a mine of Hunan Province has its processing indicators undesirable and fluctuating widely. In view of this technical bottleneck, a new processing technique was developed to recover such kind of fluorite ore for improving the quality of resources. In this technique, a principle of alkaline environment followed by acidic environment was adopted in the cleaning stage, and also the middlings obtained from the cleaning stage are returned to be processed again. As a result, a full-process closed-circuit test yielded 13.67% high-grade fluorite concentrate grading 96.11% CaF2 at 60.13% recovery, and 3.93% low-grade fluorite concentrate grading 85.08% CaF2 at 15.34% recovery. The comprehensive concentrate has a CaF2 grade up to 93.65%, with total recovery of 75.47%. It is concluded that this low-grade associated fluorite ore can be efficiently and comprehensively recovered using this technique.

针对湖南某矿山伴生萤石资源在原生产工艺条件下萤石精矿指标差、指标波动大的问题,开发了低品位伴生萤石回收提质增量新技术。新技术采用“前碱后酸”的双循环系统,全流程闭路试验可获得产率13.67%、CaF2品位96.11%、萤石回收率60.13%的高品位萤石精矿和产率3.93%、CaF2品位85.08%、萤石回收率15.34%的低品位萤石精矿。综合精矿CaF2品位93.65%,萤石总回收率75.47%,实现了该低品位伴生萤石资源的高效综合回收。

Under the current production conditions, the fluorite concentrate obtained from the associated fluorite resources in a mine of Hunan Province has its processing indicators undesirable and fluctuating widely. In view of this technical bottleneck, a new processing technique was developed to recover such kind of fluorite ore for improving the quality of resources. In this technique, a principle of alkaline environment followed by acidic environment was adopted in the cleaning stage, and also the middlings obtained from the cleaning stage are returned to be processed again. As a result, a full-process closed-circuit test yielded 13.67% high-grade fluorite concentrate grading 96.11% CaF2 at 60.13% recovery, and 3.93% low-grade fluorite concentrate grading 85.08% CaF2 at 15.34% recovery. The comprehensive concentrate has a CaF2 grade up to 93.65%, with total recovery of 75.47%. It is concluded that this low-grade associated fluorite ore can be efficiently and comprehensively recovered using this technique.

