To address the problem in the existing grinding and classification system in Luzhong concentrator, the 5# grinding and classification system in the concentrator was optimized and upgraded by the following measures, including optimizing the working conditions of the autogenous mill, adding pre-concentration process with magnetic pulley for the oversized material of the drum screen and wet pre-concentration process before the ball mill, replacing the spiral classifier with a hydrocyclone group. Those measures can not only increase the actual processing capacity of 5# system to 232 t/h from 186 t/h, but also discard waste ore grading 7.05% TFe with a yield of 5.40%, presenting an iron loss rate of 1.25%. Meanwhile, +0.5 mm coarse sand can be produced with a yield of 12.63% and an iron loss rate of 3.86%. It is shown that in the first-stage overflow of the hydrocyclone, 44.09% product grading 53.00% TFe is yielded, indicating a good effect by optimization and upgrading measures.

针对鲁中选矿厂原磨矿分级系统存在的问题,对该厂5#系列磨矿分级系统进行优化改造。通过优化自磨机运行工况、增设圆筒筛筛上产品磁滑轮预选和球磨机磨前湿式预选、更换螺旋分级机为水力旋流器组等措施,改造后5#系列实际处理量由186 t/h提升至232 t/h,可提前抛出产率5.40%、TFe品位7.05%的废石,铁损失率1.25%,同时可产出产率12.63%的+0.5 mm粒级粗砂,铁损失率3.86%,水力旋流器一段溢流产率44.09%、TFe品位53.00%,优化改造效果明显。

To address the problem in the existing grinding and classification system in Luzhong concentrator, the 5# grinding and classification system in the concentrator was optimized and upgraded by the following measures, including optimizing the working conditions of the autogenous mill, adding pre-concentration process with magnetic pulley for the oversized material of the drum screen and wet pre-concentration process before the ball mill, replacing the spiral classifier with a hydrocyclone group. Those measures can not only increase the actual processing capacity of 5# system to 232 t/h from 186 t/h, but also discard waste ore grading 7.05% TFe with a yield of 5.40%, presenting an iron loss rate of 1.25%. Meanwhile, +0.5 mm coarse sand can be produced with a yield of 12.63% and an iron loss rate of 3.86%. It is shown that in the first-stage overflow of the hydrocyclone, 44.09% product grading 53.00% TFe is yielded, indicating a good effect by optimization and upgrading measures.

