Silicon oxide (SiO_x, 0<x<2) anode suffer from low intrinsic conductivity, unstable solid electrolyte interphase (SEI), and mechanical stress failure caused by volume expansion during cycling. To tackle these challenges, a modification strategy was proposed, featuring the synergistic regulation of a surface fast-ion coating layer and an in-situ constructed three-dimensional (3D) carbon nanotubes (CNTs) conductive network. Nano-sized Al₂O₃ was uniformly coated on the surface of SiO_x via solid-phase mechano-fusion technology, and also converted into a fast ionic conductor layer with high ionic mobility during electrochemical activation. Subsequently, a 3D CNTs conductive network was constructed on the outer layer of the material via chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Structural and morphological characterizations reveal that the in-situ grown CNTs are tightly interwined on the particle surfaces and within the interstices, establishing efficient electron transport pathways. The synergistic effect of LiAlO₂ and CNTs greatly enhances interfacial ion transport capacity and overall electronic conductivity. Electrochemical measurements indicate that the modified SiO_x@Al₂O₃@CNTs material exhibits outstanding electrochemical performance. It delivers discharge specific capacities of 1 283.2, 1 255.4, 1 236.4, 1 201.0 and 1 165.8 mAh/g at current densities of 0.2C, 0.5C, 1C, 2C and 4C, respectively. Furthermore, it retains a high specific capacity of approximately 1 000 mAh/g after 200 cycles at 0.1_C, far exceeding 552.3 mAh/g of unmodified SiO_x. This study has verified the synergistic enhancement of ion/electron conductive network, and provides a promising technical solution for development of high-energy-density and highly stable silicon-based anode materials.

针对硅氧负极材料（SiO_x，0<x<2）本征电导率低、固态电解质膜（SEI）不稳定以及循环过程中体积膨胀导致的机械应力失效等问题，提出了一种表面快离子包覆层与原位生成碳纳米管（CNTs）三维导电网络协同调控的改性策略。通过固相融合技术在SiO_x表面实现纳米Al₂O₃的均匀包覆，并利用其在电化学活化过程中的锂化反应原位转化为具备高离子迁移率的LiAlO₂快离子导体层。利用化学气相沉积（CVD）技术在材料外层原位构筑了三维CNTs导电网络。结构与形貌表征结果显示，原位生长的CNTs紧密缠绕在颗粒表面及间隙，形成了高效的电子传输通路。LiAlO₂与CNTs的协同作用显著提升了界面的离子传输能力与整体电子传导性，电化学测试结果表明，改性后的SiO_x@Al₂O₃@CNTs材料表现出优异的电化学性能，在0.2C、0.5C、1C、2C和4C的电流密度下，放电比容量分别高达1283.2、1255.4、1236.4、1201.0和1165.8 mAh/g，在0.1C下循环200圈后，仍维持1000 mAh/g左右的高比容量，远超未改性SiO_x的比容量（552.3 mAh/g）。该研究证实了离子/电子双导通网络的协同作用，为开发高能量密度、高稳定性的硅基负极材料提供了新的方向。
