For the ecological risks of sediment plumes induced by deep-sea mining disturbances, a high-fidelity numerical simulation framework was developed based on the Navier-Stokes equations, integrating high-resolution 3D topography, seawater density stratification, unsteady tidal dynamics, and multi-scale circulation constraints. A typical seamount mining area southwest of the Canary Islands in the Atlantic Ocean was taken as the research subject, and the multi-stage coupled evolution mechanism of the plume from initial disturbance to long-range ocean current transport was revealed after Spearman data validation. The study found that, constrained by the complex seamount topography and the geostrophic deflection effect, the horizontal path of the plume deflects significantly and exhibits a rotational diffusion pattern, which prolongs the residence time of particulate matter in the local water body. Modulated by the flow-around dynamic field of the seamount and the rotational shear mechanism, the plume evolves from a near-field point source discharge into a far-field anisotropic stretching structure. Due to the inhibitory effect of the stable deep-sea density stratification, the plume spatially exhibits a hierarchical dilution pattern.

针对深海采矿扰动引起的沉积物羽流生态风险，构建了一个集成高分辨率三维地形、海水密度分层、非恒定潮汐动力及多尺度环流约束的Navier-Stokes方程高保真数值模拟框架。以大西洋加那利群岛西南海域典型海山矿区为研究对象，经Spearman数据校验，揭示了羽流从初始扰动到洋流长程输运的多阶段耦合演化机理。研究发现，受复杂海山地形与地转偏向力约束，羽流水平路径发生显著偏转并呈现旋转扩散态势，延长了颗粒物在局部水体中的滞留时间。受海山绕流动力场与旋转剪切机制调制，羽流由近场点源排放演变为远场各向异性的拉伸结构。由于深海稳定密度层结的抑制作用，羽流在空间上表现出层级化稀释规律。
