The research finds that the awareness of the importance of science and technology volunteering needs to be improved, the awareness of volunteering needs to be enhanced; the related management system is not perfect, and the operation mechanism needs to be smoothed urgently; endogenous motivation is insufficient, innovation vitality is difficult to stimulate; the guarantee is relatively inadequate, and shortcomings in service capabilities exist; main platforms are decentralized and independent, and data interconnection is insufficient. The end of the article gives suggestions for increasing publicity and promotion, improving the management system and operation mechanism, attaching importance to evaluation and incentive,
