To solve problems of poor selectivity, thick foaming and large reagent consumption in recovering spodumene with fatty acid collectors, anionic and cationic collectors were introduced to flotation tests of spodumene, feldspar and quartz. According to the results of pure mineral tests, a anionic-cationic collector can enhance the synergistic effect of reagents, and improve the grade and recoveries of concentrates. CFLH-18, a combination of anionic and cationic collectors, was introduced in a close-circuit flotation test of granite pegmatite-type spodumene from Jinchuan County of Sichuan Province, and a spodumene concentrate with Li2O grade of 4.62% was collected at 78.54% recovery. Compared with the on-site practice using fatty acid collectors, Li2O grade and recovery are improved by 0.10 percentage points and 5.93 percentage points. Meanwhile, the concentrate enrichment ratio is raised from 3.77 to 4.57.

为解决脂肪酸类捕收剂浮选锂辉石时选择性差、泡沫黏稠、药剂用量大的问题,进行了阴、阳离子捕收剂浮选锂辉石、石英、长石的试验研究。结果表明,阴离子捕收剂和阳离子捕收剂组合可以增加药剂组分间的协同作用,提高精矿品位或回收率。以阴、阳离子捕收剂组合的CFLH-18为捕收剂对四川金川某花岗伟晶岩型锂辉石矿进行浮选闭路试验,获得了Li2O品位4.62%、回收率78.54%的锂辉石精矿,与现场脂肪酸类捕收剂生产指标相比,锂辉石精矿Li2O品位提升了0.10百分点,回收率提升了5.93百分点,精矿富集比从3.77提高到了4.57。

为解决脂肪酸类捕收剂浮选锂辉石时选择性差、泡沫黏稠、药剂用量大的问题,进行了阴、阳离子捕收剂浮选锂辉石、石英、长石的试验研究。结果表明,阴离子捕收剂和阳离子捕收剂组合可以增加药剂组分间的协同作用,提高精矿品位或回收率。以阴、阳离子捕收剂组合的CFLH-18为捕收剂对四川金川某花岗伟晶岩型锂辉石矿进行浮选闭路试验,获得了Li2O品位4.62%、回收率78.54%的锂辉石精矿,与现场脂肪酸类捕收剂生产指标相比,锂辉石精矿Li2O品位提升了0.10百分点,回收率提升了5.93百分点,精矿富集比从3.77提高到了4.57。

To solve problems of poor selectivity, thick foaming and large reagent consumption in recovering spodumene with fatty acid collectors, anionic and cationic collectors were introduced to flotation tests of spodumene, feldspar and quartz. According to the results of pure mineral tests, a anionic-cationic collector can enhance the synergistic effect of reagents, and improve the grade and recoveries of concentrates. CFLH-18, a combination of anionic and cationic collectors, was introduced in a close-circuit flotation test of granite pegmatite-type spodumene from Jinchuan County of Sichuan Province, and a spodumene concentrate with Li2O grade of 4.62% was collected at 78.54% recovery. Compared with the on-site practice using fatty acid collectors, Li2O grade and recovery are improved by 0.10 percentage points and 5.93 percentage points. Meanwhile, the concentrate enrichment ratio is raised from 3.77 to 4.57.

