A two-stage sulfuric acid leaching coupled with iron salt arsenic precipitation process was proposed to recovery valuable metals from copper smelting dust. The effects of initial mass concentration of sulfuric acid, liquid-solid ratio, reaction temperature and leaching system on the leaching rates of various metals in the first-stage leaching were systematically investigated; the effects of initial sulfuric acid concentration in the second-stage leaching on the total leaching rates of each metals were also studied under atmospheric pressure and oxygen pressure conditions, respectively. Meanwhile, the effects of different oxidants on the precipitation rates of arsenic and iron were explored for arsenic removal from leachate. It is found that the first-stage leaching at 70 ℃ for 2 h, with a single sulfuric acid system at an initial mass concentration of 50 g/L and a liquid-solid ratio of 4 mL/g, can bring the leaching rates of arsenic, copper, zinc and indium at 82.11%, 75.77%, 60.23% and 5.76%, respectively. And the second-stage leaching, performed at atmospheric pressure at 95 ℃ for 2 h with sulfuric acid at an initial mass concentration of 150 g/L and a liquid-solid ratio of 4 mL/g, results in the total leaching rates of zinc, copper, indium and arsenic up to 98.84%, 93.31%, 95.55% and 82.14%, respectively. With an oxygen flowrate of 250 mL/min, pH value of 1.5, Fe and As in a molar ratio of 1, the precipitation rates of arsenic and iron can reach 84.00% and 78.00%, respectively after 2 h reaction at 90 ℃. It is concluded that the proposed process can achieve efficient leaching of valuable metals and arsenic stabilization, providing technical support for clean treatment of flue dust.

采用两段硫酸浸出-铁盐沉砷工艺从铜冶炼烟尘中回收有价金属，系统研究初始硫酸质量浓度、液固比、反应温度及浸出体系对第一段浸出率的影响；在常压和氧压2种体系下，分别研究第二段浸出初始硫酸质量浓度对各元素总浸出率的影响；在浸出液除砷方面，研究不同氧化剂对As和Fe沉淀率的影响。结果表明，第一段浸出在单一硫酸体系、初始硫酸质量浓度50 g/L、液固比4 mL/g、反应温度70 ℃、反应时间2 h条件下，砷、铜、锌、铟浸出率分别为82.11%、75.77%、60.23%、5.76%；第二段浸出在常压、反应温度95 ℃、初始硫酸质量浓度150 g/L、液固比4 mL/g、浸出时间2 h条件下进行，锌、铜、铟、砷总浸出率分别提升至98.84%、93.31%、95.55%、82.14%；在氧气流量250 mL/min、pH值1.5、Fe/As物质的量比1、反应温度90 ℃条件下反应2 h进行浸出液除砷，As和Fe的沉淀率分别为84.00%和78.00%。该工艺实现了有价金属高效浸出和砷稳定化，为烟尘清洁处理提供技术支撑。