鲁中选矿厂目前处理的矿石来自高温热液接触交代(矽卡岩型)含铜钴磁铁矿床[1],主要铁矿物为磁铁矿、次为赤铁矿。随着开采深度增加和港里矿的投产,选矿厂入选矿石品位降低,矿石中赤褐铁矿含量增加,铁矿物嵌布粒度变细,原磨矿分级工艺流程已不适应当前矿石性质,导致一段磨矿溢流产品粗粒级与微细粒级含量均很高,泥化严重[2-4]
鲁中选矿厂目前磨选系统配置的设备台套数多,难以实现磨选自动化,设备故障率高,生产管理难度大,成本可控性差,有必要对磨选系统进行优化。通过优化自磨机设备运行工况、增设圆筒筛筛上产品磁滑轮预选、增设球磨机磨前预选、更换螺旋分级机为水力旋流器组等措施,对5#系列磨矿分级流程进行优化改造,可在小范围内进行工业试验,再将优化改造经验推广到选矿厂其他系列上,可为选矿厂提产扩能提供技术支撑。
采场矿石破碎至-350 mm,经磁滑轮干选后的精矿通过带式输送机输送到鲁中选矿厂,作为磨矿分级流程的给矿,即为本研究的试样。
显微镜下鉴定和X射线衍射分析综合研究结果查明,试样中铁矿物主要为磁铁矿和假象赤铁矿,次为赤铁矿和褐铁矿;脉石矿物以绿泥石为主,其次是方解石、蛇纹石、石英、长石、闪石、辉石、云母和蒙脱石等,尚见少量黄铁矿、自然铜零星分布。试样化学多元素和铁物相分析结果分别见表1表2。结果表明:试样中TFe品位33.69%、Cu品位0.058%,可考虑综合回收;试样TFe/FeO为4.42,碱性系数w(CaO+MgO)/w(SiO2+Al2O3)为0.67;脉石组分主要为SiO2,其次为CaO、MgO和Al2O3,四者含量总计为40.76%;有害杂质硫和磷含量均不高,对铁精矿质量影响不大;试样中磁铁矿中铁和假象赤铁矿中铁合计分布率为57.48%,这即为选矿采用单一弱磁选分选铁矿物时铁的最大理论回收率。综合化学成分特点,可以认为该矿样属低硫低磷含铜的半自熔磁-赤铁混合矿。
选矿厂原磨矿分级工艺流程如图1所示。矿石由粉矿仓给入湿式自磨机,自磨机排矿进入5 mm圆筒筛,圆筒筛筛下产品给入螺旋分级机预先分级,螺旋分级机返砂连同圆筒筛筛上产品一起进入球磨机磨矿,球磨机排矿给入螺旋分级机分级,螺旋分级机溢流进入磁选系统。
选矿厂原磨矿分级流程存在的问题主要表现在以下几个方面。
1)自磨机存在过磨现象。原流程自磨机磨矿浓度高,矿浆流动性较差,自磨机排矿速度较低,导致合格粒级的产品不能及时排出而产生过磨现象,影响磨矿效率。
2)圆筒筛筛上产品难以处理。原流程圆筒筛筛上矿石粒度25~50 mm,且TFe品位大于40%,无法直接抛废。粒度过粗不适合直接给入球磨机,若返回至自磨机,也会在自磨机内形成低品位“顽石”积累,难以处理。
3)磨前缺少预选作业。磨前预选可降低入磨量。原流程圆筒筛筛下产品进入螺旋分级机后,返砂直接进入球磨机进行磨矿,而圆筒筛筛下产品粒度为-5 mm,已经符合磨前预选要求。
4)螺旋分级机处理量难以提高且占用空间。原流程与磨矿作业配套使用的分级设备为螺旋分级机,自磨机产量提升后,给入螺旋分级机的矿量同步增加,分级效果受到影响,分级机成为制约磨矿系统提升的工艺环节,同时由于螺旋分级机体积较大,占用预选改造空间。
对鲁中选矿厂5#系列磨矿分级流程进行改造。主要改造措施包括以下几个方面。
1)优化自磨机设备运行工况。通过加大自磨机排料筛孔尺寸,优化自磨机格子板的结构形式,提高排料速度,提高自磨机的通过速率,同时实现磨矿自动化,使自磨机始终保持高效运行,为其处理能力提升创造条件。
2)增设圆筒筛筛上产品预选作业。在返回自磨机前增设筛上产品预选作业,既能降低循环负荷,又能将“顽石”剔除,同时减少湿式尾矿量,减轻尾矿库负担,综合效益显著。
3)增设球磨机磨前预选作业。增设磨前预选,提前抛出TFe品位8%左右的尾矿,同时对预选尾矿进行分级,-0.5 mm粒级物料经中矿浓缩后进入弱磁性矿物的选别流程,保障金属回收率,+0.5 mm粒级物料则直接作为细砂进行综合利用[5]
4)将螺旋分级机更换为水力旋流器组。将螺旋分级机更换为体积更小、效率更高的水力旋流器组,以适应更大的处理量并节省空间。
线速度1.31 m/s、磁场强度0.35 T,采用磁滑轮对圆筒筛筛上产品进行实验室模拟预选抛尾试验;磁场强度0.15 T,采用磁选管对磁滑轮预选精矿进行验证试验,探索筛上产品预选抛尾、减少球磨机入磨量的可行性,试验结果分别见表3表4。磁滑轮预选抛尾试验精矿TFe品位达到了48.98%,尾矿TFe品位为6.83%,铁回收率93.57%;磁选管验证试验精矿TFe品位64.38%,尾矿TFe品位20.61%,与现场二段弱磁选尾矿品位相差不大。圆筒筛筛上产品通过磁滑轮预选抛尾,能提高球磨机入磨品位,作业抛废率约33%。
磁场强度0.35 T,磁滑轮线速度对预选抛尾效果的影响如表5所示。结果表明,磁滑轮线速度增大,尾矿产率增加,精矿TFe品位和mFe品位变化不大,Cu未见明显分选,不作考虑。线速度1.31 m/s时,尾矿产率34.55%,尾矿TFe品位8.86%、mFe品位1.56%,尾矿TFe损失率8.11%、mFe损失率1.95%,磁滑轮线速度1.31 m/s为宜。
考虑到工业现场圆筒筛筛上产品含水的问题,将干燥后的圆筒筛筛上产品配入一定比例的水并混匀,在线速度1.31 m/s、磁场强度0.35 T条件下进行不同含水率磁滑轮试验,结果见表6。含水率增加,预选尾矿产率降低,TFe和mFe品位变化不大。现场实际操作过程中,水分超过3%,存在皮带粘矿的现象,所以磨矿仓给料要尽量降低含水率,以确保后续抛尾效果。
