In order to realize the intellectualization and informatization of coal blending management for coking, the optimized coal blending system composed of single coal database, coke quality prediction module, cost performance evaluation module of single coal and optimizing design module of coal blending is independently developed. With the Access as background database, the functions of each module are realized through such algorithms as invoking programming solver by VB+EXCELVBA hybrid programming technology and multiple linear regression. The production applications show that the system plays a prominent role in reducing production cost of coking and stabilizing coke quality.

为了实现焦化配煤管理的智能化、信息化,自主开发了由单种煤数据库、焦炭质量预测模块、单种煤性价比评价模块、配煤寻优设计模块构成的优化配煤系统。以Access作为后台数据库,通过VB+EXCELVBA混合编程技术调用规划求解、多元线性回归等算法,实现各模块的功能。生产应用表明,系统在降低炼焦生产成本、稳定焦炭质量等方面都发挥了突出的作用。

In order to realize the intellectualization and informatization of coal blending management for coking, the optimized coal blending system composed of single coal database, coke quality prediction module, cost performance evaluation module of single coal and optimizing design module of coal blending is independently developed. With the Access as background database, the functions of each module are realized through such algorithms as invoking programming solver by VB+EXCELVBA hybrid programming technology and multiple linear regression. The production applications show that the system plays a prominent role in reducing production cost of coking and stabilizing coke quality.

配合煤是生产焦炭所必须的主要生产原料,其成本占生产成本总额的80%,焦炭质量的好坏70%取决于配合煤的质量,其中30%受炼焦条件的影响,配煤系统的技术经济分析具有特别重要的现实意义。选择出最佳配煤方案,配出最理想的入炉原料,是焦化企业实现高效低耗生产的基础。炼焦配煤技术是一项极为复杂的工程,长期以来各单种煤配比由技术人员根据煤的质量、炼焦环境以及长期的运行经验来计算,采用小焦炉试验验证,经过多次反复才能确定。由于煤种多和成分变化等原因,人工计算配煤工作量大、准确性不高,并且计算验证的周期长[1]。优化配煤系统是将各种可使用煤种信息存储在数据库中,利用规划求解、线性拟合等算法寻找满足焦炭质量要求且成本最低配煤方案的计算机辅助配煤设计系统。
优化配煤系统结构包括单种煤性质及价格数据库、配煤方案数据库、焦炭质量预测模块、配煤寻优设计模块和单种煤性价比评价模块。要实现焦化优化配煤首先要采集炼焦煤市场信息、焦化生产及小焦炉试验的数据进入数据库;其次以焦化工艺计算、物料平衡计算为基础,采用规划求解、线性回归、多元非线性回归算法建立数据分析计算模型;通过对数据的分析形成配煤优化决策,给出特定时间、特定条件下的单种煤最优配置方案,编制出炼焦煤最优的采购与配置计划。
数据库系统:系统数据库采用Access系统作为数据库平台,应用程序的开发采用ADO数据库编程技术,并使用了数据视图、多表联和视图、存储过程等数据库对象。数据库包括单种煤性能价格数据库、小焦炉试验数据库、专家知识库、配煤方案数据库。数据库负责数据的输入和输出,具有添加、修改和删除等功能,为焦化优化配煤系统数据分析计算模型提供基础数据。此数据库可升级为SQL Server系统,实现系统多用户操作。
数据分析计算模型设计:数据分析计算模型采用VB+EXCELVBA语言混合编程来实现,VB程序调用专家库存储的计算数学模型和相关系数,实现焦炭质量预测、焦炭成本测算等功能。同时VB程序设计可实现数据库和EXCEL数据表间传递输入输出数据,利用EXCEL强大的规划求解、多元线性回归算法实现配煤寻优、单种煤性价比评价的功能。
输入输出界面设计:本系统为用户设计了便于交互的操作界面,使用者可依据配煤流程依次进入每一个模块,也可以依据需求直接进入相应模块查询修改历史数据。同时为用户设计了多方案测算界面,在这一界面内可完成两个配煤方案的煤种选择、配煤比设定,并给出两种方案的配合煤及焦炭质量、成本,便于使用者分析选择;同时在这一界面还可实现单种煤的增加、删除,基础数据修改。
焦炭质量预测模型是优化配煤系统的核心,内容包括焦炭灰分、硫分、M40M10CSRCRI预测。配合煤的粘结性指数G、挥发分、硫分和灰分是影响焦炭质量的关键因素,配合煤的质量指标取决于各单种煤的质量指标和配比。因此预测焦炭质量分两步进行,首先根据单种煤质量指标和配比预测配合煤质量,再由配合煤质量预测焦炭质量[2]
从单种煤到配合煤的过程只发生了物理变化,由单种煤质量指标与配比的加和性运算可预测配合煤质量。其计算公式如下:

