In order to recycle the waste circuit boards, the acid leachate with a copper content of 34.33 g/L was treated by adopting solvent extraction to recover the copper therein. The effects of extractant type, extraction time, phase ratio, extractant concentration, and extraction temperature on copper extraction efficiency were all investigated. The results show that with AD100 as the copper extractant, phase ratio (VO/VA) at 1∶3, and extractant concentration of 60%, an oscillating extraction at room temperature of 25 ℃ for 10 min can result in the copper extraction rate of 96.62%. Then, a back-extraction process is adopted to treat the organic phase with oxalic acid, producing copper oxalate, which can be calcined to obtained copper oxide products.

针对铜含量为34.33 g/L的废旧线路板酸浸液,采用溶剂萃取法回收其中铜,考察了萃取剂种类、萃取时间、萃取相比、萃取剂浓度、萃取温度对铜萃取效果的影响。结果表明:以AD100为铜萃取剂,在萃取相比VO/VA=1∶3、萃取剂浓度60%、室温(25 ℃)条件下振荡萃取10 min,铜萃取率达96.62%;再采用草酸对有机相进行反萃获得草酸铜,经煅烧可制得氧化铜产品。

In order to recycle the waste circuit boards, the acid leachate with a copper content of 34.33 g/L was treated by adopting solvent extraction to recover the copper therein. The effects of extractant type, extraction time, phase ratio, extractant concentration, and extraction temperature on copper extraction efficiency were all investigated. The results show that with AD100 as the copper extractant, phase ratio (VO/VA) at 1∶3, and extractant concentration of 60%, an oscillating extraction at room temperature of 25 ℃ for 10 min can result in the copper extraction rate of 96.62%. Then, a back-extraction process is adopted to treat the organic phase with oxalic acid, producing copper oxalate, which can be calcined to obtained copper oxide products.

