A beneficiation test was performed with a kind of fine-grained refractory fluorite ore in Hunan Province for rational development and utilization. In the test, a process consisting of coarse grinding, pre-concentration, regrinding and re-concentration of rough concentrate was adopted, with CYP-01 as a collector, sodium carbonate as a modifier, and water glass as a depressant. Depression in steps was performed in the cleaning stage. With the coarse grinding fineness of -0.045 mm 50%, regrinding fineness of-0.045 mm 85%, a kind of chemical-grade fluorite product with CaF2 grade of 93.04% was obtained at 64.24% recovery after one stage of roughing and eight stages of cleaning. It is shown that such kind of fine-grained refractory fluorite ore can be effectively recovered and utilized.

为合理开发利用湖南某细粒难选萤石矿,采用粗磨-预选回收-粗精矿再磨再选的选矿流程,以CYP-01为捕收剂、碳酸钠为调整剂、水玻璃为抑制剂,并在精选段使用分段抑制的方式,在粗磨细度-0.045 mm粒级占50%、再磨细度-0.045 mm粒级占85%条件下,经一次粗选、八次精选,获得了CaF2品位93.04%、回收率64.24%的化工级萤石产品,实现了该细粒难选萤石矿的高效回收利用。

A beneficiation test was performed with a kind of fine-grained refractory fluorite ore in Hunan Province for rational development and utilization. In the test, a process consisting of coarse grinding, pre-concentration, regrinding and re-concentration of rough concentrate was adopted, with CYP-01 as a collector, sodium carbonate as a modifier, and water glass as a depressant. Depression in steps was performed in the cleaning stage. With the coarse grinding fineness of -0.045 mm 50%, regrinding fineness of-0.045 mm 85%, a kind of chemical-grade fluorite product with CaF2 grade of 93.04% was obtained at 64.24% recovery after one stage of roughing and eight stages of cleaning. It is shown that such kind of fine-grained refractory fluorite ore can be effectively recovered and utilized.

