A copper-gold ore from Xizang grades 0.50% Cu and 0.24 g/t Au, in which chalcopyrite as the dominant copper mineral is finely disseminated. It was proposed that a stepwise flotation process be employed to process this ore. At the first-stage roughing, a non-polar collector CM-2 was adopted under low-alkaline conditions to recover those easily floatable copper and gold minerals, and at the second-stage roughing, Z-200 was adopted to enhance copper flotation effect, so as to improve the recovery rates of copper and gold. A closed-circuit experiment yielded a copper-gold concentrate grading 22.33% Cu and 9.96 g/t Au at the corresponding recoveries of 90.57% and 79.83%, respectively. Compared to high-alkaline flotation processes with ethyl xanthate or Z-200 as collectors, this stepwise flotation process can increase gold recovery by more than 10 percentage points. This technical process can not only avoid depression effect of lime on gold minerals, but also strengthen the collecting effect of copper and gold minerals, thus achieving efficient resource recovery. This study can provide a reference for exploitation and utilization of similar ores.

西藏某铜金矿Cu品位0.50%、Au品位0.24 g/t,铜矿物主要为黄铜矿,嵌布粒度较细。采用分步梯级浮选工艺,一步粗选采用非极性捕收剂CM-2在低碱条件下回收易浮铜、金矿物,二步粗选采用Z-200强化浮铜,有效提升铜、金回收率。闭路实验获得了Cu品位22.33%、Au品位9.96 g/t的铜金精矿,铜和金回收率分别为90.57%和79.83%。相较于乙黄药或Z-200作捕收剂时的高碱浮选工艺,梯级浮选工艺可提高金回收率10百分点以上。该工艺避免了石灰对金矿物的抑制作用,强化了对铜、金矿物的捕收效果,实现了资源的高效回收,可为同类矿石的开发利用提供参考与借鉴。

A copper-gold ore from Xizang grades 0.50% Cu and 0.24 g/t Au, in which chalcopyrite as the dominant copper mineral is finely disseminated. It was proposed that a stepwise flotation process be employed to process this ore. At the first-stage roughing, a non-polar collector CM-2 was adopted under low-alkaline conditions to recover those easily floatable copper and gold minerals, and at the second-stage roughing, Z-200 was adopted to enhance copper flotation effect, so as to improve the recovery rates of copper and gold. A closed-circuit experiment yielded a copper-gold concentrate grading 22.33% Cu and 9.96 g/t Au at the corresponding recoveries of 90.57% and 79.83%, respectively. Compared to high-alkaline flotation processes with ethyl xanthate or Z-200 as collectors, this stepwise flotation process can increase gold recovery by more than 10 percentage points. This technical process can not only avoid depression effect of lime on gold minerals, but also strengthen the collecting effect of copper and gold minerals, thus achieving efficient resource recovery. This study can provide a reference for exploitation and utilization of similar ores.

