The gas flow distribution and gas utilization rate are improved by optimizing the charging system as well as adjusting the material layer thickness of coke and ore aiming at the long-term higher fuel ratio of 5# blast furnace of Baotou Steel; the smelting is strengthened by such measures as increasing furnace top pressure, hot air temperature and oxygen enrichment rate; meanwhile, the efficiency of tapping iron in front of furnace is improved, daily operations of blast furnace are strengthened and standard work is carried out so that the target of increasing production and reducing consumption is realized. The fuel ratio of 5# blast furnace reduced from 598.73 kg/t on average in 2020 to 556.9 kg/t, which was the best level in history.

针对包钢5#高炉燃料比长期较高的情况,通过优化装料制度、调整焦炭、矿石料层厚度改善煤气流的分布,提高煤气利用率;通过提高炉顶压力、热风温度、富氧率等措施强化冶炼;同时提高炉前出铁效率,加强高炉日常操作,推行标准化作业,实现了增产降耗的目标,5#高炉燃料比由2020年平均598.73 kg/t降到556.9 kg/t,处于历史最好水平。

The gas flow distribution and gas utilization rate are improved by optimizing the charging system as well as adjusting the material layer thickness of coke and ore aiming at the long-term higher fuel ratio of 5# blast furnace of Baotou Steel; the smelting is strengthened by such measures as increasing furnace top pressure, hot air temperature and oxygen enrichment rate; meanwhile, the efficiency of tapping iron in front of furnace is improved, daily operations of blast furnace are strengthened and standard work is carried out so that the target of increasing production and reducing consumption is realized. The fuel ratio of 5# blast furnace reduced from 598.73 kg/t on average in 2020 to 556.9 kg/t, which was the best level in history.