式中:GpApVpSp分别为配合煤粘结性指数、灰分、挥发分、硫分;Xi是第i种煤配加比例,GiAiViSi分别为第i种煤的粘结性指数、灰分、挥发分、硫分;n为配煤所用煤粉的种类;ΔG、ΔA、ΔV、ΔS为配合煤粘结性指数、灰分、挥发分、硫分的校正值。校正值由专家依据检化验结果进行设定,并预装入专家知识库中。
焦炭的灰分完全来自于配合煤的灰分,预测焦炭灰分的关键参数选择配合煤灰分和配合煤的挥发分,对数据进行拟合得到灰分预测模型。

式中:ApVp分别为配合煤灰分、挥发分;K为修正系数;修正系数由专家依据历史生产数据及小焦炉试验数据进行设定,并预装入专家知识库中。
焦炭硫分:炼焦过程约有25%~35%硫分分解为挥发物随着煤气逸出,其余部分残留在焦炭中形成焦炭硫分。预测焦炭硫分的关键参数选择配合煤硫分和配合煤的挥发分,通过数据积累及拟合得到焦炭硫分预测模型。

式中:SpVp分别为配合煤硫分、挥发分;K为修正系数;修正系数由专家依据历史生产数据及小焦炉试验数据进行设定,并预装入专家知识库中。
焦炭热性能包括焦炭反应性CRI和反应后强度CSR,主要由配合煤的质量决定并受炼焦工艺参数影响。生产实际中加热制度一般比较稳定,模型中不予考虑。在此主要讨论配合煤质量及焦炭冷态质量对焦炭热性能的影响。研究表明焦炭的冷强度是焦炭热性能的基础,因此焦炭热性能影响指标应包括配合煤粘结性指数G值和配合煤胶质层最大厚度Y值;同时焦炭热性能还受配合煤灰分和催化指数MBI影响[3]。研究表明影响焦炭热性能因素复杂,仅依据各单种煤的各项性能很难建立焦炭热性能准确的预测模型。通过小焦炉试验测定各炼焦煤的CRICSR,以单种煤的CRICSR作为基础,再结合配合煤的检测指标建立预测模型,可实现焦炭热性能的准确预测。具体模型如下:

式中:CSRpCRIpYPGp分别为配合煤的CSRCRIY值、G值;K为修正系数;修正系数由专家依据历史生产数据及小焦炉试验数据进行设定,并预装入专家知识库中。
此模型以焦化可用单种煤种类及配比作为自变量,以配合煤化学成分及性能参数、焦炭性能参数作为过程变量,以配合煤成本最低作为目标函数。对自变量和过程变量设定约束条件,采用非线性规划求解优化算法计算出满足约束条件下的焦炭成本最低的配煤方案。其计算公式为:

式中:Z为最低配合煤成本,元/t;Xi是第i种煤粉配入量,t;Pi是第i种单种煤价格,元/t;n为单种煤的种类。约束条件为输入的配合煤质量指标、可用煤种的配比上下限、焦炭的冷态热态性能等。
炼焦配煤所涉及的煤种选择,不仅决定了焦炭质量,而且决定了配煤成本。国家标准中将炼焦煤分为气煤、肥煤、焦煤和瘦煤等几大类,对炼焦用煤的选择起到了一定的指导作用。由于单种煤种的复杂性,同类煤种间结焦性存在较大差异,实际生产中还不能完全依据煤的类别进行性价比评价。因此很难对单种炼焦煤的十几个指标进行统一量化,使不同性质的单种煤具有可比性。
本系统开发了基于焦炭质量相同、待评价煤种均以固定配比参与配煤方案寻优设计,以设计方案给出的配煤最低成本作为该单种煤性价比评价指标的单种煤性价比评价体系。此评价体系的应用与实际生产结合紧密,能够真正反映出待评价煤种对焦炭成本的影响程度。
其实现过程如图1所示。
利用焦化优化配煤评价体系优选出包钢性价比高的煤种,形成采购竞价规则,指导包钢生产采购,降低炼焦用煤采购成本。该评价体系对包钢拟采购焦煤A、焦煤B、焦煤C、焦煤D开展了性价比测算,其具体数据测算结果见表1表2
表2可以看出,数据分析性价比排序由高到低为焦煤A、焦煤C、焦煤B、焦煤D,焦煤A成本性价比最高,因此优先选择焦煤A煤种,有利于降低炼焦用煤成本,并促使其它煤种进一步降价,提高包钢采购博弈能力。
应用优化配煤系统可根据给定的焦炭质量指标和可选用煤种质量参数,根据一定的成本和资源量等约束条件,通过寻优模型获得最优的配煤比和配煤方案。应用此系统亦可以调整配煤方案,预测配合煤及焦炭质量,指导炼焦配煤生产,提高焦炭质量和降低企业生产成本。
