With the widespread application of generative artificial intelligence in creative domains,AI is increasingly recognized as an autonomous co-creator,making human-AI co-creation a frontier topic in creativity research. Unlike conventional AI-assisted models,genuine human-AI co-creation requires humans to shift from task executors to “directors” and “gatekeepers”,maintaining proactive agency and leveraging their irreplaceable strengths in divergent thinking,contextual judgment,and authenticity control. However,current practices often fail to fully adhere to these critical boundaries,creative human-machine collaboration unleashs individual creative potential and promoting equality in creativity,and led to challenges accompanying the benefits concurrently,such as homogenization effects,weakened interpersonal collaboration,and copyright disputes. To promote sustainable development in human-AI co-creation,it is imperative to reshape public perceptions of creativity,advance evidence-based human-AI collaborative practices,systematically cultivate co-creation literacy,construct an ecosystem for human-human-AI co-creation,and establish ethical and institutional frameworks that balance democratization with incentives.

随着生成式人工智能在创造领域的广泛应用,AI成为具备一定自主性的共创者,人机共创成为智能时代创造力研究的前沿热点。不同于一般的AI辅助模式,真正意义上的人机共创模式要求人类在协作过程中从任务执行者的角色转向“导演”和“守门人”,并且始终保持积极主动的主体意识,充分发挥自身在发散思维、情境判断和真实性把控等方面不可替代的优势。但当前实践中,由于未充分遵循上述关键边界,创造力的人机协作在释放个体创造潜能与推动创造力平权的同时,也带来了集体创意同质化风险、人际沟通与协作意愿弱化以及版权归属争议等挑战。为促进人机共创发展,亟须重塑公众对创造力的认知,开展人机共创方法的实证研究与应用推广,系统培育人机共创素养,构建人机—人际协同创造生态,并形成兼顾普惠与激励的伦理与制度。

随着生成式人工智能在创造领域的广泛应用,AI成为具备一定自主性的共创者,人机共创成为智能时代创造力研究的前沿热点。不同于一般的AI辅助模式,真正意义上的人机共创模式要求人类在协作过程中从任务执行者的角色转向“导演”和“守门人”,并且始终保持积极主动的主体意识,充分发挥自身在发散思维、情境判断和真实性把控等方面不可替代的优势。但当前实践中,由于未充分遵循上述关键边界,创造力的人机协作在释放个体创造潜能与推动创造力平权的同时,也带来了集体创意同质化风险、人际沟通与协作意愿弱化以及版权归属争议等挑战。为促进人机共创发展,亟须重塑公众对创造力的认知,开展人机共创方法的实证研究与应用推广,系统培育人机共创素养,构建人机—人际协同创造生态,并形成兼顾普惠与激励的伦理与制度。

With the widespread application of generative artificial intelligence in creative domains,AI is increasingly recognized as an autonomous co-creator,making human-AI co-creation a frontier topic in creativity research. Unlike conventional AI-assisted models,genuine human-AI co-creation requires humans to shift from task executors to “directors” and “gatekeepers”,maintaining proactive agency and leveraging their irreplaceable strengths in divergent thinking,contextual judgment,and authenticity control. However,current practices often fail to fully adhere to these critical boundaries,creative human-machine collaboration unleashs individual creative potential and promoting equality in creativity,and led to challenges accompanying the benefits concurrently,such as homogenization effects,weakened interpersonal collaboration,and copyright disputes. To promote sustainable development in human-AI co-creation,it is imperative to reshape public perceptions of creativity,advance evidence-based human-AI collaborative practices,systematically cultivate co-creation literacy,construct an ecosystem for human-human-AI co-creation,and establish ethical and institutional frameworks that balance democratization with incentives.