对于钢铁工业而言,炼铁系统的实际能耗能占据企业总能耗约70%左右,由此不难看出,要想实现钢铁企业的绿色转型,炼铁经济指标的进一步优化将成为未来工作的重点。而在高炉众多指标中,燃料比是一项考核高炉综合冶炼水平的代表性指标,它的改善无论在降低生铁成本方面还是节能减排方面均有很强的现实意义[1]。因此,对于高炉操作者来说,降燃料比攻关是一个永恒不变的主题。
近2年,包钢5#高炉通过不断优化上下部调剂,积极探索合理煤气流分布,夯实基础工作管理,降燃料比工作取得了突破性进步,其中2021年1—9月份累计燃料比581.0 kg/t,较2020年598.73 kg/t下降17.73 kg/t。
2021年炼铁厂制定提产降耗计划及措施,炼铁一部根据自身条件优化操作,夯实基础,加强分析对标工作。
表1可知,2020年以来炼铁一部5#高炉燃料比持续降低,2021年1—9月份平均燃料比为581.0 kg/t,较去年598.73 kg/t下降17.73 kg/t,是历史最好水平。
表2可知,5#高炉有害元素入炉负荷基本维持稳定,没有出现较大的波动,虽然在全国同行业仍然偏高,但近年已经取得一些进步。有害元素尤其是碱金属在高炉中循环富集,对焦炭的强度起着严重的破坏作用。会使焦炭的反应性明显增强,焦炭反应后强度将明显降低,焦炭质量恶化,对于降低燃料比十分不利。
表3图1图2可知,5#高炉进入7月份以来原燃料供应稳定,高炉炉料结构相对稳定,烧结矿冶金性能保持稳定。烧结矿品位和转鼓指标波动幅度不大。稳定的冶金性能以及烧结矿品位为5#高炉长期稳定、顺行、低耗、高产奠定了坚实基础。
表4可知,5#高炉全部使用西区焦炭,年初至今焦炭灰分、硫分、水分以及焦炭热性能、冷强度等指标基本维持在一个稳定水平,为高炉稳定顺行和降低燃料比奠定了基础。
5#高炉通过改变理念,对标先进操作制度,采用高顶压、高富氧、高风温的冶炼技术,特别是从以往追求大风量高冶炼强度转变为追求经济型冶炼强度的操作思路,使得5#高炉实现了降低燃料消耗的目的[2]
针对中心气流过盛,煤气流分布不合理造成煤气利用率低这一问题,通过装料制度调整提高煤气利用率来降低燃料比。8月份5#高炉高炉煤气利用率均达到42.72%以上,9月份进一步提高到了43.15%以上,较2021年1—6月份平均煤气利用率40.81%,有了明显的提高。
表5可知,首先通过控制合适的边缘气流,减少中心焦量和增加中心环带矿量(充分利用次中心环带截面积)的手段适当抑制中心气流,同时利用整体环带向中心平移,达到中心带变窄,中心气流聚而强,以达到改善煤气利用率的目的。其次把中心焦角外移,通过中心焦角外移、减少中心焦量、焦炭结束角外移、矿石结束角内移等手段,抑制两道气流,从而提高煤气利用率。
图3所示,装料制度调整前中心气柱宽,气流发散无力,中心炉顶温度均值为450 ℃左右,煤气热能浪费严重;装料制度调整之后,中心焦量变少,中心煤气流聚而有力,中心炉顶温度在200 ℃左右,煤气热能利用较调整前变好。
5#高炉在调整气流同时,主导思想上抓住时机积极减焦炭加重矿焦比,稳定煤粉喷吹量。由表6可知,7月份以来,尤其8—9月份,5#高炉适时加重焦炭负荷,矿批保持51.0 t未做调整,主要是减焦炭,9月份焦炭负荷均值为4.10 t/t,较8月份4.08 t/t提高了0.02 t/t。综合负荷9月份达到了3.07 t/t,较8月份提高了0.03 t/t。炉顶压力由0.190 MPa提高到0.192 MPa。在高炉冶炼过程中,提高炉顶压力,能够使高温煤气在炉内滞留时间延长,矿石与煤气之间的接触时间就会增加,炉内矿石得到的热量就会增加,加速煤气与矿石之间的化学反应速度。同时提高炉顶压力还能有效降低高温煤气流的流动速度,减少炉尘吹出量,为进一步改善煤气利用奠定基础[3]
表6可知,随着5#高炉3#热风炉的修炉结束投入使用,9月份风温达到了1 183 ℃,相比8月份提高了4 ℃,理论上可降低燃料比1 kg/t;9月份富氧率达到了4.88%,相比8月份提高了0.12个百分点;9月份风量3 236 m3/min,相比8月提高了15 m3/min,热风压力、炉顶压力分别达到了0.350 MPa、0.192 MPa,9月份鼓风动能均值为10 110 kJ/s,相比8月份提高了350 kJ/s;透气性指数为2.04,较8月份上升了0.05,压量关系趋于缓和,炉况稳定顺行的局面得以延续和保持。9月炉顶温度相比8月也下降了14.5 ℃。5#高炉7月26日利用休风机会,进风面积由0.267 m3提高到0.271 m3,为5#高炉提高产量创造条件。
细化5#高炉单场作业炉前出铁出渣预案,杜绝由于单场作业操作失误引起的炉况波动。在日常炉前操作中,细化铁口打泥、铁口深度、开口时间等方面的工作,严格执行标准化作业,为提高炉况的稳定打下了一个良好的基础。
图4可知,2021年1—6月份铁口深度合格率平均达到17.73%,7月份达到25.86%,8月份达到57.90%,9月份达到66.10%。通过上述措施的逐步实施,铁口深度合格率得以提高,为降低燃料比奠定坚实基础。
高炉操作加强对炉温、碱度的判断和调整。高炉操作始终把炉温控制作为一项重要指标进行衡量。由表7可知,9月高炉铁水物理热指数Ktp值为2.26,较2020年提高0.63,物理温度稳定率保持较高水平,9月高炉铁水Si稳定率较2020年提高8.3个百分点。下一步重点加强炉温稳定率攻关,使高炉炉缸活跃状态进一步改善,更进一步向低Si冶炼发展。
表8可以看出,通过采取一系列降低燃料比技术措施,2021年9月各项数据与2020年对比,产量由3 389.65 t/d提高到4 311.80 t/d,增加了922.15 t/d,煤气利用率由41.05%提高到43.15%,提高2.10个百分点,燃料比由598.73 kg/t降低到556.90 kg/t,降幅为41.83 kg/t。
(1)在包钢入炉原料有害元素含量高、自产矿比例高的条件下,5#高炉成功降低了燃料比,提高了利用系数。
(2)5#高炉降燃料比的过程中,通过上、下部调剂,找准边缘角度,减少中心焦量,找到了合适的布料矩阵,使燃料比持续降低,目前维持560 kg/t左右。
(3)5#高炉煤气利用率由40.81%提高到43.15%,处于历史最好水平。