萤石是我国的战略性非金属矿产资源,广泛应用于冶金、陶瓷、医药、造纸、化学、光学等领域,是氟化工重要的工业原料[1-4]。我国是萤石生产和消费大国,产量与消费量均居全球首位。近年来,新能源领域对氟化工产品的需求日益旺盛,萤石资源消费量呈现逐年上升的态势。尽管我国萤石资源储量丰富,但贫矿多、组成复杂、难选别、利用率低,未来将面临萤石资源依赖进口、供需矛盾突出等问题,严重威胁我国新兴技术领域的发展甚至是国家战略安全[5-8]。针对我国复杂难选萤石资源的开发利用技术研究具有重要意义。
本文对湖南某细粒难选萤石矿进行了选矿试验研究,采用高效捕收剂并配合精选段分步抑制的方式,获得合格的化工级萤石产品,实现该萤石矿的高效回收利用。
试验矿样为湖南某萤石矿。矿样化学多元素分析结果见表1,矿物组成见表2。样品中CaF2品位为40.43%,SiO2和Al2O3含量分别为19.86%和14.53%。萤石是选矿富集回收的主要目的矿物,其矿物含量为40.4%,脉石矿物以绢云母为主,此外含少量方解石、石英/长石、赤褐铁矿等,属云母型萤石矿石。结合MLA矿物分析系统和显微镜镜下观察发现,萤石主要为自形、半自形等轴粒状或不规则粒状,少部分为不规则团块状或细脉状,主要与绢云母或方解石等紧密交生,嵌布关系极为复杂,晶粒或集合体内部常包裹有微细粒的绢云母、方解石等杂质矿物。
结合矿石性质研究结果,萤石是选矿富集回收的主要目的矿物,考虑到矿石中萤石的不均匀嵌布特征以及与脉石矿物复杂的嵌布关系,采用“粗磨-预选回收-粗精矿再磨再选”的流程对该萤石进行富集回收。
试验试剂包括碳酸钠(分析纯)、水玻璃(工业品)、CYP-01(工业品,由长沙矿冶研究院有限责任公司提供)、硫酸铝(分析纯)、氯化铁(分析纯)、盐酸(分析纯)、硫酸(分析纯)等。
仪器设备包括XMQ-Φ240*90锥形球磨机,XFD型(1 L、0.75 L、0.5 L)单槽浮选机,DL-5C型盘式真空过滤机,分析天平,电热鼓风干燥箱等。
解离度是影响浮选指标的重要因素之一,磨矿是实现矿物单体解离的有效手段[9]。按照图1所示流程,在调整剂碳酸钠用量1 000 g/t、抑制剂水玻璃用量1 800 g/t、捕收剂CYP-01用量500 g/t条件下,进行了粗磨磨矿细度试验,结果见图2。从图2可知,随着粗磨磨矿细度增加,浮选粗精矿品位逐渐下降,而回收率逐渐提高。适宜的粗磨磨矿细度为-0.045 mm粒级占50%,该条件下可获得CaF2品位52.35%、回收率97.12%的粗精矿。
粗磨磨矿细度-0.045 mm粒级占50%,其他条件不变,进行了粗选碳酸钠用量试验,结果见图3。从图3可知,增加碳酸钠用量可提升萤石回收率,但粗精矿品位下降。碳酸钠用量超过1 000 g/t后,继续增加碳酸钠用量,粗精矿回收率提升幅度较小且品位明显下降。从药剂消耗和选别指标等多方面考虑,粗选碳酸钠用量以1 000 g/t为宜。
碳酸钠用量1 000 g/t,其他条件不变,进行了粗选水玻璃用量试验,结果见图4。从图4可知,随着水玻璃用量增加,粗精矿品位逐渐增大、回收率逐渐减小。适宜的粗选水玻璃用量为3 600 g/t。
水玻璃用量3 600 g/t,其他条件不变,进行了粗选捕收剂CYP-01用量试验,结果见图5。从图5可知,增加捕收剂CYP-01用量有利于提升粗选回收率,但粗精矿品位逐渐减小。综合考虑,粗选CYP-01用量500 g/t为宜。
在粗磨磨矿细度-0.045 mm粒级占50%、碳酸钠用量1 000 g/t、水玻璃用量3 600 g/t、CYP-01用量500 g/t条件下进行粗选,获得了产率57.06%、品位66.43%、回收率93.06%的粗精矿。
为进一步提高萤石单体解离度,对粗精矿进行了再磨再选试验,试验流程见图6
在碳酸钠用量200 g/t、水玻璃用量500 g/t、CYP-01用量100 g/t条件下,按照图6所示流程进行了再磨细度试验,结果见图7。从图7可知,随着再磨细度增加,精矿品位增加而精矿回收率逐渐降低。适宜的再磨细度为-0.045 mm粒级占85%时,此时可获得CaF2品位77.76%、回收率80.83%的精矿。
再磨细度-0.045 mm粒级占85%,其他条件不变,进行了精选碳酸钠用量试验,结果见图8。随着碳酸钠用量增加,精矿回收率逐渐增大,精矿品位逐渐减小。综合比较,精选碳酸钠用量200 g/t为宜。
碳酸钠用量200 g/t,其他条件不变,进行了精选水玻璃用量试验,结果见图9。随着水玻璃用量增大,精矿回收率逐渐减小,精矿品位逐渐增大。适宜的精选水玻璃用量为500 g/t。
水玻璃用量500 g/t,其他条件不变,进行了精选捕收剂CYP-01用量试验,结果见图10。增加精选CYP-01用量有利于提高精矿回收率,但精矿品位逐渐减小。综合考虑,精选CYP-01用量100 g/t为宜。
该萤石矿中含有石英、方解石、钙铁硅酸盐等多种脉石矿物,石英、硅酸盐等矿物在碱性环境下能被有效抑制,而方解石在弱酸性环境下能被抑制,因此对脉石矿物采用分段抑制的方式,在精选4~8采用盐酸逐步调整矿浆pH值由碱性至弱酸性,从而强化对方解石的抑制。
选择合适的抑钙抑制剂是提高萤石精矿品位的关键,水玻璃是常用的方解石抑制剂,对水玻璃进行改性有助于增强其抑制能力和选择性[10-11]。以硫酸、硫酸铝和氯化铁分别与水玻璃按质量比1∶3混合配制成酸化水玻璃及盐化改性水玻璃,在盐酸用量500 g/t、抑制剂用量200 g/t条件下进行了方解石抑制剂种类对比试验,结果见表3。结果表明,对水玻璃进行改性有助于提高其抑制能力,以酸化水玻璃为抑制剂时,精矿品位高,回收率比铝盐和铁盐改性水玻璃为抑制剂获得的精矿高。在精选4~8段采用酸化水玻璃为抑制剂,通过分段抑制的方式,可有效提高精矿品位。
在条件试验和开路试验基础上进行了闭路试验,试验流程见图11,结果见表4。采用粗磨-预选回收-粗精矿再磨再选的闭路试验流程,在粗磨细度-0.045 mm粒级占50%、再磨细度-0.045 mm粒级占85%条件下,经一次粗选、八次精选,可获得产率27.86%、CaF2品位93.04%、回收率64.24%的化工级萤石精矿。
1)湖南某萤石矿矿物组成复杂,脉石矿物以绢云母、方解石、石英等为主,萤石具有不均匀中细粒嵌布的特点,且形态不规则,粒度较细,与脉石矿物嵌布关系复杂,特别是大部分晶粒内部包裹有微细粒的杂质矿物,属细粒难选萤石矿。
2)采用粗磨-预选回收-粗精矿再磨再选的试验流程,在粗磨磨矿细度-0.045 mm粒级占50%、再磨细度-0.045 mm粒级占85%条件下,经一次粗选、八次精选,获得了CaF2品位93.04%、回收率64.24%的化工级萤石产品,实现了该难选萤石资源的高效回收利用。