铜作为一种战略性矿产资源,在航空航天工业、汽车工业、建筑工业、电子工业等诸多领域得到广泛应用[1-3]。我国铜资源主要分布于西藏、内蒙古、云南、江西等地,总储量约为2 700万吨,仅占世界总储量的3%,人均铜矿资源较为匮乏[4-6]。我国铜矿资源以硫化铜矿为主,并常与金、银、钼等金属紧密伴生。80%以上的伴生金来自铜矿床,因此在回收铜的过程中强化铜矿中伴生金的回收意义重大[7-9]
目前针对硫化铜矿通常采用高碱浮选工艺流程,通过添加硫氨脂类、黑药类或黄药类捕收剂浮选铜矿物,同时添加大量石灰抑制黄铁矿,实现铜、硫矿物的有效分离[10-11]。然而高碱矿浆环境同时也会抑制金、银等伴生贵金属,造成矿石经济价值的极大损失。因此,实现铜、硫高效分离及伴生金属的综合回收是提升资源利用水平的重要举措。近年来,开发高选择性的铜金捕收剂和新型硫抑制剂来实现低碱或无碱浮选成为主要研究方向[12-15]
西藏是我国重要的铜矿资源地,目前已探明的特大型铜矿区有多龙铜矿、巨龙铜矿、玉龙铜矿、甲玛铜矿等,铜、钼、金、银等金属资源储量巨大。本文针对西藏某含金铜矿开展浮选回收试验研究,通过工艺矿物学特性分析、分步梯级浮选工艺与药剂制度的设计和优化,实现矿石中铜、金资源的高效回收。
实验矿样为斑岩型铜金矿样,取自西藏。表1为矿样化学多元素分析结果,表2为矿样中铜化学物相分析结果,表3为矿石中主要矿物含量。
矿样中主要有价元素Cu和Au品位分别为0.50%和0.24 g/t,其他组分主要包括SiO2、Al2O3、K2O等。矿石中铜主要以原生硫化铜形式存在,其次为次生硫化铜,该铜矿氧化率为9.00%。矿石中主要硫化矿物为黄铁矿和黄铜矿,铜矿物除黄铜矿外还存在少量斑铜矿、辉铜矿、铜蓝;脉石矿物以石英和云母为主,两者含量合计达77.23%,同时还含有一定量长石类、绿泥石等脉石矿物。
矿石镜下分析结果表明,矿石中黄铜矿除少数呈单体产出外,大部分与脉石、黄铁矿紧密连生,嵌布关系复杂。同时部分黄铜矿表面覆盖有次生硫化铜矿物,形成铜矿物集合体颗粒。
图1为硫化铜矿物的嵌布粒度分析结果。矿石中硫化铜矿物具有不均匀细粒~微细粒嵌布特征,其中+74 μm粒级铜矿物累计占比为74.63%,+37 μm粒级铜矿物累计占比为89.56%。
以上结果表明,该铜金矿中铜矿物组分较为复杂,且嵌布粒度较细,磨矿过程较难实现铜矿物的完全解离,存在易浮铜矿物(解离度高)与难浮铜矿物(解离度低),采用梯级浮选工艺有利于保证铜精矿品位与回收率。
采用分步梯级浮选工艺回收矿石中铜、金矿物。首先在低碱条件下一步浮选回收大部分易浮铜、金矿物,一步粗选尾矿再强化浮铜,进一步回收难浮铜、金矿物。该工艺关键在于确定适宜的浮选条件,保证一步粗选铜、金回收率。通过条件实验研究磨矿细度、捕收剂种类及用量、调整剂用量等对一步粗选过程中铜、金回收的影响;在条件实验基础上进行梯级浮选工艺下的闭路实验研究,并与传统高碱工艺进行对比,详细考察梯级浮选工艺对铜、金的回收效果。铜金一步粗选条件实验工艺流程如图2所示。
实验用药剂乙硫氨酯(Z-200)、2#油、MIBC、乙基黄原酸钠(乙黄药)均为工业纯,来自吉安天卓选矿药剂有限公司;石灰(CaO)和硫酸铵[(NH42SO4]为分析纯,来自天津科密欧化学试剂有限公司。CM-1、CM-2、CM-3均为中南大学自主研发的非极性捕收剂,其中碳链长度为:CM-3>CM-2>CM-1。
由于矿石中铜矿物嵌布粒度细,需要适宜磨矿保证其充分解离,同时磨矿过程需尽可能避免铜矿物的过磨和脉石矿物的泥化。调整剂(NH42SO4直接加入球磨机中,添加量500 g/t,捕收剂CM-2用量40 g/t、起泡剂MIBC用量15 g/t条件下,考察了磨矿细度对铜金粗精矿品位及回收率的影响,结果如图3所示。铜金粗精矿中Cu和Au品位随着磨矿细度增加逐渐下降,回收率则呈先升后降的趋势。磨矿细度为-74 μm粒级占63%时,Cu、Au回收率分别达到84.07%、66.12%,继续提高磨矿细度不仅对提高回收率无明显作用,还会导致Cu与Au品位下降。适宜的磨矿细度为-74 μm粒级占63%。