萤石是重要的氟化物原料,被广泛应用于制冷、冶金、光学等传统产业及新一代信息技术、新材料、新能源汽车等战略性新兴产业,被多国列入战略性资源清单[1-2]。萤石是我国的优势矿种,2023年中国萤石查明资源储量(CaF2)约1.07亿t,主要分布于内蒙古、浙江、福建、江西和湖南五省(区)[3-4]。伴生萤石矿是我国主要萤石资源,其储量占总储量的70%以上,但由于资源禀赋差,大部分未得到有效开发利用[5]。湖南某地作为我国重要的有色金属资源基地,拥有丰富的伴生萤石资源,潜在经济价值巨大,然而,由于矿石的复杂性和技术的局限性,伴生萤石资源开发利用面临严峻挑战,特别是矿石开采由地下开采转为露天开采,采出的原矿性质发生较大变化,原矿中矿泥含量增大、萤石品位低(CaF2品位20%左右),而碳酸钙含量逐渐升高(碳酸钙含量有时超过10%),加之生产水中尾矿库回水比例增加,生产水中残余药剂量增大,导致原工艺条件下萤石精矿指标差、波动大。目前该选矿厂高品位萤石精矿CaF2品位90%左右,低品位萤石精矿CaF2品位70%左右,综合精矿CaF2品位85%左右,生产的高品位萤石精矿与低品位萤石精矿质量比约2∶1,萤石总回收率约66%。高品位萤石精矿产量占比偏低,一方面大幅降低了萤石资源的整体经济价值,另一方面,因低品位萤石精矿品质低、产量大,极易受市场影响而导致精矿滞销,极大影响企业的经济效益。
针对上述技术瓶颈问题,本文通过创新研究,开发低品位伴生萤石资源提质增量新技术,提高萤石精矿技术指标,实现低品位伴生萤石资源的高效综合回收。
试验矿样取自湖南某选矿厂浮钨尾矿(以下简称原矿)。原矿化学多元素、粒度筛析及萤石解离度分析结果分别见表13
表13可知,原矿中可供选矿回收的组分主要是CaF2,其品位为21.74%,主要杂质组分为SiO2、CaO及Al2O3;原矿-0.075 mm粒级占69.94%,-0.075 mm粒级中CaF2分布率为80.68%,此时原矿中萤石单体解离度为71.4%,其余以连生体形式存在。可以预见,大部分单体萤石将在高品位系统得到回收,而连生体未能有效解离导致低品位系统精矿CaF2品位偏低,需要再磨才能获得合格萤石精矿产品。
粗选采用自主研发的含OH、COO等多种基团的高效抑钙药剂CK-08和耐低温高效萤石捕收剂CYP-01,实现粗选碳酸钙的高效抑制和萤石的高效富集回收;精选采用“前碱后酸”工艺,实现萤石与硅酸盐及碳酸盐脉石矿物的高效浮选分离。根据萤石解离度情况,构建高品位系统和低品位系统的双循环系统。通过双循环系统,分别获得高品位萤石精矿产品和低品位萤石精矿产品。试验原则流程见图1

萤石(CaF2)与方解石(CaCO3)含有相同的钙活性质点,它们可浮性相近,分离难度大,需要在矿浆体系中加入盐酸等酸性药剂或碳酸钠等碱性药剂改变它们的表面电位,扩大萤石与方解石等含钙脉石矿物的可浮性差异,实现萤石的高效富集回收。碳酸钠是萤石浮选常用调整剂,它不仅可调节矿浆pH值,也可作为矿浆分散剂,有利于提高萤石的浮选指标[6]。水玻璃用量2 000 g/t、CK-08用量400 g/t、CYP-01用量500 g/t,按照图2所示流程,进行了碳酸钠用量试验,结果见表4。由表4可知,随着碳酸钠用量增加,粗精矿产率逐渐升高,萤石品位逐渐下降而萤石回收率逐渐升高。碳酸钠用量3 000 g/t时,获得的粗选指标较好,之后继续增加碳酸钠用量,粗精矿产率升高但萤石回收率增加幅度不大,粗精矿中碳酸钙继续富集,萤石品位下降。综合考虑,粗选碳酸钠用量3 000 g/t为宜。
粗选碳酸钠用量3 000 g/t,其他条件不变,进行了水玻璃用量试验,结果见表5。由表5可知,随着水玻璃用量增加,粗精矿产率逐渐下降,萤石品位逐渐升高而萤石回收率逐渐下降,水玻璃用量2 000 g/t时获得的粗选指标较好,再继续增加水玻璃用量,粗精矿萤石品位升高但萤石回收率下降幅度明显。综合考虑,粗选水玻璃用量2 000 g/t为宜。
粗选水玻璃用量2 000 g/t,其他条件不变,进行了抑制剂CK-08用量试验,结果见表6。由表6可知:不加CK-08时,粗精矿中碳酸钙显著富集;随着CK-08用量增加,粗精矿中碳酸钙含量及萤石回收率逐渐下降;CK-08用量400 g/t时粗选指标较好,再继续增加CK-08用量,萤石回收率下降幅度明显。综合考虑,粗选CK-08用量400 g/t为宜。