锂辉石普遍赋存于伟晶盐矿物中,共生的脉石矿物(长石、石英)与锂辉石表面性质相似。受风化、侵蚀作用影响,矿石普遍严重细泥化,导致磨矿时大量难免金属阳离子溶于矿浆中活化锂辉石和脉石矿物,使得锂辉石与脉石矿物浮选分离困难[1]。采用传统阳离子捕收剂十二胺,在广泛pH值范围内,锂辉石、长石和石英等矿物均大量上浮[2-3]。阴离子型捕收剂,如脂肪酸及其皂类、烷基硫酸盐及磺酸盐等,也常用于锂辉石矿浮选,但其选择性较差[4-5]。单一的阴离子、阳离子捕收剂难以有效分离锂辉石和脉石矿物,且存在选择性差、泡沫黏稠、药剂用量大等问题,将几种浮选药剂组合使用往往可以取得较好的浮选效果,研究组合捕收剂是锂辉石浮选的重要方向[6-8]
本文通过纯矿物试验探讨阴离子、阳离子组合捕收剂对锂辉石和主要脉石矿物(石英、长石)的浮选行为,并基于纯矿物试验结果,研发了一种阴阳离子组合捕收剂CFLH-18,用于四川省金川县某花岗伟晶岩型锂辉石矿浮选,试验指标与现场生产指标对比结果证实其具备推广价值。
锂辉石纯矿物矿样来自新疆某矿床,长石纯矿物矿样来自山东某矿床,石英纯矿物矿样来自湖南某矿床。纯矿物主要化学成分见表1。3种纯矿物样品纯度均在98%以上,其中锂辉石(LiAl[Si2O6])的Li2O品位为7.278%,长石中Al2O3和SiO2品位分别为18.918%和67.522%,石英纯度98.524%,其他杂质矿物极少,符合纯矿物试验纯度要求。
实际矿样取自某钠长石-锂辉石花岗伟晶岩型矿床,主要矿物为锂辉石、锂云母,脉石矿物为石英、微斜长石、钠长石、金红石、锆石等;矿石结构为粗粒包晶结构,还见细粒结构和文象结构,为块状构造和浸染状构造。该矿样主要含锂矿物为锂辉石,常呈他形或半自形晶体产出,晶面常有纵纹。锂辉石在矿石中与石英、长石紧密相嵌交错,常以细针状包含于石英或长石颗粒中。矿石主要矿物组成为锂辉石、长石、石英。实际矿样主要化学成分分析结果见表2,矿物组成见表3
试验所用药剂主要包括分析纯药剂十二胺、咪唑、丁酰肼、十二烷基磺酸钠、氢氧化钠、氯化钙,工业纯药剂氧化石蜡皂,化学纯药剂油酸钠、盐酸等。
纯矿物矿样经破碎、干式磨矿后筛分,-0.074 mm粒级产品作为纯矿物试验所用矿样。实际矿样经破碎筛分后,-2.5 mm粒级用于后续实际矿物浮选试验。
纯矿物试验采用单因素实验法,考察浮选pH值、捕收剂种类、捕收剂用量、活化剂用量、药剂配比对锂辉石、长石、石英浮选行为的影响,试验流程如图1所示。实际矿物浮选试验流程同图1
矿浆质量分数5%,浮选温度(25±1)℃,阳离子捕收剂用量40 mg/L、阴离子捕收剂用量200 mg/L、不添加活化剂CaCl2,考察了不同pH值条件下阳离子捕收剂十二胺、咪唑、丁酰肼和阴离子捕收剂油酸钠、氧化石蜡皂、十二烷基磺酸钠对锂辉石、长石和石英纯矿物浮选指标的影响,结果见图2。由图2可知,使用阳离子捕收剂十二胺、咪唑和丁酰肼时,随着矿浆pH值升高,3种纯矿物回收率均呈现先增加后减少的趋势,强酸性和强碱性矿浆环境下3种阳离子捕收剂浮选效果均较差。在试验pH值范围内,因锂辉石和长石矿物表面性质极为相近,锂辉石和长石回收率差别很小,而石英回收率整体较低,说明阳离子捕收剂可有效分离锂辉石和石英。采用十二胺为捕收剂,矿浆pH值8时,锂辉石回收率达到峰值60.63%,此时长石回收率为58.17%,石英回收率为41.86%。阳离子捕收剂最佳浮选pH值为8±0.5。使用阴离子捕收剂时浮选效果较差,在试验pH值范围内,锂辉石、长石和石英回收率均较低,主要原因在于阴离子捕收剂靠物理吸附使矿物表面疏水,选择性差、药剂用量大。强酸性环境下3种纯矿物回收率均小于10%,随着pH值逐渐升高,锂辉石、长石和石英回收率小幅上升。pH值8时,使用氧化石蜡皂为捕收剂,锂辉石回收率32.51%、长石回收率30.50%、石英回收率28.73%。
矿浆质量分数5%、浮选温度(25±1)℃、矿浆pH值8.5±0.1、活化剂CaCl2用量75 mg/L,考察了捕收剂用量对纯矿物浮选指标的影响,结果见图3。由图3可知,随着捕收剂用量增加,3种纯矿物的浮选回收率均先增加后趋于稳定。3种阳离子捕收剂的捕收能力从大到小顺序为:十二胺>丁酰肼≈咪唑,阳离子捕收剂用量40 mg/L时回收率趋于稳定,此时浮选回收率从大到小排序为:锂辉石>长石>石英。阴离子捕收剂用量200 mg/L时,3种纯矿物回收率有微小差异,其中锂辉石回收率最高、石英回收率最低。
