It summarizes three main practical modes：dominant creative mode, cooperative participation mode, and auxiliary support mode.Based on the theory of Motivation-Opportunity-Ability, a dynamic evaluation table for the selection of scientific popularization mode is constructed, proposing proposals for different modes of suitable populations. 在新时代科普新生态背景下，全社会共同参与的大科普格局正在加快形成，科学家群体需要进一步强化使命感和责任感，在科普事业中充分发挥主体作用。但当前科学家参与科普工作仍存在“知行反差”现象，面临“不敢、不愿、不屑、不擅长”的“四不窘态”，若要实现向“真懂、真肯、真爱、真会”的转变，科学家参与科普的实践模式与机制等问题亟待研究和解决。文章基于实践场景构建了科学家参与科普的实践模式分析框架，通过具体案例分析归纳出主导创作模式、合作参与模式和辅助支持模式三种科学家参与科普的主要实践模式，并基于“动机—机会—能力”理论构建了科学家参与科普模式选择的动态测评表，提出了不同模式的方案建议和适用群体。以期为更多科技工作者投身科普实践提供借鉴，为相关部门制定和完善科技工作者参与科普的专项政策提供决策参考。
