Currently, science popularization is evolving from the dissemination of scientific knowledge and methods to the promotion of scientific culture and the provision of perceptible, understandable, and resonant experiences for the public. According to Cultural Circuit Theory, the construction of meaning in cultural products is a dynamic process involving the interaction and co-construction of five links:representation, identity, production, consumption, and regulation. This paper discusses how to construct and convey the meaning of scientific culture works from the perspective of Cultural Circuit Theory, based on a series of innovative practices by the China Science and Technology Museum in recent years. It also attempts to distill a methodology with general applicability, namely:starting from in-depth demand insight and meaning presupposition; building a symbolic translation system featuring "storytelling + visualization + experiential engagement + memorable phrasing"; adopting a dual-advisor mechanism of "science + art" and a cross-sector collaborative production model; creating an experiential context of "scene immersion + social interaction + online-offline linkage"; and, through participation and reflection, constructing a value identification chain that progresses from "individuals to groups to the nation." Ultimately, this approach realizes value guidance and internalization within the regulatory framework of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Popularization of Science and Technology (2024 Revision). This study aims to provide science communicators with new theoretical tools and a culture-based methodology, thereby offering further theoretical references and practical insights for science popularization creation.

当前，科普工作正从科学知识与方法的传播走向科学文化传播以及为公众提供可感、可知、可共鸣的体验。文化循环理论认为，文化产品意义的生成是一个由表征、认同、生产、消费和规则5个环节相互作用、共同建构的动态过程。本研究在文化循环理论视角下，分析科学文化作品如何构建和传递意义，并以中国科技馆近年来的系列创新实践为案例，深入探讨科学文化作品的意义建构与传播机制。本研究尝试提炼具有一定普适性的方法论，即科学文化作品要意义建构，以深度需求洞察与意义预设为起点，构建“故事化+可视化+体验式+金句式”的符号转译体系，采用“科学+艺术”的双顾问机制及跨界合作的制作模式，打造“场景沉浸+社交互动+线上线下联动”的体验情境，通过参与和领悟，构建“个体—群体—国家”的价值认同链条，并在新修订《科普法》背景下实现价值引领和内化。本研究旨在为科普人员提供新的理论工具和基于文化视角的方法论，以期为科普创作提供更多理论参考与实践启示。
