A cyanide-free leaching test was performed for the arsenic-carbon bearing gold ore from Laos, and effects of grinding fineness, pH value of pulp, concentration of slurry, and the dosage of golden cicadas environment-friendly leaching agent for gold on gold leaching effect were investigated. The results show that pre-treatment with hydrogen peroxide can improve the leaching rate of gold. With a grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 95% and an agitating speed of 2 000 r/min, the pulp is pre-oxidized with 500 g/t of hydrogen peroxide for 3 h, and then treated by 30 h agitation leaching with addition of lime at an amount of 3 000 g/t and golden cicadas environment-friendly leaching agent for gold at 5 000 g/t, leading to the residue grading 0.25 g/t Au and gold leaching rate of 92.27%. It is shown that this pretreatment with hydrogen peroxide can make gold leaching rate up by 1.96 percentage points.

对老挝某含砷含碳金矿进行了非氰浸出试验研究,考察了磨矿细度、矿浆pH值、矿浆浓度(质量分数)、金蝉环保型黄金选矿剂用量对金浸出效果的影响。结果表明:采用过氧化氢预处理可以提升金浸出率;在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占95%、搅拌速度2 000 r/min条件下,采用过氧化氢500 g/t对矿浆预氧化处理3 h,然后再添加石灰3 000 g/t、金蝉环保型黄金选矿剂5 000 g/t,搅拌浸出30 h,尾渣金品位0.25 g/t,金浸出率92.27%,过氧化氢预氧化能使金浸出率提高1.96个百分点。

A cyanide-free leaching test was performed for the arsenic-carbon bearing gold ore from Laos, and effects of grinding fineness, pH value of pulp, concentration of slurry, and the dosage of golden cicadas environment-friendly leaching agent for gold on gold leaching effect were investigated. The results show that pre-treatment with hydrogen peroxide can improve the leaching rate of gold. With a grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 95% and an agitating speed of 2 000 r/min, the pulp is pre-oxidized with 500 g/t of hydrogen peroxide for 3 h, and then treated by 30 h agitation leaching with addition of lime at an amount of 3 000 g/t and golden cicadas environment-friendly leaching agent for gold at 5 000 g/t, leading to the residue grading 0.25 g/t Au and gold leaching rate of 92.27%. It is shown that this pretreatment with hydrogen peroxide can make gold leaching rate up by 1.96 percentage points.

