By using literature research and statistics, the article study the Nature (Ziranjie)'s Agenda setting for “The sinicization of science” from 1926 to 1931. On the basis of study, there are some conclusions: a large number of articles highlight the core issues; the character of the “Chinese style” is very obvious; various forms enhance the key topic; professional writing team ensures the rigorous of articles. By doing these, The Nature (Ziranjie) leaded the public option, enhanced the localization process of the western sciences, and promoted the later “movement of science”.

文章综合运用文献研究法和数理统计法，对《自然界》1926至1931年全部6卷文章进行统计、分析和研究。发现《自然界》对“科学的中国化”的议程设置呈现出以下四个特点：通过文章数量来凸显核心议题；在传播内容上加强“中国化”特征；表现形式丰富多样增强议题吸引力；专业的编撰队伍保证了文章的严谨性。《自然界》在对“科学的中国化”的议程设置中充分发挥了舆论引导作用，推动了当时西方科学在中国的本土化进程，为后来声势浩大的“科学化运动”奠定了理论和实践基础。