对现场5#系列圆筒筛筛下产品开展湿式预选试验研究,磁场强度分别为0.55和0.65 T,每个磁场强度进行2次重复试验,结果见表7。磁场强度增大,尾矿TFe品位和产率均降低;重复试验结果一致。
为摸清预选抛废尾矿粒度组成情况,达到针对性地抛废控制,对湿式预选尾矿进行了粒度分布测试,结果见表8。尾矿+2 mm粒级产品TFe品位4.81%~6.41%,1~2 mm粒级产品TFe品位5.85%~7.54%,均可直接抛废,累计产率13.72%~15.92%,约占预选给矿的10%。
鲁中选矿厂利用现场设备进行圆筒筛筛下产品湿式预选半工业试验。在螺旋分级机东侧安装磁选机(磁场强度0.26 T),将圆筒筛筛下产品加水稀释至矿浆浓度(质量分数)30%左右给入磁选机进行预选试验,对预选精矿和尾矿分别取样化验,并对预选尾矿进行粒度分布测试,结果见表910。尾矿产率47.91%、TFe品位12.01%、损失率15.79%,与实验室试验相比,尾矿产率较低而TFe品位较高,现场使用利旧磁选机,磁场强度仅0.26 T,再叠加实际工业生产的复杂性,导致抛废指标不如实验室试验。预选半工业试验尾矿中+5 mm粒级产品TFe品位4.02%,1~5 mm粒级产品TFe品位7.90%,累计TFe品位5.59%、产率22.51%,相比实验室试验尾矿品位更低,因此考虑将抛废下限降低至0.5 mm,经筛析,+0.5 mm粒级产品累计TFe品位7.41%、累计产率30.47%,占预选给矿的14.59%。
对+0.5 mm粒级预选尾矿进行再磨-再选试验,磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占85%,磁场强度0.8 T,结果见表11。再磨-再选精矿作业产率21.34%、TFe品位22.62%,在相同的细度条件下,低于现场赤褐铁矿回收流程中强磁选尾矿品位,证实+0.5 mm粒级湿式预选尾矿暂无回收价值,可直接抛废。
试验结果证实,圆筒筛筛上产品磁滑轮预选抛尾、筛下产品磨前预选-预选尾矿筛分的方案可行,按磨矿仓给矿计算,预计能减少入磨量约40%。筛上产品预选尾矿、筛下产品磨前预选+0.5 mm粒级可直接抛尾,抛尾TFe品位7%左右,可产出粗砂、碎石等产品。
根据选矿工艺“能抛早抛”的基础原则,对圆筒筛筛上产品进行预选抛尾,减少后续流程的负荷,技术上可行,经济上合理,符合现阶段选矿技术的发展方向。
2024年9月,鲁中选矿厂对5#系列原磨矿分级系统进行优化改造。磨矿仓产品先经自磨机磨矿,自磨机排矿进入5 mm圆筒筛筛分。筛上产品进行磁滑轮预选,预选尾矿作为碎石抛废,预选精矿返回自磨机;筛下产品进行磨前湿式预选,预选尾矿经0.5 mm直线筛筛分,+0.5 mm粒级产品作为粗砂产品抛除,-0.5 mm粒级产品给入1#Φ45 m中矿浓密机,预选精矿经水力旋流器分级,与球磨机形成一段闭路磨矿,分级溢流则进入弱磁选作业。
2024年9月11日和12日,鲁中选矿厂对改造后的5#系列磨矿分级系统进行流程考查,结果如表1213所示。采用粒级平衡和产率平衡两个方程联立求解一段磨矿分级作业产品产率,采用金属量平衡和产率平衡两个方程联立求解其他作业产品产率,在产率、金属量和粒级平衡的基础上进行相应回收率等计算。改造后5#系列磨矿分级工艺数质量流程图如图2所示。
改造前后5#系列磨矿分级系统技术指标对比情况如表14所示。改造前,5#系列磨矿分级系统实际处理量为186 t/h(设计处理量198 t/h),改造后实际处理量为232 t/h(设计处理量230 t/h),经优化改造,磨矿分级系统处理量提高,将来能更好地适应贫化的铁矿石。改造后可以抛出产率5.40%、TFe品位7.05%的预选尾矿,铁损失率为1.25%,同时可产出产率12.63%的+0.5 mm粒级粗砂,铁损失率为3.86%。
改造前,5#系列一段磨矿分级溢流+0.2 mm粒级产率14.78%,-0.074 mm粒级产率仅58.31%,-0.019 mm粒级产率高达29.46%,呈典型的“两头大、中间小”分布,一段溢流不仅未达到预期细度,其微细粒级含量已经偏高,说明自磨过程泥化严重;改造后一段溢流+0.2 mm粒级产率仅5.69%,-0.074 mm粒级产率75.84%,-0.019 mm粒级产率15.52%,改造后-0.074 mm粒级产率显著增高,-0.019 mm粒级产率显著降低,说明泥化情况得到了改善。改造前一段溢流TFe品位仅33.70%,改造后,相应的TFe品位提高至53.00%,有利于后续选别。
改造后,5#系列一段磨矿0.074 mm分级质效率达到了56.51%,分级设备由螺旋分级机更换为水力旋流器组后,分级效率得到显著提高,且占地面积较小。
针对鲁中选矿厂原磨矿分级工艺流程存在的问题,通过优化自磨机设备运行工况、增设圆筒筛筛上产品磁滑轮预选抛废和球磨机磨前湿式预选、更换螺旋分级机为水力旋流器组等措施,5#系列磨矿分级系统实际处理量由186 t/h提升至232 t/h,可抛出产率5.40%、TFe品位7.05%的废石,铁损失率1.25%,同时产出产率12.63%的+0.5 mm粒级粗砂,铁损失率3.86%,水力旋流器溢流产率为44.09%、TFe品位为53.00%,优化改造效果明显。后续可将5#系列改造经验推广到其他系列。