随着金矿资源的大规模开发利用,品质较好的黄金矿脉逐步枯竭,金品位低、含砷、含碳、含硫等难选金矿逐步成为黄金生产行业的重要原材料[1]。统计数据表明,难选金矿石的地质储量占世界金矿石总储量的60%~70%,其开发利用程度相对较低。可以预见,难处理金矿资源开发利用是每个矿山企业亟待解决的问题[2]。常规的氰化浸出工艺存在金浸出速率和金浸出率低、氰化物用量大等问题,严重影响难选金矿的高效回收,制约企业效益的提升。国内外学者一方面开发了焙烧预氧化氰化浸金工艺等选冶联合工艺来处理难浸金矿石,另一方面研发了助浸剂直接添加至矿浆中以显著提升金的浸出效果。添加助浸剂一方面可以氧化分解与金矿石连生的硫砷矿物,使被包裹的金解离暴露,去除一些干扰金浸出的矿物成分,另一方面也可以提高矿浆中的氧含量,提升金浸出速率,该技术越来越受到中国、美国等产金大国的重视。
本文以老挝某含砷含碳难选金矿为研究对象,以金蝉环保型黄金选矿剂(以下简称金蝉)代替氰化钾作为浸金剂,通过磨矿细度、浸出剂用量、矿浆浓度等条件试验,确定常规浸出工艺的适宜浸出条件,并开展不同预处理工艺试验、助浸剂种类试验等,制定了对该类矿石适应性强的工艺流程,可为该类金矿资源效益最大化开发利用提供技术依据。
老挝某含砷含碳难选金矿化学多元素分析结果见表1。矿石中有价元素主要为金和银,其他元素质量分数很低,基本没有回收价值。结合X射线衍射分析和显微镜下鉴定结果可知,该金矿中脉石矿物主要为方解石和石英,另有少量褐铁矿、黄铁矿、滑石、萤石等,其中含砷矿物主要为雌黄和雄黄。
金的赋存状态见表2。矿石中金品位3.20 g/t,主要以独立矿物形式赋存于自然金中,少数以机械混入形式(光学显微镜及扫描电镜均无法识别)赋存于方解石、石英中。
由矿样性质可知,金主要以独立矿物形式赋存于自然金中,少数以机械混入形式赋存于方解石和石英中,矿样中的金难以采用浮选和重选方法回收,较为可行的方案是化学浸出。
氰化浸金是目前主流且成熟的提金方法,但氰化物有剧毒,在国外难以大量采购使用,前期探索试验结果表明,矿石中的砷和有机碳会大幅降低氰化浸金的浸出速率。通过对比以氰化钾与金蝉为浸出剂的浸出效果,发现金蝉比氰化钾具有浸金简便、浸出指标理想等优点,同时还具有低毒、生产成本低的优点,因此这里选择金蝉为浸金剂,研究在不同磨矿细度、金蝉用量、矿浆浓度(质量分数,下同)条件下的浸金效果,确定合适的浸金工艺参数[1-3],实现高效回收矿石中稀贵金属金银的目的。
试验所用药剂次氯酸钙、过氧化钙、柠檬酸(C6H8O7·H2O)、硝酸铅均为分析纯试剂;石灰为工业级药剂;过氧化氢为工业纯试剂。以上药剂分别用自来水配制成一定浓度的液体添加。采用数显恒温磁力搅拌器将金蝉(购买自广西森合高科技股份有限公司,有效成分大于99%)配制成质量分数3%添加。采用XMQ-Φ240×90锥形球磨机在矿浆浓度60%条件下将矿石磨至一定细度,然后将矿浆添加到XJTⅡ型系列浸出搅拌机,补加水至矿浆浓度40%,进行浸出试验。
不同的磨矿细度对金矿石浸出指标影响很大,适宜的磨矿细度既能保证有用矿物较完全地单体解离,又能避免矿物过粉碎而恶化浸出效果。在矿浆浓度40%、搅拌机搅拌速度2 000 r/min、石灰用量3 000 g/t(矿浆pH值12)、金蝉用量5 000 g/t、浸出时间30 h条件下,考察了室温下磨矿细度对浸金效果的影响,结果见表3。由表3可知,随着-0.074 mm粒级占比增加,浸出尾渣中金品位逐步降低,金浸出率逐步提升,磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占95%时,金浸出率达到峰值;继续增大磨矿细度,金浸出率小幅下降。分析原因是矿石泥化严重,导致金蝉药剂无效消耗,加之部分金被矿泥罩盖,使其浸出率下降。适宜的磨矿细度为-0.074 mm粒级占95%。
磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占95%,其他条件不变,考察了金蝉用量对浸金效果的影响,结果见表4。从表4可知,随着金蝉用量增加,尾渣金品位逐步下降,金浸出率逐步升高。综合考虑药剂成本和提高金浸出率的收益,选择金蝉用量5 000 g/t为宜。
合适的矿浆pH值既能有效控制金蝉水解程度,又能使金的溶解速率保持在较高的水平。金蝉用量5 000 g/t,其他条件不变,采用石灰调整矿浆pH值,考察了矿浆pH值对浸金效果的影响,结果见表5。由表5可知,随着矿浆pH值升高,金浸出率逐渐增加,在pH值12(石灰用量3 000 g/t)时,金浸出率为90.31%。