近年来,生成式人工智能(Generative Artificial Intelligence,生成式AI)工具的迅速普及,不仅推动了设计、艺术、写作、软件开发等领域的创作实践,也引发了对创造力本质与人类角色转变的深刻反思。相比人类创造或人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)生成,人机共创(Human-AI Co-Creation)能更充分地释放创造潜能。本文旨在分析以下4个问题:(1)人机共创何以成为智能时代创造力的重要议题?(2)何种协作可称为人机共创而非一般的工具使用?(3)人机共创带来哪些重要影响与新的挑战?(4)如何通过科普来引导人机共创良性发展?这些问题的厘清,攸关人类创造力在智能社会的积极演进。
在探讨人机共创之前,须明确创造力的定义,以避免概念泛化[1],诸如将创造力简单等同于列举概念空间的行为、发散思维的过程、“产生某种东西”且“呈现多样性”[2]。创造力被称为21世纪教育的核心素养之一,其内涵与外延十分丰富,学界从不同视角提出了众多理论模型来阐释这一概念。例如,吉尔福德(Joy Paul Guilford)[3]强调发散思维(探索多种可能性)和聚合性思维(选定最佳方案)在创造过程中的交替作用。罗兹(Mel Rhodes)[4]提出创造力的4P模型,强调创造力是个体(Person)、过程(Process)、产物(Product)与环境(Press)4个要素之间动态交互的结果。尽管不同理论模型各有侧重,但经过数十年研究发展,关于创造力的定义已形成了两点共识:一是创造力的根本标准是新颖(novel)且有用(useful);二是创造力同时涉及过程与结果两个维度。也就是说,评判创造力时必须综合考量创造性产物及创造过程是否具备新颖性与有用性。
在上述共识基础上,创造力的研究还存在内在与外在两种不同视角。从外在来看,创造力是一种整体性的体验过程,其外在表现可概括为个体或群体在特定社会情境中所产生的新颖、有用并能被社会认可的成果[5-6]。而从内在来看,创造力是一种原发的心理过程,其核心在于创造者的内在动机、意图性与真实性[7]。这意味着,一个新颖且有用的构想即使只停留在个体内部,没有公开表达或被社会采纳,亦可被视为创造[8-9]
上述两种视角引发了关于AI是否真正具有创造力的争议。否定AI创造力的学者往往从内在视角出发,指出AI的创造机制基于统计组合和算法优化,本质上是对已有知识的再现而非原创[710]。此外,AI缺乏人类大脑的建构性记忆、具身体验、情感驱动和社会互动等关键要素,其生成内容大多缺乏人类创造活动中不可或缺的意图性和真实性[11-12]。基于此,这些学者认为AI所具备的仅仅是“人工创造力”或“伪创造力”[7]。这种观点并非仅限于学术界,公众对AI创造力的认可度同样较低。实证研究揭示,当人们明确得知一件作品是由AI创作时,即便该作品本身的质量与人类作品相同,人们对其创造力的评价通常会显著下降,这一现象被称为AI的创造力折扣(creativity discounting),尤其在抽象艺术、现代诗歌等情感表达丰富且较为抽象的领域更为突出[13-14]
肯定AI具备创造力的学者主要从外在视角出发,关注AI生成的产物是否满足新颖性与有用性标准。他们认为,尽管AI缺乏意识与内在体验,但在某些创造性任务上的表现已达到甚至超越人类的平均水平,特别是在有用性这一评价维度上,AI作品通常难以与人类作品区分[115]。以科学研究领域为例,过去研究人员多依靠经验或简单数学公式来描述复杂的自然现象,但在面对高度复杂的科学问题时往往难以胜任。降水问题便是一个典型案例:降水与复杂地形之间关系极为复杂,但却对防灾减灾至关重要,仅凭人类很难建立准确可靠的公式。AI凭借高维度、强非线性的数据处理能力,能够从海拔、坡度、植被覆盖度等众多变量中捕捉到隐藏的复杂规律,提出人类此前难以设想的新型公式;同时,研究人员基于自身的专业理论知识,赋予AI生成的公式明确的气候学意义与物理机制,从而弥补了复杂AI模型难以解释的缺陷[16-17]。这种人工智能助力科学研究(AI for Science,AI4S)模式下的成果清晰表明,AI已超越了单纯的工具角色,能够与人类实现更深层次的创造性协作,共同产生兼具新颖性和有用性的科学研究成果。
