However, the relevant policies still need to be refined and workable, the related basic research and practice are still insufficient, and the related mechanism and policy need to be strengthened and broken through. 在教育“双减”中做好科学教育加法，提升青少年的科学素质，一体化推进教育、科技、人才高质量发展，是一个关乎未来的重大问题。近年来，家校社协同育人在科学教育发展中的重要性日益增加，已经成为各界关注的重要问题，但相关政策还需细化与落实，相关机制亟待强化与突破，相关基础研究和实践尚显空缺与不足。基于此，建议从宏观层面加强顶层设计，促进家校社协同的整体发展；中观层面强化机制建设，提升协同开展科学教育的质量；微观层面推动具体实施，释放协同育人的动力，从而促进家庭、学校、社会协同开展科学教育，助力青少年科学素质提升。
Under the background of the "double reduction" policy in the field of education, it is a major issue for the future to do a good job of science education, improve teenagers' scientific literacy, and promote the high-quality development of education, science and technology and human resources.
