To comprehensively utilize molybdenum tailings, experimental researches were systematically carried out for the molybdenum tailings from a concentrator of Jinduicheng Molybdenum Mine. Based on process mineralogy study, valuable components in the tailings were determined to be stepped recovered by flotation. Firstly, by adopting kerosene combined with No.2 oil, a flotation process consisting of one roughing and two scavenging resulted in 21.23% Mo recovery to the concentrate grading 0.47% Mo, and tailings with Mo grade of just 0.008 7%. Secondly, a process of pre-desliming followed by flotation with TB-3 collector was applied to remove mica, resulting in the flotation tailings with significantly reduced mica content, which laid a foundation for subsequent separation. Finally, such flotation tailings were processed by adopting fluorine-free alkaline flotation for separating feldspar and quartz therein without regrinding. As a result, feldspar products with a yield of 29.23% and K₂O and Na₂O contents of 7.34% and 1.01%, respectively, and quartz products with a yield of 27.87% and SiO₂ grade of 83.14% were successfully produced. It is shown that such molybdenum tailings exhibit great potential for comprehensive recovery. It is concluded that the proposed combined process flow consisting of re-flotation of molybdenum, mica removal, and separation of feldspar and quartz by fluorine-free alkaline flotation is technically feasible for simultaneous recovery of metallic and non-metallic resources.

为实现钼尾矿的资源化利用，针对金堆城某选矿厂钼尾矿开展了系统试验研究。在工艺矿物学研究基础上，确定采用浮选对尾矿中的有价组分进行梯级回收。结果表明，首先采用煤油+2号油选钼，经一粗二扫浮选，可获得钼品位0.47%、钼回收率21.23%的钼精矿，尾矿中钼品位降至0.0087%；其次采用预先脱泥、TB-3捕收剂浮选脱除云母，所得云母浮选尾矿中云母含量显著降低，为后续分选创造条件；最后对脱除云母后的尾矿进行无氟-碱法浮选分离长石与石英，在不磨矿条件下，可获得作业产率29.23%，K₂O、Na₂O品位分别为7.34%、1.01%的长石产品以及作业产率27.87%、SiO₂品位83.14%的石英产品。该钼尾矿具有较高的综合回收价值，推荐的钼再选、云母脱除、无氟-碱法浮选分离长石和石英联合工艺流程技术可行，能实现金属与非金属资源的同步回收。
