Based on the investigation of the current development trends of deep-sea mining technologies, and in combination with the analysis of domestic and international literature and patent hotspots, three key technological fields of deep-sea mining were identified:collection, lifting, and surface support. Based on the systematic sorting of the core technologies in different fields, a review on the domestic and international research progress is presented in 10 core technologies, including ore crushing, ore collection, mining vehicle traveling, long-distance vertical pipeline transportation, anti-clogging and emergency escape for lifting pipelines, pump-free mineral transportation, underwater acoustic communication, mineral processing, launch and recovery, as well as heave compensation. A multi-dimensional quantitative assessment was conducted on China's advantages and disadvantages compared to the international level in the overall field of deep-sea mining and the three key technological fields of collection, lifting, and surface support. Comprehensive analysis indicates that at the current stage, the main shortcomings of China's deep-sea mining technologies include the low efficiency of core equipment, insufficient long-term reliability, inadequate understanding of deep-sea environmental disturbance mechanisms, and the lack of integrated coordinated operation in at-sea tests. The global challenges of deep-sea mining technology are mainly manifested in dynamic coordinated control under multi-field coupling, flow assurance and equipment reliability in long-distance vertical transportation, and environmental constraints and plume control. In the future, it is advisable for China to focus on breaking through core technologies, strengthening environmental impact assessment and monitoring, and conducting integrated system at-sea tests, so as to move toward the more systematical, smarter and eco-friendly technology, laying a foundation for China's future participation in deep-sea resource exploitation.

基于对当前深海采矿技术发展态势的调研，结合国内外文献与专利热点分析，明确了深海采矿三大关键技术领域为矿石采集、矿石提升和水面支持，系统梳理了不同领域的核心技术，综述了国内外在矿石破碎技术、矿石收集技术、采矿车行走技术、长距离垂直管道输运技术、提升管道防堵塞与紧急避险技术、无泵送矿物输运技术、水声通信技术、矿物处理技术、布放回收技术、升沉补偿技术共10项核心技术的研究进展，多维度定量评估了我国在深海采矿总体领域及矿石采集、矿石提升和水面支持三大关键技术领域相比于国际的优势与不足。综合分析表明，现阶段我国深海采矿技术主要短板体现在核心装备的效率不高、长期可靠性不足、深海环境扰动机制认识不深以及整体协同作业海试匮乏等方面，全球深海采矿技术挑战主要表现在多场耦合下的动力学协同控制、长距离垂直输运的流动保障与设备可靠性、环境约束与羽流控制等方面。我国未来应聚焦突破核心技术、加强环境影响评估监测以及系统级联合海试等方向，推动我国深海采矿技术向系统化、绿色化、智能化发展，为我国未来参与深海资源开发奠定基础。