随着生成式AI与人类在创造性活动中的协作不断推进,学界逐渐意识到,过去围绕“AI是否有创造力”的二元式争议,忽略了AI进入创造领域后所产生的实质性社会影响[18]。不仅如此,当人们将AI视作一面创造力的镜子,便更深入地审视和反思人类自身的创造力[19]。在这一过程中逐渐显现出一个重要认识:AI与人类的创造力在本质上存在差异,彼此并非替代关系[7,20]。具体而言,人类的创造力更多地体现为情感驱动的意图性构思、发散思维、具身经验与意义建构过程;而AI则在海量信息整合与高效收敛优化方面拥有优势。例如,人类的创造力能够以事实和逻辑为锚点,结合审辨性思维与社会性验证机制,从而把控真实性;而AI模型则依赖概率预测,其生成内容并非基于对客观世界的真实理解,容易出现“幻觉”,即内容表面合理却与事实相悖或存在逻辑矛盾[21]。如表1所示,人类与AI在创造力的核心特征上存在差异与互补性,这为构建高效的人机协同机制提供了基础,也正是激发更大创造潜能的关键所在[22]
从更宏观的演进趋势来看,人机协作可能推动创造力朝着4个不同方向发展:一是人机共创(Human-AI Co-Creativity或Co-Creation),即人类与AI深度协作、优势互补以释放更大的创造潜能;二是人类独立原创,AI生成的产物仅作为批量生产的参照;三是滥用式创作,即无标识地大量使用AI生成内容,引发伦理与法律问题;四是创造性枯竭,即人类因过度依赖AI而逐渐丧失自主创造的动机与能力,陷入创意倦怠危机[23]。其中,人机共创被视为最理想的发展方向。如艺术家克雷斯波(Sofia Crespo)、克林格曼(Mario Klingemann)将创作重心从直接绘制图像转向构建一套包含训练机制、模型架构与美学偏好的系统。这种转变反映了创造力研究问题的深刻变化——从定义“创造力是什么”转向分析“创造力从哪里来”及“创造过程如何建构”[13]。研究热点从“AI是否有创造力”转向更具发展导向的人机共创[24],关注AI如何融入创造过程,重塑创造的实践范式、原创标准和评价体系[25]
总而言之,人类与AI在创造力维度上的结构性差异,为创造力的人机协作奠定了机制基础;而创造力演进的整体趋势,则进一步凸显了这种协作的必然性与现实紧迫性。差异构成基础,趋势决定方向——创造力的人机协作正从可行性的探索,走向不可回避的时代要求。
当前,创造力的人机协作已广泛渗透到各个层次。考夫曼(James C. Kaufman)和贝格托(Ronald A. Beghetto)[26-27]提出的创造力的4C模型,把创造力分为4个层级:一是微创造(Mini-C),即日常生活中的探索性创造,例如使用AI工具辅助文学创作,但尚未经他人评价或认可;二是小创造(Little-C),即日常生活中得到认可的创造,例如使用DALL-E或Midjourney生成图像,并被他人认可和分享;三是专业创造(Pro-C),即专业领域内获得广泛认可的创造,这些专业领域包括文学与艺术创作、文物修复、科学研究、游戏开发、教育培训等;四是大创造(Big-C),即杰出的历史性突破,例如AlphaFold对蛋白质结构预测领域的重大贡献。
然而,并非所有创造力的人机协作都可归为人机共创范畴。如图1所示,真正意义上的人机共创模式应当遵循的三大关键边界:角色分工、主体意识、能力互补。其中,角色分工强调AI不应仅作为工具,而应在明确的互动框架中承担共创者的角色;主体意识要求人类在协作中始终保持主导地位,主动引导方向并把控创意质量;能力互补则聚焦于人类与AI各自在发散思维与收敛思维等方面的优势协同。图中绿色内圈具体展示了三大边界维度下人类与AI在共创模式中的核心定位与互动路径;而灰色外圈则刻画了在边界模糊或缺失的情况下,可能形成的其他人机协作类型(如人类独立创造、工具化使用等),以及因角色、地位或能力失衡引发的风险现象(如认知外包、AI幻觉等)。
明确人机共创在角色分工上的边界,首先要纠正人们对AI角色的常见误解,即将AI视为承担重复性任务的补偿式工具,或是仅用作拓展创意边界的增强式工具[28]。真正的人机共创模式强调AI与人类之间深度而动态的协作互动[29-30]。这意味着AI不再只是被动的创作工具,而是积极参与创造过程的共创者;同时,人类则承担引导、监督和审核的角色,以掌控整体方向与质量。