萤石捕收剂CYP-01具有分散溶解性好、耐低温、捕收能力强、选择性好等性能,在国内大型萤石矿山获得了工业应用[7]。粗选CK-08用量400 g/t,其他条件不变,进行了捕收剂CYP-01用量试验,结果见表7。由表7可知,随着CYP-01用量增加,粗精矿产率逐渐升高,萤石品位逐渐下降而萤石回收率逐渐升高,CYP-01用量500 g/t时获得的粗选指标较好,再继续增加CYP-01用量,粗精矿萤石品位下降明显但萤石回收率增加幅度较小。综合考虑,粗选CYP-01用量500 g/t为宜。
萤石粗选获得的粗精矿中除萤石外,还含有大量石英、石榴石、方解石等脉石矿物,脉石矿物组成复杂。为了实现萤石与复杂脉石矿物的高效分离,进行了不同精选工艺对比试验。
采用8次精选流程,全碱性精选、全酸性精选及“前碱后酸”精选获得的萤石精矿指标对比结果见表8。其中全碱性精选1~7水玻璃用量分别为500、300、200、150、100、50、50 g/t,精选8不加水玻璃。全酸性精选1~8酸性水玻璃用量分别为300、200、150、100、100、50、50、25 g/t。“前碱后酸”精选1~3为空白选;精选4~8盐酸+酸化水玻璃用量分别为500+200、200+150、150+100、100+100、(100+100)g/t。由表8可知,采用碱性区(水玻璃)抑硅、酸性区(盐酸+酸化水玻璃)抑钙的“前碱后酸”精选获得的萤石精矿指标较好。这主要是因为该矿中含有方解石等含钙脉石矿物和石榴石等硅酸盐脉石矿物,脉石组分复杂,萤石与这些脉石矿物在精选过程中同步分离难度很大,采用不同调整剂调节矿浆pH值,结合高效抑制剂,利用不同矿浆体系下萤石与各脉石矿物可浮性差异,可实现萤石与各脉石矿物的高效分离[8]。“前碱后酸”精选工艺更适于处理该矿石。
采用“前碱后酸”精选工艺,在精选工艺流程和药剂制度优化基础上,进行了高品位系统萤石回收全流程闭路试验,试验流程见图3,结果见表9。由表9可知,高品位系统萤石回收全流程闭路试验可获得产率13.67%、CaF2品位96.11%、CaCO3含量1.37%、萤石回收率60.13%的萤石精矿。中矿1、中矿4和粗扫选泡沫合并作为中矿(该中矿为低品位系统萤石回收的给矿),中矿产率34.65%、CaF2品位20.41%、CaCO3含量8.35%、萤石回收率32.37%。
高品位系统中矿集中进行浓缩处理,中矿矿浆浓缩至矿浆浓度(质量分数)40%左右,再进行低品位系统萤石回收试验研究。
低品位系统给矿萤石多以难选、未有效解离的连生体存在,因此需要通过磨矿使萤石充分解离,并结合高效浮选药剂来实现低品位萤石高效富集回收。低品位系统粗选试验流程见图4。在此条件下进行了磨矿细度试验,结果见表10。由表10可知,随着磨矿细度变细,低品位粗精矿产率逐步升高,CaF2品位先上升后降低,萤石回收率逐步上升,磨矿细度-0.038 mm粒级占71.22%时,可获得产率34.63%、CaF2品位40.73%、萤石作业回收率69.11%的低品位粗精矿。
低品位系统通过磨矿使萤石充分解离,并结合新型抑制剂CK-08和耐低温高效萤石捕收剂CYP-01实现低品位萤石高效富集回收,精选采用盐酸和酸化水玻璃作抑制剂,强化对碳酸钙等脉石矿物的抑制。通过大量试验确定了适宜的药剂制度,在此基础上进行了低品位系统全流程闭路试验,试验流程见图5,结果见表11。由表11可知,低品位系统萤石回收全流程闭路试验可获得作业产率11.35%(对原矿产率3.93%)、CaF2品位85.08%,萤石作业回收率47.38%(对原矿回收率15.34%)的低品位萤石精矿。
结合高品位系统萤石回收闭路试验和低品位系统萤石回收闭路试验结果,可获得全流程闭路试验技术指标。全流程闭路试验技术指标见表12。全流程闭路试验可获得产率13.67%、CaF2品位96.11%、CaCO3含量1.37%、萤石回收率60.13%的高品位萤石精矿以及产率3.93%、CaF2品位85.08%、萤石回收率15.34%的低品位萤石精矿。综合精矿(高品位萤石精矿+低品位萤石精矿)CaF2品位93.65%,萤石总回收率达75.47%,实现了低品位伴生萤石资源的高效回收。
1)原矿中有用矿物为萤石(CaF2品位21.74%),主要杂质组分为SiO2、CaO及Al2O3;原矿中-0.075 mm粒级占69.94%,CaF2分布率为80.68%;萤石单体解离度为71.4%,其余以连生体形式存在。
2)通过详细的选矿试验研究,开发出低品位伴生萤石资源提质增量新技术,该技术的双循环系统由高品位系统(一次粗选一次扫选八次精选)和低品位系统(浓缩脱药-磨矿-一次粗选四次精选)组成。采用新技术,全流程闭路试验可获得产率13.67%、CaF2品位96.11%、CaCO3含量1.37%、萤石回收率60.13%的高品位萤石精矿和产率3.93%、CaF2品位85.08%、萤石回收率15.34%的低品位萤石精矿。综合精矿(高品位萤石+低品位萤石精矿)CaF2品位93.65%,萤石总回收率达75.47%,低品位萤石资源得到了高效回收利用。