调整剂(NH42SO4可以调节矿浆pH值与电位,适宜用量下可选择性强化铜矿物的上浮。铜金粗选捕收剂CM-2用量40 g/t、起泡剂MIBC用量15 g/t,进行了(NH42SO4用量条件实验,结果如图4所示。磨矿过程中添加(NH42SO4可显著提升铜金粗精矿中Cu、Au品位与回收率。铜金粗精矿中Cu、Au回收率随着(NH42SO4用量增加逐渐升高,直至(NH42SO4用量达到500 g/t后趋于稳定。与未使用(NH42SO4时相比,(NH42SO4用量500 g/t时粗精矿中Cu品位提升了近1百分点、Cu回收率提升了近18百分点、Au回收率提升了近17百分点。确定磨矿过程中(NH42SO4适宜用量为500 g/t。
铜金粗选不添加石灰以回收大部分易浮铜、金矿物,因此不宜采用黄药类等选择性较差的捕收剂。捕收剂种类实验主要考察中南大学自主研发的CM系列新型非极性捕收剂对铜、金矿物的捕收效果。实验过程中固定磨矿细度为-74 μm粒级占63%,(NH42SO4用量500 g/t、起泡剂MIBC用量15 g/t、捕收剂用量40 g/t,捕收剂种类对铜金粗精矿品位及回收率的影响见表4。碳链长度较短的CM-1捕收剂选择性最好,获得的铜金粗精矿中Cu品位高达15.21%,但捕收能力较差,Cu、Au回收率分别为71.81%、54.81%;CM-1与Z-200按3∶1配合使用时,Cu、Au回收率得到有效提升,分别达到84.29%、67.37%,但Cu品位下降明显;中等碳链长度的CM-2捕收剂在提高Cu与Au回收率的同时,亦能保证粗精矿品位。确定CM-2为铜金粗选的捕收剂。
相同条件下,进行了捕收剂CM-2用量条件实验,结果如图5所示。Cu、Au回收率随着CM-2用量增加先逐渐上升后趋于稳定,粗精矿品位则随着CM-2用量增加逐渐下降。CM-2用量40 g/t时,回收率基本达到峰值,且粗精矿品位适中。确定捕收剂CM-2的适宜用量为40 g/t。
磨矿细度-74 μm粒级占63%,(NH42SO4用量500 g/t、CM-2用量40 g/t、起泡剂用量15 g/t,考察了起泡剂MIBC与2#油对铜金粗精矿品位及回收率的影响,结果如表5所示。2种起泡剂获得的粗精矿中铜、金回收率接近,而MIBC为起泡剂时粗精矿品位提升明显,因此选用MIBC为铜金粗选适宜的起泡剂。
基于上述条件实验研究结果,开展了实验室小型浮选闭路实验,考察了分步梯级浮选工艺对铜、金的浮选效果,浮选流程如图6所示,其中一步粗选在低碱条件下采用CM-2为捕收剂回收易浮铜、金矿物,二步粗选在高碱条件下采用铜捕收剂Z-200强化浮铜。同时在实验室闭路实验中对比了该工艺和传统高碱浮铜工艺的浮选指标,传统高碱浮铜工艺流程见图7,结果见表6。采用梯级浮选工艺可获得高品位的铜金精矿1和较低品位的铜金精矿2,两精矿合并后可获得Cu品位22.33%、Au品位9.96 g/t的铜金精矿,铜和金回收率分别为90.57%和79.83%。相较于传统高碱浮选工艺和药剂制度,梯级浮选工艺可有效促进金的回收,金回收率提升10百分点以上。

2)采用分步梯级浮选工艺分步回收矿石中的铜、金矿物可提高金属回收率,一步粗选添加矿浆调整剂硫酸铵和采用新型非极性捕收剂CM-2可以进一步强化铜、金矿物的捕收。
3)分步梯级浮选闭路实验获得了Cu品位22.33%、Au品位9.96 g/t的铜金精矿,铜和金的回收率分别为90.57%和79.83%。相较于传统高碱浮选工艺和药剂制度,金回收率提高了10百分点以上。