电子产品更新换代频率不断加快,被淘汰或已经损坏的电子产品及其零部件即电子固体废弃物(简称电子固废)产量逐年增加,据统计,过去5年间,全球电子固废每年产量均在5 000万吨以上,而且保持强劲的增长势头[1-3]。电子固废中重金属含量较高,若处置不当会造成土壤、水、空气等严重污染,极易引发多重环境风险,威胁人类生活环境。大部分电子固废中仍含有多种有价金属元素,以废旧线路板为例,其中铜含量通常大于40%,金含量大于300 g/t,远高于相应矿山开采品位,具有突出的经济开发价值。但受限于目前设备及处理工艺,电子固废整体综合利用率不到20%[4-7],亟须开展相关研究提高其综合利用水平,减少环境污染,创造经济效益。
废旧线路板中有价金属回收工艺主要有物理分选、火法处理、湿法处理等。其中,物理分选主要采用拆解、机械破碎等手段[8-10],可初步实现废旧线路板上各电子元器件与基板、金属与非金属分离,但是该工艺获得的金属粉末中掺杂部分有机树脂,只能作为中间产品,后续仍需要进一步提纯;火法处理主要包括焚烧、高温热解、直接冶炼等[11-12],可使废旧线路板中可燃组分燃尽并与金属和玻璃纤维分离,火法处理虽然简单、效率高,但是焚烧过程会产生有毒有害气体,同时能耗较大,前期投入大;湿法处理通常是根据废旧线路板中不同金属在酸液中的浸出差异,选择性地使目标金属进入溶液,再采用萃取、置换、沉淀、电解、树脂吸附等手段进行提取回收[13-16],同其他回收工艺相比,湿法处理能耗低、选择性好、有价金属回收率高,是一种回收废旧线路板中有价金属的有效手段。本文采用溶剂萃取法回收废旧线路板中的铜,考察不同因素对铜萃取效果的影响,确定适宜试验条件,以期为回收废旧线路板中的铜提供技术参考。
废旧线路板来自淘汰的电脑主机。使用热风枪将废旧线路板上各电子元器件焊接处加热到200~350 ℃,使电子元器件松动脱落,与基板分离,将线路板上的电子元器件拆解脱除,获得试验用废旧线路板。
试验药剂主要包括H2SO4(分析纯)、AD100铜萃取剂(工业级)、P204(工业级)、N902(工业级)、磺化煤油(工业级)等。
试验设备及仪器主要包括撕碎机、锤式粉碎机、摇床、CHA-S数显气浴恒温振荡器、100 mL梨形分液漏斗等。
试验原理:废旧线路板粉末被H2SO4溶液浸出后,溶液中铜主要以Cu2+形式存在,萃取剂(RH)萃取提铜是一个交换H+的过程,萃取剂与Cu2+可形成CuR2络合物[17],反应式为:
预处理:采用撕碎机和锤式粉碎机将基板粉碎至粉末状,再经摇床分选除去轻质非金属组分,摇床尾端收集重质组分(重矿物),烘干可获得金属粉末[18]
金属粉末XRD检测结果见图1。由图1可以看出,摇床重选后重矿物组分主要为铜,其他金属衍射峰较弱。
酸浸:取20 g金属粉末放入500 mL浓度1 mol/L的H2SO4溶液中,在电加热套中加热,待溶液中无气泡产生,约30 min后反应基本结束,用玻璃漏斗过滤部分塑料等不溶杂质,可得到Cu2+含量(质量浓度)34.33 g/L的酸浸液。酸浸液化学多元素分析结果见表1
萃取:移取一定量酸浸液(水相)和一定浓度铜萃取剂(有机相)按设定萃取相比(VO/VA)混合后倒入100 mL梨形分液漏斗中,再将分液漏斗放入振荡频率为1 600 r/min的CHA-S数显气浴恒温振荡器中,固定牢固,确保振荡分液过程中分液漏斗玻璃塞不松动脱落。当水浴温度达到预设温度后开始计时,达到设定反应时间后,立刻取出分液漏斗,垂直放置在漏斗架上静置30 min,待溶液明显分层后分液,可分别获得含铜有机相和萃余液。分析测试萃余液中铜含量,采用差量法计算铜萃取率,计算公式如下:
式中:E为铜萃取率,%;α为酸浸液中铜质量浓度,g/L;β为萃余液中铜质量浓度,g/L。
萃取相比VO/VA=1∶1、萃取剂浓度100%、室温(25 ℃)振荡萃取20 min,考察萃取剂种类对酸浸液中铜萃取率的影响,结果见表2。由表2看出,AD100萃取剂相比于P204和N902,对铜萃取效果更好,铜萃取率为96.13%。可能原因是AD100萃取剂在强酸溶液环境中适应性更好,而P204和N902萃取铜的最佳pH值为2~3,需要对废旧线路板酸浸液进行pH值调节,增加药剂成本。因此,本试验选择AD100为萃取剂。
以AD100为铜萃取剂,在萃取相比VO/VA=1∶1、萃取剂浓度100%、室温(25 ℃)下进行振荡萃取,萃取时间对铜萃取率的影响如图2所示。由图2看出,萃取时间少于10 min时,铜萃取率随着萃取时间延长不断升高;萃取时间10 min时,铜萃取率较高;再延长萃取时间,铜萃取率维持在较高水平基本保持不变。因此,选择萃取时间10 min。
萃取时间10 min,其他条件不变,萃取相比VO/VA对铜萃取率的影响如图3所示。由图3看出,VO/VA由1∶1下降到1∶3过程中,铜萃取率变化不大,维持在较高水平,均大于95%;VO/VA从1∶3下降到1∶10过程中,铜萃取率下降较快。控制VO/VA为1∶3萃取时,可基本将溶液中Cu2+萃取进入有机相,再提高VO/VA意义不大。综合考虑,确定萃取相比为VO/VA=1∶3。
萃取相比VO/VA=1∶3,其他条件不变,萃取剂浓度(使用磺化煤油为稀释剂配制不同浓度的萃取剂)对铜萃取率的影响如图4所示。由图4看出,萃取剂浓度低于60%时,铜萃取率随着萃取剂浓度增加不断升高;萃取剂浓度达到60%时,铜萃取率达到较高水平;继续增加萃取剂浓度,铜萃取率基本不变。因此,确定萃取剂浓度为60%。
萃取剂浓度为60%,其他条件不变,萃取温度对铜萃取率的影响如图5所示。由图5看出,萃取温度低于55 ℃时,铜萃取率随着萃取温度升高变化不大,维持在较高水平;萃取温度高于55 ℃后,随着温度升高,铜萃取率不断下降。原因可能是温度升高导致AD100萃取剂分子结构发生变化,影响其与酸浸液中铜离子发生络合反应,同时,温度升高在一定程度上增大了AD100萃取剂的溶解度,导致分相效果减弱。因此,可以在室温下(25 ℃)进行萃取试验。
通过单因素实验,确定萃取优化条件为:以AD100为铜萃取剂,萃取相比VO/VA=1∶3,萃取剂浓度60%,室温(25 ℃)振荡萃取10 min。在此优化条件下进行3次重复试验,铜平均萃取率达96.62%。再采用草酸对有机相进行反萃可获得草酸铜,经煅烧可制得氧化铜产品,其他杂质金属进入萃余相中。此工艺初步实现了废旧线路板中铜的有效回收。
1)废旧线路板是铜含量较高的电子固体废弃物,具有较大回收价值,经电子元器件拆解、撕碎机破碎、锤式粉碎机粉碎、摇床重选后可初步获得铜含量较高的金属粉末。
2)废旧线路板金属粉末经浓硫酸加热浸出后,可获得铜含量34.33 g/L的酸浸液。以AD100为铜萃取剂回收酸浸液中的铜,在萃取相比VO/VA=1∶3、萃取剂浓度60%、室温(25 ℃)振荡萃取10 min条件下,铜萃取率达96.62%。再采用草酸对有机相进行反萃获得草酸铜,经煅烧可制得氧化铜产品。
3)AD100铜萃取剂对铜选择性好,铜回收率高,可实现废旧线路板中铜的有效回收。
