Under the new media environment, how to develop the quality and ability of science and technology professionals becomes the focus of science and technology career research. This paper used text analysis method, expert interview method and inductive analysis method, summarizing the quality of science and technology professionals. By the questionnaire survey scale method and the statistical software SPSS17.0, We got the qualities of science and technology professionals, then constructed the qualities model of science and technology professionals.

在新媒体环境下，如何培养科技传播人才、科技传播人才应该具有何种素质和能力，成为了科技传播专业研究关注的重点和焦点。本文运用文本分析法、专家访谈法和归纳分析法，对科技传播人才应具备的素质内容进行归纳提炼和统计分析，得出科技传播人才素质维度。通过问卷调研进行量表的开发，借助SPSS17.0统计软件的因子分析法对新媒体环境下科技传播人才素质进行探索性研究与分析，构建新媒体环境下科技传播人才素质模型。