之所以需要以角色分工明确界定人机共创边界,其根本动因在于,AI技术发展带来的自主性提升,导致其在人机协作中的角色发生深刻转型:在人机协作实践的早期阶段(2015—2018年),人类完全主导创造过程,AI仅发挥辅助作用;2019—2022年,AI能够为创造性任务提供建议,承担起“创意策展人”或合作伙伴角色[27];当前阶段,以大语言模型为代表的生成式AI兴起后,AI具备了独立承担部分创造性任务的能力,成为真正意义上的共创者,人类的角色也随之从单纯的执行者转变为“导演”和“守门人”,负责引导创作方向、明确目标、监督过程,以及审核和筛选创意内容[1,31]
若人类创作者未能清晰意识到这种角色转变,依旧将AI视作工具,可能陷入创造力归因偏差,这会干扰个体对自身创造能力的准确认知,削弱创造的主动性和自我提升的动力。具体来说,创造力归因偏差主要表现为AI安慰剂效应和AI代笔效应两种现象[32]。AI安慰剂效应指的是,人机协作提升了创造性产物的质量,使人类创作者误以为是自身创造力的提高,导致其对自身能力的元认知监控出现偏差,从而降低主动练习和提升创造力相关技能的意愿与动力。AI代笔效应指的是,人类创作者明知内容由AI生成,却不愿公开承认。这会增加认知负荷,并削弱个体对创造过程的深度反思与主动思考能力。因此,明确人机共创在角色分工上的边界,不仅仅是为了避免简单地将AI当作工具来使用,更重要的是引导人类准确认知自身与AI的角色转变,以正确评估和持续提升人类的创造力。
从主体意识的角度明确人机共创的边界,意味着人类应承担主动的创造责任和积极运用批判性思维。洛瓦兰塔(Tikli Loivaranta)等[9]提出创造力主体谱系来阐述创造性任务中人机之间的主体关系。该谱系起点是“以人为中心”,AI仅起到辅助作用,以提升效率或丰富形式语言。随后是“AI协作”,AI生成内容被赋予一定参与权和贡献度。进一步是“共同主体”,人类与AI形成平等互动的合作伙伴关系,持续交替引导与响应,共同推动创意生成。这种共同主体形式挑战了传统的创作主体概念和人类在创作意图生成中的核心地位。更进一步是“AI赋魅”与“AI即兴共创”两种关系:前者将AI视为神秘灵感缪斯,其作品常引发艺术家惊奇与敬畏,如评价MidJourney生成的图像“仿佛被恶魔附体所激发”;后者强调即兴互动,即人类与AI彼此激发,最终产物难以预设。谱系末端是后人类色彩浓厚的“集成式生成主体”,艺术创作不再是由谁完成的问题,而是在什么关系中发生的过程,例如在于热(Pierre Hyughe)的展览“Uumwelt”中,AI根据人类脑电波生成图像,图像含义又依赖观众观看与解读。此时,创造力是人、AI、材料、技术、观众和空间之间动态关系的共同产物,主客体边界和责任归属变得更加模糊。
人机共创必须确保人类始终处于主体地位,因为一旦越过了“共同主体”的界限,就会加剧认知外包(cognitive offloading)的风险,即人类用户倾向于将认知任务交由外部的AI工具处理,人类用户自身只进行表面化的认知加工,缺乏审辨性思维所需的深度认知加工[33]。研究者将这种由于将认知任务外包给AI而产生的个体认知投入降低、分析和判断能力下降的现象称为人工智能综合征(AI syndrome)[34]。不仅如此,以AI为单一主体的创作成果,其社会价值认可度较低,因为人们评价创造力不仅关注作品本身的质量,还关注创作者的意图、动机、情感与努力等内在因素。AI生成的作品通常被视为算法驱动的机械产物,而非源于真实经验或内在的艺术表达意图,这种认知降低了公众对其价值的感知。AI创造力折扣现象的心理机制,除了缺乏意图与动机外,还涉及努力启发式。努力启发式是指在缺少明确评价标准的情况下,人们倾向于认为投入更多努力的作品更具价值。马尼(Federice Magni)等通过一系列实验发现,人们普遍将AI生成的作品感知为“缺乏努力”,因此降低了对其创造力的评价。
