The components of Cr-Mo microalloyed steel are designed and developed according to the performance requirements of C110 oil casing with resistance to hydrogen sulfide corrosion as well as the industrial tests are carried out based on the research results of characteristics of steel in laboratory. The results showed that the designed product was with good strength and toughness after heat treatment of quenching and high temperature tempering, which could satisfy the requirements of mechanical properties of standard; while when the yield strength satisfied the standard requirement and was less than 800 MPa, the tube was with excellent resistance to hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion and the percent of pass for test of resistance to hydrogen sulfied was more difficult to achieve 100%.

根据C110抗硫化氢腐蚀套管产品的性能要求,设计开发了Cr-Mo微合金化钢种成分,基于钢种特性实验室研究结果,开展了工业化试验。结果表明,设计产品在经过淬火及高温回火热处理后具有良好的强度及韧性,满足标准对力学性能的要求;而在屈服强度满足标准要求且小于800 MPa时钢管具有良好的抗硫化氢应力腐蚀性能,抗硫化氢检验达到100%通过率难度较大。

The components of Cr-Mo microalloyed steel are designed and developed according to the performance requirements of C110 oil casing with resistance to hydrogen sulfide corrosion as well as the industrial tests are carried out based on the research results of characteristics of steel in laboratory. The results showed that the designed product was with good strength and toughness after heat treatment of quenching and high temperature tempering, which could satisfy the requirements of mechanical properties of standard; while when the yield strength satisfied the standard requirement and was less than 800 MPa, the tube was with excellent resistance to hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion and the percent of pass for test of resistance to hydrogen sulfied was more difficult to achieve 100%.

