With the more diversified demands of female users in the new media era, women's demand for health discourse and gender awareness has become stronger. Based on spreading the scientific knowledge of women's health, Internet women's health science popularization attempts to help women construct a comprehensive and objective concept of body and health through the dissemination of scientific discourse. Starting from the theoretical perspective of body sociology, this paper explores the content production and discourse construction of women's health science popularization on today's social media platforms. Findings reveal that through the three-dimensional thematic narrative frameworks of the menstrual cycle, gynaecological diseases, and childbirth, the current women's health popularization has expanded the understanding and perception of women's physical health through the visible expression of women's bodies, the de-stigmatization of diseases, and the remodelling of body roles. 女性健康是妇女地位的集中体现。随着新媒体时代女性用户诉求的多元化，女性对健康话语权与性别意识的诉求愈发强烈，网络女性健康科普在传播女性健康科学知识的基础上，试图通过科学话语的传播帮助女性建构全面、客观的身体与健康观念，彰显女性主体意识。本文从身体社会学的理论视野出发，对新媒体平台女性健康科普的内容生产特征与身体话语建构路径展开分析。研究发现，通过生理周期、妇科疾病、生育维度的主题叙事框架建构，当下的网络女性健康科普分别以女性身体的可见性表达、疾病的去污名化叙事、身体角色重塑三重路径拓展了大众理解和认知女性身体健康的新价值取向，进而从知识－话语－观念层面回应了新媒体时代健康科普的内在价值需求。
Women's health is essential for women's social status. With the more diversified demands of female users in the new media era, women's demand for health discourse and gender awareness has become stronger.