为了充分释放人机协作的创造潜能,需明确人类与AI各自的优势。在当前实践中,AI经常被用于头脑风暴,例如写作平台Sudowrite通过分析海量文学作品数据,提供超越个人经验的叙事灵感。但AI其实并不擅长发散思维,难以生成真正新颖的原创性内容。马龙(Rebecca Marrone)等[2]实验发现,GPT-3在发散联想测试(Divergent Association Task,DAT)中的表现低于99.93%的人类被试;尽管ChatGPT的表现接近人类被试的平均水平,但其生成的内容主要基于对人类答案的模仿。从技术原理角度来看,以大语言模型为代表的生成式AI,其运行机制是基于大规模数据集的统计组合与概率优化,通过最大似然估计生成概率最高的文本序列,本质上是一种概率收敛的过程[35]。这一特性决定了AI更擅长信息整合、模式优化、约束满足等收敛思维任务,而在主动联想、情感驱动、认知跳跃、远距类比等发散思维任务中,人类仍然拥有不可替代的优势[36]
不仅如此,AI的收敛性输出虽高效,却易产生事实性幻觉(即内容与已知事实不符)与忠实性幻觉(即内容偏离用户指令或上下文语义),必须以人类对真实性的把控来校准其创造性价值[37]。因此,人机共创应明确区分人类与AI各自的优势领域,通过合理的任务分配与互动模式来实现优势互补。
综上,真正的人机共创具备3个核心特征:一是AI在创造性任务中的角色已从单纯的工具逐渐转变为更具自主性的共创者;二是尽管AI的自主性增强,但人类仍应始终保持积极主动的主体意识,避免过度技术依赖与认知外包;三是明确人类与AI各自的创造力优势,尤其要认识到AI擅长的是收敛思维任务,而人类更擅长产出真正新颖的创意,双方必须实现优势互补。这3个维度层层递进,共同构成了人机共创有别于一般协作模式的边界。
在明确人机共创的关键边界后,有必要进一步深入分析当前人机协作对创造力实践的现实影响,具体包括3个层面:能否真正释放更大的创造潜能,如何影响人与人之间的协作关系,以及如何重塑创造性成果的价值分配格局。目前,这3个层面均呈现出积极影响与亟待解决的问题,这些问题的出现多源于实践中未能充分遵循人机共创的关键边界(见图2)。
人类与AI协作共同完成创造性任务时,其效率和成果均优于仅由人类独立完成时。这一结论在多个领域被证实。在设计领域,钱德拉塞克拉(Tilanka Chandrasekera)等[38]招募了40名设计初学者参与两轮设计任务,结果证实AI辅助组的创意表现更高,认知负荷更低,且撤除AI辅助后,参与者仍表现出较高的创造力,表明人机协作对创造力的积极作用可迁移。在写作领域,诺伊(Shakked Noy)等[39]的实验发现,使用生成式AI能显著提升书写创作的完成效率和用户的主观满意度。
然而,使用AI在增强个体创造力表现的同时,也带来了认知依赖[40]和技能退化[41]等问题。例如,陈丽萍等[42]实验研究发现,使用AI显著提升员工快速获取和处理信息的能力,进而提高创造力;但与此同时,频繁使用AI也降低了员工深入分析和反思问题的意愿与能力,进而削弱其创造力。这种“双刃剑”效应也在董雪艳等[43]对知识型员工的研究中得到揭示:使用AI一方面增强了员工面临的挑战性压力,从而激发创新行为;另一方面也增加了阻碍性压力,反而抑制了员工的创造动机。必须指出的是,这种“双刃剑”效应并非人与AI共同创造的必然结果。当人类在创造性任务中保持积极的主体意识,主动把控创造过程,避免对AI的过度依赖时,便能有效降低认知依赖与技能退化带来的消极影响,从而更充分地发挥人机共创的积极潜能。
人类与AI协作共同完成创造性任务对个体创造力呈现“双刃剑”效应,在集体层面则暴露出创造性产物趋于同质化的风险,这种现象被称为创造力的公地危机[44-45]。多西(Anil R. Doshi)等[44]通过短篇小说创作的实验发现,使用生成式AI显著提升了单个故事的新颖性和实用性(分别提高了8.1%和9.0%),同时却出现了集体创意的同质化现象,具体表现为故事之间的语义相似度增加了8%~10%。霍尔兹纳(Niklas Holzner)等[45]对28项研究(8 214名被试)的元分析研究进一步证实了,使用AI的创造性协作在个体层面显著提升创造力(效应量g= 0.27),但在集体层面的创意多样性则显著下降(效应量g= -0.86)。
创造力公地危机的产生,很大程度上源于人们对人机创造力优势的认知偏差。用户大多认为AI能够轻松地进行发散思维,快速生成丰富、新颖且多样化的创意方案。然而,正如前文所述,发散思维依然是人类独有的创造优势,而AI的强项实际上更偏向于信息整合、模式识别、结构化反馈与迭代优化等收敛思维任务。不仅如此,当大量用户使用相同的AI工具时,灵感均源于相似数据集,导致创意产物的总体多样性显著降低,而这种多样性恰恰是人类创造力的核心标志。令人担忧的是,一旦AI生成的内容在某一领域占据主导地位,就可能压缩该领域产生真正具有原创性和颠覆性创意的空间。