随着高温、高压含H2S油气井的勘探开发,适合于H2S介质环境用的更高强度石油套管的研制倍受关注。C110钢级低合金高强度抗H2S腐蚀套管,可使钻井和完井成本获得持续改善。抗H2S腐蚀C110钢级用管材,采用典型的Cr-Mo钢,用深脱S、P铁水经转炉炼钢,采用钢包精炼和真空脱气工艺;采用钢包电磁搅拌、钢包吹氩工艺,促进合金均匀化、非金属夹杂物充分上浮[1],降低非金属夹杂物含量,提高钢水纯净度;采用钢包喷粉处理或喂丝钙处理工艺,使钢中残留非金属夹杂物球化。对铸坯加热温度及轧制和热处理温度控制,使C110钢管的力学性能波动偏差较小,提高抗H2S腐蚀能力。
C110钢级石油套管是API 5CT标准中等级最高的抗硫化氢腐蚀产品,不仅要求具有良好的强韧性,产品的屈服强度控制区间为70 MPa,而且对产品的抗硫化氢应力腐蚀要求苛刻。文章从产品性能要求出发,开展实验室研究,测试分析了设计产品的关键特性,以期形成C110石油套管工业化控制技术,并实现产业化应用。
API Spec 5CT—2018版中对C110钢级化学成分的要求见表1。C110钢级的P含量控制为≤0.020%、S含量控制为≤0.005%,对有害元素的控制更严格,纯净度要求更高。标准中对Cr、Mo元素含量有明确的下限要求,以保证钢管的抗腐蚀性[2]
力学性能要求屈服强度Rt0.7为758~828 MPa;抗拉强度Rm≥793 MPa;同时要求延伸率A≥16%,由于屈服强度范围很窄,因此要求化学成分稳定控制在较窄的范围。
试样标距段总伸长率为0.7%,在材料屈服时,试样标距段更易延伸变形,总延伸长度增加[2]。API规范设定了屈服强度上限值,屈服强度“窗口”缩小至70 MPa(10 kpsi),对屈服强度的控制要求意在尽量提高C110钢级套管的硫化氢应力腐蚀(SSC)抗力。即要求进行更精确的化学成分控制,精确的热处理工艺控制等[2]
冲击功要求(均为最大壁厚时对应的最大值):管体横向不小于35 J,纵向不小于70 J;接箍横向不小于35 J,纵向不小于70 J。由此可见,在保证强度的同时对于塑性也有较高的要求。
原始奥氏体组织晶粒度不小于6级。
采用方法A(光滑拉伸试验,试验溶液应采用(NACE0177)2005A溶液,常温条件下):全尺寸试样85%YSmin—644 MPa,要求大于720 h不断裂。
C110石油套管采用调质热处理工艺,保证使用产品的基体组织为回火索氏体;同时,要求回火后对套管进行大于620 ℃的热矫直,以保证产品具有较低的残余应力。
P、S以及有害元素As、Sn、Pb、Sb和Bi的含量应尽可能低,Cr和Mo是抗H2S最重要的合金元素,Mn含量高不利于抗H2S腐蚀,但是除C以外,Mn和Si是提高强度的最有效且最便宜的合金元素,考虑到Mn对H2S的有害程度比Si要小,故选Mn作为提高强度的合金元素[3-5]
根据规范要求,设计了C110钢级套管钢的成分,见表3
采用25 kg锭型轧制,轧制成12 mm厚板材,压缩比为5.4,开轧温度为1 230 ℃,终轧温度控制在878 ℃。
淬火效果理想的结果是可以获得更多的马氏体组织(淬透性要求达到大于95%的马氏体组织),通过对回火温度的控制,可获得足够的强度及硬度,如果采用低温回火会降低钢的抗SSC性能[2]。首次热处理试验制度见表4,性能测试结果见表5
在设定的回火温度条件下,设计钢种的实验室性能测试结果显示不理想,主要表现为屈服强度低于设计要求下限,同时冲击韧性测试结果较设计要求高50%以上。
基于首次成分设计及性能测试结果,Cr含量较高的钢的腐蚀速率较低,增加Gr含量,Mn含量较高对的钢H2S应力腐蚀不利[3],成分优化后适当降低Mn含量。
按照相变点经验公式计算获得的相变点,制定热处理工艺制度见表7
热处理后具体性能见表8,结果表明在热处理后,试验钢能够保持在高的强度同时还有较好的塑形。
洛氏硬度检验结果表明,在样品全截面的内壁、中壁、外壁的硬度单值均满足HRC≤30的设计要求,同一象限的外中内硬度平均值差值符合设计不大于3.0的要求,具有较好的抗SSC能力[2]
硫化氢应力腐蚀是一种瞬时断裂的腐蚀试验,即在应力作用下,经过一定的时间,产生裂纹扩展,从而脆性断裂。
实验室常用NACE中A法对材料的应力腐蚀试验进行评价,NACE中A法是一强制性的评价方法,其操作简单并且应力情况明确,试验后又能得到断裂或未断裂的明确结论,强制应用于高酸性环境下的所有低合金管材。一般需要模拟现场实际工况,利用高温高压恒载荷的方法对油井管进行环境开裂适用性评价[6]
抗硫化氢试验试样力学性能如表10所示。
对两组试验样品采用NACE TM0177—2016标准中规定的方法A进行硫化氢应力腐蚀试验,试验加载载荷为644 MPa,试验周期720 h,测试结果见表11
冶炼化学成分具体如表12所示。轧制规格为ϕ153.67 mm×14 mm。
工业化试验的热处理制度设计为:淬火温度890 ℃±10 ℃,加热保温50 min后水淬,700 ℃±10 ℃回火,70 min保温后空冷,热处理后力学性能见表13,1号为钢管头部取样,2号为尾部取样,从表中结果可以看出力学性能控制偏差很小。
力学性能如表13所示,冲击试验试样缺口形状为V型,取样方向横向,试样尺寸7.5 mm×10 mm×55 mm,试验温度为0 ℃。
从ϕ153.67 mm×14 mm钢管取样做硬度检验,分四个象限,同一象限的外壁、中壁、内壁硬度平均值及差值结果见表14,符合标准要求。
钢管的非金属夹杂物结果见表15,粗系B类夹杂物作为裂纹源可引起硫化氢应力腐蚀A法试验早期断裂。表面夹杂物和内部夹杂物均有可能成为裂纹源。氢致开裂试验中A类硫化物类、B类氧化铝类和D类球状氧化物均可形成氢鼓泡,最终导致试样早期断裂[7]
表16为抗硫化氢试验结果,1号试样有一支544 h断裂,而2号试样有一支374 h断裂。
(1)经过中试试验选定了该钢级的钢种成分,经轧制及热处理后性能稳定性较好,抗硫化氢能力较好。
(2)进行工业化试验,采用调质热处理工艺,性能稳定满足要求。
(3)抗硫化氢检验达到100%通过率难度较大;屈服强度控制在758~800 MPa范围内抗硫化氢能力更好一些。