锂辉石浮选中常用的活化剂有CaCl2、FeCl3等。由于采用阴离子捕收剂时锂辉石回收率过低,这里研究阴离子捕收剂体系下活化剂CaCl2用量对锂辉石、长石和石英浮选的影响。试验条件为:矿浆质量分数5%、浮选温度(25±1)℃、pH值8.5±0.1、阴离子捕收剂用量200 mg/L,试验结果如图4所示。由图4可知,CaCl2用量从0增至80 mg/L,锂辉石、长石和石英回收率均逐渐升高,CaCl2用量60~80 mg/L时矿物回收率较高,表明矿浆环境中引入Ca2+对矿物起到了一定的活化作用,CaCl2对锂辉石、长石和石英的活化能力排序为:锂辉石≈长石>石英。CaCl2用量过多,多余的Ca2+会消耗捕收剂,导致矿物回收率降低。
纯矿物浮选试验结果表明,阳离子捕收剂中十二胺浮选效果较好,适宜的用量为40 mg/L,此时锂辉石、长石、石英回收率分别为60.63%、58.17%、41.86%;CaCl2用量80 mg/L时,阴离子捕收剂氧化石蜡皂浮选效果较好,此时锂辉石、长石、石英回收率分别为49.73%、50.60%、43.33%。
阴离子捕收剂在矿物表面的吸附为物理吸附,它能提高阳离子捕收剂的选择性及吸附量,因此可将阴离子捕收剂与阳离子捕收剂组合用药,使两种或两种以上药剂间发生交互作用,有望实现锂辉石和脉石矿物(长石、石英)的高效浮选分离。交互作用包括乳化、分散、增溶、润湿、发泡、消泡、胶束、协同及增效等[9-10]
基于纯矿物试验结果,以十二胺、油酸钠和氧化石蜡皂按质量比1∶5∶5组合,并分别以短单链醇、聚酯、长链醇、羟基聚醚为乳化剂,制得捕收剂CFLH-5~CFLH-8,固定捕收剂用量200 mg/L,在矿浆质量分数5%,浮选温度(25±1)℃、pH值8.0、不添加活化剂CaCl2条件下进行了不同乳化剂所得组合捕收剂对纯矿物浮选回收率的影响,结果见表4。结果表明,不添加Ca2+时,锂辉石与长石、石英呈现浮选差异性,效果较好的捕收剂为CFLH-6,即以聚酯为乳化剂,此时锂辉石、长石、石英回收率分别为61.56%、53.68%、40.67%。
以聚酯为乳化剂,以咪唑、油酸钠、氧化石蜡皂、环烷酸皂按质量比1∶4∶6∶1组合制得捕收剂CFLH-13,以油酸钠、氧化石蜡皂、环烷酸皂按质量比4∶5∶1制得捕收剂CFLH-14,以十二胺、油酸钠、苯甲羟肟酸、氧化石蜡皂、环烷酸皂按质量比1∶3∶1∶5∶1制得捕收剂CFLH-15。在矿浆质量分数5%,浮选温度(25±1)℃、pH值8.0、捕收剂用量200 mg/L、不添加活化剂CaCl2条件下进行了组合捕收剂种类试验,结果见表5。结果表明,捕收剂CFLH-14效果较好,此时锂辉石、长石、石英回收率分别为69.92%、61.40%、45.18%。
在矿浆质量分数5%、浮选温度(25±1)℃、pH值8.0、CaCl2用量80 mg/L条件下,考察了捕收剂CFLH-14用量对纯矿物浮选指标的影响,结果如图5所示。由图5可见,CaCl2可大幅提高矿物回收率,捕收剂CFLH-14用量50 mg/L时锂辉石与石英、长石便开始呈现浮选差异,此时3种纯矿物的回收率分别为64.28%、44.10%、18.04%,说明此药剂对锂辉石选择性较好,CFLH-14用量200 mg/L时锂辉石回收率达到98.87%。
基于纯矿物试验与药剂组分配比试验结果,对组合药剂CFLH-14各组分进行加成改性,研发了一种新型组合捕收剂CFLH-18,其主要成分为十二胺、改性油酸、脂肪酸皂。采用CFLH-18为捕收剂对四川省金川县某锂辉石矿进行浮选试验,结果见表6,试验流程见图6。试验中用到的云母捕收剂CF-16主要成分为脂肪胺类与磺酸盐类,有机抑制剂CF-17主要成分为木质素与单宁,均为市购药剂。在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占75%条件下,原矿经云母预浮选除杂后再经一粗二精二扫锂辉石浮选,最终可获得Li2O品位4.62%、回收率78.54%的锂辉石精矿。以CFLH-18为捕收剂和现场使用脂肪酸类捕收剂的生产指标对比结果见表7。以CFLH-18为捕收剂,锂辉石精矿Li2O品位提升了0.10百分点,回收率提升了5.93百分点,精矿富集比提高了0.80。
1)纯矿物浮选试验结果表明,阳离子捕收剂回收率高,但由于锂辉石和长石矿物表面性质极为相近,锂辉石和长石浮选回收率差别很小;阴离子捕收剂靠物理吸附使矿物表面疏水,但用量高、浮选效果较差;单一阴离子和阳离子捕收剂难以有效分离有用矿物和脉石矿物,且存在选择性差、泡沫黏稠、药剂用量大等问题。
2)阴离子捕收剂和阳离子捕收剂组合,可以增加药剂组分间的协同作用,提高精矿品位或回收率。以CFLH-18为捕收剂的实际矿物浮选试验结果表明,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占75%条件下,原矿经云母预浮选除杂后再经一粗二精二扫锂辉石浮选,最终可获Li2O品位4.62%、回收率78.54%的锂辉石精矿,与现场脂肪酸类捕收剂相比,锂辉石精矿Li2O品位提升了0.10百分点、回收率提升了5.93百分点,精矿富集比提升了0.80。
