Vigorous development of classification museum study as well as the specialized segmentation of professional training should be applied; pedagogy of museum, communication of museum and exhibition planning and designing courses should be intensified; balance between theatrical and practical training of multidisciplinary talents should be valued in order to meet the true need of museum.
