Mr. Yunwu Wang, a great publisher, impacted on both sides of the strait very much. “Universal Libraries”edited by him was an excellent and huge book series of popular cultures and sciences of the middle and higher levels. The author of this paper intents to follow his styles to edit the “Sexological Universal Libraries”. In this paper, the significance, contents, and styles of “Sexological Universal Libraries” were explained, and why it will be necessary to carry out the publishing cooperations between both sides of the strait was stated, and an invitation open to publishers of both sides of the strait to join this cooperation was given.

王云五先生（1888～1979）是对“海峡两岸”都有很大贡献的出版家。他主编的“万有文库”是近现代中国很有影响的中高级文化、科学普及大型系列丛书的杰出代表。作者有意移植“万有文库”的编辑经验，主编“性学万有文库”。本文简论“性学万有文库”的意义、内容、体例，并特别提出“海峡两岸”合作出版对于实现“性学万有文库”的编写和出版的必要性和可能性，并公开邀请“海峡两岸”的出版社参与此一史无前例的合作。