人机协作在实践中有弱化人际互动的风险。多西(Anil R. Doshi)等[44]通过在线短篇小说创作实验发现,频繁使用生成式AI后,参与者更倾向于与AI进行交流互动,而非与其他人类创作者沟通。杰克逊(Victoria Jackson)等[46]基于麦克卢汉(Marshall McLuhan)的四象限框架与创造力4P模型对软件开发领域的研究也发现,在个体层面,生成式AI虽然提高了学习效率,但同时削弱了团队成员的指导作用和相互信任;在群体层面,AI回避分歧的倾向也减少了团队内必要的辩论与批判性反思;在整体环境层面,AI提供设计、编码和部署等支持功能,使得同事之间的协作关系变得不再必需。如果对AI过度依赖,可能会出现人机互动逐渐取代人际互动的现象,弱化个体之间的情感联结与灵感共享,加剧个体孤立感,进而损害团队创造力的可持续发展。
尽管人机协作对人际协作存在替代风险,但已有研究表明,人际协作不仅能够促进人机协作更好地遵循共创模式的关键边界,还是激发创造力的重要因素。首先,人际协作能够有效应对人机协作可能导致的个体认知外包与集体创意趋同问题。陈丽萍等[42]通过一系列实验揭示,高质量的人际互动不仅强化了AI协作在信息快速吸收与处理方面的积极作用,更缓解了频繁使用AI所导致的认知加工深度不足、分析判断能力退化等负面效应。一项群体创意实验发现,与个体单独使用AI工具相比,群体互动模式显著提高了产物的质量和新颖性,且参与者普遍表示,虽然AI能够提供丰富的初步灵感,但真正高质量、复杂且突破性的创造性产物只有经过深入的人际互动才能最终实现[47]。事实上,高水平的创造活动本就依赖于深入的人际互动与协作。根据创造力过程理论,个体之间的反馈与辩论是创意突破的关键触发因素,人际协作对创造潜能的激发至关重要。
同时,人机共创也为优化人际协作模式创造了新的可能。例如,AI可以搭建高效的实时交互平台,增强个体之间的即时沟通与协作效率,从而推动集体创造力发展[48]。因此,要实现真正的人机共创,应避免将人机协作作为人际协作的替代,而应将二者视为协同创新生态中紧密耦合、相互促进的组成部分。
创造力的人机协作正在推动创造力从精英化向普惠化演进,具体体现为3个层次。
一是拓宽创造活动的参与人群。AI分担了对专业知识、信息处理与技术能力要求较高的任务,降低了非专业者的参与门槛,使其能够将有限的认知资源更多地投入到创意表达与价值判断等核心环节中[49]
二是缩小个体之间创造力表现的差距。多西(Anil R. Doshi)等[44]的两阶段短篇小说创作实验发现,创造力较低的作者在与AI协作后,其创作表现大幅提升,故事的可读性提升了26.6%,趣味性提高了22.6%,无聊感下降了15.2%;而高创造力作者从AI协作中获得的收益较少。霍尔兹纳(Niklas Holzner)等[45]开展的元分析也支持了这一结论:人机共创能够显著缩小个体之间创造力表现的差距,使更多人能够参与高质量的创造性活动。
三是实现创造力培养与训练范式的跃迁。传统上,创造力过程中的灵感触发、创意生成等环节难以被清晰描述,而人机共创则打开了这一“黑箱”,使创造机制得以显性化。例如,吴卓浩等[13]将人机共创的过程细分为感知、思考、表达、协作、构建与测试6个相互衔接、动态循环的协作节点。这种显性化结构有助于将原本依赖经验与天赋的创造活动转变为模块化的能力培养模式,从而推动创造力的普遍提升。
当前一个重要挑战在于如何在推动创造力平权的同时,保护创作者的劳动权益。从劳动权益视角来看,创造力不仅是一种智力活动,更是一种应受尊重与保护的创意劳动。尽管AI协作降低了创造活动的门槛,让更多普通群体受益,但与此同时,创造力作为稀缺技能的价值也可能逐渐被忽视甚至被剥夺[50]。尤其当AI作为资本工具进入创作领域时,更可能引发创意劳动的资本化与去人性化趋势,进一步侵蚀专业创作者的劳动权益[51]