矿浆pH值为12(石灰用量3 000 g/t),其他条件不变,进行了矿浆浓度条件试验,结果见表6。结果表明,随着矿浆浓度增加,金浸出率逐步升高,矿浆浓度40%时,金浸出率90.31%,说明适当提高矿浆浓度,相当于提高了金蝉药剂浓度,矿浆中自然金与金蝉药剂接触的概率增大,有利于金的浸出。但当矿浆浓度大于40%后,金浸出率反而下降,表明浸出时矿浆浓度过高会使矿浆更黏稠,金被矿泥包裹,表面未能充分暴露,降低金浸出率。综合考虑,浸出时矿浆浓度40%为宜。
针对该矿石,采用常规浸金工艺,金浸出率只有90%左右,浸出率偏低。文献资料表明,对金矿石进行预处理可以有效提高金的浸出效果,常用的预处理方法有焙烧及助浸剂强化浸出[3-4]等。
由工艺矿物学分析结果可知,矿石中砷主要以雌黄和雄黄形式存在,碳主要以有机碳形式存在。一般情况下,砷的硫化物及有机碳对金矿石的浸出会造成不利影响,使金浸出率下降。考虑采用氧化焙烧的方法预先脱除砷矿物及有机碳,将矿料装入陶瓷碗中,置于马弗炉炉膛中间位置进行焙烧,焙烧条件为:温度800 ℃,焙烧时间2 h。其中原矿破碎至-15 mm焙烧,焙烧熟料产率96.30%;原矿破碎至-2 mm焙烧,焙烧熟料产率95.60%;原矿细磨至-0.15 mm焙烧,焙烧熟料产率77.91%。分别对原矿及3种焙烧熟料磨细至-0.074 mm粒级占95%,添加石灰3 000 g/t、金蝉5 000 g/t进行浸出试验,搅拌浸出30 h,焙烧预处理对浸金效果的影响见表7。结果表明,随着矿石焙烧前破碎粒度下降,焙烧后获得的金浸出率逐步增加,但总体而言,焙烧后矿石金浸出率均低于未焙烧直接浸出。这主要是焙烧时矿石易产生过热现象,矿石中原有的金属氧化物裂隙以及多孔结构可能会坍塌,使金被包裹,从而降低金浸出率,这种现象被称为“过烧”或金被二次包裹。焙烧还会导致生产成本过高,综合考虑,该矿石不宜采用焙烧预处理。
磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占95%,分别添加氧化型助浸剂氧气、过氧化氢、次氯酸钙、过氧化钙,螯合型助浸剂柠檬酸和重金属盐类助浸剂硝酸铅对矿浆进行预氧化处理[5-7]。其中一个矿样通入氧气搅拌预氧化24 h,其他矿样各添加过氧化氢、次氯酸钙、过氧化钙、柠檬酸、硝酸铅500 g/t预氧化3 h,浸出搅拌槽搅拌速度2 000 r/min,然后再添加石灰3 000 g/t、金蝉5 000 g/t搅拌浸出30 h,考察了助浸剂种类对浸金效果的影响,结果见表8。结果表明,氧气直接氧化不能提高金浸出率,添加过氧化氢、柠檬酸、硝酸铅预氧化3 h均能小幅提高金浸出率,其中添加过氧化氢金浸出率最高,为92.27%。过氧化氢助浸是比富氧强化更有效的阴极强化措施,添加适量的过氧化氢可提高金阳极溶解平衡电位,也能保持金的溶解速率在较高的水平,从而提升金浸出率。
结合前面条件试验结果,进行了过氧化氢用量条件试验,结果见表9。随着过氧化氢用量增加,尾渣中金品位逐步下降,过氧化氢用量500 g/t时,尾渣中金品位最低,此时金浸出率达到最高;过氧化氢用量大于500 g/t后,金浸出率反而下降,主要是过量的过氧化氢会氧化金蝉,导致金浸出率下降。适宜的过氧化氢用量为500 g/t。
在条件试验基础上进行了综合试验。在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占95%、浸出矿浆浓度40%、浸出搅拌槽搅拌速度2 000 r/min、石灰用量3 000 g/t(pH值为12)、金蝉用量5 000 g/t、搅拌浸出时间30 h条件下搅拌浸出,金浸出率为90.31%,尾渣中金品位为0.31 g/t;在浸出前添加500 g/t过氧化氢进行预处理,然后在相同条件下浸金,尾渣中金品位0.25 g/t,金浸出率92.27%。
1)试验矿样为含砷含碳难选金矿,其中金品位3.20 g/t、银品位7.51 g/t,有害元素砷品位0.10%,有机碳品位0.855%,脉石矿物主要为方解石和石英,含砷矿物主要为雌黄和雄黄。
2)在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占95%、浸出矿浆浓度40%、浸出搅拌槽搅拌速度2 000 r/min、石灰用量3 000 g/t(pH值为12)、金蝉用量5 000 g/t、搅拌浸出时间30 h条件下采用常规浸出工艺浸金,金浸出率90.31%,尾渣中金品位为0.31 g/t。
3)添加过氧化氢、柠檬酸、硝酸铅等助浸剂预先处理后再采用常规浸出条件进行搅拌浸金,金浸出有小幅提升,其中过氧化氢预处理后浸金效果较好,过氧化氢用量500 g/t时,金浸出率92.27%,尾渣中金品位0.25 g/t。