劳动权益涉及两类人群:一是直接参与创造的人类创作者,二是提供技术支持的AI开发者。若将AI生成作品视作“雇佣作品”(work for hire,WFH),版权归属AI系统开发公司,以激励资本持续投入AI技术研发。但过度扩展著作权至AI用户或AI系统开发者,将会导致版权制度的泛化,进而削弱在文学、艺术等领域具备原创能力的人类创作者的共创积极性。从法理角度来看,版权保护的核心在于人的独创性表达。在当前创造力的人机协作实践中,尽管AI深度参与甚至在某些环节主导了内容生成,但由于AI本身并不具备人类所具有的意识、意图与自主性,因此难以满足法律所定义的独创性标准。这正是美国版权局多次拒绝为AI生成内容注册版权的根本原因,也导致人机共创作品的版权认定变得复杂和模糊。
事实上,版权制度本质上是为所有参与创造的主体提供公平且有效的激励。温斯特伦(Roosa Wingström)等[29]的质性研究表明,不同领域在版权归属问题上的看法存在明显差异:科学界通常更倾向于保护AI开发者权益,以持续激励技术创新;而艺术界则更强调人类艺术家对作品的主导权与原创贡献。这种差异凸显了当前一个亟待解决的重要课题,即如何合理平衡不同主体的权益,以激励高水平原创内容的产出。由此可见,人机共创所带来的价值分配争议,不仅涉及个体创作者的劳动权益,更事关整体创造力生态的可持续发展。只有妥善解决版权与激励机制问题,才能确保创造性成果普惠化与高水平原创性突破之间的良性互动。
人机共创作为一种理想的协作模式,有望提升创造效率与质量、拓展创造力协作模式、扩大创造参与面、促进创造成果普惠化等。但当前实践中,也产生了个体认知外包、集体创意趋同、人际协作弱化以及版权归属争议等问题,根源往往在于未能遵守真正的人机共创边界。针对上述问题,图3所示的四阶段路径为人机共创的系统干预提供了清晰框架,旨在推动其实践走向可持续发展。
公众认知对人机共创的发展起到基础作用。但调查显示,多数受访者对AI的理解仍停留在“机器人”“编程”或“未来主义技术”等浅层意象上,未能深入理解其背后的数据与算法机制。这种认知偏差容易导致公众在看待人机共创时走向两个极端:一方面担忧AI将替代人类工作,产生替代焦虑;另一方面又因认为AI“没有情感”“缺乏灵魂”,从而否定其在创造活动中的积极潜力[52]。因此,科普工作的首要任务是促进公众认知的转变,引导其走出替代焦虑或价值否定的极端心态,准确认识人机共创的边界与影响。
为实现上述认知转变,可采取这些举措:一是建立人机共创的案例库,集中展示典型的成功实践,产生直观的示范效应;二是揭示AI创造力的内在运行机制,消解公众的神秘化或随机化想象,如通过算法可视化等手段打开AI创造过程的“黑箱”;三是根据人类与AI各自的创造力优势进行角色分工,如人类负责意图生成和发散思维,AI则负责数据整合、收敛优化及可行性评估等;四是强化人类创作者在共创过程中的主体意识,避免因感知AI生成内容的质量不足而产生自我设限、降低自身创造投入的戈仑效应[24];五是建立并推广人机共创的伦理规范体系,如参考阿西莫夫机器人定律来制定人机共创定律——禁止抄袭人类作品、拒绝生成有害内容、确保人类主导地位以及强制标注AI创作身份[23]
针对前文所述的创造力公地危机,实证研究的发现已提示了干预策略:首先,尽管AI的发散思维能力弱于人类,但其能够为人类提供语义扰动,从而打破思维定势、激发远距联想。阿什基纳泽(Joshua Ashkinaze)等[53]开展的大规模动态实验表明,将AI生成的内容作为启发性的语义扰动,可在群体中引入异质信息,从而阻断创意趋同趋势,维持并提升创造力的总体多样性。简言之,发散思维过程仍应由人类主导。在与AI进行头脑风暴时,AI输出应被视为激发灵感的参考信息或语义扰动,而非创意的起点,更不应直接作为最终方案采纳。实证研究表明,GPT-4o模型在医学问答领域的幻觉率高达约46.7%,且所生成的错误内容常常语义连贯、表达自然,具有较强的迷惑性[37]。因此,若将AI生成结果直接作为创意基础,可能导致人类思维被错误信息所锚定,影响判断与构思的准确性。为此,人类创作者必须承担起审核与把关的责任,尤其在科学研究、历史叙事等对事实性要求较高的领域,更需对AI输出进行真实性验证,重点审查其逻辑一致性与事实准确性。
其次,优化提示词工程(Prompt Engineering)策略。例如,布西厄(Lëonard Boussioux)等[54]将创造性任务比作搜索解空间过程,他们设计了两种人机协作模式:独立搜索是指人类输入初始提示后,由AI自主产生多个创意方案;差异化搜索是指在每次AI给出回答后,人类加入差异化提示(如“从青少年群体角度重新思考一下”),以引导AI迭代方案。实验结果表明,独立搜索虽高效,但难以维持创意的异质性与新颖性;而差异化搜索显著提高创意的新颖性及其战略价值和环境价值,且实施成本可控。
最后,应充分发挥AI在收敛性任务中的优势。例如,在信息收集阶段,AI能够快速整合多渠道数据,识别和提取关键信息;在创意整合阶段,AI则可以高效进行方案的初步评估,快速剔除明显不可行或重复的方案。从创造力的两个根本标准来看,人类应在新颖性判断中发挥主导作用,而AI则更适合在有用性层面进行评估,高效筛选出更易于落地实施的创意方案。
未来应持续推动人机共创的跨学科实证研究,系统识别并验证有效的协作模式与干预方法,特别是探索如何通过AI拟人化设计调节用户对创造性成果的归因方式,降低因过高期望或过低评价所带来的认知负荷与自我设限[32]。同时,应加强科普传播和应用推广工作,使研究成果从认知启蒙、方法引导到能力建设全面落地,释放人机共创的社会价值。
教育是发展人机共创的核心场域,其根本目标在于回答“AI时代培养何种创造者”这一命题。在人机协作的创造性任务中,人类的角色已不再是单纯的任务执行者。为此,应致力于培育人的创造指导力,包括提示词设计、语境理解、审美判断和批判性思维等核心能力。为培育上述能力,首先,要设计并推广具备元认知功能的工具与方法,引导学生在人机共创中实现合理分工,明确哪些任务可由AI协助,哪些需依赖人类自身完成,从而保护其独立思考与自主创造能力。
其次,人机共创并不仅限于追求重大突破,借鉴马龙(Rebecca Marrone)等[52]基于创造力的4C模型提出的分级模型,人们可以从日常生活中的微创造(Mini-C)着手,逐步积累与AI协作的经验与技能。
最后,教师的角色也应转型,从知识与技能的传授者转变为人机共创的“策展人”,搭建AI标准化输出与人类个性化创造之间的反思桥梁,帮助学生对AI抱有合理期待,并准确认知自身创造力。也就是说,教师不仅要指导学生如何用AI技术来拓展创造力边界,还要在技术浪潮中守护和彰显人类独特的创造力特质。
如前文所示,人际协作作为激发创造力的重要因素,能够促进人机协作更好地遵循共创模式的关键边界;同时,AI产生的语义扰动可打破群体间的创意趋同趋势,还能搭建实时交互的平台。在此背景下,构建人机—人际协同创造生态被视为促进人机共创可持续发展的重要路径。
首先,在团队配置层面,可借鉴适度不均等分布模型(Moderately Uneven Distribution Model)[55],在人类团队内部实施AI素养的差异化配置:由少数AI专家作为技术翻译官,负责深度技术应用与对接;其余成员只需具备基础的AI素养,了解AI运行的基本原理即可,他们专注于发散思维与价值判断,从而有效规避集体创意同质化风险,确保AI与人类创造力优势互补。
其次,设计人机与人际互动的循环模式,在多个团队或个体之间持续激发和维持高质量讨论。在更广泛的社会层面,开发交互式的科普平台,突破传统单向的知识灌输模式,并借鉴创造力支持系统(Creativity Support System,CSS)与群体支持系统(Group Support System,GSS)的设计逻辑[56],集成问题结构化、创意激发、协作评估等关键功能。通过这种平台,公众不仅能更好地理解和接受人机共创的理念与实践,还能在互动中逐步提升自身的创造指导力。
再次,可通过可解释性生成艺术(Explainable Computational Creativity,ECC)的实践,增强人机共创过程的透明度,促使公众感知人类创造与AI创造之间的界限,从而提升全社会的伦理敏感性。
最后,在制度保障层面,既要持续推动创造力平权,使创造力相对较低的个体、非专业的创作者有机会参与创造和提升自身创造力;又要细化版权与著作权的规则界定,维护人类创意劳动的价值认同,让具有原创性、突破性和前瞻性的创造性成果被充分激励。
随着AI技术的迅猛发展,创造力正经历一场前所未有的范式重塑。人机共创不仅拓展了人类创造力的边界,更深刻改变了创作者的角色定位、协作模式以及社会对于创造力的认知与评价体系。然而,技术的发展本身并非决定性的因素;人机共创依赖于人类对自身创造力独特价值的清晰认知与坚定守护,以及对人工智能技术的理性认知与主动驾驭。唯此,才能在智能社会共同开创更加多元、富有活力的创造性未来。
